My husband and I moved here about 2 months ago and we have had a great experience so far. The staff and community members are all very friendly, the grounds are clean and well-kept, and the apartments are spacious and functional. The pool is a really nice feature for hot summer days, especially during quarantine. The maintenance staff, Alex and Angel, are extremely responsive. They completed out bi-annual inspection and responded to a minor outdoor lighting issue. They have always been respectful, timely, and with solutions at the end of their visits. We are very happy here so far, and would highly recommend Autumn Creek
Great Service by the maintenance team, woke up this morning and notice we had no heating called in was told someone would be right over. Within 15 mins we had Allen on the door who fixed the issue and we were back to normal…thanks Allen
Worked here one summer with the maintenance guys, couldnt ask for nicer people. They all work hard and are friendly to the occupants, and keep the units in great condition.
Me and my fiance had just recently moved into the amazing apartment and honestly we could not have asked for a better and safe location to live . Rob and Kevin do dynamite work ! We just had our first maintenance inspection and we both work from home. They were quick professional and thorough!
I have been a tenant for awhile now and absolutely love it here!! Alex along with the other maintenance individuals are the BEST!!! They always go above and beyond!!! I wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for the amazing staff at the front desk or for Alex and the maintenance crew!! Thank you for all guys do!!! You all rock!!!
This apartment is beautiful, don’t get me wrong. We applied, had our credit ran and made a deposit that we were told would be refundable if nothing had opened up in the time frame we had selected(this was MONTHS). The office had said by October something would be open, so we stopped looking and waited for October. October came and no one had even given us a courtesy call to say that they had nothing available. Due to needing a place to live we found somewhere else and we’re told our deposit was still refundable and it would show back in my account at 2 weeks maximum. 5 weeks later there is still no money from my deposit in there. We have called multiple times and they say each time that they do not handle it and put it our requests- if they were actually putting in our requests someone should have called or I would have my deposit back by now. I do not recommend putting a deposit on an apartment here- you will not get it back in a timely manner, if ever
I lived in 150 G for 7 months in Autumn creek Apartment. These apartments are beautiful, however, the people managing them are utterly incompetent and inconsiderate. The management especially does not care when you are to leave or have left the apartments. In my case, they used to call me on my cell number whenever they needed me to move the car out of the parking area during the snow patrol but they never cared to reach out to me once I left. They posted the dues on the online portal without notifying me. I never received the notice and they handed over the case to the debt collection agency. Unaware of these events, I checked back with the apartments, asked them to figure out the mode of payment and paid it proactively.I received a call from the debt collecting agency, even after the payment. I was surprised that Autumn Creek did such a thing and did not even care to reach out to the ex-tenant before taking such a step. It affected my credit score at the time when I wanted it in the best of its shape. I called the office and there is no apology of any kind. I am disappointed with them but I am glad I dont live in these apartments.
Alex and Angel have been SO helpful during my short time at Autumn Creek! Any time I have had a maintenance issue, they quickly take care of whatever it is I needed done. They are kind and considerate and I am so grateful to be a part of this community! Living here has been a wonderful experience so far!
We lived here for 2 years and never had any complaints until a few months ago. Management has continued to switch over a lot more recently then our first year and that’s when the problems started. Don’t expect Karen to return your phone call in any timely manner… it’s a 7-never business days later policy. Also anything that Karen tells you I would suggest to request in writing so it doesn’t conveniently change to fit her narrative. Unfortunately I now can no longer recommend my friends to want to live here despite the great location and timely response from maintenance.
I absolutely love Autumn Creek! I have been here over seven years and have not considered moving to another property. The office staff are very helpful and considerate of your needs. I have had to submit a few work orders. I am extremely pleased with their response and professionalism. Alex, maintenance employee, has responded to my request in a professional manner. He is knowledgeable and will not stop until the job has been completed.
Alex was a great help this morning. Our toilet was leaking and he came and replaced it with a brand new one right away. The maintenance here is great because they always make sure to come right away and fix any problem you may have. 5 stars!
Maintenance staff is incredible. Angel, Kevin, Rob, Alex all get to work orders the same day, and if they cannot fix the problem, they will order new parts, or hire another company until you are 100% satisfied. Staff in the office is great, get back to your questions the same day as well. My only complaint thus far is every year the rent goes up $100+/ month for the same amenities and apartments being offered. This year in particular because of Covid 19 many amenities like the pool, and especially the gym have been closed since March and tenants are still paying full price for their rent. The gym fees are included in our rent and for the past 6+ months we have not been able to access the gym. It would be nice if that fee could be taken off of our rent until the gym opens back up.
