Dropped car off for inspection, came back two hours later and it wasnt done. No big deal I understand it gets busy. But then the employee at the desk was very dismissive and barely spoke to us. We ended up waiting an additional hour when our vehicle was already in the shop getting looked at. Wont be returning.
Ray was super helpful and very kind. He made sure that I was able to get everything done for my car in a reasonable amount of time and helped me keep the cost down. I have been going there for three years and I only ever have good things to say. I highly recommend them!
Really great experience, I was treated with so much kindness and even had a few good laughs. The cars issue was diagnosed quickly and the fix executed with ease. I felt absolutely no pressure and really enjoyed this transaction. If youre looking for great mechanics and wonderful service, be sure to check out this Midas location!
I drive 40 minutes to come to this location just because Michelle is here! I met her at this location when I was still living in the area. She is the most honest, genuine person and has incredible knowledge in this industry. I know I can always trust her and for this reason I always come back! Thank you Michelle for providing excellent service and making sure my car is always taken care of!
I have been using this location for our cars for a few years now. they are very consistent with their services. I can count on them whenever there is an issue. when we call and try to make an appointment, Michelle can always get us in as soon as possible. very friendly, efficient, and professional. easy to communicate to. love them!
I went to Midas for an exhaust issue that needed attention. Although the the repairs needed to be re-done; Im giving 5 stars only because of the unmatched people skills of Michelle; who was at the counter. She will quickly pass the time by with a funny story or just down to earth convo..along with her auto repair knowledge. Any repair shop would be winning the lottery to have her front and center at their establishment. Im also contacting Midas corp. office to inform them of the value of what they have in her!
Michelle has to be the nicest shop manager I’ve ever worked with. I’ve been coming to this location since 2016 and it’s always outstanding service. Ed always does an amazing job and I trust everything he says. They always get me in and out quickly with no hassle. I called them about noon today because I was having problems with my brakes. I brought my car in at 4pm and was out by 530 with new rear brakes, an oil change and fluid top up. Everyone is always so efficient and friendly. I would rather bring my car back here than to the dealer. Thank you again Michelle!
Brought my car in for a squeaking noise. Was told it was both of my brakes, however the pads looked fine so i was skeptical but trusted them. Noise persisted after shelling out $1000 for brakes. For weeks after, i was in and out of bringing it back in to get the noise to stop. I even went once at a scheduled time and they sent me away because they said they “actually didn’t have time for me.” Another mechanic found the source of the squeak(axels), and i got brakes done from this place for no reason, and now my breaks squeak on top of that. Reached out to request a refund for this unnecessary and haven’t heard anything back yet. Please avoid this place like the plague, do not trust them
Michelle has excellent customer service, and exceeded expectations when coming to a corporate mechanic shop. Extremely friendly and will try to make conversation as you wait for her team to finish work on your vehicle. She attempts to squeeze in more work even with walk ins, and wont delay scheduled work. Feels like local work with corporates cheaper prices.
Best repair shop hands down.The employees and technicians are all honest and hardworking. They will make sure you leave with good advice, everything you actually need and the best price possible. Ive never had a bad experience at any of these shops. 10/10 Customer service and quality of repairs. I wouldnt trust to bring my car anywhere else
Every time I go to this Midas Im treated great. The last time I went Michelle helped me solve a problem I was having with my car that I was about to give up on. She took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns and I left feeling a lot better about what to do next.
They are absolutely fantastic! Michelle is the kindest person and makes you feel at home here. They are so understanding, and will always work with you, and not oversell things you don’t need. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs any work done on their car!
Had a terrible experience. Took a car in for an oil change and a window repair. Specifically told them to use standard oil, but they changed it to synthetic without telling us. An employee named Brandon was very rude and abrasive about it on the phone. Instead of apologising or calmly explaining the situation, he escalated, talked down at and got mad at us.We decided not to do the window, but after driving home, we discovered the door wouldnt register as being closed, which prevented it from locking. When we called to tell them about the issue, Brandon answered, and was immediately rude and defensive, making it sound like it was our fault. I opened the door up myself, because I didnt want to deal with him again. They had failed to reconnect one of the wires.I added a star, because everyone else at the store acted professionally.
Spent over $2000 on getting our AC fixed which somehow took 3 days (every day it was “almost done” and there were multiple excuses) only to have the transmission die on us the following week, and then the week after that the AC died again. How the transmission dying (as it was apparently having issues for a while per the service technician at a dealership) was missed when the AC was serviced literally the week beforehand is beyond me. How the AC broke 2 weeks after “being replaced” is also very suspect. To top this all off, they offered us a couple free oil changes to smooth things over which I think is honestly hilarious that they think I would bring my car there for anything at this point when they can’t even fix the things I paid them to fix.
