These guys are awesome. I have a 57 Chevy and couldnt decide what I wanted. They ask what look and performance I was going for. They explained every option and I finally came to a decision. I was still apprehensive but after putting the wheels and tires on the car,Long and behold it was exactly what I was going for. Soon as got the car on the road they wanted me to bring the car in to make sure that I wouldnt have any problems. They really make you feel like family. They all came out and checked out the car. I also had the opportunity to thank them in person.I highly recommend these guys.

Joe Sr & Jr were extremely helpful in bringing my vision for my 60 impala to fruition. They listened to what I was trying to accomplish and suggested with thorough explanation the options I had to get it done. The fitments and sizes were perfect with no need to make body or wheel well fabrications. Thanks very much autotrend tire, you guys nailed it!

Extremely knowledgeable staff who are very friendly and are straight shooters. They have great tire and wheel prices. They mount and balance flawlessly, even with low profile tires and big wheels. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of tires, wheels, or other related services!

Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had dealing with a salesman. Not sure what the salesman’s name was but short, over 50, heavyset and balding describes him perfectly. Aggressive, loud, disrespectful and argumentative is how I would describe his interaction with me. He basically told me I could leave if I wasn’t happy. I remained calm throughout his unjustified tirade other than asking why he seemed argumentative. The other young salesman who heard the way he was speaking got up and left because he probably didn’t want to be a witness against his co-worker. If I knew exactly what I wanted I could just order online. I went into the location because I had some questions and I wanted to see if they had something in the showroom that I may have liked. Not sure how in these hard times a salesman could turn away business. My rim/wheel budget is 2k which is what I had in my pocket. It will be my pleasure to spend my hard earned cash with a business that will appreciate me as a customer.. Stay away from this location.

The worst wheel spot on Long Island! They don’t know what there doing at all. I took my car to get wheels added on and they ended up putting the wrong bolts. What wheel or tire shop installs the wrong bolts? They ended up costing me a couple thousand dollar. When I called them back to see if there was a solution they tried to say it’s not there fault. This explains why every time you go over there it’s always empty. I don’t recommend going here a aid the headache everyone I mentioned them too doesn’t have anything good to say!

I was looking to buy some wheels they were advertised on facebook. So the guy was asking me what size.. do I asked for. 18x8 for the front And 18x9 for the rear .. so he than told me they didnt have the size and they had 18x10 for the rear. And the guy was pretty much trying to push that wheel on me and I told him it was to wide than he offered me a 18x8 for the front and a 19x9 for the rear. And I told him . You cant do that because the abs and traction control would be going crazy. Than I told him I had awd... Than the guy was very rude and insisting they will work and I dont know what Im talking about.. first of all any mechsmiv with half a brain would know it wont work. And these people selling wheels dont know what they even selling. Anything to get a sale .I would never buy from this place now even if they had my size.

I had a disagreement with this company about a return, and so far they have been unwilling to even acknowledge that theres a problem. I had tried as best I could to resolve the issue directly with the sales person, but its not going anywhere. I have decided to give up pursuing, as the amount in question is only worth so much of my time.In response to the owners response...I do not dispute the companys helpfulness in selecting a wheel. My problem is that they fail to acknowledge, even now, the fact that the return costs were not mentioned or discussed beforehand. This was a special circumstance where I was loaned a blemished wheel for test fitment prior to purchase of a set, with the knowledge and assumption that the wheel would be returned in the end. Not to mention, the transaction was done completely over the phone, and was not purchased via the website. The implication that I was told about a return charge for a test-fit wheel is absolutely false, and the idea there even would be a charge for an item for which it was known beforehand would be returned is, frankly, ridiculous. If they had even been willing to admit or acknowledge this to me personally, I would have most likely dropped the entire thing and not pursued the refund, but the fact that they are still not admitting this is the entire reason I made a point to make a review.

Ed and the Joeys treated me with respect and courtesy. They answered all of my questions, patiently explained all of the aspects of my purchases, and really made me feel comfortable. So, new shoes on both of my rides today, and when I checked pricing on the Internet, I was pleasantly surprised with the deal I got. Thanks again boys,Signed,A satisfied customer
