Just an acknowledgement that Im in the line, just look up from behind the counter and say Ill be with you shortly sir/maam thats it! I see youre busy, I see youre with a customer. Its cool but just acknowledge Im here. A manager eventually came over and processed the order.
The store was clean as usual, staff was friendly and helpful. If youre ever in need of parts, battery test, codes checked, or just maintenance items for your vehicle, be sure to stop in at AutoZone.FYI we all need breakers every now and then, AutoZone offers lifetime warranty on brakes, alternator etc. In your next visit, just ask
This place has horrible customer service dont even waste your time better off going to another store went there on several occasions trying to buy paint cans and not one time did i even get attended nor even asked if i needed help when i asked store employee for help he said was on break but proceeded to walk to the register to help customers who entered store over 15 mins after me
Worst AutoZone I’ve ever been too. I went into the store this evening. There was one customer being helped by an associate. I stood about 2 inches from the line marker. The manager who was chatting with his buddies, turns to me and tells me to stand on line. Meanwhile he is in NO rush to assist me until he tries to show his “power” over me by ordering me to stand in line before he helps me. This store must address this I will not going here anymore as there is an autobarn about 200 yards down the road. Nice job AutoZone, train your employees better and definitely get a better manager. Disgraceful customer service.
I was told that they minimal work on the premises. I needed a new bulb for my headlight and asked a salesman for installation. I was told by one he could do it if its not too difficult. When I got to the register to buy the light I asked the cashier...he said NO! I informed him the other gentleman said yes. He says, oh well, you have to talk to him! This location is convenient but the customer service is awful. Ive gone there other times and the cashiers will see you waiting on line and ignore you.
Some employees are nice. Some are just plain lazy. They look at you and they probably think, WHAT THE HELL DO YOU WANT? Like that kind of look. On top of that, you always got a wait. Even if you see more than one employee. Another thing, if you are looking for something, most likely you wont find it. They do, however, have what they call loaners. They have certain tools that you could loan. That is nice. Advanced auto parts have that too. But I think autozone have more tools to loan. So, in overall in my opinion, its not that bad. They could differently improve a few things. Friendly faces are very important. A friendly face could make you feel welcome, whereas a frown or an upset face makes you feel uncomfortable.. well I hope this helps folks. And a friendly reminder, cover your face when going to any store. Stay healthy..
I went to get my car tested so I could know if I needed a new battery before I bought one ... 3 people in a store that wasn’t so busy yet no one could help me. Another employee was coming in 4mins later they said, yet they told me to come back an hour later ... trying to get your battery tested at a autozone is like trying to get a Mc flurry at McDonald’s as this has happened in multiple autozones they guy I spoke to here was just straight up being lazy.
VERY Disappointed... I went in with a REAL Concern on the night of 11/23 and Gregory thought it was a laughing matter, Thank God Another CUSTOMER Noticed I was in need of REAL Help, and was kind enough to extended His Assistance and HELP Me find out What The Problem I was experiencing was. Ive spent LOADS Of Money at this Location, and I expected way better service than the nonsense that I underwent the night of 11/23. I came In the following Day 11/24, and Received MUCH better service from People Who appeared to be new to the store... THANK GOODNESS!#PleaseReTrainTheOldStaff
Horrible customer service. Inattentive to waiting customers, and belligerent when finally assisting. Three people on line, waited close to 20 minutes to pay. If I didnt know what i needed, they would not have been able to help. I had to provide the part number to get what I was looking for. Not knowledgeable at all.
Went there to buy something for the car. And ask for assistance if they can help installing it in the car. The manager said, he doesnt have enough staff. Instead of offering to help us with the installation. We were willing to wait. But he said NO, he cant help. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
This store opens at 7:30 AM. I got here a little after they opened this morning because I needed new bulbs because my tail lights went out. I been a valued autozone customer for over 5 years. When I approached the door, the employee came out and started to lock the door. I asked her if they’re opened because I need the replacement bulbs. The employee responded that we’re not going to open until 9 AM today because I’m the only one here right now.Straight BS.That’s not my problem.
Came in to get A new battery that I desperately needed on Saturday 25th at 1:40pm. Not only was the man nasty about it, but he refused to give me a new battery. Disgusting, autozone is open as an ESSENTIAL business for a reason. Without a new battery... my car doesn’t move.... do NOT BOTHER GOING TO THIS AUTOZONE, try another place. I ended up going to my local car service place, super fast AND CHEAPER THAN AUTOZONE.
I purchase auto supplies at the Autozone on 1244 Hempstead Tpke., Elmont, NY and the staff are always a great help. Today, Patrick, an Autozone employee, installed a set of windshield wipers on my car. The store was busy, but he made it work without my having to wait. Thanks to the staff.
Its auto parts and tools store standard stuff oem replacements mainly. But if your not a friend of the staff you will be ignored for a long period of time, ultimately frustrated would be how I describe it. The staff needs to know that they are in a place of buisness not a hang out spot, take care of the customers in a timely fashion. I can do a food shopping for a family of 4 and have everything packed away in the house before they find a thermostat. Speaking of order one 4 days ago and still dont have it they keep telling me tomorrow and when you call you will think your at the DMV if they put you on hold. Needs new management and staff completly disgusting customer service, they will stop helping you to help someone else and you standing there like an idiot. Advanced Auto is right around the corner go there you wont be pisses off.
Excellent place to find out the check engine codes for your car. Check engine machines and most items are over priced. Majority of the items you find in there you can get better quality tools and machines at Sears which would be worth the money. The tool rental is OK. If you break it you can still bring it back and get your money back which is good.
Ppl here are so lazy . And no respectful . They seem like they dont work here . I wast waiting online for 5 mins no one come to help me . They were talking on the phone doing their nail .They act like (who is gonna help this customer.dont look at me. Avoiding eye contact with me) especially the black female over there. Lazy
THE YOUNG LADY WITH THE LIGHT EYES WAS VERY RUDE. I CAME IN AT EXACTLY 8:54PM. I UNDERSTOOD THAT THEY WERE CLOSING SOON BUT NEEDED TO ASK A QUESTION. SHE NEVER LOOKED UP AT ME SHE HAD HER HEADPHONES IN HER EARS. I HAD TO SAY EXCUSE ME CAN SOMEONE HELP ME . SHE REPLIED THERE IS NO ONE HERE AND THEY WERE CLOSING. SO I SAID OK I UNDERSTAND JUST NEED TO ASK A QUESTION ABOUT MY BATTERY. SO SHE GOT REAL NASTY AND SAID TO ME THAT SHE TOLD ME THAT THEY WERE CLOSING AND SHE WASNT GOING TO HELP ME. SO I TURNED AND BEGAN TO SPEAK TO ANOTHER YOUNG MAN AND WHILE I WAS TALKING TO HIM SHE CONTINUED YELLING AT ME. I WILL NOT DO ANYMORE BUSINESS THERE WHILE SHE IS THERE. YOU JUST LOST A CUSTOMER!
Horrible service. I called prior to going to the store and was left on hold for over 2 mins, I called back and no one answered. I was completely ignored in the store. I asked for help and I was told to hold on as they helped the person who walked in after me. I immediately googled the nearest auto place (advance auto parts), called them and asked if they could help me and told me to come right over. I will not be coming back to this store
Horrible customer service by Kevin H. Which is the Customer Satisfaction staff, he made me feel unwanted while dreaming at me, then when allowed him the time to make up for he behavior he said he was going to cop the cops on me, I said go ahead you the one screaming, I will just go to Advance Auto next time, its a better place

