Update 2:Seller/store claims that 🤣additionally to checking fit at the eBay and that their listing specifically lists my car as a fit I need to email my car and model along with my order details!!?? I have added a screen shot where eaby with the information provided from seller confirms that this part fits my vehicle when in reality it doesnt,but hey according to this seller/store it is my fault! Though if you look on top of description the same screen shot it says that sellers assumes full responsibility for this listing. Two other screen shots are from the listing reflecting the same information that the part fits.Update: How could you say if I have not used that tool? It is automatically comes up on ebay as a match to my 97 Camry also your listing has my year and model listed as a match. Care to post link? Or should I post link and pictures of the parts provided?Pathetic general reply to every complaint from the customers that said their parts do not fit. Sure you definitely could be proud of your feedback where every second person advises and warns not to deal with your store!The worst auto parts store I have dealt with in a long time. Ordered parts through their ebay store without checking out the feedback because I have not heard of this happening recently and thought the store is decent. Go check out their feedback before buying from them. Every and each complaint is about wrong part, broken part, missing part but especially about the wrong part. Ordered rotors that had been waiting for a week and when received they do not fit at all and it unknown how these guys listed it under my car and model. Have video and pictures it is not funny they do not fit AT ALL. Maybe of I take a hammer and hammer them in they might 🤔 fit thought still doubtful. When I wrote them about it they have provided shipping label I have to pay almost 15 bucks more then the parts cost. I have to pay for them to take back the WRONG part they sent me!!! Unbelievable, unacceptable!!! Your company should be ashamed of yourself robbing people, regualr people. Go read your eBay feedback it clearly reflects the type of business you run.
My package is pending clearance for 4 days in Memphis tn and not moving. Called auto shack and wanted to cancel it and they said I can’t because it already shipped. Who knows how much longer it will take or if ever. Customer service sucks!!! Lost my business for life. For now on Amazon no questions asked. Thy would of refunded me or shipped me another one.
NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! When ordering, it showed two items in the picture yet shipping info showed one item. When shipped it showed up in two days, yet only half of the items showed up. When i called them, they laughed at my frustration, hung up on me multiple times, when i asked to talk to a supervisor i was told “no” by multiple agents. Still dont know where the second half of my order is and its been a week. These guys show no empathy for them costing me $1000/day in earned wages. Customer service is terrible and business ethics are even worse!! NEVER BUY FROM THESE GUYS!!!
I have order parts for 3 different cars here and never had an issue. If I were to return anything it is a 2 hour drive so I would just drive there to make a return after seeing some of the return reviews. Restocking fee I understand if you order the wrong part. If it is their mistake I would hope they wouldnt charge that. Has anyone had this experience?
I would not recommend ordering anything from this place. They are terrible. Ordered brakes and rotors for my car and they ended up sending the wrong ones. They wanted me to pay to have them shipped back then pay a 10% restocking fee before getting the right parts shipped. It would cost $20 more to ship back than I payed for what I purchased and thats before the restocking fee. Normally you would get a shipping label sent to you or emailed for returns but not this company As long as they get your money there happy, if they make mistakes you are the one who has to pay for it.
Lots of quality parts for people who cant afford full price. Wholesale prices are the best. I have ordered so many parts for several different vehicles and I have never gotten bad parts or the wrong parts. Fast shipping as well. I recommend Autoshack to everyone I know and will continue to do so.
Very impressive. The support is very friendly.I had a broken radiator and needed one very fast, looked for an immediate local pick-up and it was +$230 which was way not worth it for my case. I called these guys and wanted to go pick it up from the warehouse. Unfortunately their policy doesnt allow pick-ups from there. However, they told me they can try rushing the order instead, therefore I ordered and it was on my doorstep within 24 hours. I had it changed and now I have my car back.Would definitely look for parts here next time.
I ordered parts here and received the wrong parts from Jamaica and had to pay $38.00 to ship them back to AutoShack out of my own pocket . I will never shop here again this experience cost me and I get nothing for my trouble .They said I will get my money back after they inspect the parts I sent back and sent them pictures I am waiting !
I have ordered parts here more then once ! The prices are such a great deal and the quality was amazing . I was very impressed and will continue to be a loyal customer whenever I can. The radiator purchased for our f 150 was a steal ! As well as front rotors and pads ! Love you guys !!
