What do you really expect from your typical corporately run store. Short staffed most of the time so if its busy expect to wait especially if you have someone pestering them with a bunch of questions or for a specific part. I dont know how much you need to know about automotives or mechanics to work here but it seems workers do what they can. Do your own research and know what you need before coming for the best results.
I was there this morning looking for 2 more cans of body paint and they had 1 color but no clear coating on display. Employee ANITA made a terrific effort to go to back after checking computer and found me a can of clear coat 👍. Her customer service was very professional and friendly 👌. Its employees like her who deserve a medal 🏅 and gave me an incentive to return this store for future purchases. 2 thumbs up to ANITA 🙏🇺🇲💯
Autozone is a good place for all car needs. If they dont have it theyll find out where it is or order it. Easy going people in there. Once watched a lady try to return old ignition wires as if they were new but bad. They were 100% professional for almost 30 minutes as I listened and shopped. Lol I guess she was having a bad day. Plenty of parking. Theyll also come out to your car and help you. I give them a 5 star rating.
Very helpful service. They carry a wide range of products as well for just about every automotive issue. My battery replacement process was smooth and efficient too. My one complaint is that their car care products are way overpriced and can be found for half as much on Amazon.
I am former employee,AutoZone dont take of their employees,I have HR issue, cannot get any assistance from the manager ,district manager neither the HR,call the Head office numerous time and leave voice mail,no one return my call,had to quit after 6 weeks with out any solution,would not recommend anyone going their to work.
Horrible customer service .. had 3 people working, i asked where to find an item she directed me to the wrong section in the aisle when i went back to the counter she went to the back. I was waiting for the other associate to assist me and as soon as he finished with his customer he said he was going to lunch! I had a quick and easy question would have taken 5 seconds but in the amount of time I waited I ended up finding the item on amazon and having it delivered for tomorrow., i hate shopping online but sometimes it’s a waste of time when you receive an experience like this!
Had exactly what I needed at the price I was expecting. Location was clean inside and out. Associates appearance and professional manners spot on. They quickly looked up requested part and retrieved it quickly. Was in and out in no time. Never had any issue couldnt find a better place at the moment this auto zone is the bomb highly recommend
They just talk in the back not helping customers one guy looked at us and walked in the back the girls were messing around in the back jeff is the only nice guy there he is very helpful everyone else is very slow after I yelled then they help me very disappointed for waiting 20 min when no one was in front of me i go here all the time it A little slow but yesterday was the worst
This location sales people have bad attitudes & they always busy with their personal cellphone.Thats why they dont have customer.. lack of customer service big time specially late afternoon . Anyway thats why I start going to pep boys by home depot even though its little off from my neighborhood but I still feel comfortable only because of they pay attention to the customer thats called Service. thats all I have to say .I hope Auto Zone management will look forward to their business.
Horrible customer service. Bought a battery for Honda Civic and was told it is too complicated for them to change it and I should take my car to the shop next door who would take $20 to change the battery. I mean Honda Civic is one of the most common cars out there and if they are not able to change its battery, I don’t know what car battery they can change. Should have gone to some other autozone. Will not be going there in the future
One of the worst experience that Ive had this far at the location. Called multiple times to see if they have a specific item in stock and was put on hold for 10 minutes each time I called and they cut the line afterwards without anyone saying if its in stock. While the person who told me to hold, I heard the employees joking around and so on which goes to show whether they were really busy or not. Such a disappointment
I wish I could give Avi one star. I called to price a battery. He said it was $139.99 and I’ll get 18$ back when I return my old battery. Which lead me to believe it was like $120.99 before tax. It came out to like $140 before taxes. When I questioned him his whole disposition changed. He was rude and defensive and never apologized for anything. When I spoke to the store manager, he couldn’t have cared less. He also never apologized. It took making a big complaint to receive 10% off for the misunderstanding. After I paid, Avi proceeded to put my battery in completely silent and with an angry face. I still said thank you at the end with which he replied a very aggressive and loud “YUP” with all the worst facial expressions. I wasn’t going to make a complaint until that moment. Awful service and I will make sure everyone I know goes else where.
