I came to autozone because I had serious battery problems last night and figured I needed a new battery. Steven was the associate who assisted me and he was knowledgable, polite, and helpful. don’t quite know what’s wrong with my car but he ran a few tests to be able to rule out what potentially could be wrong with my vehicle which made me feel a lot better about my situation.
I found the store very organized and good variety for what I wanted. The employees helpful.
This place was a pleasure. i came in for oil and a funnel . I grabbed the wrong oil and couldnt find the funnel Two seperate people helped me to get the right oil and someone showed me to the funnels. They saw I had my toddler with me and was more than willing to help a dad in need. I enjoyed the whole experience.
I drive 3 towns over just to go to this Autozone....Better ,friendlier service..
Beyond wonderful experience there. I was in and out within 20 minutes with a new battery. I didnt catch the wonderful humans name that helped me but he has worked there for four years and was lovely. You rock Autozone dont ever change.
Nigel and Michael at the Bellmore store were so helpful and knowledgeable. Michael was helpful by getting the right dome light for my car and when he wasnt able to figure out a particular problem I was having with my dome light, he got Nigel who came out to my car and succeeded in solving the problem.He was so very nice and kind. thats what we do, we help our customers however we can. Was Nigels reply when I thanked him.Well he went above and beyond and that little kindness meant more to me than he will ever know.
Great help from Steve and his crew with a battery I was having trouble with, helped me test it quickly and was surprised to find it was ok after a free recharge !They Could have easily said it was bad for me to buy a new one but didn’t, will be going back there again for all my car part needs because of that!

I was at the Bellmore AutoZone this past Sunday, and the service was so above and beyond that I actually cant wait to write a review. Id been to my Toyota dealer a couple days prior because I had a headlight out. Turned out I had a few different bulbs out. Toyota told me itd be $153 for parts and labor. AutoZone charged me $22 TOTAL - AND the woman (who was amazing) put the bulbs in for me - AND she taught me how to do it myself next time.... then literally ran off when I tried to give her a little money for all her help. She and an older man with a beard who was the owner or manager or whatever were both incredibly helpful. I hadnt had the greatest experience at the Toyota dealership (that is, in addition to the fact that they were going to charge me 7x as much), so I especially appreciated the generous help. Cant wait for something else to break so I can go back there! OK, no, just kidding about that last part...They were really great though. Highly recommend. -KM
Recently have been changed from a 2 star to a 4. Definitely still a slow store but their customer service has gotten a bit better and have had better success here recently with getting what I need. Hope they keep improving its a great location. PS the tool rentals are great if you only need it once
Store says it opens at 8am. Its 8:11am and the doors are locked with no one to be seen.

Prices are ok, parts are sufficient. I’m tired of going to these places and made to feel like the cleric is doing me a favor. Have someone always at the register, ring me up and let me go on my way. No need to take my address, phone number, ss# and shoe size. I just wanted stuff and go
Bad experience all around!I was in need of a portable tire inflator. After asking the only employee there on a Sunday directs me asle #4. There sits one lonely, overpriced portable compressor... 12 volt operated through ones cigarette lighter plug..... After waiting 10 minuets for him to reappear, I ask if he has any battery operated tire inflators... walking away from me he says NO, we don’t carry those.... I clearly see on one of the shelves a all in one jump starter, air compressor, with 120 volt inverter built in for $ 130.00! So why didn’t he show me this! This is even better than what I initially wanted! Instead of making a $ 130.00+ sale, I decided to go elsewhere.
Flat tire seemed unable to inflate. The tech here recommended a $3 stem screwdriver to screw in the air stem: Worked like a charm! (I joked that I wanted to return it now, which didnt go over very well until I told him I wasnt serious.)
Autozone is a great place to shop for all your automotive needs and the staff is very helpful and courteous.

Didnt actually want to do any of the diagnostic tests they claim as free or want to even sell me a battery. Why even have a store that offers these services if employees dont know what they are doing.
The two young gentleman I dealt with were friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to answer all of my questions in a very polite and expert manner.
Everything is ordered neatly and in a manner that makes sense. Should anything seem hard to find while shopping here, the workers are more than willing and able to help you out.
I was shocked to see that the price of a quart of oil here was $4. More then back home. But at least they had what I needed.

The Autozone employee was excellent he knew the computer system to order parts. Most importantly he knew how to repair cars and offered advice
Great place for parts, you can get two or three grades of almost any part, from good, better to best. They have specialty tools for loan to complete a repair
They keep in stock a good supply of motor oil and filters which is why I visit. Plenty of parking and their prices are reasonable although not cheap.
AutoZone was great. Needed a new battery, in stock and they installed in. In and out in 20 minutes. Great job and price.
Unprofessional. After placing in order with an employee i was gjving a date ti receive the order to find out upon arrival that The order was not fulfil, and was never even placed.

2021-10-29An older male staff member belittled me for being a woman and was talking down to me like I was a helpless damsel. i understand customer service and wanting to help, but he made it very clear that he thought i was incapable of understanding what i needed for my car. its 2021, lets please act like it

2021-10-04I was in and out in no time today after they tested my car battery and told me it was garbage and recommended a new one. I was helped by multiple staff members at this location on a number of occasions and the customer service was excellent.

2021-08-04The staff is always friendly and willing to see if a part is available at another location or if they can order it online for you. It is never really crowded which makes it a quick and easy shopping experience.
