AutoZone Auto Parts in other cities:
I was in need of purchasing A product and I called to see if they had it. TJ answer the phone and he was so courteous professional and fast. He looked right away for what I needed and told me to order it right there with him online. I was finished within 30 seconds by phone and then went to pick it up 10 minutes later. amazing customer service cannot get any better than that. I would recommend this location I know that you will get the same professional and courteous customer service. Thank you so much AutoZone for making our day!
Had to change battery in my car. Manager came out and assisted in replacing the battery after my purchase. The manager did not know how to change the battery as he was banging on my terminals to get a snug fit creating dents on my terminal lines. He proceeds to tighten the nut to the terminal and I stated to him to not over tighten but he did and broke the screw. He then states that he sells screws inside and he can replace it if purchase a screw. This was where I drew the line, if youre providing a service and failed to accomplish your goal, correct the issue. After speaking with him and he went inside to get me a screw which did not fit. He says that it doesnt fit and he proceeds to over tighten the other screw until I had to stop him to get my service elsewhere. Make sure if coming to this location you check the work that is done.
Service was poor and the workers dont really care, I wanted the RainX window washer fluid that was on special, I was told it wasnt in, when I could clearly see the product, I just couldnt reach it placed back on shelf , needed employee assistance, I just left without getting aggravated more. I will shop elsewhere.
Great place for over priced car parts. Keeping this real, they are what they are, a business just wanting to make more money. I understand the money making desire, but what I dont understand is the sincere lack of wanting to help other car enthusiasts. Nothing has change, at least they are great with being consistent.
I will leave zero stars for that place if I could.I bought new car battery 3 years ago with five years warranty.Few days ago I was told that the battery is not working properly.I went to the store and after they check the old battery they decided to replace it.The technician refused to remove th old battery and asked me to remove it myself while he was smoking cigarettes. I got the new battery and it lasted overnight. The next day the car was dead and I need jump start to go back to the store. The same technician insisted that his battery is good and my alternator has to be changed no matter the car worked perfectly before they put the new battery. I went to the manager and was told to bring the car next day but still insisted my car is the problem. The next day again jump start and again the store.Thay checked the new battery and it came defective. The battery was changed and I was told if that happened again they will give me refund and no more new battery.Dont buy battery from this store.
The store manager TJ went above and beyond all while being informative, patient and easy to work with. I had ordered performance ceramic breaks but they didnt fit. Turns out I needed a different model year, which there was no way of knowing until I took the pads out. TJ was able to find the right part from the same manufacturer. His thoroughness and dedication to making sure I had what I needed made this only a momentary postponement instead of frustrating do it yourself project. Thank you again for your excellent customer service.
I had the worst experience at auto zone at 86 street and 14 avenue. I always go to this location for years but today was the worst day ever . I went to buy a battery for my car . I went inside and I spent $188 to buy a battery then I asked if someone can help me install it the lady behind the counter was very rude she said to me everyone is busy. I said, I’m the only one here she said okay they are having lunch then I asked her to give me any tools so I can do it myself ,her respond was we stop lending tools to the Customers because they steal it . Finally another Coustomer walked in and offer to help me install the battery. Never going back there again.
God bless Victoria and Daquan! I was shy to ask them a question about how to fix my cracked door (I wanted a cheap solution). And they understood right away and set out to help me!! Basically fixed my door good as new for $3!! They really know their tools and products. The kindest and most helpful people ever!! Made my whole week :)
I suspected my alternator might be going so I went to have it tested. I went in, had a fairly short wait in line, and they tested it several times to check. Everything passed! Yay for that. It was quick and the staff was extremely nice. Ive been here before a few times and they are always great with me.
I made the mistake of not reading packaging thoroughly (and not checking with the store) when purchasing wiper blades this weekend. But, even though I had opened the package, the store happily traded for the correct type. I was thrilled, and will happily continue to visit the store for any item I might need.
Available parking, good selection, decent mechanical knowledge, competitive pricing, good service, loaner hand tools available with deposit and close late. From if you are mechanically inclined or not, to if you have a question to ask about your cars problem or you know the exact part you need. This AutoZone is well worth a visit.