Autumn Creek is a wonderful place to live.Office and Maintenance staff are absolute best!!!. Alex , Maintenance staff is very helpful . He makes sure all the work is done and you are fully satisfied with the work. Even after the work , he follows up to make sure things are containing to work well. Office staff are also very helpful and they listen to you and mostly work with you for your needs.
Great staff, pleasant and they are there to meet the needs of the renters. Maintenance completed couple times a year. Thanks Alex & Angel. Also great with unexpected issues. Had a problem with our hot water tank on a Saturday morning, new tank in a hour from the first call. Job always done well!!!! Great place to live!!
I just had my maintenance visit from Rob and Kevin. They were quick and efficiently carried out their task while making suggestions for the optimum level of usage of the washer. They were very courteous.
The office staff and maintenance team at Autumn Creek are, by far, the absolute best!!! Alex is a really cool guy and is always the first to offer any help he can provide. From the day I came to visit the community, I have never experienced so many nice and helpful people who go so far out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. Because of the great people working here, and all they do, Autumn Creek is the best place to live!!
Very nice community with cozy apartments and friendly people. The apartments are on the edge of needing updates, but they are already taking proactive steps to update the units (fixtures, blinds, floors, etc) so they don’t become outdated and stay feeling fresh and new. I love my unit and when I get home from work it feels like home. The management team is wonderful to work with and extremely prompt. I’ve had 1 Maintenance request in my two years here so far and it was resolved very quickly by Alex. He was very knowledgeable and super friendly. It’s nice to live in a place where management and maintenance actually care about the residences to make it feel like home. Location is absolutely prime. My only suggestion would be one designated parking spot per unit, and designated spots for guest parking
This is our second year at Autumn creek and it’s been great living here. Very nice community. Maintenance staff is great here. We had submitted few maintenance request with appliances, Alex M. with maintenance team responded very quick and took care of the issues. Alex was very professional and helpful. Thank you.
Just moved in to my apartment a couple days ago and I love it. Moving is stressful and they made everything go so smoothly. Alan and the maintenance team did an amazing job making sure the apartment was in great shape for when we moved in.
I love living here. All the staff are really polite and helpfull, the common areas are always well treated and the apartments constantly updated. I would like to give a special 5 stars to Alex from maintenance. Since we first moved here he has been very kind, attending us quickly and respectfully, no matter how crazy the weather is or what kind of assistance we need. Thank you Alex!
Easily the best place to live. When you own a 90-pound German Shepherd puppy, not many places are very open to you. This is not the case with Autumn Creek. They welcomed my puppy and I with open arms. The beautiful apartments were matched equally by a kind and considerate staff that goes above and beyond what youd expect from an apartment management company. Jean is easily the best person I have had the pleasure of working with. Ive only ever had one maintenance request, and it was completed in two hours. As for the community center, it is sleek, modern and beyond functional. The on-site fitness center meets all my needs for a quick run on a treadmill to an hour-long strength workout. As for my German Shepherd, the dog bark is perfect for him to stretch his legs and get in a good workout. Trust me, you cant beat it! - Michael

I have lived here for going on three years and it is an awesome place to live. The office and maintenance staff are always so courteous and helpful. They have created a wonderful community and work daily to keep it beautiful and safe. For example, Alex, one of the maintenance workers, not only responds promptly to any and all maintenance requests he also knows my son’s names and checks in on my family and I. My family and I love being a part of this community.
Alex and Angel are always super helpful and engaging. They really make the community feel like a neighborhood. Whenever we have had a problem with our fire alarms or our filter they have made it a point to see us ASAP. Autumn Creek wouldnt be the same without them.
This is a wonderful place to live. They have established a very welcoming and inviting neighborhood which my husband, child, and dogs have loved being a part of for the past two years. The maintenance staff is very accommodating. Alex (one of the maintenance workers) has helped us with many different things during our stay here and is always offering a welcoming smile and remembering the names of my family.
I have lived at Autumn Creek for 12 years and Im very happy here. The apartments are big with lots of natural light, the neighborhood is safe and walkable, the neighbors are friendly and the management team have come up with lots of activities that get us together and make this feel more like a community than a group of apartments. Today we had our bi-annual maintenance done- Angel and Al were friendly and efficient, and its good to know everything is all set for the winter ahead.

Autumn Creek is a wonderful place to call home!! Our unit was spacious and bright and the grounds were impeccably maintained year round.What really impressed us the most about living at Autumn Creek; however, is the staff!! Any question or concern that we had was answered immediately with a smile. Throughout our year there, Jill and Ashley were always helpful and accommodating and made us feel like family. They truly made Autumn Creek a great place to live!!!
