Always a great experience. If they dont have the part you need theyll get it for you quick, but Id say 4 out of 5 times they have it in stock. Fair prices. Staff is always friendly, accommodating, and tend to be much more knowledgeable than other chain auto parts stores. I always go to them 1st and never have complaints.
Drop my power steering cap in the Frame ofMy truck. I couldn’t reach it. It started to rain. Sara came out the store, reached down and recovered the cap for me. Great customer service Sara!
Came to check a part out for my car the other day , was super shocked to receive help from a female manager. She knew her stuff better than most guys . I was like yassss us women are taking over , seriously made me proud. Very nice lady

Celeste was a great help just bought a 2008 BMW she helped me with check engine and purchasing the part. She also assisted me with learning how to use the IDrive in my car, I wont go to any other auto part store, staff was also helpful thanks autozone.
Came in for a lug nut and replacement stud for my tire and had a great experience. Working with Jeremy, we were quickly able to get the needed parts and he was also kind enough to check the check engine light code on my car. Would highly reccomend 10/10
The woman who manages this place verbally abuses her employees. I have a video of her cursing out the old gentleman at the cashier for asking her to help.
This is the last time I will use Autozone for anything I do on my car and my customers cars.I called to verify if a part was in the store like I always do. The clerk on the phone said it was in stock. Before I hung up the phone with him, I asked him to pull the part and keep it by the register since I was on my way.I arrived and asked the cashier if we spoke on the phone about the part I called about. He said yes it was, and said that he needed to locate the part in the back and I would have to hold on while he looks for it.( Defeating the purpose of calling, verifying it was in stock and asking him to pull the part)So honestly, after 25 min of waiting, with at least 2 employees working in the store not helping me, I decided to leave the store and go home.This is the 2nd and Last bad experience at Autozone in Bayshore that I will have.It wont hurt your bottom line, but you turned away a busy loyal customer

The worst. And i mean the absolute worst service i have ever seen in my life. There is always a long line and the people at the register take phone calls while you are standing there and look stuff up for a long time while you wait. I took the time to drive there and the phone takes precedence??? I would never go back and spend my money where the employees could care less.
The staff there was very helpful but the store manager was very rude.She was on her phone talking really loud.She had a very bad attitude and was talking disrespectfully which I did not appreciate.I was hoping she would of provided better customer service but she did not.She was also complaining to employees while on the phone slouched over the register counter,saying this is my store this is Celeste store.She smelled of alcohol and illegal substances.I hope my experience there is better next time.

Ordered a blower motor and was told it would be in on Saturday now they’re telling me they don’t know when it’s coming in after I paid for it and now I’m out of the blower motor on my car until it comes in
Has friendly staff but doesnt match competitors pricing. Half the stuff in the store you can get at home Depot for a lot less.The other part I dont like about stores like this is that half ass mechanics work there offering their advise to customers that dont know any better. Then they spend thier money on subpar parts that dont last as long as ome parts.If youre not a mechanic and want to save some money by doing the work youre self; go for it. But usee advice of well know you tube users. Not these guys that are making 10 bucks an hour selling cheap parts.Spend the extra money and buy ome parts, youll replace them less often.
I went there today at 7:45am the store wasnt open. I called the number posted on the website and someone picks up the phone just to hang up without saying anything. I called 3 times and the same thing happened. I say there until 8:00 and the store still hasnt opened. I left and came back a half hour later, store still hasnt opened. Whats going on?
I was in line for a half an hour and the girl at the counter let two people go in front of me as they walked in the door. They had no Knowledge of working and the computers they couldn’t find any of my parts. What a completely waste of time I would never go to this store again!!!! The staff are slow,rude and disrespectful.
I just want to give a HUGE shout out to this Auto Zone located in Bay Shore, NY!!! We had an issue with my car breaking down. It was way over due for an oil change. So my fiancé and I stalled twice before stopping here. We finally get here & buy the necessary parts for an oil change. One of the associates came out & asked if we need anything, We needed a certain wrench bc the oil filter wouldnt come off. He went back inside & came out with sockets for our tool, a lightbar to help see, and a wrench. I couldnt have been more thankful & grateful for this associate, I wish I could have caught his name so I could have posted it here. Once we were done, We gave them back the items they let us use & there was a tiny bit of oil in the parking lot. The manager came out with kitty litter to help soak it up. Thankfully we had stopped here!! We got amazing service!! So I would definitely recommend Auto Zone in Bay Shore, NY. Also theyre pricing is very reasonable. Thank you so much for everything guys!!!! It truly means a lot that there is still nice genuwine people out there who really care!!!

We always used to buy in this store but it seems that now they do not have a good selection of staff because they are totally disrespectful and rude to the public they attend without taking the order of the row And they do not help with the conviction of their work as they should be reluctantly and in addition to making a mistake, he doesnt excuse himself, its totally disappointing the last two times Ive been to this place

District manager Ryan Pinheiro is the worst district manager of all time hands downDoesn’t care about his employees or customers only cares about himself there have been times employees have sat out there with the whole weekly truck shipment and not even a thank you can’t even find a manger to run the store everyone keeps leaving because of him go to advance auto parts your better off

2022-04-22I’ve been here a few times with check engine light issues. The girl who works there (I wish I got her name) was super nice and helped me with my issue and suggested I get cataclean and thankfully it cleared my check engine light alert. That was back in December. I’ve been there 2-3 other times since then with the same issue and for the most part they’re pretty nice there.

2022-07-11I woke up to a dead battery two weeks ago and was in a panic. I got a jump then headed over to the shop. Michael White helped me find and install a new battery. We had an eventful morning where it was extremely humid and hot outside. Michael worked hard to dislodge my extremely secure battery. The first battery replacement failed leaving me worried. Then he installed a second battery that worked out great! I have been driving around for the last 2 weeks without issue! The staff was so helpful, caring, and patient with those who are not educated on cars. I thank Michael and the crew so much!

2021-03-05Very friendly and willing to help!I just had a wonderful experience at this location.I dont know much about cars so its always refreshing to find people who arent looking to take advantage of your lack of knowledge.I was just looking to buy new battery terminals and was pleasantly surprised when they changed them for me. 2021-12-12Theres a young woman there that manages this store.She knows what shes doing some of the guys give her a hard time. She is blunt and to the point she has to be.Making sure she get you the right part.I feel maybe thats why Pep Boys closed their parts department.Manager keep up the good work