Make sure at curb-side pick up to get the thing you ordered don’t get upgrades to your order or listen to any suggestions about a better product than the one you ordered. If you want to cancel an order contact your bank while it’s pending auto zone refunds takes up to 2 weeks
They had what I needed, but when I asked them the first time they said they didnt. I know this because when I switched to different staff member from the same store, that man gave me my item. I think its because Im just a teenager that they treated me with indifference the first time, and I generally dont appreciate that. As with some of the reviews on google maps, the staff could definitely be friendlier.
I purchased a battery almost 3 years ago for my rogue sv, today I went to that AutoZone to see why I was having strange electrical symptoms in my rogue. They tested the battery and said they will give it a 45 minute charge. To my surprise it shows a falty battery, the three ladies staff, mechanic and mgr gave me a new battery for free and BTW I now have a wonderful 5 year warranty. Thanks G-D, thank you all at Autozone and for the rarities of honesty, service, attention, awareness by this retail supported supplier. I gave a trickle and S...Happens pins to all those involved. Autozone, I thank you for making America Great.
This manager here is the last person that should be a manager of anyone’s store.. to unprofessional & if you ask him for advice on ANYTHING he will immediately refer you to the most expensive product instead of the one best on performance. He also REFUSED to let me price match unless I printed out the list of stores that had the product. Which I had already on my phone. Don’t see why I had to go print it out first.. Very very very very very very very rude. Someone contact the GM or a higher above.
Wow the staff here are impressive go above and beyond their duties Roger L. Gets a kudos he went out of his way to make me comfortable about my auto needs and my stress level went down immediately very personable also the manager who was on shift at the time(Caribbean Guy) excellent customer service. Will recommend to make this your favorite auto part store you wont regret it
Just like a Walmart: They have a dozen of checkout stations, but only two is open at max. I wait in line for a cashier, I wait, and I wait, and I wait again. Cashiers are also answering questions or doing research for customers, so you can leave, or just keep waiting.Staff is helpful, one can tell theyre doing the best they can with the amount of employees they got.
There were like 5 people I talked to and everyone was telling me give me a minute. I needed to check my Old battery and purchase a new one worth around $200 and it was impossible to get anyone to help. I wasted like 30 minutes there and didnt get any help at all. I left so now I have to find a different place to shop for the battery and future shopping for car parts.Very disappointing.
Bought battery for 2013 Kia and I ask for help to install it but they said we don’t do this here I said ok fine can you give me some tools and I will dot myself that said no you have to buy the tools so I bought the tools and while I’m working on my car I saw one of them went out to the parking lot and replacing battery for another customer so I asked him you said we don’t do this here so what you doing now he said we only help if the person don’t know how to do it . Fat guy acting like he own the place
-1⭐ Lack of products-1⭐ Lack of service-1⭐ Lack of leadershipStaff just standing aroundChatting among each otherWhen customers are in the storeShopping and looking for assistance.Pretty funny when you walk inStand by the front door and justObserve the whole room while everyoneProceed to doing what ever is they doing. Just left and went to anotherEstablishment where they are serious of conducting businesses 💯NOT ZIPPING COFFEE 😕
Sold me a clamp that was already rusted that I only needed to use for a day which I didn’t even end up using because I needed a v band clamp then when I came to return it they told me they don’t accept any returns if it’s rusted.. I literally took it the way it was and brought back with zero difference, the manager is disgusting.
Horrible store I am so surprised that they are still in business. The staff acted in an unprofessional and dismissive manor every time I have entered the establishment. They seem angry when you have a question and are very condescending when giving an answer. The line is unorganized and slow with employees seemingly doing all other tasks but working the register. If you are not in dire dire need of a part I would recommend online purchases. If do need something quickly I would recommend another autozone in a different area in hopes of better service.
Today was a rough day. My grandsons battery died and we didnt know where to go. I got a hold of Auto Zone...after every one else I called said...no, cant help you.....Thank god because Dave came to us and jumped the battery. He told us the problem and how to fix it. I also want to thank Christina ?? I hope that name is right. They both of them were so very helpful. We wont go anywhere else. They charge your battery for free.!!! Never knew that......i recommend them highly. !!!!!!