This AutoZone is next to my house whenever I go to the store in last ten years never see the full stuff working at the front always big line and last time I been on Sunday was v busy day they should have more stuff especially for weekend cuz its more busy then weekdays but only one person standing at the front and there is 11 people in the line in this crazy Corona time and there is no space for social distance
Terrible experience,very little knowledge,Ive been going there since they open, new staff is horrible, the woman knows nothing of job shes doing.The only one that knows anything is the manager hes a large man, knowswhat hes doing....I will not be going back, its been continuous struggle shopping in that place
TERRIBLE. Old Asian guys was extremely rude. I wanted to buy new battery and asked him if he can install the battery for me. Ofcourse i was going to tip him. The person shouted We cannot change the battery for you because we are only 2 ppl working here. Go to some other place. Is that the rite way to customer?Very unprofessional and rude. Never going back there. Please hire nice professional employees.
The cashier Marsha it’s to bad she’s not for that job she made an order to be delivered I go there to pick up the part that I needed she said the order was canceled and was not there and that was there hours after it was supposed to be delivered, and she didn’t even issue me a refund she and her manager Eric couldn’t princ my receipt from the sistem and I have an account with the autozone which I will never use after those stealers or unprofessional people who work on this location
It was just terrible. I went to exchange my battery because my car does not start several of times. The guy who said is the manager does not want to change my battery for a new one because he just have to recharge the battery and my problem will be solved. He said when my car stop again i can go back for charge my battery. That was not a solution I can lost and entery day just Cuz you dont want to assume the warranty. Never again I will buy in any autozone. You guys sucks!!
Worst place ever. guy Chadwick Bask me for $8 tip upfront to change the battery. when asked for manager they said the they are in process of changing manager so no district manager is available. other guy helped me out but he agreed that the first guy was not supposed to ask for $8 tip.... Thumbs down to first guy
This place gets one star only because I have to give it one. Hoooooorible service. DO NOT GO TO THIS IF YOU NEED BATTERY SERVICEFirst here is some background:I bought a battery from my local auto zone in New Jersey 3 months ago. In the last two days I got the battery jumped twice because it wasnt charging properly. I did battery testing on it twice.So I walk in this autozone after being stranded over night on Long Island and the gentlemen working there comes out, pops my hood and claims his battery tester isnt working. He then says would you like for me to just swap out the battery? Yes I say. Then he comes back with a co-worker named Junior and says he cant. And that I should go to another store because they are short staffed. Mind you, it was just the three of us in the store and it had been the whole time I was there.My guess is that neither Junior or the other guy working there knew how to change a battery and just made up an excuse. They didnt even want to call another store to see if they had enough staff to do it.I wouldnt take my car here. If you need to buy a product...ok. But do not get battery service or anything else done here.

2022-01-20With reports of a storm coming, I needed to replace the windshield wipers and fluid in my older car. After buying both inside the store, one of their employees, Sufid, noticed my difficulty in trying to install the wipers by myself and came outside to help. . He then proceeded to fill the wiper reservoir as well. His noting that i needed assistance - without even having to have been asked for it - was customer service excellence and very much appreciated.

2022-03-03Thankful for CJ at this location who took the time to figure out how to install the wipers I purchased for my car, which is a complicated model to fit. Having gone to 3 different places that resulted in unsuccessful replacements, CJ was able to get those wipers on. He did so despite his supervisors (I assume) protest to forfeit the job. She banged on the store glass from the inside of the store and yelled and waved at him to get back inside the store and quit his efforts. I would have given five stars were it not for her behavior. She needs to improve on her customer relations skills. CJ however, persevered and got me safely back on the road for my daily work commutes. So Thankful.

2022-01-07Had to fight for a replacement battery that was only about a year old. Found nothing wrong with the battery despite getting stuck 4x in the past couple of days. Once replaced, no problems. Duralast batteries dont quite live up to their name.