I needed control arms and tie rods for my car, while looking for them I found their site and their prices were considerably less than the others. I ordered them and to be honest expected them to be a little lower in quality. To my surprise when they came I couldn’t tell the difference between the ones I got and the factory ones I took off.I was so happy with my experience that I now use them religiously.The prices are always the lowest or within a couple dollars and so far the deliveries have always been quick and on time.Just a side note.... I never leave reviews but I felt with every experience being on point It would be an injustice if I didn’t.Bottom line is I would give them 6 stars but it only allows you to give 5 !!!!
Auto shacks return policy is a total rip off. Paid $59.00 for wrong parts. Return fee was $44.00. And a 10% restocking fee. Which they profit from. Im getting a whole $9.00 back. And still no parts. Been almost 2 weeks know. They really got me were it hurts. Dont trust, dont recommend them.
I was kind of skeptical when I place the order ( I never heard of them). The price was great for what I was looking for. When I placed the order ; I got a email stating it was shipped with a tracking#. When I tried to track it; ups was saying not at the location. That went on for about 2 days. ( now Im like damn they got me) but the 3rd day ups sent me a text stating my part from autoshack was on the way.. Once it came. It was packaged well and secure. The part was as stated. New and perfect. I found a new place to shop for my auto needs. And they have great prices. So far they been having the best prices and quality parts. Thank you autoshack
AWESOME site for auto parts! I was able to order front suspension kit for mt 2001 Honda CRV. parts are impossible to find in my area, especially for the cost! I was so impressed that I have ordered additional items for my car and a mechanic friend of mine! Parts are high quality and such a value. I even was able to purchase warranties. I highly recommend this company.
HiI received my parts during the specified time, I ordered lower front control arms with balljoints tie rods and sway bar links. I am very pleased with the timely response and the accuracy of my order. I ordered 2 struts for my Ram. One arrived leaking so they replaced it without issue. I decided it would be better to replace the struts and springs at the same time so I asked about returning them. They said no problem but I would have to pay shipping and restocking. I agreed and sent them back. Almost 3 months later they still wont give me a refund. They said both struts are leaking. OK? So give me warranty then. Theyve never been installed. Each time I email them, someone new responds and asks me for the same information Ive provided at least a dozen times. Now I respond with everything so when they respond they just say it was declined. And they wont send them back to me. I will never deal with this company again & I recommend everyone be cautious if you order from them as well.
I order parts online from various companies but seen Auto Shack had good prices on 4 rotors and ceramic brake pads for my 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 Mega Cab. I put all the information in required but the wrong rotors came to me. They sent 5 lug rotors and mine happens to be 8 lug. The prices were comparable to other companies I had ordered from in the past. Anytime I have had issues with receiving the wrong parts from any other online company they would send me a RMA to ship them back, not charge a restocking fee and 100% of the time I would go ahead and purchase the right ones from that vendor for giving good service and being fair.NOT SO with Auto Shack. Not only did they make me pay full shipping at $138.90 they also charged me a 15% restocking fee. This is a horrible way of doing business. I called twice to try and resolve the issue along with numerous emails but they made me pay all these fees so it cost me a restocking fee of $29.00 plus &130.98 a total of $159.98 to ship back a order that cost me $205.00 to purchase to begin with. So I ended up getting $46.98 back total so it cost me $159.98 for absolutely nothing.Their excuse was I ordered the wrong parts. I entered all the information asked of me on their site year make model body style trim package and engine size. Not being a mechanic myself I thought with all the information provided the right parts were ordered.While talking to their customer service they were rude and had no interest in trying to help with ANY of the costs. I thought for sure there at least bare minimal they would wave the restocking fee and also help with at least 50% of the return shipping. I will never order another part from them nor would I recommend anyone else to them for ANYTHING unless you know beyond a shadow of a doubt you are getting the right parts for your automobile. In my almost 50 years of driving and buying parts I have never ran across a company that treated paying customers like this. Beware before ordering!!!!!
If I could give zero stars I would. This company has been a nightmare to work with. I went on their site and typed in my vin number as well as the specs of my car to order 4 strut assemblies. Once the strut assemblies were installed, the mechanic said they were the wrong parts. I immediately contacted the company and my nightmare begin. I have spoken to numerous representatives and everyone tells me something differently. I initially asked for replacement parts but was then told I would be sent a refund. I called to check on the status 2 weeks ago and was told it was not processed because I didn’t send pictures of my car. The representative didn’t tell me that so I sent them. Next I spoke with a representative after I sent the pictures asked for my debut card information to refund my money to within 3-5 business days but I still have not received the refund. I called back today and was told there is a PayPal claim pending so that’s why they can’t refund me. I don’t see a claim on my account so it looks like I will be out of my money. Please DO NOT use this company. The lower price is not worth the headache.
