Prices are fair, BUTTT customer service is right on point, very helpful n super attentive.. Right in the parking lot my man installed both the master switch on driver side & the power window switch, the regulator & the window lift motor on the passenger side & was able to BORROW WHATEVER tools he needed from inside... The rep kept coming out to make sure he was good n if he needed ANYTHING not to hesitate on asking service was definitely 💯..
Last week come to change car battery, few days after they installed. My car break down again. I send mechanic to check. They say is the battery installation process mess up my car. So, I went back to talk to them. They just “the installation is FREE”....... doing business not supposed like the
I ordered a blower motar, but when picked up they didnt have a reciept me, when asked for the receipt they said the order slip would be fine for returns, when got home i relised it didnt come with the actual fan, so i went back my 15 min ride to return it and the guy at the desk says he cant find the order by my phone number and cant return when i asked for the manager he said he isnt in!!Very bad !! At end got the return done succsesfull with the store manager jeber Thanks for your help!
Popped in here in a light night I think a little bit after closing hours for a blown headlight. Was just about to get on the highway and head to Massachusetts when I realized it. Got to this location and the manager opened the door to assist me and even came outside to install the bulb.No soon as I was about to pull off another customer rolled in the parking lot needing a can of flat fix and the manager came back and helped him too.Cool dude, well stocked location and very helpful.
WOW. Super fast Service! My battery died on me on the upper west side of Manhattan. After getting a boost, drove straight to this location because it was near work. I was greeted right away, and bought my new battery, and right away the associate installed my new battery for my Chevy Express van,i also got an extra quart of oil.I must have been there no more than 10 minutes tops. Kudos to the staff at this amazing AutoZone
They used to be good, used to price match with different stores but now they say they price match but they dont price match with anyone cheaper than them. The funny thing 2 weeks ago they price match with Walmart and now they dont. The funny thing is that it varies based on the store you go to.
I came to AutoZone on Saturday June 5th like I was coming out of the Sahara desert! It was a sweltering day of over 90 degrees. My AC was blowing hot air! I had just purchased the used vehicle in February and had no knowledge of whether the air conditioner worked or not. Once I arrived I talked to Jameer Ahmed and he was very knowledgeable and helped me with everything! He suggested what I should purchase to remedy the problem and he even installed it! He was amazing! Thanks so much Jameer! My son and I are cool today because of you 😁❄️😁❄️
Went in today because I had a coin jam my seatbelt . I purchased a magnet online that didn’t fit , so the workers were nice enough to help me out finding an item to dislodge the coin in seconds after spending hours at home . Saved me a bundle of $ and can’t guarantee I’d get that help to solve issue if I went to another store . Appreciate you guys and my neighborhood autozone
Don’t trust there battery tester machine. Bought battery and within 3 month the battery kept dying took it them and they test it but the machine states good battery. it costed me more the $80 plus the stress of running around from Mecanic to another finely I went back and argue with them to swap the battery. Now the battery is good.
Asin did a great job at helping install my windshield wipers last time and today pulling up the car check engine light codes. Today 10/19/20 Angelo Lopez did an amazing job at coming out to check the exact running daylight bulb and noticed that the auto zone system was wrong and agreed with me on the size, He than offered to help with the installation on my bmw. I see him as a future store manager/mechanic or above. Third time I come to autozone and awesome customer service. Angelo Lopez even made sure the daytime running light worked and explained and stated that the bulb did blow out. I wish I could post more than one review but my phone only let me edit the previous one from 8 months ago. What Angelo Lopez did, the dealership would have easily have charged me $100+ dollars. Great guy, and hopefully he sees this review, coming home from work from fdny ems he made my life easier and he will go a long way.
Had the parts I needed but the store was very unorganized. Hopefully I caught them on a bad day. Other than that the employees were helpful in finding the part numbers and the actual products I needed to repair the car. Ample parking is available at this location. Overall I would recommend this place.
I had a bad experience in a bad bad nyc weather, I came across so I can change the tip of my winshield and the lady at the cashier had an attitude and didn’t want to help in anyway possible. I have no clue on how to change the replacement for a wind shield, I have never done it before and I thought I would never go into this type of situation as my wind shield started giving me a hard time to see with the storm, it happened so unexpectedly. I would have search youtube for a video on how to change them if it wasn’t this much unexpected. Anyways I asked her if she could help me or get someone who works at this huge auto zone store to help or to at least show me how and I will do the work.... she responds with out any temper that she has no one with her to help at that time. I saw 2 other workers dressed with auto zone uniforms with her and the store was empty they weren’t busy with any customers and non of them wanted to get involved in my situation. If it was a slow sunny easy going day I would never bother asking for help I would have done my research, would have never requested any help from her or her co workers. Come in get what I need and go outside and change it myself there and then. But at this situation with this kind of response it was harsh of them to not even give a crab about not just doing something part of their job but also doing someone a favor and good moral deed that could probably safe someone’s life out on the road in such a stormy weather like this day happened to be.I would personally not recommend any one to visit this specific or all Auto Zone stores because it’s corporate owned and you’re more likely to get the same treatment unless you know what to grab and grab it and go, because in corporates all you’ll meet is just workers who don’t put their hearts into what they do because they don’t own it. You are better off going to a smaller business that is more likely owned by a family (family business) as you’ll get better attention and people that care about what they do.I am not a person who leaves bad reviews or picky or negatively looks at things. I work in a business that serves others and I never turn my head even to those who don’t show respect to me or my profession even if I can’t help I will try my best and what’s in my power to at least help. A manager of this store must try to fix this and that’s if they care. I hope the best for everyone.
I had an AC problem that a local repair place wanted $150 to look at, w no guarantees on how much repair would be if one was needed. An employee named Jahbeer at this auto zone listened to me describe the symptoms, made recommendation for leak fill and freon replacement. Showed me where to access AC refill nozzle and even showed me how to use gauge to properly fill. $37 all in and saved me on a wknd where temps were in the 90s and I was driving to a relatives house 300 miles away.. These guys are awesome...and he even refused a tip.. thank you sir !!!
As you notice the weather today is horrific and my windshield wiper broke on the highway in Brooklyn on my way to Staten Island. I walked into Autozone and Sybil immediately came to my rescue. I had no idea which one I needed but she was so patient, helpful and knowledgeable. She also found someone to install it because I had no clue as to how to do that either. Umar came right out and helped me. They were both amazing and the epitome of wonderful customer service with continuous smiles and pleasant attitudes. Thank you for all your help!!!!
So apparently this AutoZone discriminates against men. I come in to buy a battery and ask for it to be installed. The guy says we can do it in the morning, I cant be left alone. Now the woman that was in front of me also bought a battery and the guy went outside with her and installed it. I walked back into the store and again asked if they can install since the woman out front is getting her battery installed. The guy again refused.
This used to be my favorite autozone when they still alowed repairs in the parking lot. Typically, on a sunny summer weekend, there would be a bunch of guys wrenching their old beaters, but once the manager changed, they posted a sign that explicitly prohibited repairs, and also the staff got a lot worse. Used to love the old staff, as they were nice and really helpful.
Ive been going to AutoZone way before the had come to the city.Gone to most locations but always find myself coming back to Hamilton Ave.The crew are helpful and especially courteous ( we want to be happy when we have to spend) ,Ahmed has been there for the longest and always greets with a smile, when I leave Ive accomplished my goals and I leave with a smile.Thank you AZ
Gabriel M. is just a sweetheart. My best friend and I went to get her headlight changed, and he went way beyond his job and offered to change it for us so we wouldnt get a ticket. Its was around 9:30 at night. We tipped him and was just overall sweet ❤️ Give that man a raise!
They are very helpful in this AutoZone honestly I love all their locations I love going to AutoZone I spend an hour or two in there every time I go and I go a couple times a week even if I dont need anything I just love to shop around in there its like my home away from home