Worst customer service ever. They have so many people working and none of them want to help they just stand and stare at you. When asking for manager they said what you need them for and walk away. Will never go here again and recommend noone those either. My 3rd time here and its always the same service
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE; Went in to purchase break pads and the staff member gave us the rear pads when we requested the front ones. Returned the store later that day only to be dealt with attitude and lack of staff competency. When exchanging for the front pad, we were told by the staff member that the warranty was Not lifetime wear and tear. After confirming with their manager or whoever the that guy was (European looking guy with gray hair and glasses) he gave us an attitude saying YOU ALREADY ASKED THREE PEOPLE WHY ARE YOU ASKING US AGAIN?! Really now, we come back after YOUR STAFF MEMBER Fed up and YOU give us an attitude? Unfortunately this is the only store nearby and I will have to go back to them eventually; hopefully I can just get what I need without high expectations. The staff was trying to be polite, I actually feel bad for them.
Always a place to get parts, fluids, accessories etc for a DIY mech like to go. Friendly, knowledble crew, they honor refunds withbor without receipts. Best of all one can work on vehicles on premises. Just take trash with you. Never had problems, been to other autozones throughout the states. I recommend going there for fluids, auto parts etc.
This Autozone is a joke. None of the people that work there have any common sense or have any customer service skills. Im waiting on the main line in the store and when i finally get to the front the guy says he i have to wait on the other line for returns. Ok i go to the other line and wait again on the “return line”. Next thing i know the same guy walks over to the line im on which is the “return line” and the guy infront of me makes a purchase on this same line with the same “customer service satisfaction specialists”, (yeah right), that i was just infront of on the purchase line. So i just waited on 2 lines for the same person and get skipped by another person that was making a purchase on the wrong line. When i finally get back infront of the same worker, I couldnt help but laugh at the idiocracy going on in this autozone and i ask the employee “what happened why didnt you just take me over here in the first place and his reaponse was there were other people behind me on line so apparantly he had to take care of the people waiting after me and the one other person that i had to wait for that was on the wrong line.Heres the best part the only reason im making this return is because when i came last time and got my code read it came up as a bad mass airflow sensor and the worker recommended a fuel additive that helps clean the emissions system. I even questioned weather this would clean a mass airflow sensor and she said yea. Ok before using this i ask the mechanic if this would help clean the Sensor and he looks at me and laughs and said who told you that, i reply the worker at autozone. He says that it has nothing to do with the sensor and only cleans the fuel and exhaust system. This is by far the worst autozone ive ever been too. Unfortunately for me it is only a few blocks away from my home so i have no choice but id probably still save more time money and frustration going to another one. This isnt the first time i have complained about this autozone and the high school dropout workers all wearing customer service specialist badges on. This autozone has the worst customer service, its a joke of a store and should put under new management that actually trains these so called customer service specialists so they know how to provide whats on their tag
The store is messy and the representatives are not very knowledgeable. Its a bit more expensive compare to online prices. The reason I would purchase from AutoZone is that I can get professional help in terms of the best option of parts to get. But theres no point when the representatives are not helpful at all.
Place sucks , buy everything online. You dont need these guys. Do your research and get it for much cheaper. Windshield Wiper (Bosch) costs 16-25 dollars , found on ebay for 8 bucks a pop NEW. Customer service is absolute garbage. They are staring at you dead in the eye while you wait in line behind 5 other people. They have 4 cashiers but no one is helping out. I got fed up and threw their overpriced windshield wipers on their store shelf and left. Crazy.. HES LITERALLY STARING AT THE LONG LINE WHILE ON THE PHONE AND DOESNT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. Too bad i didnt get his name. Wouldve called that mofo out.
Called the store to find out if they have Mobile 1, and what weight, and the price, as it was not listed on the web. Guy couldnt tell me exactly what weight they have, for the one he thinks they have he said i got to come in to the store to get the price. Well, i just ordered it from Amazon with same day delivery. Good job AutoZone.
I use to like autozone. Hate it now. The manager there a girl of all people rude as hell and condescending Has zero customer service skills Tried to lie and got cought yet didn’t want to admit it. I don’t understand how people like that are employed Her name is Sabiana. That’s what she said. Will never go back to that store ever again.