Ive bought a couple of radiators (for 2 different vehicles), rotors, and brake pads from them. All parts have been very good quality, packed properly, and shipped (for free!) on time. If youve got time to wait on your auto parts, you can save a LOT of money. EDIT: They did sell me a bad alternator, and when I tried to go to the website to process the return, it kept sending me to the Canadian website and wouldnt let me proceed. So I had to eat that one. Not gonna eat a second one - fair warning - order at your own risk.
I ordered axle hubs, calipers and brake pads for much less than other sites. The packaging wasnt high tech but adequate. everything arrived as stated it would and all of it fit perfectly. Thanks to AutoShack I was able to do the work myself for about one fourth of the cost in a local shop. Excellent service!
Gave a refund after 5 weeks charged me restocking fee when they never restocked anything got new parts and sent 2 orders .2 years never had to return anything... this one time and they said 3 to 5 business days a month ago... Im still waiting and they keep hanging up the phone when I was being very patient and not being rude. Stay away from this place... I told my customer to order their own parts and again a issue came up doing return for her. Never again
Poor customer service. Had to be persistent with ensuring that this business adhered to their refund policy. They had received my return at their warehouse and had not applied a refund for the returned merchandise for two weeks! Customers shouldn’t have to be persistent with ensuring that a business fulfills its obligations with the return/refund policy.
I have been trying to return the bearing hubs that I purchased. I found that the quality was very poor and I didnt want to install them on my car. I called the customer service to get assistance. I was instructed to take pictures and send them to the email they provided. I sent the pictures and was told they would not warranty them because they were installed. The parts never left my kitchen table. I only opened one of the two boxes. The woman who was supposed to be helping me said that there was nothing that she was going to do for me. I sent them back anyway at my expense so they could see the parts where never installed. I opened a case with my credit card company and Im not sure what is going to happen at this time. Even if the parts were installed, (which they were not). I believe that I would still be entitled to a warranty. This is probably the worst experience Ive ever had with a company in my entire life. Beware of this company!!Poor customer service! Im contacting the better business bureau and opening up a case. It is stealing if you have followed the rules and you still dont receive any refund.
Honestly, good parts. Straight from the manufacturer. BUT!!! I bought a couple strut mount bushings and they sent me a pair of bushings that were wrong. Their Customer Service was the worst ever to come across, straight from the Indo Pacific. By worst I mean they would put me on hold for 20 minutes, or hang up on me, or tell me NO! I have no supervisor available for you to speak with. Plus I didnt authorize an order they sent through. Now, returning these items there is a huge fee. lol. WOW!!! The company was thrown together by connecting a dealer and hiring a staffing Customer Service Company in the Philippines who is there to mess with you and tell you that theyre keeping 50% of the money back from the wrong parts sent and unauthorized orders. lol.
Sure they have good prices but that doesnt make up for the time youll spend calling customer service!Ill never order through AutoShack again. My part showed up in a torn up box with no packaging inside, because of that my sensitive part was bent. I understand things happen so I called them.... 4 times, the agent was hard to hear and didnt care to fix this problem. Its nearly impossible to hear the agents on the phone because they have they have a bad connection.
Dont buy anything from this place. It might be cheap but they will send you wrong parts and when you try to exchange it they tell you to go to your car mechanic to take pictures of them placing the part and then send it it. Once you do that, they will still tell you that it cant be replaced and that you should try selling it. The worst place and the worse customer service i have ever experienced.Its been 3 months and I never received a refund from them. They owe me $200.
I placed an order for calipers for my car. I noticed before the item shipped that it was the wrong part. I tried canceling several times before the item shipped. Not only did they ship it but refused to give me a full refund because they did not cancel the order as asked. I refused the delivery and sent it back. Still no refund.Do Not Order from these people.They want 15% for a restock fee for a part that was wrong and they refused to cancel.DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE LOSERS!
The prices on this store are great, but if you ever have a return they can’t immediately refund the money like amazon, and they’ll make you take photos then you have to wait for them to review the next process, and they take a restocking fee and make you pay for shipping. I would order from them again, but the return policy is pretty bad. So make sure you know exactly what you need before you order it.
