Great Customer Service Today😊
They are always very helpful here. I called ahead and they were able to quickly pull up what I would need for my specific car and they helped me with the install. Adam was fantastic and very friendly!
I come here first before the other chains. The staff are awesome, and helpful. I have the best luck of them having the parts I need here, so I assume they keep things well stocked. You dont get that on main street as consistently as you do here. Ill be there again, surely.
I worked as a Manager at the Autozone in Greenburg. We were well staffed and the store was clean. The store floors are dirty and lost of empty spaces for merchandise at checkout. I like shopping at Autozone over others but the store could be cleaner with more help.
Quite unfortunate really... perhaps it was the day I chose to visit... but the staff wasnt very knowledgeable and still gave me the wrong parts. Upon returning said parts, very catty behavior from the rep... drive safe.
Very dissatisfied. I purchased a starter and it was burned out in under a year, which is not stores fault. I went to get my warranty replacement and I was told I had to pay the full amount of the starter and the core. I wasnt happy about that but I did it without question paying in cash. Nice girl at the counter told me to bring back the old one anytime before the store closes at 10pm. I drove 1 hour back to the store this evening and arrived at 9:25pm. The store manager refused to refund my money because there wasnt any money in the drawer. I was told they empty the drawers a full hour before the store closes. I understand that your employees want to leave on time but that is no way to treat your valued customers. If that is your company or store policy you should definitely have it posted and tell your employees. I own my own farming business and know that you cant be successful if you operate like that. I have spent lots of money in your stores and after I drive the two hour round trip again tomorrow to return my starter we will never do business with you guys again.

Was a busy morning, but they had everybody running a registrar so it wasnt a very long wait. And when it came time to getting my battery order, it went quick. Unfortunately my car was back at home so I couldnt avail myself of their free battery installation, but they made sure I knew it was offered. Highly recommend.
Actually was a very pleasant visit had $20.20 the cashier made me aware of that and I got my order for free one of the best AutoZones Ive been to

I wouldn’t go to the Poughkeepsie one is a total disaster there ever since the good managers left I can’t believe it do you want to go to Auto Zone go to route 9 It’s also called South Road Poughkeepsie or the one in Kingston to not waste your time
This AutoZone store is relaxed nobody is prompt. Most of the time there is a line. However the Employees are very helpful. AutoZone has improved in every way. I now enjoy shopping at AutoZone for car parts and accessories. The new employees are great and friendly. 5 stars.
I called ahead before ordering a battery online. After calling i told him i live around the corner and will pick it up. I came in, no line waiting. I am standing for 10mins and i see the manager so i tell him i called and he acknowledges speaking to me. Hands me my battery. I go to take it off and leave. He says do i have i.d. i say no he runs up to me and grabs it forcefully. I do not let go. He says he doesnt know who i am. Im like guy you just acknowledged me and gave it to me plus we talked on the phone. He said he was calling the cops at the point i yanked the battery and stood there and said please call them. He proceed to talk instead of dialing so i walked out. For context i was black and so was he. And he was a manager at that. Trying to fight me🙄
Ridiculously nice people working here. I interacted with three and they were all super nice. Not used to such nice people working in retail. I would go out of my way to come to this store.
Hey, *I* had a good time of it. Staff pleasant & helpful, to the point of schlepping a 2.5t-rated jack to the back of the parking lot for me. Easy to find stuff.Granted, I didnt have any questions to ask, so I cant speak as to product knowledge. Also, bear in mind that this location is particularly small, so selection within product categories is (necessarily) a little thin.
No masks and did not know codes are stored.
Alex was an outstanding and extremely knowledgeable associate, his professional attitude was far exceeding all expectations.

Brake lines blew near by there. they were the closest stop for me to fix my brakes on the spot. very very helpful! Had everything I needed and even help me bleed my lines! best staff! 5 stars!
I thought the employees were extremely rude I was ignored by 2 employee one walked away while I started speaking to him pointing to two other employees hanging out they both started laughing as I tried to speak to them one walked away and the other said he couldn’t help me I asked if they could help me put in a bulb I bought there for over my license plate he said nope we don’t do that I said well they do in the other auto zones on rt 9 in wappingers n town of Poughkeepsie. He just didn’t want to do his job or go outside being in was cold or help me for some reason I really don’t want to say but I overheard the two refuring to me as a white something or other I’ve never been so horribly treated and will never go in that store again.
They werent rude, but they werent too outgoing. Not a single person asked a customer if they needed help. This is typical to these stores though. But if you ask them for help, they do put an effort it.
Walked in this morning about 8ish and i asked for a bulb for my back left light no one would help me put the bulb in beccause she said they were short staff as she started to sweep the floor than she took a cigarette break if the other customer wouldnt know help me I wouldnt be able to put my bulb in my car I was going to buy the tool or that but because no one wanted to help me I decided not to buy the two there Ill go to auto parts

I went to AutoZone because I needed a pcv valve advance said they had one at 2 different stores but after 3 tries I found one for my car at AutoZone. I could have saved myself a lot of running around for a simple part for a 17 year old car
I went today to have some warning lights checked into... the guy behind the counter was amazingly helpful (Dale.B).helped me figure out what the exact problem was..great and very professional service..I will recommend them to anyone...my Toyota Corolla is safe with these guys..

I sometimes frequent this store to pick up general items for my vehicles. I have no issue with the store, or staff, but when I go there I notice the parking lot looks like a dump truck pulled up and dropped garbage everywhere. This is a management issue and a very easy fix. Next time I go I will snap pictures because Im sure nothing has changed. How can a manager park and walk into the building and not doing anything about the debris everywhere? I realize Its located in the heart of Pok., but why add to the disgrace? Clean your parking lot!

Everyone there sucks. Been a mechanic for 10 years and there staff has worst knowledge. They treat there customers horrible and are extremely rude. Stay away go to Napa. Napa has better parts and are way more helpful. Who ever Mike who works there should be fired. I will never step foot in that Auto zone again and they lost a valuable customer who has spent thousands in there crap stores.
Pretty busy location but they move you along quick enough nothing much to say really it’s a typical auto parts store. Clean and organized for the most part and helpful staff.

Auto zone is the only auto parts store left in the area since the other locally owned stores closed. I dont work on my cars anymore so I only go there for windshield wipers and oil for the yard equipment.

Came at 8:15am when they said they were open at 8am. They had a worker standing outside telling people that they were closed. My question is if there is a worker there, then why do you have them standing outside keeping people out? Horrible management.
The usual. Nothing out of the ordinary for AutoZone. It seems a little smaller compared to what Im used to, but at least the lines are not as bad as what Im used to. I really hate going to AutoZone because of the horrendous line, but I have yet to experience this at this AutoZone. Could be because its winter.

Assistant manager Mike helped me today with a battery and went the extra mile as AutoZone associates always do. Mike was extremely nice and extremely fast with service. AutoZone have never failed me because of there speedy team and their fast costumer service. 2022-03-03Autozone always gets my vote they stepped up their game on part quality. Prices are competitive! They have a wide variety of things for vehicles and many things in stock. Id say with a decent knowledge of cars you should be able to get what you are looking for !