I have enjoyed living in Autumn Creek for several years. I love the location and the neighborhood feel to the complex. The office and maintenance staff are great. Any maintenance or other concerns are dealt with promptly. Alex, in particular, is friendly, professional, and has been very helpful.
We’ve lived here for almost 2.5 yrs. it’s so comfortable it feels like longer. We’re in a 2 bedroom 2 bath and it is very roomy. There’s a full size washer and dryer and all up to date appliances. Each apartment having its own private entrance is a plus. It gives you that home like feel. The walls are really insulated. You really don’t hear your neighbors . The girls in the office are always there to help with any questions. Maintenance comes the same day you submit a request. We’ve had several dealings with Rob and he is very professional and friendly. I’m very comfortable when he’s been here.We also have 2 little dogs. This is the best place for dogs. There’s even a dog park to let the babies run and play.If your looking for a great place to leave in WNY look no further then Autumn Creek Apartments.
I am a new resident and have only lived here a few weeks but so far I am very impressed. Its very clean and quiet. Jessica and Ashley in the office go out of their way to help you anyway they can. Alex from maintenance is efficient and always takes pride in anything he does. No mater what you call him for he always comes with a positive attitude and does whatever he can to make you happy!
I just moved here a week ago and I have no complaints so far! We have already made a couple maintenance requests and Alex has been awesome! He’s responds quickly and is always friendly. Great place and wonderful staff!
We have submitted minor repair requests several times over the last few weeks and the maintenance staff and front office have responded quickly and professionally every time. The online system not only allows you to file a fix request or ask a question but also notifies you when the maintenance is complete and your question is answered. The maintenance team and the front office show genuine care about the quality of life for us as residents at Autumn Creek. Thank you Jessica, Ashley, Angel and Alex!
The maintenance crew of Al, Alex, Rob, Angel & Kevin are excellent! We have been here for almost 10 years and have enjoyed our time here. Original plans were to stay for a year or two at most, but we are still here!
Alex did the yearly maintenance inspection last week and I cant say enough good things about the experience. I have a new dog that can be wary around strangers but Alex was in and out so quickly and worked around my schedule so as not to upset my pup. This is an amazing place to live!!
On October 18, 2017 while walking on the property is took a fall. Being unable to stop my fall, I went forward and hit my head on the sidewalk. Upon standing up, I realized I was bleeding. I began to walk back to my apartment, the blood was flowing down my cheek. Not knowing how serious my injury was, I saw the maintenance golf cart parked near me. Needing assistance I appreciated Alex and Angel two of the maintenance crew here at Autumn Creek. They were very kind to help me with towels for the bleeding. There concern went above and beyond there duties. Seeing I was in need of getting home, Alex kindly gave me a ride in the golf cart back to my home, I assured him I would be ok. I am thankful for the great assistance they both gave me. I looked much worse then the injury was. Glad to have had their help, thank you Alex and Angel!
Autumn Creek Apartments in the BEST place to live in WNY! Since my first visit as a Future Resident the staff has been nothing but accommodating and welcoming to me and my family, especially Lisa. Everyone has gone above and beyond to make sure that we feel at home here; which we do! The apartment is absolutely gorgeous with updated amenities and the community is active and friendly. I would highly recommend Autumn Creek Apartments to anyone who wants to feel right at home where they live.
I love this place. Everyone is helpful in the office. I moved from GA and I was having a hard time finding everything i needed to satisfy the states needs for my vehicle. I called the office with a personal question expecting to be turned away.. nope. they were great. she found what i was looking for and was more than willing to help. much needed courtesy since i have no other family in the area/state.the residents are friendly too!! i have been here about 2 months and have been invited to countless mommy and me get together. there is a large play area for all age children.This has been the best move considering the distance.