Im a handicapped person and since switching from the big box stores to AutoShack my ability to get parts has never been better. The prices are awesome and their shipping time is the best. Their customer service is always on top of all my emails and questions. Their online program is through and asks all the right questions to guarantee you get the right parts if you answer the questions correctly. Their prices and quality of product can not be beat or matched by any of the big box stores. I was a mechanic for years and I wish I had known about them years ago the savings I could have passed on to my customers would have been tremendous. I cant say enough good things about them. If youre looking for quality part that dont break the bank I highly recommend The AutoShack.
I ordered a full brake kit (Front & rear, rotors and pads). The only parts I received were rear rotors and front pads... Their support line was not at all helpful, and I could barely hear what they were saying. I cant attest to the quality of their parts, but service is terrible.
Parts arrived in Halifax very quickly. Within a very few days. Fit without any problems and Im on the road again. Ive had troube with after market parts from other sellers not fitting quite right and needing some tuning and adjusting to get them to fit properly and also not lasting long at all. Happy to say that wasnt the case this time with the fitting. See in a couple of years how well they last.
Horrible customer service. They send a part that arrives broken because of poor packaging, and then ask us for photo after photo to prove that its their part that is broken. I am a regular online customer of various sites and will never use this one again. Im on day 11 and management is still reviewing my case. Why didnt I order this on Amazon or a more reputable and responsible store. Dont waste your money or your time and go elsewhere.
I have never been so frustrated in my life. I tried to return a defective part and was given such a run around. I was difficult to get through to them by e-mail, they did not provide a telephone number on the ebay site. finally I got the tel # on their web site. I was on the phone with them for over 40 minutes to finally get more of a runaround requesting further documentation from a licensed repair shop & more. Very POOR SERVICE I will go out of my way to let people know how poor this site is !!!!!
My only complaint would be if you order on a Friday youll never get a working tracking number, none to fear though, my orders have always arrived. The quality is good and I have yet to find a place online or offline that match or beat autoshacks prices. Check it out for yourself, half the price of everyone else. Have to wait a little bit longer but hey when its saving me $50+ I can wait.
HORRIBLE!My daughter made a purchase on a Monday, my money was removed from my account right away. Come Wednesday it still had not been shipped, processed, fulfilled whatever they want to call it. So I sent two emails with no reply, finally I called and was connected with some rude guy who said we fulfill orders in 24 hours well really because 24 hours would have been TUESDAY! Then about an hour after i got off the phone i got an email with some bogus tracking number, that when i tried to look it up on the UPS tracking said UPS could not locate the shipment details for this tracking number. This company is a complete fraud, do not purchase from them.
I purchased a radiator at what I thought was a good price. Upon installing it I determined it leaked, Im now in the process of returning it or recieving a refund. Im not very impressed with the return process and burden of proof I have to provide, when Im out my time and coolant isnt cheap. I would steer clear, it it were my money. I wish Id spent another 30-40 dollars else where.
I purchased slotted and drilled brake rotors and pads for my car back in March of this year. Within the past month I noticed that there was some pulsating while braking. I inspected the rotors and they are covered in cracks/fractures. Brakes are an essential safety component. Cracking only after a few months is not a good sign of what could happen in the future.I reached out to autoshack (since I had warranty on the brakes). I was told to fill out a return form and they would replace them. I told the customer service rep I would rather swap to a non slotted and drilled rotor (which is actually cheaper than the slotted and crossed drilled rotor kit) as I do not want to take a chance on safety and get another bad kit. He offered to give a refund for the brake kit so I could purchase another kit. I supplied them with pictures and all the information they needed to initiate the refund process. I waited 5 business days and still no money was returned to my account. I reached out to autoshack again and was informed to wait another 24-48 hours and it will show up. Well 48 hours later with no credit to my account I phoned autoshack again. This time I got a very helpful rep who informed me that there was a different process for the refund. The brakes would have to be taken off and inspected and pictures taken and sent over. She reviewed my claim and said the pictures were clear as day so she reached out to her manager to try and process the refund. She was very helpful. She told me a refund was on its way.The original price I paid for the kit was around 280 dollars. I got a refund of 63 dollars. This is a slap in the face since I was expecting to get the full amount (as I was told I would) so I could purchase a new set.I have since opened up a dispute with paypal and will also be calling my credit card company in regards to this one.The very helpful rep did call me back this morning to apologize in regards to the refund (she was looking into it and told me she would look daily). She explained that they refunded the cost for one rotor. She advised me that if paypal carries the dispute out that the brakes would have to be taken off the car pictures be taken and it could take 72 days to get a refund. She was just giving me a heads up, which I appreciate. I will be more than happy to oblige. If this is the route we go it is only fair that they pay for the mechanics bill for this as why should I have to pay to have them installed, uninstalled/reinstalled and then install a new set after that.AutoShack sent a defective safety component and is not standing behind their warranty. Please see photos below for reference. Keep in mind this is only after a couple months.BUYER BEWARE!