2022-03-18Luis from Auto Zone was very helpful! This employee was a great gentleman who went above and beyond in being able to quickly locate and resolve my issue. I had a car run into the back of my vehicle in which my rear reflective lights were damaged. Luis was quick to care about my situation and was readily attentive to any questions I asked and he certainly gave me very useful information and options to choose from. This is the kind of customer service that will make you feel like you matter on a day where you already have an issue to fix. All smooth and quick. I absolutely recommend this location! Ask for Luis he is very professional! Thank you Luis and Autozone for hiring such talented folks.

2022-04-16Place has the majority of the items youll need to maintain your car. In my opinion, the transaction speed is not that fastest so a line may appear. Besides that, the employee are very helpful in finding what you need. Even if there is more than one choice.

I’ve never been to a auto zone where the employee truly cares, he helped me find & fix my battery & even pointed out some issues that were small but could of been SUPER BAD if I Didint fix when he told me so THANKYOU A MILLION !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Made my whole week !

These guys made me drive another 30 minutes to the original location where I bought the item to return it. The return policy allows me to return items at any location. These employees were rude and unwelcoming. They wouldnt even look at me when they spoke. Absolutely preposterous.

2022-01-24My windshield wiper broke tonight at 8PM in the snow on a Sunday. By the grace of god, this place was open. I came in, and the manager Jabeer helped me right away. I don’t know anything about wipers and he could tell — he took care of the situation by checking the car model in the snow and then helping me choose the wipers to get and then he came out and replaced them. I tried to leave a tip but he repeatedly declined. I don’t know how else to repay him for the unnecessarily kind and excellent customer service, so here’s a review to express my sincere gratitude. This place is more than 10/10 it’s 500/10