My Husband and I moved into Autumn Creek late last year 2015. From Day one, the office leasing agents, was informative, professional, and accommodating. As a family we were apprehensive to move into any apartment community after just selling our in Williamsville. To begin with, Jill, Barbara and the property director Mrs Jean, very accommodating to our family as we were moving in with our new kitty and out boxer pup Lucy who is my registered companion dog. The move in to the first of three units, went off with out a hitch and we couldnt be happier. My husband and I as owners of customer service based restaurant and bar establishments in the Buffalo area were pleasantly surprised as to the compassion each of the office staff had shown us. Of course in any establishment there are always maintenance issues that arise, as a home owner and business owner you better believe this is expected. Each and every maintenance request was imputed promptly and handled professionally and ultimately if there were issues they were fixed so quickly it was never a problem. We always received updates from Jeff, the head of the maintenance staff, if parts had to be ordered and when we could expect the issue at hand to be resolved. While I am on the subject of the maintenance staff, they were all extremely skilled at their respectful positions. The individuals we met from maintenance, Jeff, Rob, Alan, Anthony, Tim, Larry and Angel, always were respectful that it was not just an apartment, that it was our home, from wearing protective booties to protect our flooring and area rugs, to being just all around friendly, kind and professional. David and I never felt that we were living in a complex as extensive as large as Autumn Creek is, EVERY SINGLE time we had a question or issue the ladies in the office made us feel as though we were family, and not just a number. I did have the pleasure to meet some of the individuals who worked in other aspects of the managements of the property and sister properties, including the district manager Joan, The area manager Joe, and even the owner, all of which were just super. The amenities of the property, i.e. the dog park, the dual playgrounds (which my nieces enjoyed imensly), the pool which was always extremely clean, to the onsite gym and always fully stocked business center in which i conducted several business meetings were all convenient and great. The Autumn Creek team offered numerous events to us as residents to help in getting our neighbor and bringing the community closer together. We really enjoyed the grounds and Koi pond, especially in the spring when the tress and the tulips and other bulbs plated nearly everywhere on the property were in full bloom, it was absolutely gorgeous! I cant rave enough about the staff and their compassion and their eagerness to suit our special needs as we had a few. I highly recommend this establishment, the apartments are updated with granite and stainless steel appliances, and are quite spacious. Large and very deep garages and conveniently located storage units were extremely convienent and placed all over the property and available at a extremely reasonable rate. I cant say enough good things about Autumn Creek and the staff, they work diligently to build a cohesive community and do it all very well! If your looking for a place that goes above and beyond any and all expectations you may have for carefree, maintenance free living, this is the place for you. The Leasing agents especially Jill and Barb felt like family to us, and even the property manager Jean always went out of her way to make us feel comfortable, and always was professional and followed up with any issue we may have had! Enjoy your future residence at Autumn Creek, you wont regret it! A Special Kudos to Jill M, in the office she was my go to person for any issue or question and always went above and beyond. Thank You to all the Autumn Creek staff for making our stay so comfortable!

We made a major move from England and were very sceptical but I cant thank enough how lucky we were and landed here, the transition was very smooth till handling of keys, any issues you just put a request and they are here to solve it nice neighbourhood with local amenities just a walking distance, I definitely recommend it
Al from Maintenance has been very accommodating, I love that he is respectful and wears the shoe covers when he comes in to my apartment. The office has been very helpful. I would recommend Autumn Creek to anybody. It is especially nice for seniors because it’s in a good location.
For 1369.00 a month I had higher expectations. The office staff is arguably the only thing saving this place, that and for the most part the price keeps the rift raft out. For starters there is consistently garbage everywhere, they do not have the garbage collectors come enough so the garbage areas overflow and then all the garbage gets blown all around the complex. They charge you more for certain things like stainless steel appliances, flooring, what they call scenic views, and something else ( cant remember) so expect them to tell you that your rent is one price and then charge you another! The maintenance squad is a joke... If you go into my apartment right now here is what you will find: invested with ants, the dishwasher is still not mounted properly (after 3 attempts) the flooring that I am paying extra for is starting to bubble and the air ducts smells like something died in them. A couple other honorable mentions: they have a dog park and a pool, the dog park is small and the pool area is an average public/ community pool. The apartment layout is weird, the two bathrooms are side by side which is redundant and the living room is setup weird with 4 doors on one side , 2 doors on another then the kitchen so you cant really put much as far as seating goes in the living room because you are blocking the doors. Our apartment is on there website actually so you can check it out if you dont believe me. Something else to mention, make sure you stress to them if you decide to move in that you do not want the maintenance staff to barge into your apartment when your not home...because if you dont tell them and you have an issue whether your home or not they will help themselves to entering your apartment. End note: only 60 days to go until I dont live here!!! Yay!