2022-07-09I went to autozone to try to get a new battery for my car. The staff member Kevin was amazing, he helped figure out what the actual problem was, he was polite, honest, and overall I was very pleased his customer service. Definitely would want to come back to this specific location just for the positive experience I had.

2022-05-19Skye, one of the autozone workers is so dope. I was tired and couldnt get my wheel off she.. yes! She came outside with me and we was able to get the wheel off. She helped me get the parts I needed and was very supportive, helpful and understanding. Ive been going to this auto zone for years and honestly I am grateful she was there today along with her great associates. Thank you so much skye.( sorry if I spelled your name wrong) lol.

2021-05-12The worst experience ever. First they have a sign over air fresheners that says 2 for 5 selected choices, over all the choices. Then I get to the register for the employee to tell me, no thats not whats on sale, and pulls out a small box from behind the counter, as if Im supposed to know its not whats advertised on the wall but behind the counter ones. Finally I asked to speak with a manager, and he called over a Kevin, whos attitude is the worst as well, and he tells me, if you read the sign, its selected one and thats why I brought over the box because its the only ones in the box none if which are flavors a consumer would want. But what is even more infuriating is the tone he spoke to me as if I cant read and I was a bother to him and the store. Ill never shop there or tell anyone about shopping there, the member service is horrible and employees dont care. Bad bad horrible member service .....

2022-02-24First let me thank everyone at this store because the customer service there is amazing from the min you walk into the min you walk out someone is helping you and is there if you have any questions... kevin the manager is outstanding help me put my windshield wipers on and also took the time to show me how to do it for next time... 2022-03-14I needed brake lights for my car and went into autozone In Lawrence I asked a sales person for help once they started asking me questions about the car I had no idea he asked me to take a picture of the vin number he looked up what bulb I needed and got everything for me he was very friendly and patient with me

2021-12-28I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service at this autozone. I was equally surprised by the customer service I received from the young African American male with glasses. I don’t remember his name but he was stellar.