Ordered rotors and brake pads and they sent me the wrong parts and they wont send me the right ones they said i would have to send the parts back to get a refund it cost $51 for the parts and for me to ship them back it cost $55 not counting the 10% restocking fee they charge so im stuck with parts i dont need and out 51 dollars for a mistake they made!! Dont buy from them they dont make sure to take care of their costumers!!!
First they didn’t ship the item, then it didn’t show up in the guaranteed timeframe. After more hassle and lies they shipped to a different address and were of no help in resolving the problem. Spend your $ locally and while it might cost a bit more you’ll have the parts when you need them. The headache you’ll get dealing with these clowns for Chinese parts will in no way justify the small savings and loss of time you’ll experience in the end! 👎👎 (2) thumbs down for this company
I was nothing but pleased with auto shack from looking the part up, ordering, payment, receiving the product. Effortless not a single snag. Living in Arizona the same radiator was 100.00 more everywhere I checked I think I waited 4 days.You guys ROCK!!!!!!!!Thank you,Ken Mills
I ordered a radiator for a 3.8 L Hyundai Genesis Coupe, and the bottom bushings did not fit; the radiator was not OEM, as advertised. I called 4 TIMES, in an attempt to get a refund, and finally was told to send pictures, and that there was no need to call back.This was a HUGE waste of my work day, and a waste of 1 week to get my part, as well as to attempting to get a refund for them sending the wrong part.Do not order radiators from these people, and do not order anything except generic parts from them. Not only did I lose time, but I lost money as well, as I had to order a part elsewhere. This was a HUGE waste of my precious time.I should have listened to the other reviews.
Ordered wheel hub assembly for much less than anywhere local by at least half of the price no matter where I quoted. The product came pretty quick and especially since my vehicle was in bad condition due to those wheel hubs. Fit perfectly onto my 2013 Chevy Silverado 1500 with no issues. Will order from them in the future when next vehicle parts are needed.
I ordered sideview mirrors for my 2014 Titan using AutoShacks search engine. Once arrived , I removed my old mirrors only to find that the power connections do not match. Yes they stated 5 pin online and apparently mine are 10 pin. I called to return the new ones and was going to reorder BUT, I have to pay the return shipping AND 15% restocking fee. Simply a terrible business model. They have lost a customer for life. I cannot believe there are still online businesses operating this way. So I will sell these less the 15% and shipping maybe even less to ensure this company doesnt double dip and resell them at the same price I paid. Basically with this practice, they stand to make an additional 15% on potentially EVERY thing THEY send that is incorrect based on THEIR search engine. Well Played! I strongly advise staying away from any business that profits from unethical practices. Good luck if you decide to use this retailer.
Ive ordered before and had a great experience, but my last order was a disaster.I only recieved 1/3 of my order.Next day I get another box.Still missing pieces.Called and asked for a refund THREE TIMES and apparently its been approved and I still havent recieved it. Its been a month and a half.Really disappointed.. their great if you get your package, but terrible if your looking to get your money back for their mistakes
My 2012 Toyota Camry SE 3.5L V6 wasnt starting since I know what Im doing I quickly ruled out the battery/starter relay & alternator, checked all connections to make sure everything was in order and I found after going the age old TAP THE SOLENOID trick it was indeed my starter, I just installed it this morning and I couldnt be happier considering its Christmas season and this whole epidemic nonsense going on I got my BRAND NEW starter at that without a CORE charge which is exactly what I wanted, what other place do you know off the top that sells brand new starters without the core charge? Yeah thats what I thought I paid just for the part I needed with a LIFETIME WARRANTY for only $60 or less and now my Camry is running like a champ actually even better and it didnt take me but maybe an hour tops cause I have to remove the whole air intake system and reinstall the air intake system after installation, HIGH quality part and I am 100% pleased I will be using AUTOSHACK again in the future for my parts... Thank you guys and gals!
I am not a happy customer. My husband ordered brakes and someone , opened them and replaced them with the wrong part. This happened twice. That is unsatisfactory no one should be able to do this. I am due a refund . I am still waiting fornit after 5 days. Not happy at all.
