I am a handicapped woman who needed help outside, I called and got Devin (B, I think). I put the poor kid through the ringer. He did everything from find my paint color, put Heet in, got my big purchases, took my card in…all happily!!!!He was so nice and helpful. I know where I’m coming from now on and who I’m asking for.What a great representative of your company. If I could have I would have given him a smiley sticker 😀!!!!!!!If he’s not a manager, he should be!!THANKS Devin!!!!!!

I love going to this AutoZone for all my car needs .. they really do give outstanding customer service ! Not only do they help with the diagnostic areas when the check engine light comes on but they give you a print out, check for parts for you .. I have actually learned alot about my car and car maintenance from AutoZone .. I can trust and count on the employees .. keep up the great job 👍👍 Always provide service with a smile
Every time I’ve gone here it has been such a great experience. The manager Devin B was beyond helpful my last visit and his employees obviously follow his lead. BRAVO
The establishment itself is usually pretty clean. The employees are usually, to always, very friendly and pretty helpful. I would say 90-95% of the time they know what theyre talking about. In my opinion, there is a worker named Ken(almost positive) who has definitely stood out to me as very knowledgeable and very friendly! He was able to answer all of my questions and help me make sure I got everything I needed during my visit to the store last week. Id say ask for him if possible. Keep it up good sir!

My daughter was in Lockport, NY area for a weekend with friends and her coolant level was low. I called ahead and asked if they could help her out when she got there. The employee I spoke too said that they do stuff like this all the time. When she arrived the employees at this store added the coolant for her and sent her on her way. Thanks from a worried father.
I came in to buys new light bulb for my head light and Devin looked up what bulb I needed, it was 1 of 2 so he offered to go out to look and see what bulb my car needed. I think he might have noticed my elderly mother and 3 young kids in the back because he was kind enough to offer to but the bulbs in for me. He stood out in the rain and did it for me, it made my day. He also sold me some grease for a buck to help the bulbs out. Fantastic customer service! I’ll be looking for Devin when I come back in.
Never had a problem here and they improved the parking lot. Didnt have what I was looking for this time but they sent me to another store, a competitor, and they where out too. Good knowledgeable staff that will go into the lot to help you.
My go-to place for maintaining my vehicles. Prices might not be the best in the area but they always have what I need in stock.
My family and I have always loved and depended on autozone!The covid regulations are being followed to the letter, the staff is very helpful, and does a good job even when its busy, sometimes you have to wait, but thats what happens with cars... LolWe went there late, and if course my guys were there until 10, which is perfect for those emergency oil and anti freeze pickups. LolBut all jokes aside, we would recommend this place to everyone in auto need!

I had an exceptionally good and helpful experience the last time I went to AutoZone in Lockport. I didn’t know what was wrong with my car, only that it would not travel faster than 30mph, but a very helpful associate named Devin Helped me by running a scan on my car and explained to me in detail what the problem was. Then he absolutely went above and beyond the call of duty in that, he told me exactly the parts I needed to fix the problem and explained to me in great detail HOW to fix the problem. This was very important to me because I didn’t have to end up going to a mechanic and my car was running fine by the time I was finished. Again a HUGE thanks to Devin and autozone Lockport for excellent customer service and for helping me to understand my car better and get it running correctly.
Nice enough service person but they didnt have my item& was told Id have to obtain it from the dealer most likely. He was nice enough to say to check across the street at their competitors auto store 1st. Im glad he offered that info because the other auto store had what I needed.
Customer service is not as good as it was when Jeff was the store manager. Commercial Phones are slow to be answered (if answered at all) and staff is not as friendly/knowledgeable after 5 pm. If Colleen and Joanne are there things are good tho. Going to start going to Goundry St at night....
Excellent customer service! ( Thought i had the wrong wiper blade as i couldn’t get it on, went back the next day and one of the staff there put it on for me in two minutes!)Said they do that kind of stuff everyday so it’s easy for them!

Found a few things I need and one other part I was searching for.
Ive gone here very often in the past and never had any issues. Lately I go in there for a part and you tell them what kind of car you drive, 2 different employees had made an ignorant rude comment about the vehicle I said. Everyone has there opinions but in a work environment to strangers they should keep It to themselves and act professional.
Enforce the mask and lose business. Plenty other businesses that are happy to take my money. Thanks for giving me another reason to hate Autozone.
The man that was helping me was not very helpful and actually stood there and watched me fight to get my oil cap off laughing instead of coming out and helping me. I thought that was very rude and very unprofessional

I needed winter wiper blades and AutoZone had the blades in stock and, the most important part, he installed the blades!
Brain dead!! Do yourself a favor and go to NAPA or across the street. When its all said and done you will be spending just as much. Counter help has no ambition other than what the computer says. 30 years in this industry and counter / parts are just getting worse.
My battery was dead hats off to the employee that helped me he put a new battery in my car started right up very polite I would recommend AutoZone to whomever reads my post

2022-05-02Excellent, the store was busy but Adam took the time to cone out look at my vehicle, get the right tubing to fix my severed windshield washer fluid hose- and he kept am eye to make sure it was the right fit and it solved the issue. He also heard my idle sounded rough so I checked my oil and it was low. Because if his attention to detail, he saved a lot of stress and I was able to tackle both problems today. Great location and great employees. Thanks!!

2022-02-24I went in with a picture of what I needed. I easily found the area and, although they didnt carry the same brand, I chose my item and brought it to the register. Because the person ahead of me had many questions and needs, they opened a register for me so I didnt have to wait. I showed the associate my picture and he quickly noticed I was slightly off in my selection. Without making me feel inadequate, he grabbed the correct item and completed the sale. I will definitely go there for future needs.

2022-07-03So I order a part online yesterday never got a email saying it was ready to be picked up. So I went to my store this morning they had no record of my order and yet autozone took my money out of my account and marked it as picked up. So the guy at my store looked up the part said it was at the hub and reorder it. Now I got to wait longer to get my part so I can fix my truck.

2021-10-09Ordered over the phone with one of rep., a pair of lift hatchback struts @ Lockport NY ,AutoZone to be sent to my house. . well one came my house and one went to store. they made error when taking order. .when realized their , they offered to bring it to me . GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICES . I want to thank them for making good on my order and we installed strut lift hatch that afternoon, my husband and I. thank you AutoZone.