After very questionable repair estimates elsewhere, I brought my vehicle to this Midas and was incredibly pleasantly surprise to receive a far cheaper quote which turned into super high quality work. Ive returned for state inspections and other mechanical work since my first visit and am always blown away at the staffs transparency, honesty and reasonably priced, high-quality work. Im very thankful to have found a shop I can trust!!!!
Come to this Midas located on 1722 Central Ave! Do not go to the Midas located on 967 Central Ave. The staff here are so helpful and friendly!Had a terrible experience with 967 Central Ave Midas where Brandon Munhall seemingly failed the safety inspection of my car on purpose. Feel free to read my experience below if interested. Long story short, came to this location for re-inspection and my car passed the safety inspection fine! They even did it for free. I will be doing all my maintenance and repairs at this location instead.Filed a formal complaint with Better Business Bureau and New York State. On 3/4/2021 (Thursday) at 11 am, I brought my car to the Midas location on 967 Central Ave, Albany, NY 12205 for emission inspection and oil change. Initially, the car mechanic who performed the inspection informed me that everything was good with the car. During this time, I heard that the staff Brandon Munhall who was working at the front desk was questioning the car mechanic sarcastically, are you really going to let this car pass? A little while after, Brandon Munhall stated my tires need to be changed and provided a quote for the repairs. I found the quote to be overpriced and therefore declined. He continued to pressure me to make the repairs at this location. Afterwards, at checkout, another staff informed me that my car failed the safety inspection. Later that night, I was reading through the documentation provided by the location and saw that the vehicle inspection report states the failed safety item is Tires and Wheel Fasteners. Therefore, I went back and read the documentation provided by Midas named Visual Courtesy Inspection which outlines the details about the inspection. Under the Tread Depth section, it states LF 6/32, RF 4/32, LR 10/32, RR 4/32. I then looked up the New York State Vehicle Safety/Emissions Inspection Program requirements, and under the section Tires, it states Tread depth - must be at least 2/32 inch when measured in two adjacent major tread grooves showing the most wear. The Visual Courtesy Inspection document did not mention any other comments regarding the tires. I found the discrepancy odd and therefore called Midas the next morning (3/5/2021) asking for further explanation. Brandon Munhall responded to the phone call. When asked about the discrepancy, he states that the first car mechanic made a mistake and insisted that my car tires did not meet the New York State requirements and are 2/32. He then told me I can take my car to another location if I would like. During the same day (3/5/2021), I took my car to another Midas on 1722 Central Ave, Albany, NY, 12205. They did a re-inspection and verified that my tire tread depths are LF 5/32, RF 4/32, RR 5/32, LR 9/32, and noted no irregular tire wear. My car passed the inspection at this separate location.
I had a large tack damage my tire and it couldnt be repaired. The spare is underneath so I took a chance and drove in. These folks had my car up on the lift and happily moved the back tire to the front, then put the spare on. Cost: $0 and we hope to earn your business. I felt like family worked there. Thank you!!!
David at this Midas was so patient and helpful, and addressed my problems with enthusiasm - a relief for an anxious customer! I went to Midas after a check engine light came on in my car. I read the code myself and it was reading back an issue with the transmission sensor. On Midass website they dont specifically mention service for transmissions, but I called to see if they could help anyway since it was only the sensor. When I made the appointment, he looked up the code right there on the phone and did a cursory diagnosis, assuring me it looked like something they could address.I knew my car had some other issues I had been putting off and the guys at Midas found them. The price for the combined services was very reasonable and certainly less than the dealer would have offered, and he even found a few discounts for me. What amazed me the most was that they were able to fix everything the same day! I dropped off my car at 9am, took the bus to work, and arrived back at 6pm to drive away with my car working better and safer than ever. Thank you so much to David and the team at Colonie Midas! I hope I wont need service again for a long time, but when I do, I will definitely be coming back here.
After being used as a consumer punching bag by my local Midas I went to this Midas on Central ave.Both managers were more than great.They fixed everything that was wrong and even replaced for free what the first(and second) trip to the other Midas had ruined by their unprofessionalism. The owner of this franchise was more than gracious and responsive to my dilemma.
Incredible customer service, competitive pricing, and very flexible appointment scheduling. And best of all, when they perform service, they give you a summary with photos of your vehicle and the service they performed so you know you arent being scammed. Very reassuring.