It was easy enough to Place an order, they were More than willing to take my Money AND I was happy to give it for what I THOUGHT I was getting.Parts arrived quickly BUT wrong it was impossible to have a conversation, on the phone or email. It is clear these are not Automotive or mechanically inclined people based on the solutions or blame they were trying to place on me. They made it very difficult to try and resolve, I guess hoping I would give up...I DID NOT. Once I was finally granted the option to return I was not given a full refund. The charged me a restock for their mistake !! I contacted BBB and you should also, they are not Honest people and from the beginning of the issue attempted to make it my fault. (DONT ORDER FROM HERE)I ordered a full set of pads and rotors by primechoice for a g35 COUPE and received a full set for a g35 SEDAN (not the same size) and the return process has been a nightmare. I emailed my info and received no response until 3 days later providing instruction to what pics were required and that i must pay shipping and a %15 restocking fee for a mistake THEY made Iv sent the pictures and have waited 2 days with no reply. I have been using autoshack for a few years now they have changed the name the same great quality products same amazing price my local auto parts stores cant compete for example I bought a rear caliper for my 2009 Dodge Grand caravan with no core charge 4 $60 plus I got two rotors and a set of brake pads for a total of $95 they wanted $96 at my local store for just the rear caliper not to mention rotors and pads which I basically got for free compared to my local prices perfect products they always work great never had a problem with any of their parts this is the best online auto parts store any issues they have live operators this is my go-to online Auto parts connection and they have a great ever-expanding selection of items mostly suspension and brakes but they are ever expanding their selection Ill never use any place else if I can find it through autoshack I love them! Thank you Auto shack !!
Worst parts store! They have no idea if the parts theyre sending are the right ones. I asked for Strut Mounts, and they sent me bushings that dont have anything to do with my car. Then when I called to return the agent from the Philippines was super rude, I asked to speak with his manager, he said no, sir! Then he wanted me to send him pictures of the parts before returning. The returning cost half as much as the parts. I WOULD NOT go through this place as they are a rip off, dont know what theyre talking about, customer service is the worst and wont even send you the right parts. If I could give negative stars I would.
The only reason I didnt give five stars is simply that I didnt end up with the part I needed, through my own oversight. I did receive a part that only after arriving I realized was the wrong year, MY MISTAKE. It cost more to return the item than what I paid, hence a slight dissatisfaction. Also, customer service took several days to reply to an inquiry from me.
These people steal your money! I spent hours on the phone trying to fix this issue. I put in my car information in the website and it put out a part it said would fit my car. It didnt. They will not refund me and when I asked for a manager I got hung up on. The second time I called I was on hold for 30 minute before I even got to talk to anyone. She got me a manager and he had me on speaker phone and the employees were giggling in the background. Do not order from these people! It is a scam!
Worst place to buy parts. Have been through 4 sets of upper control arms on my truck in 2 years, the ball joints do not last in them, maybe 6 months if that. Called to make a complaint and say something is wrong with the parts, explained it is a safety matter and peoples lives are at risk only to be laughed at. Was also told they are not OEM parts so what do you expect. Have also ordered a set of wheel bearings and they are gone already, maybe 20,000kms on them. New struts are already worn out with again maybe 20,000kms on them. Also rotors do no last, they warp within the first couple hundred kms. Horrible parts, and they do not stand behind them. With all the horrible parts, they have worn my brand new winter tires and summers as well.
I have been getting parts from prime choice auto parts now auto shack for years just recently got brakes rotors etc. never have had a problem very good price quick shipping product is decent again I have never had a problem with it would definitely recommend them and continue to make future purchases
I bought a wheel bearing from Autoshack my local auto parts stores wanted triple what I paid for it from Autoshack, I received it within the expected delivery date, so that made a major plus and it was free shipping! I will recommend Autoshack to all my friends and highly recommend you too if you own a car for any parts (we all know cars take a lot of wear). I will also be buying all my auto parts from Autoshack from here on out! Thanks Autoshack, and BTW I live in Omaha, NE it wasnt like they were only shipping it 100 miles...
Got exactly what i asked for, cheaper than the salvage yard for a brand new power, heated side mirror. Recieved it within a couple of days and BAM put that bad boy on. Now if only my drivers would be more careful and not hit things with their side mirrors Id be even more happy. But awsome experice with AutoShak. Will order parts again, and trust me, I will be :).
