I had an amazing experience calling them up for the locksmith service. My locks were of an old pattern, and I wanted to get them changed. They explained to me about the various locks and how they would work. After that, I picked the sliding door locks, and they installed them.

The locksmith was very knowledgeable and problem solving. The price was astronomical but I suppose that what you get in New York at 9pm on a Sunday night.
Very bad service. The technician is very rude. They tell you different price on the phone but once they get to your location they will access your situation and make up a price which is way higher than what was told but now your in need of it so they tske advantage of your situation. So i got the key from them $180 and the first day I opened my truck with it and it’s bent already. Im calling customer service but no one picks up the phone so after 2 days they pick up and blaming me for doing it and will not fix it. After i paid $180.
Lady informed me 20 service fee + 30 depending on card. Then a man showed up demanding 150$. Did not want to work it out. Worst customer service
I called to get my key copied and was told a tech was gonna call nd never did . When I called the office back they tell me the tech wont come and would not explain why .. so I was waiting for a tech for hours and would have waited for God knows how long . I ask why cant they explain and they hung up on me .. I call nd call and they will intentionally ignore my call . They are unprofessional would recommend any where else but this place
Do not trust, more than doubled the estimated price even though entire job took less than 30 seconds. They are dishonest.
Terrible! I contacted them yesterday because my car key was lost. They said a technician will be on the way and will be contacting me Upon arrival. I contacted them again and theyve yet to contact me. Very unprofessional.
They gave me and estimate on the phone than the guy shows up n adds 150 dollars just to make a hole n installed a lock makes the a bigger hole and i had to buy another lock because he did his job wrong dont do it to your self find someone else.
