Great store with online ordering and in person pick up. The staff was courteous and able to help me find which particular windshield wipers that I needed for my car. Anything you could possibly need for your car is here
(Edit) Nevermind, I got suggested a coolant from autozone nj for my car but it wasnt even for my car. I brought it to my mechanic and he opened it and then said its not for my car and then I tried to return it and they wouldnt accept because it was open.
I stopped in this location the other day and boy was I shocked at the customer service I received from Mr. Shon. This guy takes extreme pride in his job and works hard endlessly all year around. Will definitely be back, thank you Shon!

I bring my battery here to charge all the time and I feel like I am not being judged, I come here on a usual for majority of my auto parts. The staff helped save me $200 cause of my bad battery (I had a warranty I did not know about) Quiet place, and quick paying process. The staff is always willing to help. 5 Stars well deserved.

Super helpful staff. Theyll try to upsell you but thats the nature of business- however they arent jerks about it and wont make you feel uncomfortable for opting not to. Clean store. Decent prices. Staff has even gone out of their way to help explain things for me.

TJ the manager is amazing! He spent about 20 min helping me find the right parts for my car, and then even installed the parts for me free of charge! I will definitely be shopping here again!

Really great service here. Very quick, helpful, professional & friendly. I was trying to change my headlight myself, but was having a hard time with the way its secured in. A worker named Dashaun (hope I spelled that right,) came out to help. He grabbed tools & fixed it up for me. He made sure to check that all the lights worked before closing the hood. He also completely declined taking a tip for his time & service. (Which wouldnt have made my opinion change regardless, but I thought that was very sweet.)Id absolutely suggest stopping at this location.

Great place to get parts. Staff was very polite and helpful and knowledgeable about parts. They even help you to install your car battery or to replace the light bulbs on your car. I would highly recommend it

2021-07-29Exceptional service and knowledgable team! Very pleased.So I pulled my front bumper off when I parked at a concrete parking stopper. I was frazzled and wasn’t sure what to do. Thankfully there was an Autozone store right across the street. I walked in and Joey immediately said he’d look at it. He spent a lot of time tying it for me so that it wouldn’t fly off and I could travel safely.Thanks to them I felt so much better about my drive home. It’s so important to highlight exceptional customer service and this is one of them. 2021-12-23Over the years Some of these auto parts stores were not too friendly or Helpful ,As these big franchises moved in, The auto part stores that did survived Changed there attitude completely to adapt with the competition.and iam Glad they did Because most of the time there more acknowledgeable and experienced than the most franchises

2021-07-15I went to purchase something and while there i asked a red shirt who was asian to use the bathroom and was told it is closed. I am a diabetic and need to use a restroom alot. I will definitely think twice before i visit this store again. I didnt make the purchase since the associate was nasty and refused to let me use the restroom. I asked for the store manager and was told he is not in.

2020-11-06Staff are pretty good. Helpful and friendly. Recently returned an air pump with minimal fuss. Some parts bought there have been of cheap if not downright questionable quality. Makes the buying experience a letdown and sometimes a real hassle.

2021-06-03I will always go to this AutoZone for my auto needs. The store manager, Robert went above and beyond to assist me with my car dilemma and made my life so much easier. I am so thankful to him. I would recommend going to this AutoZone for sure.