I love this spot, and many times in the past it saved me. But the people there really make you feel like they are not there to help, but just cause they have to. I was looking for a certain car opener, and the first respond i got was we do not carry those, and when i asked someone else, i was pointed to the right direction and found what i needed.
The manager is an idiot. Ordered my part yesterday said it would be here today. When the part didnt arrive I asked when it would be, the manager said he has no idea and wouldnt be able to find out. Really its through FedEx you idiots there has to be a tracking #. The manager would rather have me return the item then bother to find out when its coming in. In fact he kept asking me to return it. (P.s I hope ur district manager sees this who Ill be calling). So I asked for a tracking number which he couldnt provide. Pretty much I got the run around no part no info on where or when it would come in. I called customer service because the store was no help. I should receive the part tomorrow, and if I wouldve known that earlier I wouldve just ordered it somewhere else.
I recently went to the store on 86th St in Brooklyn and was assisted by a young man named Nicholas, I had a lot of different things going on w my car, and he was able to help me with everything. On a Sunday with few mechanics available this guy saved my week. THANKS GREAT JOB!!!
They sold an a/c gauge that was faulty and refused to use another one to check if I had the correct pressure. I explained to them that the a/c was blowing cool before starting the charge but as I added more it got warmer. The gauge was reading zero in the beginning and still zero after a whole can. I got worried thinking I overcharged and went to them for help, instead all I got was a ruined day.
My cars engine light was on and i went to this autozone to check it. The sales guy was nice and he helped me to check it. In addition, he was the only one who was willing to help me. The other three guys ignored me.After the scanning, the result was spark plug issues. The nice sales guy suggested me to order 6 spark plugs at the counter. The line was long, i waited, and i used my cell phone to checked the spark plug model via autozone website. Finally, i found a $2.99 spark plug on the website and showed it to the same sales guy. I said i wanted this model for 6 pieces. He said it was out of order and he attempted to sell a $13.49 spark plug to me. I said it was expensive. I would rather order the $2.99 on line, then came back to pick up. I ordered it via autozone website at 4:28pm and i received an email confirmation by autozone that my order was ready to pick up. It was 8pm at the same day and the store would be opened until 10pm.Question: If the order could be available after 3.5 hours via online order, did the store already had stock? I hope the sales guy did not lie to me. Otherwise, i would be mad and disappointed!
I needed a new wiper blade for one that mysteriously broke off they got the part number in less than a minute then while I was putting it on an employee who I never saw or asked for help came over and installed it in a much faster time then I could he walked away as I was thanking him he didnt want nor ask for or hinted at wanting a tip which in todays world is a rarity
I used to love AutoZone but this guy Angelo is the most messed up employee ever. I have no idea how this condescending piece of work is even employed in sales. I am done with AutoZone. Advanced Auto is 1000 times better when it comes to service. Thank Angelo AutoZone for pushing customers away.
I am writing this review for this particular branch not for the whole autozone company, Today i went to buy an oil filter, air filter and Mobile oil for my car, i asked one of the guys to get me an oil filter that fits my RAV4 car, he was very nice and helped me specially after i apologized to him as i have no experience at all with these filters, he was also very nice and made a discount for me, after that i went to a shop to change my oil and they told me that this filter dose not work for my car so i simply went back to return the other filter, i went to the cashier again with the filter and the receipt to return it and at this point the nice guy who was helping me before changed his attitude 180 degrees and he insisted that the filter works for the RAV4 and he started telling me any way i gave it to you for free, i showed him the receipt showing the filter charges and then he came up with another story saying that i used their parking space to change the oil and ofcourse this is didnot happen as i showed him the receipt from the other shop indicating the charges for the oil change then he turned his face and he called the following customer and he asked me to step away. first of all iam writing this comment not asking for my money as i dont care about those 12 $ but its a shame on Autozone to hire an unprofessional rude person talking to the custmors like this and making up stories as i have been dealing with autozone for the last 3 years and i have never experience a person like him.if any body from the management will read this and care about it i still have the receipt and the oil filter if they wanna make sure. also they can check their cameras. thanks

2022-06-20Came here to get windshield wipers. Although they were out of stock of the size I needed, TJ was knowledgeable to suggest an alternative. He was very friendly and assisted with installation, saving me time to go to my mechanic. I would definitely return to this location.