Our experience at Autumn Creek was horrible and I would not recommend this apartment to anyone. We could not stand it and ended up only staying here for 2 months. Our unit was infested with bugs. We had silverfish, potato bugs, spiders, and beetles. It was absolutely disgusting. These apartments are very cheaply made making it very easy for insects to get inside. We had to pay out of pocket for an exterminator because maintenance came and sprayed outside and said that was the best they could do. The office did not take me seriously until I said I wanted to move and at that point had another exterminator come. Neither exterminator eliminated the problem.Autumn Creeks advertising of a worry free lease policy is completely false and very unethical. Their policy is in no way worry free. In order to break our lease I had a pay a very high fee. In addition they have emailed us on 3 accounts threatening to send us to collections for our July rent because they wanted a 60 day move out notice from us EVEN THOUGH THEY HAD TENANTS LIVING IN OUR UNIT FOR JULY. They were intentionally trying to collect double rent for the month of July from us and the new tenants. Their first attempt was to collect a full months rent from us, they then threatened collections...we did not reply. The second time they prorated the rent for just the short time in July that the unit was empty, and threatened collections again...we did not reply. I signed into my resident portal a few days later and they had put the money from our security deposit towards the smaller fee and then CUT US A CHECK FOR THE REMAINDER OF OUR SECURITY DEPOSIT. If we would have just listened to their threats and paid them upfront, we would have been out another significant amount of money that we didnt even owe them! In both instances they never emailed apologizing or even explaining their mistakes.When we moved out we were also forced to pay all of these concessions that were not explained clearly. Basically they want you to pay for any discounts you received during your time there....they are crooks. Our rent/payment part of the portal was never correct, in the two months we were there we had to call them to make changes so that the correct charges were displayed multiple times. If you are a current resident be sure to check your account every month because they will take what they can get from you.Our apartment was not fit to live in, which is a breach of contract on Autumn Creeks side and instead of recognizing this they charged us large amounts of money to terminate our lease and continued to wrongly request money from us multiple times and threaten to send us to collections. We have a friend that works for the local news that will be doing a story on this so stay tuned for more information on this terrible experience! This is the worst experience I have ever had, DO NOT LIVE HERE.
I was shopping around for an apartment to move in this summer. The woman that showed me the apartment was nice and cheerful. I told her I would contact her if I was interested because I was still shopping around. I get calls and emails everyday! A woman named Karen keeps calling and asking me to “pre-lease.” I tell her I want to think about it and then she calls back the next day! I feel like I am being harassed! The apartments are nice, but seem dated compared to other apartments in that location.
Called office for toilet repair. Alex arrived within an hour and repaired it. Later that day, I stopped him on his cart and he agreed to come right over to look at my washing machine. He fixed us up and even checked back later on progress. Alex is polite, congenial and efficient. He is a great asset to the complex. Thanks, Alex!
Our heat went out on a cold day; Alex from the maintenance team came over and had the furnace fixed within 10 minutes. Maintenance team here is super professional and always does a great job.
This is our 2nd year at this community and prior to come here we were given other community options however found this place to be safest and centrally located. More than the location we are extremely happy with the Management and staff at this property. I cannot thank enough of Ashley who has gone above and beyond everytime we had an issue or a query. Also, a huge shout out to the maintenance team, especially to Alex who is absolutely n asset and has helped us with our maintenance requests. Over and all I would highly recommend this place over any of the other communities.
Alex, a member of the maintenance team, is the best! He delivered us a new washing machine in the bitter cold and snow yesterday, and followed through with setting it up to use. His winter boots made a small mess so he came back in with towels to clean it up. He goes above and beyond. Give this man a raise and a larger maintenance team to back him up! Thanks, Alex!
We have lived here for over 2 years and we couldnt have been happier! The office staff are very professional and Maintenance staff are timely and very helpful. The neighborhood is perfect, full of families and professionals. When we moved here it was because I didnt want to worry about my wife and daughter going for walks after dark(lol i a bit over protective 😁) but never once did I ever have to worry about it.Every holiday there are fun get togethers in the office, and I proudly would like to say that I won last years Christmas decorating competition :) Nothing beats this community when it comes to a sense of community .We moved here from Palm Beach Gardens Fl, and lived in an amazing gated community with 24 hour roving security, 3 pools, indoor basketball court, and beautiful grounds. Autumn Creek is the only comparable apartments in the area! My family would like to thank all of the staff and owners for our time under your roof 🤗 THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE MEMORIES!
We want to thank Rob for analyzing the problem with the dishwasher.He said it was an old one and needed to replace it.Two days later Alex was here with the new dishwasher.His installation went quickly. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and couldnt have been nicer. He cleaned up the area when finished and tested the dishwasher to make sure everything was in good working order. I made a cross country move from CA and have been really happy with living here. Whenever I have a problem with the unit (or more like when I am a clutz and accidentally drop a shot glass into the garbage disposal) Alex is always there to help me out.The snow removal in the winter is great. Those guys are out there at 6am after every decent snowfall to make sure all the walkways are plowed and that the main road is clear for everyone to get to work. Its so nice not having to worry about shoveling a driveway.I love the location - pretty much everywhere I need to go is max 20-30 minutes away and there are businesses, including a couple restaurants, starbucks, tim hortons, a grocery store, and more within walking distance. I also like how quiet and respectful all the neighbors are.My minor complaints are the thin windows, they dont insulate or keep the sound out very well, and the trash and recycling always seems to be overflowing. Also, I am not used to the 2-month notice for moving out, that is something you need to plan for. But after 15 years of apartment living, those are pretty minor grievances, and Autumn Creek is by far one of the best, if not the best apartment complex I have lived in.
