Had full roof replacement in Summer 2020. They did amazing job and the clean up was outstanding. A few weeks ago, I noticed water coming in my 3 season room and made appointment for AVA to come out and check the roof. It was found to not be an issue with roofing job, it was the siding and the siding trim as there were gaps. I was told that even though the leak was not due to their work, it would be taken care of and I was told about two weeks. The very NEXT DAY, someone was here, sealed it up and gone in no time. No leaks since. Great company.
Much better experience then the other contractors Ive had quotes from. AVA was much more detailed and they sent it electronically so it was easier and more understanding to read. Ive have decided to go with them because they also offer financing options where others dont offer. Havent had the roof done yet but will be done in next couple months.
Anatoliy is a great person and his work is amazing! My roof replaced by him in June this year looks so great. Definitely highly recommend AVA Roofing for anything roof related job.
They were a great family business to work with! We had the siding on our home replaced and couldn’t be happier. Tony was very responsive to all phone calls, texts, questions etc. The crew that did the work was very nice to work with and tended to all the details of the job. They cleaned up extremely well at the end of each day and at the end of the job. They provided a fair price and an excellent contractor experience. I would likely recommend AVA!!
I reached out to AVA Roofing and Siding to get a quote to wrap my windows and doors with aluminum. The project manager Russ, contacted me and was honest, professional, and upstanding from start to finish. Unlike the other companies I reached out to, Russ from AVA was responsive, polite, and conscientious. I agreed to their quote and about 2 months later the work began. They did a fine job minus a few errors, which they were apologetic for, prompt to correct, and even took some money off the final bill. This type of professionalism is what I was hoping for when hiring any company to spend my hard earned money with, which, unfortunately is not as easy to find as it should be. Like anyone, I just wanted it done, done right, and for a fair price, and with AVA I received just that. I will be doing business with them again. Thank you Russ.
AVA Roofing did an amazing job on our leaky garage roof that needed all new flashing and a one layer tear off roof repair! On time, super nice, convenient billing, and quality work for a very reasonable price. Super happy with them as a company, and will definitely work with them again.
The installation crew did a great job on a very challenging roof installation. The office staff were not as communicative as I would have liked about progress and delays, but at my insistance they did schedule a Saturday crew to help get my project caught up before a big storm.
We needed a full tear-off with a new deck on our home. Tony and the AVA team were very professional and responsive throughout the whole process, from the free estimate all the way to the actual construction. The quality of the work appears to be excellent, and the pricing was very fair, in my opinion. They even threw in a new deck for our porch at no extra cost when they saw it needed it. I would recommend AVA to anyone looking for a new roof.
In November a tree limb fell onto my garage causing significant damage to the roof, siding and gutters. I contacted a local contractor who requested I send pictures - I sent the pictures twice and was told they were very busy due to the storm damage. Frustrated I contacted Ava Roofing - I made an appointment - Russ showed up and went over the damage to the garage - emailed me the quote. The work was completed in one day and it looks great! Very professional - fair prices - excellent work!
This is a very overdue review! HUGE apologies! We have been singing the praises of the AVA team non- stop since the work they did for us last summer! So altho I did not do the written review timely, rest assured, their ears should have been ringing all along as we tell anyone that will listen about how wonderful they are!We are very “particular” customers. And, no question that we have high expectations of the work we get done. And there was a sentimental value to how the place would look in the end as well.After much, much research, we set out exploring working with AVA due to the hundreds of amazing, positive reviews they have and that they are a well-established family run business!Our property is in a rather secluded area, so Tony was a bit hesitant at first. But he listened and still met with us. He was responsive, full of knowledge, and gave great advisement for our full roofing (complete tear off) and siding (and windows) job. He was so patient with all of the back and forths and questions and refinements to exactly what we wanted.When the AVA team arrived, to say our minds were blown is an understatement! Beautiful equipment and trucks showed up almost like a well-orchestrated caravan and the team set out right to work. They were truly the hardest working group we have ever encountered. Everyone was polite, professional, skilled, and taking the tasks at hand so seriously. Regardless if it was a more senior team member doing intricate siding detail work or the just as important team member that was tasked with clean ups and nail finding, they all were diligent and seemed to be genuinely happy with their jobs and working with one another! There was such an obvious overall work ethic that is so hard to find.We have a neighbor that is a construction supervisor and he is not at all one to dole out compliments, so when he stood back observing 2 days in a row and said “That is one incredibly hard working group, something I very rarely see”, that was another great plug!!They worked from sun up to sun down and did more work each day than most teams would pull off in a week!Tony himself came back and finished up a few custom details and we ended with a socially distanced bbq lunch – in a short amount of time, we came to really enjoy the company of all of the AVA team!The completed project is beyond all expectations and WE LOVE IT! I called to get a repair on a small section of my roof where a few shingles had torn off. They were able to come out in a couple of days (would have been next day but for the weather), got the job done in a matter of minutes, and gave me some helpful advice. Clean, polite, professional service.Most importantly, they COMMUNICATED when there was any change of schedule and arrived when they said they would.I 100% recommend AVA Roofing for quick repairs, and Ill be heavily considering them when Im ready to replace my roof.