Well, I had hoped that I found a repair shop that I could keep going to. Unfortunately, that isnt the case. Fortunately, I dont have to waste any more time here. Steve, the manager, was very helpful in January when I needed tires for my car (expensive 19 sports tires) and an inspection. He went out of his way to help me, get the tires for me (and didnt try to up-sell me), schedule an appointment, and then get me on my way. I was very happy and made an appointment for Presidents Day to come back and get my brake pads and rotors replaced. The best part was Steve promised to honor the deal they had in January on pads and rotors that he hadnt thought to mention when they were doing the other work.My happiness didnt last long. Two days later, I noticed that my inspection sticker was still the old one. I pulled out the paperwork they had given me when I left Midas and sure enough I had paid for the inspection but they never changed the sticker. I had to call up, go back to the garage, and have them do the inspection again. They gave me a coupon for a free oil change.Well I called this morning to confirm the time for my appointment for the pads and rotors for my car and, surprise, they dont have any record of my appointment in the computer which also means no price match from the January sale. Im glad I called to check on my appointment time.Im done wasting my time here. If you cant do the requested work properly the first time or on honor appointments made more than three weeks ago, Ill find somewhere with more competent staff to have work done on my car.
If you use this Midas, look closely at your final bill. You can expect to have extended warranties you did not approve slipped into your invoice. They will also overbearingly try to sell you the Midas store credit card, even after repeatedly stating you are not interested.
Bad service, Bad management, Very bad customer services, Very Impolite, and Unprofessional.I visit there shop on central ave Albany for state inspection they told me my car needs a new wiper blades and an air filter and thats it, I pay the money and take my car home. Next day on the throw way to my work the engine was acting odd and the sound was different, I check the engine and found out that the air filter is not closed and there is no air filter.After returning form job I went directly to the shop I before I get inside Brandon (he said he is the manager) came outside carrying the filter and saying they were wondering to home is this filter, how could he new even before I say anything??!!.So I ask him how could that happened and how could customers trust there services and they they such mistake with a simple think how about more complex things, he begin yelling and call me with bad words.I will never go Midas again nor recommend there services to anyone.
The only reason Im giving an additional star other than the one Im required to give is because the gentleman who worked on my car was kind as was one of the gentleman at the first desk. However, Im not sure I would trust them to do what they say they will unless directly speaking to a mechanic. I purchased a Groupon for a full synthetic oil change and tire rotation; I made my appointment online which stated such and was there for both services and out 45 minutes ago.Heres where Im unsure why one of the employees did what he did...I was asked the reason for my appointment which I explained. He directly asked are we doing a tire rotation as well today? To which I replied yes, please. At some point the mechanic came in to ask that employee about a tire rotation because he didnt see it on the work order. Based on the interaction I thought the employee at the front desk confirmed such. You know what they say about assuming...I spoke with the mechanic, who as I mentioned was very kind after he drove my car out of the garage, and he confirmed he did not do a tire rotation as he was told not to.For me, being able to trust a shop is huge when it comes to automobile service. This is not to say I dont trust their mechanics or question their quality, but I highly question the people who tell them what work they should be doing, as ultimately they are the ones who report back to you and then charge you. I would look to have work done elsewhere as the blatant disregard to do something as simple as a tire rotation (that he isnt even doing) completely baffles me.
The customer service here was amazing. We were on a 22 hour road trip, and 4 hours into it were having issues with our driver side window and door. We didn’t know where to go because we do not know the area at all. We got turned away by a few other places before coming here. When we got to Midas, they took us right in even though they were SUPER busy, and got us back on the road in less than an hour. We can’t thank you guys enough, you went above and beyond. I would 100% recommend
I have been coming to this specific Midas location for quite some time and hands down they are the best Midas shop around. As soon as you eneter, the staff greets you and offers you something to drink. While you are waiting, they look at your vehicle and give REAL LIFE INFO NO B/S info and they are upfront and HONEST of what you need done.Again, I have been bringing all my cars here and will continue to do so.
