I was at the store the other day to get new windshield wipers. Rahsean was the one who helped me and I have to say how absolutely DELIGHTFUL he is. Extremely friendly, very kind, and actually educated me/showed me how to change out my wipers. He was helping everyone in the store and had such a warm and positive spirit, and truly cared about assisting people. One of the best encounters I’ve ever had at a store!!!! Will be back for future needs!
My battery died in the parking lot. I asked to test the battery. He said it was a bad battery and a new battery is 199.00. I asked him if he can charge the battery or is there anything he can do to help me start the car back. He said no and went back inside. So I was stuck in the parking lot. Im glad I didnt tip!
My daughter needed a battery for her car. The sales rep Bruce was so helpful and installed for us. He was so kind and patient with us during the entire sale and installation.
The employees are always messing around never doing there job. They are yelling across the store just haveing regular conversations while costumers wait in line. Always unhelpful an never know what there doing i asked or a retaining clip for my axle an the guy behind the counter brings a c clamp an a tie rod fork. I had to pull up what I needed on my phone to show it an he still couldnt figure it out. When I rent tools they never know what comes in the kits or what the tools are they always make me look at the sheet of tools an then ask me what the number on it is. As im writing this ive been on hold for 20 min without talking to anyone.I called back an told them how long I had been waiting an they just said okay what do you need if you can just drive alittle ways up the road there is an advanced auto they actually know what there talking about an give good service
One of the worst stores to shop. I have tried lots of times but never bought a single screw. The reason is extremely poor customer service and speaking another language and dont even care about other people.
Two years ago great walked in today a manager I believe eg or what ever I tried to exchange a ac pro that clearly was labeled their product and was very rude and condescending to me in 92 degree whether trying to exchange a defective product
I didnt like the customer service. They did not help me at all to find what I was looking for. They stood around talking and never came over once to ask if I needed help which I did need assistance. They are like that EVERYTIME I go there. I dont think i would be going to that store in the future. Get it together guys!!
20 minutes wait behind 1 Customer.Somebody Came In After me And was Helped by one of the other Associates Wondering around behind Counter instead of asking who is Next.i try not to go to this Location because of Total Disfunction And Incompetence Which was Confirmed again.Finally when I was Helped only took about 5 Minutes because I knew what I Needed.I Do not Recommend this Location. One of Worst Establishments I have Patronized.

Did not have the part I wanted a simple fuse as well as the employees are stretched very thin because there is only ever two working at a time and they never know what your talking about I would like to be confident that the person I want to ask a question at least knew about vehicles
Good spot to pick up auto parts and different items for your vehicle at a reasonable price. But there customer service leaves a lot to be desired, hard to get help and slow getting checked out.
The usual slow checkout you get at all AutoZone locations, but friendly service and decent prices make the long wait worth it. Recommended.
THESE PEOPLE DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEYRE DOING. I went in today to get axels, after putting the driver side on, I noticed that they gave me the wrong one for the passenger side. THIS IS THE 3rd TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED. A few weeks behind I called them to see if they had a part in the store, they had told me they did when I went in (no more that an hour passed by) they told me that they didnt have it. I spent almost an hour there because they were trying to look for it when it was right in front of their face. Every time I go in I have a horrible experience. These people need to hire a completely different crew (ONES THAT ACTUALLY KNOW WHAT THEYRE DOING) Im never going to them again. I hate having to waste my time. I hate this place.
They will not allow you shop without giving your email to recieve a 10.00 voucher. All I wanted to do is shop for a battery.
Worst service ever. I pasted by the store at 5:45pm and asked the guy behind the counter do you have a machine screws like this. He said nope dont got it. I say, you sure can you put it in the system and pull up that name, maybe you do. He said nope. Even if we had it I wouldnt know how to find it. I said what?!!! He you can look in row 6 tho. So...I went into row 6. I found the bolt but it was a different threading, I needed fine threading. So I went back to him and said listen I found the bolt but its the wrong threading. Can you pull up you bolt that I found and see what other version of this bolt that you may have? He said nope we dont have it. Ok. I said to him, you said you didnt have it before and I found it. Now that I found it you would see if you have different version of it in the back cause its not in the front. At this time I was so aggravated that I just put the bolt back cause I couldnt use that thread and just walked out. Plus on top of that the store got employees playing music on their phones as they walk through the store...very unprofessional. I was so angry they couple not even help me that I just went to pepboys...and I never got to pepboys. Now I guess I and my friends will have to from now on. Thanks for nothing.
Always seem to have what I need. The only knock is that the store is in a strip mall and usually crowded enough that theres not enough cashiers to ring up customers.

I went to return a part. The transaction went smoothly. The customer service here is excellent and the teamwork displayed among the employees is great.

Not helpful except one guy. They never put the dam vin# in to check to see if anything would be for your vehicle they just do it by make & model. I had to return many items due to it being wrong because of how they looked it up.

2022-02-23Terrible spot, service is terrible and employees are unless. Put no effort at all to help their customers especially the Spanish kid up at the front desk. I honestly don’t know how he still has his Job, place must really be desperate. They should work on bettering their business starting with the employees who are bad for their own company. No wonder their ratings are steadily declining….. if 0 stars was possible I would definitely without hesitation have rated them 0.

2022-01-31Went in the other day, picked up a quart of oil, went to pay and 2 young women who were constantly looking at their phones and speaking spanish to each other looked at me and walked away. Then an older man was behind the counter and I asked him if I could pay. He held up his finger gesturing to wait then pointed to the girls. So I stood there for about 3 minutes and the man then asked me if I needed help. It was a bizarre encounter indeed. They were out of stock on some pretty basic items also.

2022-05-07Well I have to say that now I know why people and businesses owners opt more and more for technology and not humans why because people want to earn a pay check but not work at all and on top of all that they are extremely angry when you ask for help and sometimes completely ignore the customer this is my case I was at autozone and I stand in the front counter for about 2 or 3 minutes asking for help and one of the employees was next to me but decided to ignored me because he was at the counter but he was eating and continued to eat and totally ignored me oh well I when to the back continued to ask for help but the girl at the phone did not knowledge me at all so I when back to the front of the store and this time a girl was passing by and agree to help me is very sad that a customer has to go through all that in order to get service that he or she is paying for .But is ok the only way I will ever go back and bring my money to autozone is if all the other places that sell auto parts is closed and that is a fact . The employees at autozone have no work ethics and no pride in what they do which is a recipe for failure .

2020-12-07I was confronted with an extremely rude worker, not sure of his name but it started with a CA. We were civil with him and wanted to pickup an order we placed online. Every-time I go to this location he is not wearing a mask and has a nasty attitude. After this scene I will be taking my business to a store which actually has employees with basic customer service skills.
