A-plus\/ Great people to work with, we drove from Oswego to come here after seeing a cute Kia listed by Tom online though Facebook Marketplace, Tom has been great and has been great communicating with me from a distance. Rare find to meet an honest, kind used car dealer. salesman. I highly recommend asking for Tom. I meet the office manager Donna along with the owners, I can honesty say I have had a great experience with Autoland. I got a great car, great price and a pleasurable experience. What can say im a advocate. I am not receiving anything from Autoland to post this review. I just wanted to share a rare used car ;dealership success story.

Paid for a truck. Received the truck 4 days later after inspection. This is what was wrong at that time. Third brake light not working, emergency brake cable broken, wipers totally worthless, and master brake cylinder not installed correctly. how and were was this inspected? At this point I got them to look at is to fix these issues while under the 30 day warranty. I purchased new wipers Now after I drove home after they looked at the truck it does not run. I can not move it. They refuse to get it towed to there shop and want me to pay for tow truck $200. So now it sets they refuse to get a tow and wont give me my money back either. Being told it is in the contract that I do not have Totally worthless customer care at this place. Avoid them at all costs.

This past summer, I purchased a car for my daughter. Tommy went above and beyond to make sure she had a car not only was comfortable for her, but also, SAFE! He made sure any existing issues were addressed before she left for college, at no additional cost! Four months later and weve had no additional expenses outside of gas and an oil change! Bought a car from here four months ago. Immediately after purchase the AWD! Light came on followed by continuous flat tires, everyday!!! They refused to trade for a car that was not broken and refused to refunded and take the car back. Instead They replace the tires without sealing them than replaced the rims with used broken rims and now it seems they simply don’t care about the issues at all. Four months later they have resolved nothing!!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE!!! They will screw you over!!!! Oh, forgot he forced me into an extended warranty without my permission so they can dodge actually fixing the car themselves!!!! Fair warning... Go Anyplace else!!

Ive dealt with several dealers in the area, including Timebuyer, and James Mitsubishi, and this is the BEST dealership Ive ever seen, hands-down. - Quick, honest, extremely cooperative, and hassle-free.... with absolutely NO pressure to buy the first vehicle you see. Prices are excellent, include NO INTEREST, and because of this, their loans only take around a year to be paid off!After seeing the fantastic experience I had, my grandmother ended up buying a car from them the very next day!I HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle, and before you read any of the bad reviews, be sure to pay close attention to the fact that most of the people that write them dont even know how to spell easy words. Worst dealership ever said the truck would be fixed before I picked it nothing was fixed. After a week of having the truck told me to drop it off at a shop the trucks at it one shop for one week and another shop for another week both shops literally did nothing but changing oil filter meanwhile it needed manifold shocks CV shaft front wheel bearing brakes bled manifolds still has an oil leakI called and asked when this will get done and argued with the owner about getting it done even though everything was covered under his warranty instead he tried to buy me out with a lousy $400 check to go fix it the manifold on loan to get fixed or $700 still nothing has gotten fixed except the CV shaft and wheel bearing and rear and cover that was leaking that I had to do myselfI do not recommend this company at all worst dealership ever actually killed bend over backwards for you and end up screwing youI was even told by one of the garages at the truck should’ve never even been inspected I will be contacting my lawyer now

I did not have the most pleasant experience with John Danella or the owner of Autoland. I was going to buy a 2009 Dodge Avenger with $500 down. Everything was wonderful off the start, I got approved quickly without any hassle. Then, the problems started.I was fine not having the car the first couple days for the inspection process. Then, I was told a part had to be ordered. I went in on the 29th of August, placed the down payment and signed the paperwork to have the title placed in my name, before the problems began. John stated it should be ready the next day, if I didnt hear from him by noon to send him a text. Noon comes the next day and I do as said, car wasnt ready. Continuously I received the same answer that the car would be ready the next day or the day after.It came down to needing a part replaced, an intake manifold or an intake censor. The owner of Autoland had to order it, continuously told he had not ordered it. Was told would be overnighted on the 30th and that if the intake was pulled out, cleaned, and put back in that it probably wouldnt work the well enough to pass inspection. Due to the holiday weekend, the part wouldnt be in until Tuesday. If I wanted to switch to the black avenger, I was more than welcome. If i wanted a refund, I was more than welcome.Come Tuesday, the part was not in. Wednesday, same answer. I was told my car was pulled apart and ready for the installation of the part. Thursday, the part finally came in at 11:30 and was sent to the shop. By now, its been a week and I still have not gotten the keys to the car. 3:00 comes around, no answer. I texted him twice, no answer.My brother and mother call, brother was able to talk to him. He stated I did not sign any paperwork and said if my brother wanted to, he could take the car and the part and put the part in himself. A few minutes later, I get a text from him about how he cant be having my family call and yell at him about the car not being done, hes extremely busy and that he isnt the mechanic and that if I wanted to I could get a refund or wait. The new date for the car to be finished would be the following week.Continuously it was the same answer, over and over again. Tomorrow or the day after. If it was the weekend, Monday or Tuesday. I was getting a car for work arrangements and it continuously pushed it back. My brother was moving out to Rochester and taking his car with him, leaving the rest of the house without a car. So, it is now the 7th, no keys to the car and asked for a refund.I will never do business with Autoland ever again.

I just purchased a 2007 Honda Civic and John made it the best experience Ive had buying a car. He didnt make me feel pressured, just helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I would recommend Autoland to anyone looking to buy a new car.