I ordered rotors and breaks and they where the wrong size for my car. I asked for an address to send them back and the rep wouldn’t give me a return address over the phone she said they would email me an address to send them back once getting off the phone and I never received a email on instructions where to send them.Prior to calling I email customer service and never got a response. Now I am skeptical about their physical address that comes up on google, because it stated on their phone that they have this big warehouse , but the google picture shows one small building. I will be following up with eBay and Amazon along with every outlet that this company uses to sell parts because they are getting over on people.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!! They sent wrong radiator for my car and refuse to take it back and I called soon as I opened it and there was a lady that was crazy rude and I been callin for a month they keep tellin me there is no supervisor available and I talk to some guy named Neal even if that his real name and he gave me incident number and said they returning my money and still nothing I call and hold for supervisor and they hang up on me I have never seen this before with a company or customer service and you dont even wanna know all the bullcrap im not mentioning like they kept me on phone one day askin for my car vin and tellin me it was wrong vin for my car lol I’m not jokin one bit so do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere cause this is not a professional place of business and the employee are apparently coached to hang up and avoid returns or problems I did everything they asked me and still nothing I have a hundred dollar radiator that doesn’t fit my car and out of my money!!!

Ordered parts came in fast but was the wrong part when i tried talking to the supervisor they said they would call never did, as for an exchange for the right part, but they said i has to pay for return which cost 65.00 plus there 10% restocking fee, only paid 100 for the part.
DONT USE THIS COMPANY!! i ordered a radiator 2 months ago still havent gotten it i called and they said they sent it to FedEx i needed to call them so i did and FedEx emailed me everything they got all it was is shipping info no radiator. Then they were going to refund me i still havent gotten that and no one will reply and it says on there website that the agent has closed my claim! What a terrible company!!!!!
Got my front bearings. Thought I could rent the tool from your loaner program for like $50, But No, its more like $150 and so here the parts sit and still cant put them on my car because my husband and I are on disability and dont have that kind of money just sitting around. Maybe one day!
Got the wrong part , called customer service , after 35 minutes on hold i was greeted with the sound of chickens or birds of some sort . Had to send pics of the box i got and then call customer service to make sure they got the pics , after an hour on hold i decided they stole my money , called again over an hour on hold again and im sure this place is a scam . Contacted ebay for legal action .
Used to be prime choice when it was I never had an issue now tht they switched to auto shak they must have got new suppliers and catalogs as they hve done nothing but make me get wrong parts and waste gas going to get parts and having to return them and waste more gas so fed up its sad 3rd trip tomorrow in a week . Dont bother wasting your time low price parts which is great however if they turn up wrong or damaged you are looking at a lengthy wait periodI bought lower arms and tie rods of my car all was great however one arm had a bushing that was only half in so would not fit opened case on their website 10 days a go still awaiting response quicker to buy a new part than waiting for auto shack
Horrible service i order 4 new breaker rotor, and i enter all info about my car they send me the wrong ones, and they dont want to give me a refund or exchange them, so i have to keep some parts for my car, that i cant use on my car. I just lost my money, and plus the costumer service people is rude.

Very good prices and assortment of auto parts, but should reconsider shipping with UPS, ordered parts last Thursday and was given a delivery date of monday which was great..monday no parts showed up, tues no parts showed up, I called both UPS and auto shack and was told nothing they could do till 5 business days had gone by..now Wednesday and still waiting for parts...not sure if or when they will show up ..

2022-03-05It was funny how I discovered this awesome kit that I bought on E Bay.A mechanic shop worker who has a 2004 BMW 330CI convertible (the model is the same, but mine is a coupe and 2005) and the first one bought this Front & Rear Performance Drilled Slotted Brake Rotors & Ceramic Pads Kit and he told me: this is fabulous , very sporty buy it, before I had some semi-metallic pads and if I washed my car today, two days later my rims were totally dirty due to brake dust.I bought them and they look super cool, I painted the calipers red again and after a week I ran my finger through the calipers, its like for ripley, its unbelievable absolutely no dust the only thing I noticed is that they squeak a little but for me its nothing.Thank you for this wonderful product, at a great price it looks spectacular, super sporty and I give you 5 huge gold stars!

2022-07-06Don’t buy anything from this seller.otherwise you have to pay for return fee plus %20 restock fee for their mistake.I bought a Radiator for Sienna 2005 CE base on company’s data base. I have received a incompatible item.I texted costumer service to explain my issue.they referred to their wrong database. They rejected to return my money completely and have to pay for return fee. Fortunately company’s replied to my review said all numbers are interchangeable which is proved wrong database . For your information your Radiator RK1049 is compatible with 160410A390 not 160410A401 with completely Aluminum core and second one not. FYI those numbers are three different types Radiators. Goto Toyota website or Rockauto website to fix your Website .