Im very happy I went with AVA to have my roof redone! They did a complete tear off of 3 layers and replacement. They were friendly, informative, and professional throughout the entire process. The crew repeatedly said if I had any questions let them know, they cleaned up great afterwards, and did a walk through to show and explain everything to me afterwards. Ava Roofing showed up one morning to work on our neighbor’s roof. When I went out on to our patio, I found that our driveway was covered with debris. I asked the job supervisor, who turned out to be one of the owners, to have the debris removed since my wife had to leave shortly for an appointment. We also told him that we had no objection to their using our driveway, but that it would have been courteous and professional for him to have informed us in advance what they needed to use our driveway for and when. He apologized, but then in the afternoon we found a large container parked on our driveway, again without being informed in advance. We find Ava Roofing’s lack of courtesy in asking us for permission to use our property unacceptable.
Called for a quote on roof repair for damages sustained from high winds the other day. Was told they dont do roof repairs. May want to remove that from your website.
These guys are amazing. The entire process was seamless and Tony really went above and beyond. We had recently purchased our home and the roof was an original cedar shake roof. It hadnt been maintained in years and unfortunately had to be replaced. AVA had impeccable customer service, was dependable and finished the job on time. They managed to tear off and put on a new roof in 2 days. The team worked hard, was friendly, and careful about clean up. I have two young kids and was nervous about nails or debris being left and they left the house spotless. The roof looks amazing, they were competitive in pricing and responding to questions ASAP. If you need a roof these are your guys!!!!!! REALLY GREAT company!!!

AVA is a great company. We obtained three quotes to have our roof done and Tony from AVA spent the most time on doing the estimate, took pictures and had great suggestions for fixing items. We went with AVA, even though their price was not the lowest quote. The company is a family business with brothers, dad and others all pitching in. The equipment they use moves the work along quickly and cleanly. Could not believe how spotless they left things. Very pleased with the work they did and highly recommend them to others!

AVA Roofing removed our old roof, replaced it with a roof that has a 50 year guarantee, and coordinated the installation of new gutters. Our house is a 3,400 sq. ft., 2-story modern Victorian, so the roof is very steep and complicated by slanted dormers, flat-topped bays and towers on the wrap-around porch. The outcome was fantastic! The price was reasonable considering the size of the job, and well worth the cost. Crews came every day, arrived on time and worked at a steady pace. There was a project manager (Sergio) always available for questions, concerns or to solve technical problems as they arose. All of the workers were respectful, hard working and made us feel like our satisfaction was important to them. On the last day, the Tony also came out and did a final inspection. He had his men do several little touch-up things, like repainting a vent that didnt meet his standards. There was one minor pricing confusion that came up at the end of the job and Tony sat down with us to discuss and agree on a fair resolution. I would highly recommend AVA Roofing to anyone. They are very professional and deserve their good reputation. There may be cheaper roofing companies out there, and we used one for our original roof, but it is well worth the money to have reliable, guaranteed work done by a company that cares about their customers and their employees. The project manager watched to make sure his workers were using proper safety procedures and were taking their breaks . We were impressed by the positive feedback from the employees about their company.
