When I walked into the store and noticed ample employees putting away stock...After about 5 minutes... One employee decided to ask me what I wanted.He seemed to be in a hurry to leave... He said he could not find what I was looking for...So I decided to pickup some extra items while I was in the store... When I was ready to check out there was only one person waiting on customers... The others didnt even think twice about trying to help him out... I was third in line with 7 more customers waiting...After 15 minutes had passed and the line was growing... Another employee walked over to help... but she came to help him with the same customer...She was rude to the others and loud with her responses toward them...I thought I will certainly not be coming back to this store.
Almost always have what I need, get it quickly if they dont. Decent price points.Watched a young POC employee come out & help the hapless females parked next to me & refuse a tip.Even super busy, employee helped me find what I needed. Got it done in the parking lot 3 minutes before the rain started.Thanks Riverhead, NY AutoZone.
Always enjoy going to AutoZone. Employees are always very helpful. This time I went to have a battery checked before I purchased a new. One thing though, I wished the employee told me it needed to be fully charged before testing and before I lugged into the store. They will charge it, but I couldnt leave it, so I have to go back at a later date.
Absolutely phenomenal outstanding customer service the gentleman even walk me over to the items I was looking to purchase. I feel like I was Back 40 years ago in a mom-and-pop type shop as customers were appreciated for their business. Most stores act like youre doing them a favor, and employees just think you are a pain in the blank blank blank.
I had a interview at Autozone in Riverhead,NY today 10/17/2020. I wanted to thank the store manager Beth for giving me the opportunity to come in for a interview.It was a great experience the store manager was very nice and very professional. In the short time talking with her I can tell she is a very good manager she is very knowledgeable about all aspects of the business also the store looked to be very clean and organized at the same time being very busy. I really hope to get the opportunity to become part of the autozone team.Thank you for the opportunity
I went tonight to buy a battery for my bike, it needs a new one, when i got to the front at the counter, theres was two guys laughing, i told one of the guys that i needed a new battery so he came to me, grab my battery and said the batteries.. they are over there. I asked him to help me find the the right one to my surprise his answer got me so mad and upset!!! His response was USE YOUR BRAIN. Im just so angry and upset of the unprofessional behavior from that employee his coworker was laughing behind the counter, is this the way a customer should get treated i dont think so, my brother got a battery from this autozone 3 weeks ago and the guy that helped us that day wow he explained to my brother all he needed etc thats the service i was expecting today but unfortunately that wasnt the case, i hope this employee gets fired cuz if he was rude to me God knows how many customers get treated like that too!!!
This was absolutely the worst retail experience of my life. Not one employee knew what they were doing and when I asked to speak to the manager on duty I already was. The store is a mess and there are tripping hazards everywhere. Looking around while I waited twenty minutes to get the part pulled off the shelf I noticed the electrical panels on the back wall were buried behind merchandise and carts. That is such a safety hazard!! Did I mention that I waited for twelve minutes for someone to just answer the phone.
You can count on AutoZone for quick and accurate service, both at the register, and also with installation of essential parts such as headlamps. I was astounded the first time a staffer offered to install the new bulb. Now I have come to know that this is just one of the services that AutoZone provides.
Going here is like visiting the funny farm. You get roped into going because of their online presence, then upon entering the door, it feels up is down. Then I realize there is a Napa around the corner, and a parts guy who probably knows the part # off the top of his head.
Not my favorite place. Asked an employee to point out the place to connect the AC Pro adapter since I couldnt find one that matched the one on youtube. I was told he could not do it. Then, when a woman next to me asked if they could show her where to add engine oil, he told her the same thing I cannot show youI helped her with the oil and figured out the AC on my own.

2022-04-12Went there last week to get help putting on wiper blades in which I had purchased low and behold they were the wrong ones .Great service the employee help me purchase the right ones he also came out and put them on great service ....

2022-06-22There should be a zero star.Employee there is rude. Simple thing as an exchange and to explain something to a customer cant be done. And the audacity to walk away from a customer and saying (good luck) to another employee. Next time your talking about a customer take it to the back because the mask doesnt block sound !

2021-06-14Awesome place where the manager came out and helped me change out a battery for my mother in law. I came from out of town and the young man really made me feel at peace and helped alot. If I am ever in the area again and need help, forsure Ill be back. Ill tell my friends and family. It was nice that they were opened on the memorial holiday as well.

2021-11-01They have what you need but they really need to train who they hire. The young man that helped us did not explain anything enough and then when he helped us put windshield wipers on he didnt know how to do it in the rain he was trying to read directions and had to go get someone else to do it

2020-12-03We just came from this store and their associate Darell M. was amazing. Came outside in this cold and on his knees worked on our car, helped us find the right part and then assisted us in fixing the problem. 5 stars is not enough for his service. Thank you !

2020-10-06I gave it 4 despite what follows. The rest of the staff were very helpful.The female manager I think could use a lesson in customer service. She was brusque and rude in answering my questions and rude to the other employees. Her responses were basically go do it yourself. I have bought things at AutoZone forever and never been treated like get out youre annoying. My bulbs are now changed and I dont have to worry about a ticket for my brake light being out.