I went in to this Midas store just to get a oil change, I was talking to the Dm Bobby and he was very nice, calm and informative. After my oil change Bobby asked me if he could show me a few things about my car. Bobby showed me that my brakes where shot and my tires were on there way out as well. If i went anywhere else ( and i have) they would have just done what i asked but this team went above and beyond for me. Now this was definitely something i was expecting to pay or do. I called back the next day and spoke to the manager Robin, he as well was very nice and informative. After getting more details i made a appointment but i still wasnt ready to spend that kind of money. so 4 hours after i was supposed to be there he Robin called me. Robin wasnt calling to see why i didnt show up, he was just asking me if i was okay because of everything that is going on with my car. So now feeling better on about the purchase i made an appointment and showed up, thats were i met Chase, this guy made the experience for me. not only was he friendly but he held a nice convo, was very personable and made every one happy and smile. not only is he perform the best customer service i have every seen ANYWHERE but it was very busy. Chase kept up with the traffic and every interaction the customer smiled and laughed . you guys just made a life time customer. thank you
I was lucky enough to be able to have my car brought in for service almost immediately. I was greeted with warm and welcoming employees, one of which got up from his computer to make me a cup of coffee while I checked in with the other employee. I had an amazing customer service experience for my entire visit
I wanted to take a minute and share my experience because Colonie Midas always does a fantastic job but today they went above and beyond.Ive been coming to this Midas often for years. I do go to others but this is , by far, the best one. They are always professional, I never feel like I am being taken advantage of. They approach the information about your car very simply and straight forward.The last time I came in for an oil change in August of 2019 it was the first time I had experienced their electronic inspection information. They send an inspection report to your phone, each evaluated item is rated between green yellow and red, its incredibly complete. Anything that is red (and sometimes yellow) they send pictures of and explain what is wrong. I love this feature.Long/short this feature came in handy today. I ended up starting at another Midas (not Colonie) because of the things I had planned for the day. This other Midas made recommendations that, based off of my previous visit to Colonie, didnt make sense. I called up Colonie and asked if they could verify 2019s visit and they did. The data didnt match. I ended up declining the service at the Midas I had started at.Colonie was incredibly accommodating and offered the fit me in for a second opinion. They evaluated my car, told me what was actually wrong, spent the time and made it right. It was a late day but they took the time, a thank you seems too simple.They are focused on the customer and doing the job right. I cant recommend them enough.
Steve and his team made sure I was taken care of from a past mistake at a different location (franchise). Without hesitation Steve offered to top off my coolant overflow tank and even offered me a time to come in next week to make sure there wasnt a huge problem before my car warranty was over. Kudos to you Steve for making the right move and gaining yourself the trust of a loyal customer. see ya next week buddy.
I was shocked and very upset when I called to make an appointment to find that Michelle is no longer there she is the reason me and my wife and several friends went there she was the best thing about going there she was knowledgeable and always a pleasure to talk to I will not be going there anymore and have told all my friends not to go back as well without Michelle the one person you could always trust and feel comfortable about bringing your car for repairs I hope to find out where she is she was the best and it’s a shame Midas let her go for a female she was the most knowledgeable about cars and made that place feel like home Midas definitely lost out letting her leave if your going there because of her reviews which is what brought me there stay away she was what made that place the guy I talked to when I called to make an appointment was rude and would not tell me where she is he tried getting me to come in but sorry not without michelle there .
Keep in mind my experience was years ago, but it was a bad one. This place was a chop-shop; wanted 2k for a used car Id just bought, pulled my car apart for an oil change, went looking through my car for issues. I talked to some people who knew cars and came to found out these people were trying to con me; sure enough, my car is fine 6 years later. Want an honest mechanic? Try Foleys Garage in Altamont; they dont try to milk you for all youre worth. I hope things have improved Midas; very deceptive business practices. I also observed the former owner arguing with reviewers on here calling them liars. Does not bode well in your favor at all.
I always get great exceptional service when I go 967 Central ave Albany,NYs location. Brandon is always a pleasure to see and work with. He is professional,respectful and explaining things that need to be done, with no pressure or over aggressiveness. Service at this location is always a pleasure thank you!
I cant write enough good things about this shop. Dave and his crew always go above and beyond to make sure my automobiles are in tip top shape. I have never felt taken advantage of. I have never felt like I was sold products or services I dont need. That is a rarity in the service industry today.