Our roof was leaking terribly, all 4 layers of it, we called around and had 5 separate companies scheduled to come out to give us estimates for a complete tear off. AVA Roofing was our 3rd and final estimate, we called and canceled the last 2 appointments. The estimator spent time explaining everything to us and made us feel comfortable and assured us that AVA Roofing may not be our cheapest estimate but that it would be our best bet. We called later that evening and said we were ready to sign a contract. Tony came out and went over everything with us. When we told him we had a troublesome neighbor he assured us everything would be handled and not to worry. Due to the extent of our leak Tony put us in as an emergency and his crew arrived bright and early just 2 ½ weeks after we signed the contract. Unfortunately, my neighbor caused a lot of trouble and delayed completion of the job an additional 2 days, however through it all Tony and his crew remained calm and professional. I am thoroughly impressed. They turned our nightmare of a roof into peace of mind. I highly recommend AVA Roofing – without question the best Roofing company in the area. We are so pleased with the job they did! We needed a new kitchen window easier to open. Major manufacturers in our area didnt have the right size in the style we needed so we gave up on the idea. Well, they kept looking and they found a Canadian company who had exactly what we were looking for at a very reasonable price!! Thank you Russ!! I am very happy with the quality work AVA performed on my house. I had a full roof tear-off and replacement with new gutters. They completed the whole job in 1 week. Tony kept me involved and informed each step of the way. He made sure I understood and explained everything that needed to be done and even sent me pictures of my roof at different stages. He was readily available and responsive to my calls and questions. What impressed me the most were how respectful and clean they were. AVA Roofing is the best company I have ever worked with. They completed my roof when promised, and did an exceptional job and cleaned up after themselves. Unlike other roofing companies we called, AVA kept the appointment we made with them to give us an estimate for the work we needed done. The representative we spoke with, Tony, was very professional. The price quoted was reasonable as was the timeframe for when they would do the job. They were able to do it ahead of schedule and complete it in less than a day! I had Tony and his crew replace my roof last Nov. My roof is about 2000sqft and they got that all in one day. Start to finish with no problems and everything was cleaned up. It’s been a few months and no issues. Tony is a great guy, he worked with me, gave me options on type of repairs we can do. Overall I would give AVA a 10/10. I don’t get that many roofs done but Ive stories from coworkers and I can honestly say if go AVA youll be treated like a #1 customer.

AVA Roofing was an absolute pleasure to work with. They are very customer service oriented, professional and their prices are very reasonable. They do subcontract some smaller jobs, so just make sure you understand your job at the start.I just bought my home and it came with a 5-year old roof but needed gutters. I had a handful of estimates and AVA was the most professional and made me feel the most comfortable, by far. AVA was also able to remove a satellite dish from my roof and I appreciated the before and after photos that they took. The photos are just one of the many ways they make the customer comfortable and confident in choosing AVA.While AVA was removing the satellite dish, they found that a corner of my house was missing the corner shingles. They were not able to fix the previous roofers mistake at that time but did a stop-gap to help until they are able to come back to fix it. I was recommended to AVA by a friend and I would happily recommend AVA to anyone. Their professionalism and customer service is exceptional.
I could not have had a better experience with AVA Roofing. First let me say how professional and attentive they were to my needs. I was given an estimate (much less than my other estimates) and once I confirmed that I wanted AVA Roofing to do the work they scheduled me in right away. I had several other local roofing companies attempt to patch leaks, but only to make them worse. I spent over a thousand dollars with two other roofing companies that should not be in the business. AVA did a thorough inspection of my roof and identified the problems right away. The work was done over two days and now not only does my house not leak anymore it looks like a brand new house. I can finally sleep at night not having to worry about the rain coming in and damaging my ceilings and walls. I was charged even less than the estimate and the staff was very courteous and they kept me up to date every step of the way. AVA Roofing: 5+ Stars; A+++An unbelievably great company to work with. I called them the day after a VERY heavy rain storm during the night which caused a water leak in our family room. Tony came out the same day I called and because it was an emergency they started work the next day. ( Where can you find a contractor to do that for you?) We decided to have a complete tear off and new roof put on and are very happy we did.AVA is a family owned business - 4 brothers and a father (who is retired - but is still on the job). They are so professional, friendly and respectful. They all work together as one very well organized team. They took pictures of the work being done at different intervals and e-mailed them to us.They have very up to date equipment - their trucks are clean and new. I was especially impressed with their portable motorized dumpsters that they place around the house. They threw roofing debris into the dumpsters and then drove them to a larger dumpster in the driveway to be emptied. Very efficient. No need for long hanging tarps!The clean up was exceptional- not a nail to be found on the ground!AVA is definitely a top notch quality company for service and workmanship and the one to call for a new roof. AVA offered a reasonable quote. We compared it with 3 others.They delivered on the date they promised.They have the best equipment I have seen. Especially the dumpster on hydraulic lift. This means no old shingles or plywood is thrown into the shrubs. The dumpster is at gutter level.AVA has the best, largest, well organized team. The site leader is a family member and owner. He calls down the measurement for plywood, second person measures and cuts; next two team members carry the plywood up the ladder.The cleanup was meticulous. They searched for nails and all the foam insulation.AVA got the job done in two days despite 96 degree weather.We highly recommend AVA roofing.
