I have been going here for years and the owner and mechanics are top notch, will not charge you an arm and a leg and they are very honest which is something thats hard to find today.

I first took my 2000 Camry to this shop after a front-end collision in 2011 and they maintain it for a few years until I got rid of it in 2017. Its very rare to find honest and competent shop like this nowadays.I have not been with this shop since I bough 2013 es300h in 2017 just because I now live farther from the shop and didnt mind going to the dealer. Today I went back to them for the first time to prep ES for a long distance move to another state. Their service today is more than outstanding and so good that I can only share the experience with my family. I wish I could take this shop to where I am moving.

Been going here for 6 years, have not complained yet. Had oil change every 3 months, tune ups, inspections and a bunch of other things. They work pretty quickly for a duo. There are days they are pack, and some days theyd squish you in np.

Been using these guys for over 5 years and have nothing but accolades for this 2-man shop. They are quick on repairs, hard working, but more importantly honest. I usually wait no more than 30 minutes while my annual inspections are completed. Not too many honest repair shops in Rego Park/Elmhurst area but these guys are the exception. Whatever you do, do NOT bring your car to either the 63 Drive Mobile Service station or the Mobile Dry Harbor Road (woodhaven Blvd)...they will rob you blind, sell you stuff and hold your vehicle captive until you purchase a $65.00 cabin air filter just so it will pass a NYS safety inspection...how a cabin air filter play with a safety or emissions inspection to this day upsets me.Thursday, November 15th, 2018Woke up this morning only to find my 2007 Camry was leaking antifreeze. Called Auto Repair Authority, spoke with Paul and dropped of vehicle for possible replacement of my 12 year old radiator. Got a preliminary estimate cost of repairs and am currently waiting patiently for a return call from Paul. 1st repair ever for a 12- year old 2007 Camry LE which came as a surprise but not a shock ... 1st repair ever on this vehicle. If I were 20 years younger Id order the radiator from Rockauto and perform the replacement on my driveway but at my age, the cold, and inconvenience of doing this currently isnt worth the aggravation. Will provide update as I get them

Mr. Kim is complete opposite of humane, compassionate and helpful human being. He doesn’t care about his customers, their problems and why he decided to become a mechanic in the first place.Mr. Kim - you became a mechanic to help people with their car problems, not to show your ego or how powerful you are when someone’s car broken down Shame on you.Stay away from this place. Worst customer service experience. They don’t care about you or your problems. Mr. Kim is like robot. Nothing humane. Called “auto repair AUTHORITY” for a reason. They are authority and you are nobody.

2 man shop knows their business. Efficient,friendly,professional and honest. Been using them for over 18 years and have referred many a friend to them. I come from Long Island to them in woodside so that says something. Highly recommendSean Mac
