Get there 2 pick up my online order just to be told be careful with these type led headlights. $1000 wish that was shared on their website. The guy who helped me was very nice and got me the brightest lights without getting a tcket.

I find that 9 out of 10 times This parts place has what I need, its not always the cheapest, but who wants the cheapest parts available for their car, truck, or other vehicle!

Used to go to Autozone because they are helpful, always knew they were a rip off but that was okay. My wife and her friend went there without me ( a man ) and they were extremely rude, unprofessional, and just unhelpful. No value in autozone if theyre not helpful, Amazon or eBay is usually cheaper.
The guys really help me out a lot. I was looking to get my light fixed and they made sure that happened.
They didnt have what I needed however they were great at finding it and ordering it.
Nice store, checked my battery and helped me get a new one. When asked if hed put the new one in I got attitude. Then the battery fell about 2 feet on its top and when I said something again attitude and rudeness. He installed my battery and I thanked him. I think Ken was just having a bad day.
They answer phone calls before dealing with customers who have been waiting. Strange way to do business. So if you have a question, youre better off calling it will be faster then if you were standing right there lol
I had the most awesome service here. My hood latch was junky and needed a little spray to clean it up and I walked in and was greeted with very knowledgeable staff who were happy to not just help me solve my problem but coach me on how to head it off in the future. They were very generous with their time and I so appreciated the attention. I love this Ithaca location and cannot recommend it enough. Thanks for great service!
Its average quality parts at average prices. If you can wait, order it online and save money. If you need it right now and they have it in stock as good a place as any. The loaner tool program is helpful. Customer service is variable. Inspect the part before leaving the store. I got a damaged alternator from them once.
Myself and my coworkers have been there twice now with tough questions and Dave H. has been able to help us through every time hes one of thier best.
I went there looking for a brake fitting, something that they keep behind the counter, it was 6 pm there were two people there one of them was the manager. The manager was doing something behind the register and the other guy was just standing there not saying anything with his hands in his pockets. I was the sixth customer in line and this guy didnt even do anything, wont ever shop here again.
What a great experience always! All the associates are knowledgeable and polite and take time to help you. As a woman I have always been treated with respect.

I went in today to get new windshield wipers. The gentleman behind the counter and his associate couldnt have been nicer. I had my two-year-old granddaughter with me and both of them regarded her with such friendliness. My wipers were installed and they added new fluid to my car at no additional charge. I dont have to go often but I would highly recommend their service.
I had a rough day dealing with my dead battery. Once I walked in, however, Ken helped me with finding my best option. He made the process smooth and stress-free!!
Eric E. is the guy you want helping you. He is professional, nice, and kind. He helped install my battery. Run, dont walk, away from Greg. He is rude and has complete disregard for customer service. He doesnt wear a nametag so that tells me he doesnt want people to know his name if and when they complain about his conduct.

We went there because we had to take the 350 mile drive to D.C. and our car had turned on it check engine light. When we went to Auto Zone to get a check, they told us that we needed to go to the Honda dealer. Currently (11:56 am on the same day ) we are driving because the mechanic said it was fine as long as the light does not blink. This is insanely frustrating just knowing that our car could break down at any moment. The employees are nice but their service is sometimes bad.
Dave helped and got the right parts but I wound up not needing them and I had no problem returning the parts I didnt need
My wiper blades didnt fit. The staff helped me sort the issue out and got me a set that worked.
Just placed an order for a car stereo harness, it took no longer than a minute and the clerk told me that my order will be ready in the morning. The clerk was very polite and helpful. 5- star service. Thanks guys!
Worse service ever! Got my product within 2 minutes of enetering the store. Stood there for 20 minutes to checkout. Was ignored by all 4 salespeople. Just terrible customer service.
Staff was very friendly, they did an engine light diagnosis for me at no charge and although the price for the part I needed was much more expensive than can be found online, I suppose if you need the part immediately you would have to pay it. The example in this case was an EGR valve for a 2003 Honda Civic Ex. They retail it for $128 dollars while original equipment can be purchased from Amazon, eBay, and several other parts stores for around $58. So aside from their prices not a bad place to go in a pinch.
This AutoZone and Ken with the other Techs have kept my Business Lincoln and my Personal Cars running successfully and Cheaper for 7+ years. When They can save me Cash , they do it..

Engine light on. They hooked an analyzer up for free which diagnosed a very small emissions (?) leak. Possibly at my gas cap. Even though it was 97-degrees the employee was friendly and accommodating.
Gave good service and got a 10$ discount For next purchase. Also, got an extra charge for 2 back windshied wipers and only needed 1..so had to go back for a credit.

2022-07-23Really delightful experience. Staff were kind and friendly. I mistook the store for Advanced Auto--I had bought the wrong part from Advanced and I needed to exchange it. I didnt even know there were two different brands of store. The staff were patient and helpful. They found the part I needed, printed out a copy of the product page and told me how to find it. Dont make my mistake! All auto stores are not the same. AutoZone is the one you want, do not Advance.

2022-04-15Ive come to expect great service at Auto Zone however, it was not the case today at this location. I stood in line for several minutes while one employee assisted a customer ahead of me and 4 other employees didnt care to even look up from their phones/computers. So I gave up and attempted to find my items on my own. Later I asked for help finding another item but I couldnt find it from another employees finger point. So I left and Ill find it somewhere else. Maybe try the Auto Zone a mile down the street. These people dont seem to care about helping customers, regardless of the other raving reviews.

2022-02-10Dave gave me the information and welcome to come in anytime to see if the battery (2017 Honda Fit) needed replacement and if they would do it. Ronald came out with the tester, made sure he had the right settings for this battery, and did the test. The result: alternator trouble. Dont forget to tip!

2021-06-14Still a nice service - being able to pull codes on check engine lights. During COVID restrictions we’re given the reader and asked to plug-into the vehicle ourselves before printing diagnostic at register.