AVA Roofing and Siding was a great experience overall. Not only was it the best price for the job, they also did a fantastic job. I was unable to be there during the roof install and Tony was on site throughout the entire job and took photos and forwarded them to me to keep me updated. Tony was reasonable and knowledgeable throughout the process.

Ava roofing and the brothers did a beautiful job on our parents house. It was a dirty tear off with three layers and a lot of carpentry work had to be done. They installed beautiful color Certain teed shingles and installed seamless gutters. Clean up was awesome and Tony kept updating us with photos.If you are looking for honest contractor in Erie country, AVA roofing is your choice.
Absolute best contractor Ive ever worked with, and I work with them all the time. Tony and his crew are great guys that do amazing work and their work ethic is incredible.Starting with the bid process, Tony was on time and very knowledgable. He came back with a great price and humored us for a few weeks while we made up our mind on style and options.On installation day his crew showed up on time and got to work removing 6 layers of shingles from two large roofs (house and 8 car garage). The cut in ridge vents, re-sheathed and shingled the roof over 12 hours. When the roofing was done they spent an hour meticulously cleaning the yard and landscaping.This was last Friday and Ive already referred two friends to AVA, Ill never use another roofer. Thanks Tony and family!

After moving to another state I contacted Ava roofing for some advice on how to deal with insurance and how to find a great roofing company. Tony responded right away and went above and beyond to explain to me how insurance works and how to get the best contractor. If the company was in my state I would have them redo my roof without hesitation. Tony was completely honest with me and very knowledgeable.
AVA Roofing and Siding are awesome! Last summer we had four companies give us estimates for a roofing project. AVA were very professional from the start and were also extremely reasonable price-wise. They were great about returning phone calls and completed the project quickly.Earlier this week we had a leak in the bedroom of a rental property. They were able to come out for an estimate a day after calling them, and they had the work completed three days after that. They give you pictures of the problems they find at the estimate, and of the work they do, which is a nice plus. It was great to have a company I knew I could count on when the problem came up. The whole family is hard working and professional, I would recommend them to anyone needing work completed.
Ava Roofing did a fantastic job on our roof. Extremely professional and friendly. Vitaliy sent pictures of the progress throughout the day. I was impressed at how quickly they completed the job and the quality of the work. After the job was done, they spent hours cleaning/sweeping and searching for any fallen nails. They left the house and yard better than they found it. We were very happy with the job that they did.

Excellent experience. They accurately identified a hidden problem, and patiently explained everything without condescending, which my wife particularly appreciated. At the same time, they pointed out things we didnt have to do -- thus saving us money. Cost was very good, and they were efficient and clean.
I had a great experience with AVA Roofing starting from the estimate. Tony was very informative about what needed to be done and had pictures that showed the damage. I had four other estimates total and Tony was the one who took his time to explain the quote and made sure i understood everything. Serg was the foreman on the job with 8 employees. They worked very hard for 2+ days, they were here at 8 AM and did not leave until 6:30 or 7:00 PM. Tony kept me updated with photos and i can honestly say he delivered way more what he promised. I would highly recommend Tony and hist brothers, give them a call!
