Auto Trade Corp is #1 I’m on my third car for my family Jon always has the best cars his shop checked them out from bumper to bumper and he stands behind everything he sells.They were able to not only get me financing when nobody else could and with a low rate. Don’t hesitate go straight down to Auto Trade they will take care of you I recommend all my friends and relatives.
Best used car dealer in the NY area hands down!We’ve been shopping for a few weeks now to find a quality car for my son and at a dealer that we not only felt comfortable and confident with but could also get us approved and in a payment my son could afford..THESE GUYS DID IT HANDS DOWN!!!We were getting discouraged with the used car dealer Mumbo jumbo and fees the other dealers wanted to charge us but Jon and his staff at auto Trade were honest and straightforward THEY DONT CHARGE ANY OF The BOGUS EXTRA FEES the other dealers tried to slam us with.they let my son drive as many cars as he wanted to find the perfect fit and on top of that got us approved and with a great finance rate...Go see Jon and his staff you can’t go wrong with there cars and customer service!!!

Nice Pre-owned dealership with a nice array of vehicles for sale.Owner & Staff are professional & courteous. I have purchased 3 vehicles from here. Of all of the 3 vehicles, I was satisfied with the purchases.
Jon will talk to you like you are a friend, and then lie directly to your face. He will temporarily rig cars so they function well on the test drives, but they will need thousands of dollars worth of repair within two weeks after you drive your car home. Please, please save yourself a huge amount of stress and DO NOT EVEN THINK about buying a car from this place. This mans lies have broken my bank account and caused me months of worry.I come from a very hardworking family. My father built his business from the ground up, works hard every day of his life, genuinely cares about his clients, and has been extremely successful. He has proven to me that there are ways to make a great living without lying, stealing, and cheating like Jon from Auto Trade Corp. All I can say is that I hope people like Jon have a chance to reflect later in life and realize how many people they hurt.
Wonderful customer service and communication, Auto Trade was great,we had recently bought our 3rd pre owned car from Auto Trade and our daughter had several after sale questions they were there to answer every phone call and address each and every concern.I have suggested several friends and relatives and theyve all had the same experience I would give these guys five stars any day of the week its the only place I will buy my preowned cars !
Shady Shady ShadyBuyer Beware and Mea Culpa are the point words of this review.Dealt with them at the old location where it was run out of a trailer. I bought two cars off him over the course of three years. First was a Benz that wound up needing a couple grand of work after 6 months. Fair enough, I really wanted that Benz. Then the following year the transmission started to go, and fortunately I was rear ended by a taxi and had some insurance money to play with. A nice 3 series Beemer with an M package fit the bill. Same lot, same people. On the test drive the radio was cranked to cover up an intermittent noise caused by the emergency brake cable, which was not expensive to replace, but in retrospect shady as hell. That is the word I would use to describe this business. Shady. My first, second and last experiences dealing with used car salesmen. My only purchases since 2007 have been new or certified pre-owned, and that’s pretty reliable. I drove by their new location last week and shuddered involuntarily. Hence this review. Go in with open eyes and bring a mechanic or far better yet, Drive on by people, your wallet at the minimum will thank you.
Made an appointment with a salesman on Wednesday to have my mechanic look over a car on Friday. Took off from work on Friday to check out the car. Turns out he sold the car on Thursday, never called to let me know. Either there was something wrong with the car he didnt want my mechanic to see, or its a clear indication of how much respect they have for their customers. Either way you should look somewhere else.
I went to 5 big dealers in Rockland County, all of them played the shuffle game with me because my credit isnt very good, and even though I gave cash deposits they told me they would have to mail me a check that took weeks and many calls later to get. all of them wanted to give me 24% ouch.... when a good friend told me about John at Autotrade, I went there and what a great guy and there cars and prices couldnt be beat. the best part was the Finance guy got me 13.9% even though my score is very low... say what you want... Im sticking with these guys forever.

I was in the market for an AWD suv. I had been searching all over Rockland and I was referred to John at Auto Trade Corp. He put me in the perfect SUV for my small family and I couldnt be happier. Sold me a car. had no breaks, exhaust fell off car week after i drove off lot because he zipped tied it. i didn’t notice at first but after awhile i noticed the convertible top was completely broken and water was seeping in. he is a professional at cutting corners and saving money without people noticing. NEVER buy here

2022-05-20This place was really nice, havent seen or been a car dealer where people are so nice. They took their time showing us every car we wanted to see, and were honest about each of them, their car collections are good, took three cars for test drive and believe me even though one of them have hi milage, all their cars drive well.... please take it from me, if you like a car they have take your time to go visit them. Its will be worth the drive and time.

2021-05-26Would highly recommend anyone looking for a reliable used car to go to John. From day 1 he was friendly and accommodating. When i arrived, the car i saw online was there, John took to the time to wash the car and put in gas so its ready. When we didnt close the deal on the first day he was very respectful and didnt start yelling at us that we wasted his time. Came back a couple of days later, got the car, and have had no issues so far. Highly recommend visiting his shop, you wont find respectful used car salesmen like that anymore. Pleasure doing business with him. 2012 Honda Accord coupe.

2018-10-25Jon is the BEST! My family and I have been purchasing cars from Auto Trade Corp. for the past 20 years. I just purchased my 4th car from Jon and once again he out did himself. Jon went out of his way and found the car I was looking for in less than a week. My experiences with Jon have been only positive! Robert too went out of his way to help me with a incredible interest rate for financing and auto insurance. Don’t waste your time with anyone else! You won’t find anyone better! 2015-05-12John seemed nice. He is good what he does and says. I purchased a Benz that turn out to be a nightmare with many hidden unstated problems. Yes it was part my fault because I purchased it. It looked real nice. I was genuine with my money, and desire for a used car. John kept hidden problems from me, just to put money in his pocket. So many thousands of dollars later chasing repairs, transmission, Cat converters, electrical, computer, I decided to give the car away and ship it to my Son in Ca. If you are selling cars for years at a family owned business, you know very much about different used cars. You also know how to band aid all problems just to make that sale. I just threw away about 10,000.00 dollars just a mere 6 months of owning it. I am still paying it off to protect my credit. Yes sold as is is one thing. Sold with hidden issues to deceive and make a sale at all costs is flat out lying. Dont trust this guy John, or Jon. How does he sleep at night deceiving people. Buyer please do go there!!!

2020-02-27We want to thank the whole team for their professionalism, friendliness and how easy it was to work with them. We drove just over 2 hours to look at an suv. When we got there it was exactly as it was described. In excellent shape and very clean already warmed up ready for us to test drive also there were no hidden fees or surprises. We were given a price over the phone and that was price we paid. We left with in 2 hours driving away in our new car. We had 3 of our kids with us. There kids room was perfect for them as we finalized our purchase. The next time we buy our car we will definitely be looking here first. Thank you for an excellent experience with no hassle or pressure to buy. It really was worth the 2 hour drive. We highly recommend Autotrader of Nanuet NY