Had very terrible service at their Central Ave location in Albany, NY.I found their business to be INCOMPETENT, PUSHY, EXPENSIVE and SHADY.--INCOMPETENT - They told me my RIGHT hub assembly needed to be replaced to make the car safe to drive, so I believed them. Upon leaving the car made terrible vibrations and three other garages told me (immediately after this) that my LEFT hub assembly and left tie rod were destroyed and needed to be replaced. They either completely missed that the car needed another $1700 of work (at which point I would have written off the car as a loss and not done any more work on it), misdiagnosed the problem and replaced the wrong side, or damaged my vehicle during the repair.--PUSHY - They bullied me into getting the repairs although I didnt feel comfortable spending that much money on the car. There was a tall intimidating guy who insisted that I get the work done, and always interrupted me mid-speech when I tried to protest. Later, after the manager agreed to a price match from another Midas, he was visibly upset when I tried to hold him to the original terms of the price match (no labor charge on the rotors) and ultimately refused to honor either that agreement or the $30 coupon I had brought in. The guys there use intimidation and anger as persuasion techniques. Its effective.--EXPENSIVE - They originally quoted me $895 for rotors and hub assembly - work that resulted in my car running worse. Another Midas down the road offered $550 for the same work.--SHADY - They didnt show me what was wrong with my car, just insisted that I was in grave danger if I didnt get the right hub replaced. Immediately afterward there was terrible vibration in the steering, and popping when I made left turns - issues that werent there when I brought the car in. When they agreed to the price match, I believed that we agreed that there wouldnt be a labor charge for the rotors. Instead, they decided that one of my rotors didnt need to be changed after all (the one they replaced last year) and charged me for half the labor, instead of no charge for labor.Terrible experience, wasted $700 for a car thats (ONLY NOW) running poorly.
Once the manager sense you dont know much about cars based on the fact you dont know your millage off the top of your head, a couple of thousand dollars repairs will be needed, otherwise, according to them, the car you have been driving everyday for the past year will break down in a week. I actually know a thing or two about cars and had done some repairs myself. Went to another shop without telling about the needed repairs, only one thing came up. Now, a thousand miles later, I dont have a break down. (Ill update this review if I got any problem as they predicted. Oh, when you said you dont want anything done, the manager dont even bother to repair the small stuff, he will chase you out of the shop, and left the plastic shield thing underneath the front dangling, which I need to get it back in position myself.I have to say, I had great experience with Midas at other locations, but not this one, at least not with this manager.
I had the best experience at this Midas location and will always go back Michelle the manager was the sweetest women I have ever met and was an absolute pleasure to talk to she made me feel welcome the second I walked in the door and my getting my car looked at an pleasurable experience we even exchanged recipes I could have talked to her all day I am recommending all of my friends and co workers to go to Midas and make sure they see Michelle she is the absolute best
Prepare to wait. I had an appointment for and oil change and inspection, almost 2 hours later, here I still sit. Its always like this. Ive given them thousands of dollars over the years, makes little difference to them. They change managers like I change shoes. Ive been coming here for years because its close to home but every time I leave I say thats it, yet here I sit once again. Guess whose the fool!
Had to get a serpentine belt changed on my car a year ago because car was screeching. Had to bring it back 3 times each time they failed to fix the problem (they stated they even put on a new belt one of the times), and it still wasnt fixed. I ended up bringing the car to another mechanic and they fixed the problem by tightening the belt, but found out today I have to get it replaced again because the belt went bad. I will never get service done to my cars at a Midas or this shop again.
Called to make an appointment the same day and they said it was okay and gave me a time to come in. I went in at that time and immediately the guy behind the counter (the same guy I spoke to on the phone) said there were absolutely no openings today and that they had no record of me calling. Extremely fustraiting, and the guy seemed flustered and annoyed.
Midas was good i was there in the past thay where happening a young lady with her car to day from what it looked like to me she needs a lots of work and tires but at Midas your there number 1 Customer thay will take care of all your needs like Alignments and Tyrants ball joints brakes pads and roaders thay Balance your tires to even if you dont buy them there thay do so many things and most stores are open till 6pm i think Midas opens at 8am and most stores have a key drop if you can drop off in the morning and pickup later and Some Stores will bring you to work to school or to home whatever is whats ya need trust the Midas touch have a nice day by.