I had AVA roofing do my parents house and have nothing buy good things to say about them. They were first and foremost very professional with the whole process. They finished in a timely manner and cleaned up all of debris. I recommend AVA roofing to anyone who needs a new roof or repair because I feel that they are the best in the business.

AVA performed a full tear off for me. They were fantastic. From the estimate to the final walkthrough, they were always on time and ready to answer all of my questions. As for the work, they completed it quickly and professionally. They also did an excellent job ensuring that my gardens survived the project. They even replaced and painted some clapboard on my 120-year-old house and did not up the cost. I would highly recommend them.
Vicari came out to look at the roof and to give an estimate repair on 08//19/2021. No response regarding the roof. Called AVA on 08/24/2021, was told someone will contact me. Again, no response. Can only assume the project and I wasnt worth their time.
AVA came out and put a new roof on our garage. Start to finish they are by far the most thorough and professional outfit I have done business with. I had them come out for the garage after they did my whole house which was done in the same manner. They work clean and clean the yard better then before they start. I will be calling if I need anything else done. Great job.
AVA did our roof and soffits and gutters a few years ago. We thought they did a great job... very efficient and clean. But we were even more pleased when we called today, during a wind storm about a loose soffit and they were here and had it fixed in hours! Thank you Tony.. we greatly appreciated the great service.
I read all of the positive reviews and decided to go with Vitaliy and Tony. I wasnt disappointed. They treated my home like it was their own, once the job was completed my yard was cleaned and you would not know they were even there. Vitaliy even came over in the pouring rain an put up tarps to stop any further issues. If I could post 10 stars I would. Great customer service, funny and friendly guys. The AVA team just completed a complete overhaul of the exterior of our house and did an amazing job. Vitaly communicated with me throughout the whole project and fixed a number of issues that were covered up by previous contractors. The whole process was extremely easy working with AVA and Id recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable contractor.
I had these guys do a full tear off roof on my 1920 double in North Buffalo. They also did a roof repair on my girlfriends home. They did a phenomenal job and the owner personally showed up almost every day while they were working. They are very responsive when you call with issues or questions and will promptly address them. They treat your house like it was their own and they do more than they have to. I can honestly say that these guys are probably one of the best home contractors i have ever used.
We had AVA Roofing doing a complete roof replacement on multiple building in Amherst NY, Colonie Apartments. We also use them for all of our gutter and ventilation installation. This contractor has a very good reputation and very reasonable. The best part out this company is that they are family owned and operated. All four brothers and father work together. I have worked with AVA for over four years now and planning on using theme on Colonie Apartments
Tony and his Team did an amazing job on our roof. I couldnt be any happier. Through the whole process Tony always took my calls and offered great advise. His crew of 11 showed up on a very cold day in March and knocked it one day. His high tech equipment and crew are top notch!!!
The massive roof on our single-story family home in Amherst NY, was in dire need of replacement. I called in every major roofer in the area for a thorough site visit. AVA was head and shoulders above the rest in professionalism and thorough due diligence. They seem to be the leader of the newer generation of roofers in WNY. AVA did their best to tarp the roof to protect the house from leaks, they always made time to answer my questions, return to the site for more research, and provide complete information. Sales rep Tony and owner Vik are both stars. Tony has awesome customer skills and thorough understanding of roofing. The owner Vik , like Tony, is professional, wonderfully warm and personable, hands-on, and readily available. He offered thoughtful solutions to a couple of issues.The tear-off crew did a thorough job with exceptional clean-up. When I noticed that they had destroyed a couple of sprinkler heads, Vik was quick to make reparations. AVAs roofing crew did an A+ job. Because I couldnt be onsite for most of the weeklong project, Tony and Vik sent me photos and narrated video at various stages. I can confidently say that none of the other roofers would have made this effort! For AVA, it seems to be standard practice. When I returned to the house, Vik came out personally for a thorough walk-through.From start to finish, AVA was passionately committed to meeting our needs and surpassing our expectations. Everyone who comes to the house comments immediately on the quality of the roofing. Im not surprised by the unequivocal google and Anguies list reviews and you wont be either! AVA offers truly exceptional service and workmanship at highly competitive rates.

