Contrary to some other reviews, I found the staff here to be unhelpful and rude. Instead of a hello, you get a glare. Id avoid this particular location hence forward. Ive had much better experiences at other AutoZones in the island.
Manager Derek is very knowledgeable, Always goes above and beyond to help me out, tried to offer him tips couple of times and he refused. He said he just doing his job, if I need help I can always stop by, him and his team is always there for me, best autozone manager ever!
I am beyond grateful for Kenneth he was AMAZING. I came in with a flat tire and not sure what to do. He told me what I can use and even came out to plug my tire for me. I love his customer service skills and that went over and beyond. The world need more people like him. I would ALWAYS recommend this autozone

Ask for Shon, hes fantastic ! I drive a Range Rover and I kept getting a dashboard message that my headlight had an issue. I didnt feel like going to the dealer and figured I would try Autozone. Shon knew exactly what to do, had amazing expertise with foreign cars, and his customer service was outstanding. Ive went to other Autozone locations some staff were rude but not at this location!Highly recommend
Derek F. , the sales manager of this location is the epitome of great customer service. I went into the store not knowing exactly what bulb I needed for my car and instead of having me buy both and taking the chance, he wasted no time and walked out to my car to see what bulb it was that I needed, and took it a step further by changing the bulb for me after I purchased the bulb that I needed. Of course me being so appreciative of his initiative I was eager to give him a tip (which was well deserved), but he declined so I’ve just decided to give this autozone a stellar review because the customer service is AMAZING and all employees are extremely kind and welcoming. I would 100% recommended this autozone for any of your car troubles
I highly recommend this location because of the cleanliness of the store as well as the very attentive staff. I went in this store needing several parts for my car and the employee Shon Sedy helped me get all of the parts I needed. He not only called another location to reserve the part that wasnt at this location but also greeted me immediately when I came in the store and asked if I needed assistance. He made sure that I had everything I needed and was very polite while getting everything I needed.
Place is a a breathe of fresh air. Autozone is more focused on DIY and in house repairs. Going forward this area was in need of something other than pepboys
Car started giving problems on the way home to Jersey, found this store while in route, ten minutes before closing!! Sean/Shawn stayed back and helped us with tools and parts, he was a God send! Excellent customer service, he stayed back after closing! Its great to know that people like this still exist, there is hope for humanity!!!

I shopped here very often and was always at this store almost every weekend. To think that the more you come and go as a very frequent customer you wouldn’t feel like you are not welcome. Except for 1 or two employees the staff is very rude and has no clue what they are talking about. Sadly i dont see those gentlemen there anymore. As someone who has been in the Automotive field for 7 years you can sniff out the BS and inexperience these people have. Please do your self a favor and take your self to the Advance Auto Parts store 2 minutes away and you will see the real difference of experience and people skills.
I came here for a couple items Service was fast and friendly But they gave me the wrong Break Rotors After they measured the wheel ,the mechanic had to put all the old parts back on so I could drive back to the store and exchange them for the right size,
The staff here are exceptional. For every car project, they have been very helpful and knowledgable in pointing me in the right direction.I highly recommend this store for all your automotive needs

Me and my family came to autozone for a headlight replacement. Shon customer service was outstanding he switched the bulb for us and showed us how to change it in case of an emergency. Shon was a real big help to my family and I. Will definitely recommend this AutoZone to my friends and family .

The guy who assisted didnt want to apply a $20 discount I had. He treated bad when he saw the coupon like he was loosing money. So rude. Please train your employees. This guys was acting like he was working for free. Ill never go back to this store. Really bad experience. I felt discriminated
A place where service and knowledge are superb .My experience with this store has been wonderful . I come a long distance just to shop from this store . DOTTIE the store manager is an encyclopedia of knowledge when it comes to her store items and advise . Calm and courteous , She delivers more than customers expectations .There is also her assistant Mister myles ...l prefer to call him Master myles , a happy go lucky serviable gentleman , whose smile never abandons his face ...He is a genius of mechanical knowledge and master mechanics . He saved me hundreds of dollars on repair costs with his suggestions and know how .Thank you Mr myles .

Walked in store with reciept last night to return an 8 dollar item.Employee MilesI will issue you store creditMe. Can I have cash I paid with cash.Miles gave no answer. So I asked again Can I have cash back? This is when he blew up and said yelling at me I GOT YOU,YOU NEED TO CALM DOWNI still remained calm and told him I think you need to calm down all I did was ask you a simple question and you are yelling at me.At this point he tells manager. I cannot help this guy and takes the next costumer. I am baffled and still have no idea what I did to this guy.On my way out I went to get his name.He gave me his name and asked me what mine was, so I told him my name. Now he tells me I got your name now I got youI consider this a threat toward me and may file a Police report.

2022-04-19By far the best Autozone on the island. Theres one 5 minutes from my house but I still drive 25 minutes out to this one since the service is so good. Michael, Ariel and Kyle are super helpful and can deal with any problem you have. I was having trouble with my check engine light and they fixed my problem super quick. Highly recommend

2022-02-20Rating minus * .. wipers blades snapped off, barely used them since I dont drive alot especially in the rain/snow .. went to replace it, staff didnt not honor their warranty (90 days warranty replacement ) as stated when I purchased wipers blades @ 2 1/2 mos ago. even after I heard one associate say to the other it looks like it was put on wrong they denied that though, they installed it..

2022-04-15I came here to buy a New Car Battery, i expect them to replace it for me. But the two kids refuse to because for the reason that “They dont change battery at Night and They have only 2 people in the store”.

2021-11-17Absolutely amazing customer service! Went in to buy a battery and get it installed and the cashier was very sweet and helpful. They were super busy when I came in but Despite the fact she called someone out to help me right away. The manager Ricky came out immediately very calm with a huge smile on his face and changed my car battery in 5 mins!!!!! This after I was denied service because it was “too late” and told its going to take at least 15 mins (by the manager mind you) at the other forest Ave location the night before!!! Ricky was also very nice and took the time To explain all the warranty info about the battery as well. After a terrible experience at the other forest location the night before Ricky completely redeemed my opinion on auto zone!!! Safe to say I’ll be going back to him for all my auto needs from now on even though it’s a further drive. THANKS AGAIN RICKY!!! 🐐 🐐 🐐

2021-04-14Came in a few minutes before closing...Derek and Michael were so patient and helpful. They did not try to rush me at all. They came out to test my battery and took the time to explain how to change it. Derek is a great manager and I could tell he was very knowledgeable and really cares about service. He told me his upcoming shift times so I could come back if I needed any help. Great experience at this store. Keep up the good work!

2021-04-22It was my second visit to this location and the first time I met Derek. Derek was super friendly, kind, made sure he was able to assist me in completing the request before saying I cannot do this and most of all did not make me feel like I was bothering him. I can tell he does this with all client interaction. As a consumer it makes me feel happy to meet an employee with a smile, that welcomes their client, he did not make me feel defensive or angry. I walked out the store feeling empowered and happy I was able to complete my task and know my next steps. Thank you Derek for your support, kindness, dedication and help. 2022-03-07Came here to return a warranty item I bought from another store the manager on duty Lolita was extremely unprofessional wouldn’t honor the return policy and eventually started screaming at me in front of customers also overheard a girl working say she did this earlier in the day no customer service skills
