Ricky and Dereck the managers are very knowledgeable about cars. They aren’t just the average employee. The rest of the staff is great also, including Mr.Brown. Great store. The best of all the autozones.
Cashier #49 provided the best customer service experience Ive had in Staten Island. He was polite, knowledgeable, provided a full explanation of the product I was purchasing, and was quick yet took the time I required with responses. He had other customers waiting for him and he would acknowledge them for their patience in waiting. I am impressed and would recommend anyone to purchase their auto needs at this store location.

I would like to thank Dereck and Rodney for helping me on my brand new fusion after someone out of spite scuffed my car with their car. I was driving at speed limit in bus lane and they were mad that I had a new car and thier car was old and tattered. At first,I was in disbelief that someone would di something like, Then,THe Driver pulled up right next to my car and laughed at me after scuffing my the back of my car while I was trying to get home due to an emergency. The driver speed off. I did not notice til in the afternoon because this happened at night. I went to autozone to inquire within about could be done about this. The scratch was so deep that I needed something to hold it until the weather was more permissable for more detailed repair.In short Dereck gave me excellent recommendations on excellent products to remedy my problem and other neat accessories to make my ride more comfy and better taken care of. Rodney reassured me he could help me with future repairs and recommended for an oil change on four months. They are both full of sound advice and knowledge. I would highly recommend thier expertise.THank you GUYS!!! High FIVE!!!
The clerk was very attentive and helpful. He helped refill my wiper fluid as well as figure out why it wasnt spraying onto my window. I was very satisfied with customer service.

I divide my review into 3: The store itself, the prices and the staff. The store itself is perfectly organized, and they have few interesting new products. The prices: Little higher than average, but still worth it. The staff: They can and should do better. They must train them for better service the customers.
Most horrible experience. After waiting about 20 minutes because they were short staffed, the manager comes and was extremely rude and told me that she could not process my return because my warranty was outdated. Even after I explained to her multiple times that a staff earlier in the day was able to locate my warranty, she told me she was unable to help me and I could come back when another staff was there if I wanted to but she would not process my return. My information was clearly stated on the receipt that she didnt even bother to look at. I dont know how she is even a manager with the way she delivered customer service. I am very displeased with this Autozone and highly doubt i will be going back there again.

After I wasted 30 minutes to get the product I need, I checked the price on Amazon and I found it cheaper like 30%, and the funniest thing that the supervisor said that they dont price match amazon!!So I took my business somewhere else.Who dont price match those days!!
I love buying car parts and tools. These guys make me hate it. Barely anyone is ever available to assist you. There is usually only one person who assists people while the rest sit in the back and do who knows what. I had to buy a certain type of fuse and it took half an hour to get that done. I had to return that fuse because it was the wrong type a couple hours later, and it took almost an hour to get that done. Today I came in to get Anti-Seize and a torque wrench but had an associate completely ignore me and go to the back after I waited around 10 minutes. I was sick of it and left. Ill soon only order things on Amazon and just do my own research... Stop slacking off or just hire more employees.

The cashiers dont care who skips the line, They didnt seem to care at all. Perhaps they rather *Not Care. This is not the go to place, Rather the backup plan. I can predict a brawl in the near future if this issue persists.

2022-03-19Very rude worker tonight March 18th. Got to the store at 9:40pm, 20 minutes before closing and the guy at the register made me feel very uncomfortable and says, you better hurry up because we are closing in 10 minutes. In a rude tone. I only needed 1 quick thing and would have been out in 5 minutes but I left because he made me feel like I shouldnt be there. Really frustrating when your trying to give a store money within business hours and are made to feel bad about it.Never going back to that store ever.

2020-06-21Wonderful customer service. I came in to check on my check engine light and two of the staff assisted me. I not only got a diagnostic printout, but the staffer went to my car to plug in the device (despite a policy of not being able to during the pandemic) and helped me find a reasonably priced fuel tank cleaner. I am truly grateful for a great experience.

2021-09-20I ordered a stereo online to be picked up. The guy at the register told me it’ll be ready the next morning, only to find out the guy never put my order in. Waste of time. They can’t even do a simple task. Whatever you do, don’t trust them!