Replaced the roof on my rental property in Buffalo, which is a two story, 2009 sq ft house; along with a detached 400 sq ft garage. This included the removal of three layers of prior roofing and installing new soffits, fascia board, and gutters.Vitaliy and his crew at AVA Roofing & Siding were excellent! They were extremely professional and I was impressed that Vitaliy took the time to educate me about the process, explain the various materials, and even recommended that I seek other quotes. I initially met Vitaliy last year and he worked with me on the pricing to do the job in April 2016 at the 2015 prices. I was impressed by the honesty, willingness to educate me, product warranty, and the quality of their work. Without a doubt I will be a lifelong customer of AVA Roofing & Siding!
AVA did a complete tear off of my rental property in Buffalo. The roof is large and steep, but they finished the job in two days. Tony was great to work with and I would use them again.
Fantastic job. At least 1 of the owners were onsite every day. Tony would stop in every morning to address any issues (there were none). Clean up was thorough and neat. Very high quality workmanship. Highly recommend AVA.
Tony came out and gave us a quote for complete tear off on roof, gutters, and install ventilation system our our house in East Amherst. They we not the cheapest but at the end we got a beautiful job. We chose AVA because its a family owned local company and we see them all over Amherst.
The roof looks real nice, only took 6 hours. The workers were vary nice also they kept the work area very clean all day long.They explained all the things they were doing to the roof so we had an idea what was actually happening. They gave us pictures of the different stages of the roof being fixed.A definite 10 out of 10 rating.

Exactly what I was looking for when I inquired online about a roof repair. Sergey made the process quick and efficient, and was able to work around my busy schedule. Even in oncoming inclement weather, he showed up performed the job, and sent me pictures of the completed repair when done. Cheapest quote by far, too, with out giving up the quality of work. Thanks!
Finally, I’ve received the judgment from the small claim court. The judge allowed me to pay only $2480.89 out of $5000 the Ava Roofing & Siding Inc claim. The amount is after deduction of not installing Ridge Vent as they estimate, purchasing a roof warranty they are suppose to provide, replacing a hydrangea tree they destroyed, cleaning up the gutter they put all the removed old roof in. She also dismissed their claim of $475 extra money for obvious reason.I chose the Ava Roofing & Siding Inc only because of all the good reviews I saw in Google, but they look very, very, very suspicious now. I witnessed they lied even “under oath” at the hearing. They are the kind of people who say anything, do anything for their profit. They are “the greediest monster” I’ve ever seen in my life!
Placed a call at 5 pm to have some shingles replaced. I expected to leave a voicemail however the owner answered. By 615pm the same day a roofer was here and took care of everything. Great customer service and satisfaction! Thank you. Didn’t hurt they were able to beat the competitors pricing I had received earlier in the day.

So, this is sort of unheard of- they came over for a free estimate because weve been having some water in a corner of our house during the winter. Turns out it was ice-damning because of the bad winter- but instead of trying to up-sell us on something we didnt need, the estimator (which I believe was one of the brothers that owns this company), took the time to educate us on proper ventilation and did some minor caulking (for free!) to help prevent it in the future. He spent over 30 minutes here exploring our roof, taking pictures, showing us what was happening and all the while knew he was making no sale because there was no work to be done. Ill definitely use them again when we do need work!
Ava really does stand by there word. They did a wonderful job on both our houses, they were AWESOME ,quick, clean, a dedicated respectable crew. Hats off to all you guys . I had a roof put on by AVA over 2 years ago and its held up well. The roof was fairly priced and the team installing the roof did a good job not damaging any of the landscaping.
