AutoZone Auto Parts in other cities:
Very respectful staff. Found what I needed to online and in the store thanks to talking to staff in person. Had everything I needed. The brake shims that came with my brakes didnt fit like the site said though. Other than that probably the best autozone in the area. Way more of a selection here. Got my brakes, rotors, and the tools to do it here.
Nothing amazing or outstanding, they just happened to have the part I needed in stock at this particular time. They are much the same as any other large chain auto parts store, although I do tend to prefer their biggest competitor which can usually be located within a quarter mile of this store. I have had a problem in the past at a different location with an incredibly condescending manager, but the staff at this location was knowledgeable and courteous. And as I stated, this was the first of many stores I checked that had the part I needed on hand.
They were very helpful and knowledgable. Came out to my car and gave some great advice. Saved me a ton of money as the problem turned out to be an easy fix. The honor veteran dicount which is nice. They take returns without question. I have used them for a while and have had consistent positive experiences. This is not to say that I do find parts on amazon for alot less. However, if you need it then at least you can get it Id they have it.
This is the largest store locally for this chain with the best selection and some of the best hours of operation in town. The process here are competitive with price matching to the other competitors advertised prices in town. They also have the best consumer rewards of all the parts stores chains in town in my opinion.
I have never had a bad experience at any autozone. Great customer service, willing to help install minor parts and give you the guidance you need to do others. Willing to help you sometimes find even cheaper parts that they dont have in stock somewhere else if you can wait.
I went to Autozone on Front St. in Binghamton yesterday expecting to have to buy a new battery. Jim W. came out with a test device and advised me that my battery was fine and all I needed was to tighten the clamp on one of the terminals. Its refreshing to find honesty. Thanks Jim!
Its a relatively new location, so the store itself is in great shape. The staff at this location were very helpful during my last visit. I had scraped up my bumper and was looking for a DIY remedy to minimize the aesthetic damage. The gentleman at the store gave me some tips that worked like a charm. The bumper isnt perfect, but Ill take it along with the thousand dollars I probably saved over pursuing a pricier fix. The four stars would be five, but I feel as though better prices can be found on the same products elsewhere.
The staff is always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. If they cant answer my question, they try to find someone who can. Not to mention they price match and have an excellent parts selection and availability. If they cant get it, they point me in a good direction to where I can find it, cant beat the service here!
Went in to have them check my engine lite through a 402 code they told me to fill up with premium gas and throw a bottle of fuel injection cleaner disconnect the positive battery cable to see if that would remove the engine lite from the dash person who help was very knowledgeable and very helpful and very friendly
I received horrible customer service at AutoZone. I had bought a defective product which I was denied the ability to return for a refund. The associate that denied me a refund also suggested that my vehicle was the problem, not the product I purchased from them. Go to Advanced Auto - the prices are higher, but at least they know how to handle a customer complaint.
Went in this store for 1 part. Found wrong size part in the box I needed. 1 employee was helping me, the phone rang and he walked away completely disregarding the fact he was assisting a customer. There was another employee sitting at the deskand didnt attempt to step in to help with me or take that phone call. Advanced auto next time.

2022-04-28So happy with the amazing and friendly service. The horn on my car was going crazy and I had no idea why. Mitch ran out and patiently showed me how to shut it off and also explained why it was doing that. Unrelated to the horn, I then asked him to check the battery because it had to be jumped a lot this winter. He correctly guessed that the car hadnt been driven much lately because the battery was good but just needed more charge. I was almost disappointed not to have a reason to buy a new battery :) so I bought a comfy memory foam seat cushion instead. Thanks so much Mitch and AutoZone!

2022-03-25Helpful. When Valvoline on Upper Front Street was trying to overcharge me for wipers I found them at a reasonable price at AutoZone.

2021-01-11Autozone is always clean. The staff are always knowledgeable and friendly. We only went to get windshield wipers this time, but the staff volunteered to put them on for my mom. Would recommend this business to anyone. Its always been a good experience 👍

2021-02-22Today, I was driving my mom to the dentist. I used my daughter’s H 3 because it’s better in the snow. I stopped to clear the ice off the wipers and the driver side snapped off in my hand. I drove to Autozone on Front Street, Binghamton and walked in the store with the wiper in my hand. A wonderful guy named Gregg asked me what happened and came outside (it was snowing heavily) to look at the Vehicle. He fixed the wiper explaining to me how it worked and how to fix it next time!! I was so grateful!! I’m pretty sure he saved me from a car accident. I just wanted you to know you have an awesome employee in Gregg!! I told him he was my hero, since he truly was!!! I will definitely shop here from now on!! Thanks again!