First apartment after moving from a house in North Carolina. Nice office people, good community, very helpful and prompt maintenance personnel (especially Mr Rob), and overall a very good experience. Apartment layout is particularly nice, with the bathroom connected to the second bedroom easily functioning as a bathroom for it specifically. Apartment has a kind of openness and light quality that drew us in. Highly recommended.
This complex is absolutely terrible. It’s not kept up at all very cheaply made. The staff is absolutely horrible. Suzanne is not only a liar but she is completely unprofessional with no aptitude to be in management. Barb lied to us from the beginning. We left here ready to move to Coventry green because of the size of the apartment and floor plan. Barb promised us that in 2 months they would move us to a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom. Well we moved in and after the end of first month we inquired about the move to new 2 bed 2 ba and nothing was available when barb had told us she reserved a spot with a do not rent so it was reserved for us. Lie 1. Lie 2 she failed to mention that there was going to be over $3000 dollars to move to new place upfront. When asked about that she responded with she forgot to mention the financial details. We also had a horrible bug problem and terrible smell and put in service ticket for that. The service call was scheduled for the next day between 8-12. We’ll nobody called or showed the next day. However the day after that a guy knocked on our door while we were sick, and in our room, then he proceeded to enter the apartment and came right into the master bedroom where my fiancée and I were in bed. I went to Suzanne about it and she apologized, I explained that my fiancée has certain religious beliefs and practices and that her religious practices were infringed on and our privacy was invaded. They had NO appointment that day and 0 right to walk into our bedroom. We advised Suzanne that we would not be able to stay here if this happened again. She ensured it would not. Well not even 2 weeks later we had another issue and service call and this time 4 days passed with nobody contacting us at all and then again the maintenance guy walked in unannounced into the apartment. Suzanne Met me in the office and said this should never have happened and she was sorry again and would call the manager or whatever to handle it. Nothing happened of course but my fiancée freedom to practice her religion and the fact that a man walked into a woman’s bedroom unannounced is absolutely against the law and any religion. I can go on and on with the issues we continued to have from Suzanne being very rude and unprofessional from that point on. We put in our 2 month notice and it was denied unless we paid over $4000. We had the water shut off in the middle of The morning while we were in the shower.. and told that it was a random test. Needless to say we moved out on March 3rd and the apartment was rented April 1. We took photos and videos of the apartment when we left and they will be made public record as well. Suzanne tried to say we owe over $5000 for damages and the whole lease etc. and they will send us to collections, lol.The news as well as a lot of religious organizations are covering our story of how we were infringed upon and our freedom to practice our religion was infringed upon and we left with notice and because our rights were severely violated. They tried bullying us out of there and are trying to bully us into some ridiculous payment. We have the emails the apologies we have the move out photos which are time stamped as well as the video of each room carpet appliance and everything that was cleaned and in perfect shape. This complex and staff are the worst around and the price is very terrible. We just heard about dockside village in east Amherst. Check out their website they are brand new beautiful apartments with much bigger living space better amenities and a very friendly and very professional staff and the price is way better then autumn creek. Stay far away from this place when 5 minutes down the road their is a much much better complex cleanliness wise as well how they look and are made. Check out any other complex before signing anything on here . I suggest you read the negative reviews as they are starting to sound very similar. Stay tuned because this is going to be a very interesting legal battle. It’s too bad Suzanne and her staff are liars and don’t care about the tenants.
Autumn Creek Maintenance is ALWAYS on top of any situation! Alex helped solve 2 work orders that we put in and made sure it was completed 100%! He always asks if there is anything else he can do to make our experiance better! FIVE STARS!!!!
Great apartment building to live in. Everyone is very friendly - especially Alex and Angel on the maintenance staff. Couldnt be happier with my experience living here.
They charge a $500 per pet deposit. Its not a deposit of any kind. You wont see it back ever, and it wont be applied to any damages your pet may do to the apartment.When I was moving out, they asked for the key back. The maintenance guy said they were changing the locks anyway. I asked why he needed the keys back, and he said because then we can charge you to change the locks. I gave him the keys, but this is the sort of attitude these folks take. Theyll look for every opportunity to charge you they can.They raised the rent without fail every year. They took the TV / internet package away, and the rent went up. Find somewhere else to rent.