2022-04-08This store does not honor their return policy. The spanish manager is an extremely rude lady. She has no respect for customers and always shows an attitude. They do not keep track of their inventory and sold an empty box with no product inside. Told me to come back tomorrow. If they havnt already sent you away, stay away from this Autzone. What a terrible experience

2022-04-09This is AutoZones pledge:AutoZoners always put customers first! Thats the first line of AutoZones Pledge, and its the most important thing we do. We Go the Extra Mile to ensure you get the help you need. Our AutoZoners are friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help you with your vehicle.Im the mother of Joey M who posted a review here recently. We have not seen any commitment to this pledge at all. I have been terribly inconvenienced because of AutoZone installing a car battery incorrectly. I was left without my vehicle for 11 days to repair the damage incurred by the issue. Now I am left with a big bill while AutoZone takes their sweet time reviewing the claim. We provided all documents to AutoZone 11 days ago.We asked the district manager to set clear expectations of the claim process. He has been very unhelpful providing any answers. He also has not responded to emails regarding these simple questions.Im seeking to know how long the claim process takes? When and who will contact me about this issue? Instead of writing a generic response back. Please seek me or my son out directly to rectify this terrible experience we have gone through.Follow through on your companies pledge to always put customers first.4/8/22 (Update)Finally received the check today after 35 days for the total cost of damages. That was a significant time to wait.I wish AutoZone would have communicated clearly & more often about the entire claim process. Also wish they had been more apologetic & sympathetic to the situation they caused. As the consumer, knowing they would do everything in their power to make the situation right would have went a long way. Instead we were left in limbo for 35 days not knowing if they were going to pay for the damages done by this employee.

2022-04-09On 3/4/22 I drove my mother’s 2017 Honda CR-V with 12K miles to AutoZone store # 5274 to have the battery tested. After the test, it was determined that the battery needed to be replaced. I purchased a new Duralast Battery. The store associate installed the battery backwards. By doing so, high-voltage entered the system and fried a few components. I had to have the vehicle towed to Bay Ridge Honda, where it stayed for 11 days being repaired. Both me and my mother would like for this to be handled as swiftly as possible, so we can put this negative experience behind us. We expect AutoZone to stand by their customers, and do the right thing in this situation. My mother and I should not be liable for any associated cost due to an AutoZone employees mistake.I currently filed a claim with AutoZone and I am waiting to hear back from them.3/20/22 (Update)I do not need help with auto parts. I need AutoZone to take ownership of this terrible inconvenience caused by this employees non attention to detail. AutoZone should have been more apologetic about the situation. They couldve made things easier by offering a tow truck, and a car rental, while the vehicle was being repaired. We did not receive any sort of assistance. Now we are out of $1847.68, the total cost of repairs made by Bay Ridge Honda.I spoke with the district manager and was told to take my invoices to the store, so the manager can submit a claim. I submitted all my paperwork to the manager. I was not provided with any sort of claim or reference number. Was not given an exact timeline of how long the claim process takes. Also, I was not told, when I should hear back from someone. This is not how you provide good customer service.3/23/22 (Update)This is AutoZones Pledge & Values:AutoZoners always put customers first! Thats the first line of AutoZones Pledge, and its the most important thing we do. We Go the Extra Mile to ensure you get the help you need. Our AutoZoners are friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help you with your vehicle.I have yet to experience any part of this pledge from anyone I have dealt with thus far. Sent an email to the very unhelpful district manager, stating some of my concerns. I received back a one line email addressing none of them. How can a district manager be unable to tell me how long the claim process takes? How can he not tell me when someone will contact me regarding this claim? Is there someone in this company that actually cares about their customers and their experience?I will update this review again, if anything changes.4/8/22 (Update)Finally received the check today after 35 days for the total cost of damages. 2022-01-26Very helpful staff and a wide selection of items for your car. Although they do sell out of items fairly regularly, probably due to their limited amount of space