Excellent repair shop I caught a good deal on Groupon only 13$ u can not compete with that price u cant even do it by Urself at that price .the environment was vary nice and comfortable .the only thing was the time of the hole process was around an hour and ten minutes .but I will be back as long as I can find the Groupon.( Original price 29.99 for conventional)
WHAT A TURN AROUND THIS PLACE IS MAKINGthe mechanics are not only extremely good at there job but also extremely upfront and kind when speaking to you aswell as the managmentthe managment has made such a turnaround as far as customer service and the honesty and they even just started checking alignments for free without me even having to askmy grandparent as well as my parents and now me have always and will always use this place to have all of our services donesteve has been there as the manager for a little over a year (or maybe longer but thats when iv started seeing him) and was a little rocky for a wile but if certainly starting to come around and really make you feel as comfortable as possible and very upfront and honest about whats going on with your car and will even bring you out to see what he is talking about and not only him but also the mechanic working on your car will go over it with you and make it supper clear even for someone who knows nothing about carsgreat job guys you have my loyalty for life as well as the rest of my familys

2022-01-26When it comes to confidence in where you look to have your vehicle serviced, This Midas has been here for along time with their technicians growing roots ! It does take time to do their 27 point service check, and you see the results sent to you via text, green your good, yellow is cautionary , Red means something needs immediate attention ! I call it the stoplight principal, Green you go, yellow, you better look, and red means stop, It also helps you with a timeline for future maintenance,.. Midas also carries the Valvoline guarantees depending on what mileage you start your maintenance program with them. It why your manufacture calls it scheduled maintenance, especially “fluid exchanges” did you know your brake fluid viscosity actually breaks down, transmission, transfer case, differentials, you have two if you have a four-wheel-drive, They are experts put your trust in them,… Read the fine print, They do what’s right, not what’s the fastest, big difference Don’t expect fast when it comes to your safety,

2022-02-09Went in to get an oil change. Not only did it take over an hour, they tried to convince me I needed a new ($270) tie rod that I just replaced not even 6 months ago. They also tried to tell me I needed all new shocks (550)and struts(850) when I also had the struts replaced 6 months ago at depaula. On top of that they tried to say I needed new air filters when I replaced them myself this summer. Not to mention they didnt even put all of the lug nuts back on my car after the tire rotation. This shop might be fine for men but for women, they will try to sell you repairs and parts you dont need

2022-03-19Both locations arent that great. The one Im talking about is the one on Western Ave. Albany. Never take your vehicle here. They start your labor time from the time u walk in rather than when they actually start the work.They also sabotage car parts for future business. I have video and photos to back this up but as Im currently in litigation with their lender, I cant show you. Also the front end manager sent me a hand written thank you card cause he knew they messed up. Why is he even the front end manager and admits he knows nothing about cars??? Duh to push customers into costly unnecessary repairs. Hes a con artist really. I am disappointed and would give them 0 stars if I could. I hope you people listen to me on this and AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

2022-02-26Due to our last snow storm, I had to call AAA to tow my car to Midas. Same day I received a phone call that what needed to be fixed was not much of an expense and they ended up not charging me at all. With having to miss a day of school and work, Midas made sure I was able to get my car back in a timely manner, give great feedback, and was beyond polite.

2021-08-21Its been 6 months since Ive been here and I figured Id give benefit of doubt but I dont think it would be right of me. I went there knowing full well the problem with my jeep. It had a misfire from a leaky head gasket which was making it hard to start. Mind you I drove my car there. After they looked at it they suddenly said my car wouldnt start and I couldnt drive it home I needed a new engine. Which would cost over 6000. I left it there for the night since they said it wouldnt start. The next day I went back and told them I drove my car here to begin so I better be driving it back then all of a sudden my car started again. The manager ray tried to rip me off and sell me a new motor. He is the ultimate sales man selling you things you dont need. Here I am am 6 months later with a replaced head gasket and my jeep runs perfectly fine. DO NOT GO HERE RAY WILL RIP YOU OF ANYTIME HE CAN. They assume I didnt know anything about cars but I do I cant imagine what they do to people that dont.

2020-08-15I think his name was john at the counter..either way cool guy..good customer service..guys in the garage were not ur typical short grumpy and to the point.they listen and answer ur questions well got me in and out fast for my alignment which was well done

2021-06-11I have been to Midas a few times for service. I understand that using Midas I am going to pay a little more, and the will try and get you to spend extra, but I have never felt ripped off. So I when my daughter had concerning car issues I was not concerned when she said she was taking it to this location. Then my daughter got charged $1,100 for an oil change, diagnostics and a spark plug change. When my daughter gave them the instructions to do the simple work on the car the attendant promised they would call back and never did. Then when she came to get the car, gave her that ridiculous price. The then car ran worse than it did when she brought it in. Do not take your car to Midas. Specially not this one!

2021-04-23I have been a loyal customer of Midas for several years because I could alway trust Michelle. I was shocked and disappointed when I called and heard she was no longer with the company. She was always so knowledgeable, trusting and genuine. I knew with Michelle that I could always trust my car was being taken care of properly. She made time go by so quickly and was such a kind person to all her customers. I will no longer be going to Midas because Michelle is not here and unfortunately I never had a good experience with anyone else. No longer would recommend going here.