2022-06-21AVOID like the plague!!! Never received parts ordered; they refused to reimburse me because “someone” unknown to me signed for the package. Clearly not delivered to the right address. They told me to file a police report! No sense of ownership or responsibility for the delivery problem or addressing it. Worst experience ever!!!

2019-10-06Good site for parts. Didnt have everything I needed so I had to source them elsewhere. Quality products from what I could see upon installation. My biggest complaints are:1. Original arrival date changed when the shipment was picked up by UPS. Supposed to arrive on a Friday, changed to Monday after the 2nd day in transit.2. Boxes were very thin and some of the parts I purchased had ripped through. Had to inspect everything upon arrival. Would recommend better packaging from the warehouse.

2019-05-17If I could give them a zero I would. We ordered pads and rotors. The parts didn’t fit so I shipped them back. We had to pay the shipping and a deduction of 15% from the total of $200. I have been going back and forth for almost 2 weeks. They refused to give my refund back and refused to send me the correct parts. They’re claiming that the parts were received in “damaged” condition. They’ve sent me pictures of the pads and rotors. There’s scratches of paint missing on the break pad and rotor. They’re claiming it’s the couriers problem not theirs. And the courier is saying that it’s Prime Choice/Auto Shacks problem. The courier I used helped me package everything. So why is it my fault that these parts were damaged? The supposedly “supervisor” isn’t professional at all. He never tried to see if he could make this right. All he could say is .....I’m sorry but there’s nothing I can do for you. I even asked him if it’s not my problem or your problem or even the couriers problem these parts are damaged who’s problem is it? I also asked him to send me back the parts and what he going to do with the damaged parts? He said he’s not sure where the parts are and he doesn’t know. I’m sure they will file a claim and get their money back on these parts. It’s the same as getting a part that’s defective and they will send you another one. So we are out of $200 plus we still don’t have any parts. My suggestion......DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from Prime Choice/AutoShack!!

2022-01-11I ordered a pad and rotor kit for my 2014 Impala Limited. The vehicle confirmation and look up table on their site is wrong. They sent the larger rotors that fit that vehicle but police,Taxi model. Every other auto parts website makes that distinction and sends the right rotors. I spoke with them twice, they didnt say anything like well look into it. Just, do I want to return them at my expense? Which is ridiculous. They also said its my fault because I ordered them...I have had this car for years and purchased many sets of rotors as it tends to warp them. I am well aware of the distinctions for that year car but they are not. $80 down the drain. I looked them up on NAPAs website and went and picked up the right item without issue.

2022-01-31I used the AutoShack.com website to buy brake parts for my car. I imputed my car information in their site, the sight told me to get the parts I bought. After trying to have them professionally installed I was told that they were not the right parts for my car. I called auto shack to let them know I would need the right parts sent to me and the wrong ones returned. They told me if the parts were installed that I could not return them. But if I sent them a video or pictures of the parts and the problem they may be able to help me out, so I did and now they refuse to answer my emails and I’ve been getting ignored.They have the worst customer service who will not back parts that they sell you even if they are the ones that sold you the wrong parts

2019-09-18Terrible company to order parts from. My wifes van was needing a bunch of front end work done. I ordered a 4 piece kit from them which included the two front struts and two stabalizer bar links. I got them in the mail but still needed a few more parts so needed to wait a couple for a couple of paychecks as I am the only one working and my wife is on maternity leave. After getting all the parts we installed them and took it for an alignment and found the struts were making noise. Upon calling auto shack them looked up our parts and told us they were not for our vehicle but one a few years older. They said I must have ordered the wrong parts and that they would not do anything about it because it was my mistake. I looked at my order and it says that I was looking at my vehicle which is a 2013 dodge grand caravan. They had the wrong parts on their website saying it will fit our vehicle and sold me the wrong parts and then blamed me for buying the wrong parts. Then when my wife called them the supervisor refused to talk to her so the customer service agent had to mediate between them and in the end they said we waited to long to call as they have a two week return policy.

2018-12-19Bought the wrong rotors for my car, opened one, never attempted to install, I sent them back right away for a refund. In the timespan of about 7 days theyre accusing me of causing this tiny rust spot on the rotor I NEVER OPENED and Im not getting my money back because of a defect that existed when I received the product. I understand that policies must be followed but this has lead to a terrible experience for me with this company, when all I did was receive a product and ship it right back. Truly ridiculous.