It is hard to know where to start a review about Autumn Creek Apartments because it is such a wonderful place. My family and I lived here for four years and if we had to stay in Buffalo, we would have continued living there. The community itself is beautiful, well maintained, and the management is very responsive to tenant needs as far as community upgrades. One specific example: people were walking across grass on the east end of the property to access sidewalks/running trails in the area; the management added a sidewalk and maintained it throughout the year. This new sidewalk made it so that people living at the apartments could walk to the local restaurants and grocery stores throughout the year instead of having to take a 30 second drive. Another example: the children in the community were getting older (ours included) and they built a second playground with equipment more appropriate for 5-10 year olds, rather than the toddler play area that was initially present. Snow removal was prompt in the mornings and although I had to leave early for work (between 0600 and 0630 every morning) it was rare that I had to shovel my own path. Furthermore, after our first winter living there the management supplied shovels to every apartment building so that if I needed to leave before the path was shoveled I could take care of it myself.They just upgraded all of the fitness equipment (treadmills, ellipticals, and the weights). The pool deck was re-done in 2015. They have a lifeguard on duty at the pool every day and they regularly host pizza parties at the pool on the weekends. Cable/internet are included with the rent as a “technology fee” that is below market cost for cable/internet if you went straight to the cable company. They have a wonderful lending library of DVDs that is continually updated with the newest titles… however, if you are interested in an older title and request it from the front office they will specially order it. The staff in the leasing office is friendly and helpful. They knew my kids names and always said “hi” to them. The maintenance staff were prompt, courteous, and usually got maintenance requests completed within 24 hours.The apartments themselves are clean, well maintained, with open layouts and nice appliances. The walk-in closets are the largest we have encountered in any apartment we have lived in over the years. The walls are solid and you can’t hear noise from neighboring units. The biggest hassles about living here are: (1) you are in Western New York, so there is snow and cold and bad weather; (2) eastbound traffic on North French can back up in the evening and it can take a while to get home; (3) around 0800 on school days the westbound traffic can get heavy and it can take a while to turn left out of the complex. If you can deal with those three “hassles” (numbers 2 and 3 are quite manageable) then this is the perfect place for you to live. 23 minutes to downtown in the morning, 30 minutes to get home at 5 pm, 18 minutes to the Buffalo-Niagara Medical Center in the middle of the night (faster if you really need to get to there in a hurry).
Location / Accessibility : Walk-able distance from super market, gas station and Pre-School. 5-10 minutes drive to all majore grocery, shopping center, Public schools and highway. Best sub-urbs to live around Buffalo.Exterior: Beautiful buildings, ample space in between apartments. Greenery everywhere. I stayed at inner side of apartments so no noise at all from main road. Enough space for brisk walks or jogging. Small pond, dog park and play area fulfill the basic needs. Nice grill area around swimming pool. Lots of parking space.Interior: Again very spacious apartments and good architecture of keeping both room on distance (I lived in 2BHK and this helps for privacy or guest point of view). Regardless of time of year, always got the sunlight in my apartment. While leaving on ground floor, could hear the walking noise from upper floor some time, but then people leaving there were considerate and we were more tolerant.Community: lovely and courteous people.Maintenance: On time. Friendly. Lots of proactive maintenance.Front Office - Good move in experience... Resident portal is the best i have seen. Lots of events round the year in community. Ok move out experience. Remember to read and clarify all the move out rules if doing in middle of lease end.Overall very good apartment. Other apartment might be in same price range or couple hundred less, but Autumn Creek easily stands out and the best i have lived so far.
We recently moved in and everything is going great. The staff is friendly and helpful. We had a couple minor maintenance issues and Rob fixed them quickly and efficiently.
I made a maintenance appointment in the office. I ran back home and it wasnt 5 minutes Alex was at the door. He went above and beyond to take care of my needs, and the results were great. Couldnt ask for better service!

Wow this is an absolutely terrible apartment complex. Please take this warning seriously. You will never see you security deposit again. The windows and sliding glass doors are so cheap that we were afraid to open them because the frame was coming off the windows. Cold air leaks through so the apartment is very drafty in the winter. I spent 4 hours cleaning the apartment when I moved out, and had a perfect checkout review and still they are not returning the deposit. The walls are paper thin so you can hear every word your neighbor says. Winter snow removal moves the snow into many of the parking spaces so the limited number of spots are further reduced--good luck parking. Fitness room old and shabby with malfunctioning equipment. This place isnt that old-how could it be such a dump already?I see with the autumn creek response they are trying to identify who I am as their former tenant-so I of course am using an alias in this review. I was a tenant here and hated it but am afraid of retribution. Please note that Autumn Creek submits their own glowing reviews -no one who lives here would ever write such an absurd review. Do your research before you consider living here.

