I wish I can give this place more stars, for their exceptional service.✨ From the initial call, to the scheduled appointment day, and even the phone call after the service appointment. The quality was unmatched! The price was extremely reasonable for all the services my car needed and my car runs GREAT!!!THANK YOU!!! I was a little hectic to bring car in because of my past experiences with other car repair shops but everyone there exceeded my expectations. GOOD JOB GUYS!!! I will definitely refer more clients!

Honest and efficient. I went thinking I had a problem that would probably cost me a lot, and after the team ran a test and checked my car, the problem was very minimal and fixed it right on the spot!! Saved me thousands due to their honesty. Any other mechanic would have taken my word and money. I definitely won’t be going anywhere else.

I needed an oil Change and to renew my NY State inspection so I stopped by AutoMaster Land mechanic shop because it’s next to my job. They helped me right away and Service was very quick. The owner came over and introduced himself as the new owner of the mechanic shop. He is very friendly and professional. He provided me with the business card just in case I need to fix something in my car in the future. I will definitely be going back to them if I ever needed work to be done on my car.

Don’t even waste your time and hard earned money in this place, if you’re not a 100% sure of what exactly your car has or what you want them to do I don’t recommend them at all.Went there because the starter of my car wasnt working well they end up saying the problem was the battery even after I told them that I checked it and it was completely fine, they end up charging me $300 for a new battery and “diagnosis service” the car worked until the next day and it didn’t work anymore I went there again and all that they told me is that I should had take it to my car dealer and wanted me to charge me another $120 just for another “diagnosis” completely disappointed with my experience here
I had a great experience at this shop, I needed some major work to be done on my BMW engine and this shop was the perfect place to go to for a clean and affordable job. Plus the new owner was very polite and professional. I would 100% recommend this shop for all your vehicle needs.

Worst Service I every had in my life .Their liars, do not trust them they charged me over 400$ to fix my muffler & they just put muffler cement on it & sent me on my way I didn’t know until I took it to another mechanic & he told me what they did & I had to pay again to get my muffler fixed the correct DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
Went to auto master to get an oil change and to get the brakes replaced on my 2016 bmw 5 series, was greeted with an extremely friendly and professional staff member the job was done when they told me it was going to be done, and the cost was very reasonable specially when you take into consideration their friendliness and quality of work, thank you to all the staff of auto master, this is my new place for all my car needs and I sure will spread the word to my friends and family members 🙂
My experience here was amazing! I was on my way to New Jersey and my brakes completely stopped working! I google the closest place and auto master land was available. They changed my brakes and rotors for a great price and fast service. Deff recommend any staten island locals to come here for their cars services!
Absolutely terrible. I needed my brakes changed and they charged me double the normal price (i bough the brakes separately). I took my business elsewhere. If you’re a woman STEER CLEAR, because clearly they like to take advantage of females. P.s. he charges $200 for brakes.
I brought my car to Automaster Land and told the them that I could hear a sound coming from my front drivers side wheel. He called me one hour later and informed me that he had fixed the problem and that the charge would be $50 dollars. Unfortunately the problem had not been corrected.I took the car to a different mechanic and was told that the issue was the front bearing and it was repaired at a cost of $350 dollars. I dont know why I was charged $50 dollars when there was no service performed. Very disappointed and I will not be going back..

They have 3 stooges working in the shop, when you decide to fix your car at the shop, make sure check all your car screw, nut and bolt. My wheel run away when I turn.Good luck

2021-08-05I have to start by saying this is a 10/10 mechanic. I was having issues with my car that several different mechanics couldn’t help me with, I felt they were taking advantage of me because I’m a young woman and they assume I could get ripped off. After being given outrages prices, I finally received a very reasonable price here at automaster. They treated me like family, every move with care. Not to mention the staff was very professional and courteous. They took care of every little problem. I could easily say that this is my permanent mechanic now and I would highly recommend anyone to come here.

2021-10-17Finally was able to get my Mercedes fixed at this place after going Through (4) different mechanic shops and no one was able to fix the issue my car had .. but here at automaster they were able to fix the problem my the same day for a very reasonable price. Thank you Rami and Kamal.

2021-08-05I’ve been going to this shop for the past year now and I’ve only had amazing experiences. My car has had a couple issues within the last few months and I was able to come here every time. I am always greeted and feel welcomed by the owner and employees. The prices are very reasonable and the owner takes time to explain the cost and reasoning of each service. I also love how fast everything gets done. Anything you need will be attended to immediately and any questions you have will be answered. The owner is very polite, reasonable, and clearly cares about his customers. If you ever have any mechanical problems, this is the place to be.

2021-11-16Ive been taking my car there for 3years prior to the current management. Junior the Hispanic man that worked there always worked in my car and my car drove effortless. Never had an issue. Never questioned quality of work and/or service. I can sincerely say that ever since this current owner/management took over. Mr. Rami and whoever else is there the prices have GAUGED! And their mechanic only knows how to damage cars! My car has never been the same! No matter how many times I take it back! The more they work on it to “repair” the more noises my car has!!! PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE! They have gone from 5 stars to 0 start in my ballgame. There’s better quality mechanics in the island! TRY ELSEWHERE.( I wish I could give them 0 ⭐️ star, but I couldn’t post my review if I didn’t select one)

2021-05-03Back in March I took my car to this shop with a Check Engine Light. I know nothing about car mechanics but the guys there were awesome. They were very welcoming and nice. They explained the problem and walked me through possible solutions. They were honest with their diagnosis and very reasonable and fair with their prices (figured that out after shopping around). I am also planning on buying a new car from them. Their cars seem to be clean and well maintained.. completely trustworthy 👌

2021-05-02Amazing customer service! I’ve never dealt with a shop that took the time to actually listen and not end up charging me an arm and a leg! Very honest and didn’t take advantage of me not knowing much about services or pricing. I took the car to a mechanic a week prior and after the estimate I was given, my friend recommended I try somewhere else first and the price difference was appalling! They are as honest as it gets, and they build customers for life.
