Went here for some AC refigerant on my Honda and have no idea about these things. The sales person Andrew G was so helpful i was very impressed. In a world where many shrug their shoulders this guy went above beyond to explain to me exactly what i needed (1234yf) for my newer model. 5 star service and wosh more sales staff should be this good.
This is my neighborhood Autozone which I frequent very often.The staff here are exceptional. For every car project, they have been very helpful and knowledgeable in pointing me in the right direction.One night, I had a taillight out and stopped by to purchase a new bulb. Staff offered and replaced the light for me without me asking.I highly recommend this store for all your automotive needs
Great service and staff always eager to help and try to save your money. They open every day till 10pm. This is very good for me since I always home until 8pm. Recently just got a conditional ticket to fixed my head light within 24 hours. I was in and out of the store at 9:30pm and still have enough time to do my repair. Thank you. Will definately shop there again.
I replaced the my cars battery at this store. I was happy with my whole experience.The staff was helpful, explaining the options available. Once battery was selected they assigned one technician/mechanic to install it. This was a free service offered by AitoZone.You may find better prices, different options around. But this place was easy, hassle free and smooth experience for me. Quick service too.
Always able to park in the parking lot which is a good thing. The staff is always helpful. I even seen one of the staff coming from helping somebody in the parking lot.This employee proceeded to start helping a customer just pulling into the parking lot before he got to the store. The customer was quite surprised and even mentioned how grateful he was for the immediate assistance. I thought that this was worth mentioning and hope it was helpful to those who read this review .I had also returned a part from a different auto zone and they had no problem with the return .
Pretty good Autozone. Some spots dont have knowledgeable people working there, but this one does. Im not asking for an ASE certification but its good to have employees that know what theyre talking about. The staff is great and accommodating and theres plenty of parking.
I went today to AutoZone and i was in need for a help to find a socket 5:16 or any tool of the same size to help me replacing my side mirror, so the first one that i met, literally told me that we sold out that size and kind of ignored me, but a minute later i met this guy Brandon(i hope that I spelled his name right) he offered me help and was so kind and recommended me a whole set for 10$ 😎, he was so cooperative like he owns the place (that’s what i call loyalty) and even walked with me to my car to make sure that this set can help me solve my problem, if it wasn’t for this guy i would rate this place for only 1 star, thank you Brandon, you Made my day.
It was a good experience on Sunday when me and my dad met this Asian sales named Derek and his co-workers, he was helping me on the engine light and found out theres a misfire cylinder, EVAP problem and knock sensor problem, he explained what issues will cause these problems and what kind of parts should we get. At the very beginning I thought he will just tell me to change everything and get all the parts, but end up he told us we should start with the spark plug first and get the a fuel system cleaner to try clean up the fuel system. He and his co-workers were very patient to help us even it was a little bit busy. And thanks God with his professional knowledge that it was just the spark plug and the fuel system was bad. I thought I need to spend like few hundreds dollars to solve the problem but end up not even a hundred dollars .I definitely will come back and shop because you can tell that not only him do the job like this, even all other employees are very nice and helpful. If you are a Chinese, I will recommend that you can look for Derek to help you out, seems like hes the only one can speak Chinese in there.
Autozone on Hylan Blvd in Staten Island was so courteous and helpful. They greeted me at the door at 7:30am and one of the mangers Brian, took the time to help me find the problem with my car and explained to me how I can fix it myself. He was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond, fantastic customer service! Thank you All ;)
Had a dead battery and its daylight savings time so it gets dark early. I went over to AutoZone on hylan Blvd and was greeted by Nicole and Jimmy. Super friendly and very helpful. Coming from another location where I was denied a battery installation Jimmy and Nicole assured me it was not an issue to install, even though is was getting late and it was dark out. I highly recommend this AutoZone location and will gladly drive the extra miles to visit them in the future. This is my AutoZone now. 👍
I was overwhelmingly surprised by all of the help that I had received from the team at Auto Zone. I had gone in there for some WD-40 in a last ditch effort to fix my hood latch before taking it to a mechanic. One of the ladies who worked there helped me apply the WD-40 which didnt fix the problem, but I wasnt surprised. Then two other men, one whose name is Mauro, joined in to help and would not give up until my hood fully closed. They were so patient and troubleshooted through the many possible problems. Aside from their help, a frequent customer jumped in to also lend a hand. After some time, they were able to fix a spring that was causing the problem.I really did not expect to get the problem fixed while at Auto Zone, but because of the generosity from the staff, who went above and beyond to help, I drove away so happy. Everybody was so knowledgeable and excited to help me.
Asked for a item and be told Not here then walk away. Not here what? Not in the store? section? Are you really expect the customer understand that short answer means - It is not in this section, please follow and I will show you?Also, it is quite confused where the line is.

2021-10-02This place is amazing! i was helped by Jimmy , Russell & Austin; they were super helpful! I had to replace my left rear brake light .. they didn’t even flinch .. “u need a new brake light? We got u! I’ll come out now to replace it!” I wasn’t expecting this type of customer service! I’ve been coming here for years but I have to say this crew is the best I have ever dealt with! they all need a raise! They were super kind patient and made me laugh the whole time! Thank you auto zone! ❤️❤️

2022-05-19I was there yesterday. Young man ask me cash or credit. I said cash, he said come to this cash register. That register didnt work. He said come to this register. Then that one didnt work. Again he said come this register, I said this is the third register. Customer service was bad. All 3 times Im moving back and forth he never picked up any of my items to move them to next register, never apologized. Manager should teach them about customer. service.

2022-04-10Terrible service. all new young people. You got rid of all the good experience old people. You save money but you are not taking care of customers with knowledge and helpful workers. Saving money and making money is all you care about. I go to NAPA now better service and prices are better.

2021-12-10Great experience here, went originally to the one over on veterans road west. They sold me the battery over there and would not install it for me. Went to this one on hylan blvd and they were nice enough to do it for me! Will be going to this location for any of my car needs.

2021-11-10I called ahead to make sure a particular item was in stock on Saturday night. Tyler answered the phone and kindly reserved the item for me. I showed up within an hour before closing and bought a few other items too. Great help from Tyler. Nice experience.

2021-10-05You can always find what you need at a reasonable price. However the inventory system needs to be fine tuned . Was sent to 4 different stores ñooking for a part all because the previous store said the other store has a certain amount in stock. Only to arrive and the other store has zero. Also they next to Never answer the phone, or they leave you on hold and never return

2021-08-31Have got a few things here, such as a battery, and the staff have always been good. The other night in particular my car was brought here to the Hylan Boulevard location (after the Bay Street location refused to help!) and the Hylan Boulevard staff took the time to use their code reader and check the cause of my Service Engine Soon light, despite the late hour. Thanks for that.I will return to the Hylan Boulevard location again.