5 star. This is a great place to rent. Great residential neighborhood. It is so close to shopping and restaurants you can walk. The rooms are spacious and great walk in closets. If there is ever a maintenance problem they are there promptly. Every Saturday in the summer there is pizza by the pool. There is a gym you can use whenever you want. Also I used the club house for a party which was really nice.
We placed a maintenance request to power wash our patio because some debris fell from upstairs, and not only did alex come and deck brush our entire patio.... he also went the extra mile to Windex our patio furniture table and wipe our chairs off. THANK YOU ALEX!!!!!!

I have lived one year. It is great apartment. Every staff is kind. Whenever I have a problem, They fixed it immediately. Sometimes they held some event like small music party. It was also good.
My five stars are for Suzanne and her staff. Upper management is excluded. I’ve had my own personal battles the last few years with my health. Most companies worked with me to help me (I.e. Subaru), but upper management cut me no breaks. If it weren’t for consistent fees, I could have gotten out of my hole, but NOPE! If it weren’t for Suzanne working with me, I don’t know what I would have done. Thank you Suzanne!

They worked with citizens bank in an effort to steal a deposit on an void contract to have me falsely arrested in Amherst town court by a so called judge with children, -------------- who threatened to have my - year old son taken by CPS - all based on false information! If you are a minority, do not think you will receive any justice in Erie County and lawyers --------------------------------- participated in Itami are very unethical !

Been here for almost a year now with two issues, both time Alex responded on the same day and helped us resolve the problems. Wish the covid allowed us to be more involved but that seems to be our world now.

2022-04-12My family and I moved from Queens at the end of summer 21. It was a big change and living here at Autumn Creek has helped the transition immensely. The property is wonderfully kept, the staff is kind and friendly, the maintenance crew is polite and quick. We just had our bi-annual maintenance check done by Alan and Rob and it was smooth, quick, and sociable. There are so many amenities that weve already had the pleasure of enjoying and I cannot wait to get to explore more when the summer arrives. Thank you so much for giving us a home we can be proud of!

2021-12-01I absolutely LOVE living here and have decided to make this my permanent home with my daughter. The staff here is wonderful, very kind, and take such good care of your every need. The apartments are beautiful inside with beautiful grounds. The pool and club house area are fantastic! I highly recommend investing in a home here without the hassle of maintenance. One of the best decisions I’ve made!

2021-12-02I’m half way through my second year here at Autumn Creek and I have absolutely nothing but high praise for everyone that runs this place and the apartments themselves. Originally was in a 2 bedroom 2 bath and since downsized after some life changes to a 1 bed 1 bath. Both units beautiful and immaculately maintained. Autumn Creek is above and beyond anywhere else I’ve ever stayed. The maintenance team is unreal. They respond quickly to everything and get it right the first time. Once had a leak during a hard rain coming from my sliding door at 3am and a guy was there in minutes to try to fix it. Next day there was a team of guys ripping off the siding around the door to find and fix the source. Anytime I’ve ever needed them they were there in minutes. Management couldn’t be more helpful either. They’ve employed great people for that office. The community itself is amazing. No craziness at all. Very peaceful place to be. One of the few places that understand people have pets and those pets are family. Especially when it comes to the larger breeds. But also worth mentioning is Karen from the management office. I don’t think I could praise her enough. Absolutely love her. If you bring her an issue, she’s on it immediately. She’s helped me out time and time again. I had a lapse from my previous unit to my current one due to some unfortunate timing and she allowed me to keep all my belongings in a garage at autumn creek for about a month and a half for free. That way I didn’t have to spend on a moving truck or secondary storage. An incredible and accommodating individual. Couldn’t be more grateful for her. I love everything about living here at Autumn Creek and I would absolutely recommend it to anybody out there looking for a place to call home.

2021-04-15We are going on to our third year at Autumn Creek Apartments and are very pleased with the apartment and the complex. We love having the lake at one end and the goldfish pond at the other end and the close proximity to Transit Rd and to the businesses there. The staff are wonderful. All the maintenance crew: Alex, Allan, Angel, Kevin and Rob, are always friendly and helpful. Its been particularly nice seeing them about as we spend so much of our days at home during these pandemic times.

2021-10-17Would definitely recommend it. We moved to Buffalo during pandemic, and Karen kindly offers a video walk-in and provided a lot of help for us moving in. We lived there for more than 1 year before buying a house and moving out. Neighbors are very friendly and the playground and the pond is my 2-year-old sons favorite. The maintenance is always in-time. And the staff (especially Karen) is very friendly and helpful!