I cannot say enough good things about these guys but I try.I have needed my roof replaced for at least two years.. I couldnt afford it.. Last year the roof started leaking every time it rained I stressed... I hired a no name contractor to at least replace half the roof .. It didnt help . It just cost money .. Finally this year I got enough money together to get the roof repaired.. I should say I thought I had enough money . I called a few contractors to get estimates.. First contractor gave me price I could afford to replace top part of roof.. Second contractor Ava roofing.. Gave me price for whole roof .. And price for top of roof but Tony from Ava told me I cant just do the top I couldnt guarantee the work it wouldnt be water tight .. I would need to do the front replace and repair the work done by previous contractor. . I dreaded the price .. Tony gave me the price it was more than I could afford .. He asked me what is your budget for the job.. I told him .. My budget he said ...ok .. Your roof really needs replaced we will do work for your budget.. I know this is long winded but I feel that if you are looking for a roofer you need to read this.. Tony drew up a detailed contract and went over what they would do for the money.. When we first talked before he knew I couldnt afford it he told me once we strip the roof we might need to buy plywood to replace old rotted wood .. At extra cost .. When we discussed working within my budget I explained that this was literally all the money I had.. If when you strip the roof you find rotted plywood I have no extra.. Tony said ok not a problem there will be no extra no hidden cost the price is the price ..The price Ava accepted to do the top .. Front .four dormer Windows a side and replace the work done by the no name contractor the year before was the same price that the first contractor had quoted for the top of the roof .The roofing crew turned up worked a solid twelve hours from morning till night.. During the day tony stopped by twice to make sure everything was going ok .. His father and two younger brothers were on site all day., when they striped the roof and front they found rotted frame work rotted plywood.. All extra.. They replaced it all no extra charge.. They cleaned my gutters they cleaned up debris left over from the no name guy a year ago.. My yard looked landscaped when they were finished cleaning up., my roof looks amazing.These guys are friendly .. Honest .. Hardworking.. Reliable.. They done work they did not need to do.. They done the work that needed done for my budget not theirs they worked with me .. I can honestly say that never have I felt that I did not pay a contractor enough but when the job was done I found myself wishing I had more money to pay these guys for the work they done..If you need your roof repaired or replaced call Ava.. Talk to tony you will see for yourself ., at least get an estimate from Ava before committing to another company.,Vitally said after the job was done.. They are the worst contractor Ive ever had. When work is completed, they demanded extra money outside of the contract. They damaged my precious flower tree during removal and refused to replace it. Also they are agreed to install ridge vent but they just used an old vent and and put a cover for it. They didnt even notify me until I found out. I am going to take these matters to the court.For the record,You did ask extra money outside of the contract.I did not ask you cheapest way possible.You did not tell me you can install the ridge vent.I ask you 10% discount only because you did not install the ridge vent which cost a lot more than the ugly thing you installed on my roof without telling me until I found out.$475 you mentioned below is the extra money you asked me to pay outside of the contract.Thank you for telling me you did not install the ridge vent and you did not do the job on the contract I signed.Please, tell me now why I should pay you the amount of money on the contract if you didnt do the job you are supposed to do.And stop asking $475, the extra money outside of the contract. Its not only against law but also its not the right things to do. But you make me think you belive in asking extra money is my right.Also I do not remember you said you want to pay for the tree you damaged.When was it?You were happy throughout the project.Who are you talking about?I do not have any intention of paying you the money on the contract I signed only beacuse you did not perform the job you are supposed to do. I was told by a co worker to contact AVA for my roof. Submitted for a free home estimate on website over a month ago. Not once was I contacted by anyone.

2022-07-24Last month we decided to instal a new roof and gutters as well as solar vents. We got estimates from a few reputable roofing companies but decided to go with AVA roofing. I am glad we chose them since the quality work they did proved they are a top rated company. They are family owned and operated and they apply the highest standard of professionalism and worksmanship. Tony and his brothers are honest and respectful. They go the extra distance to satisfy their customers and are attentive to details. Tony provided us with great advice when we were trying to decide on materials and colors. Their crews were hard working, professional and clean.They worked tirelessly for long hours and finished the job on time. Tony and his brothers made sure the work was done right. Their attention to details was impeccable. I am glad I hired them. I know that our roof and gutters were done right. 2022-07-16I did not get to use AVA because, I felt they were overcharging me I did my homework and researched a few roofing business and that prices were very different. I finally decided with Buffalo Roofing in Williamsville. Great company, Buffalo Roofing did a wonderful job and the cost was $8K less that AVA roofing.AVA was upset that I did not give them the job they charged me $240.20 for Drone pictures of my roof. I will contact BBB to file a complaint.So to anyone needing a Roof, Please contact BUFFALO ROOFING FOR GREAT WORK AND GREAT PRICED.

2022-03-04Awesome work. Was 30% cheaper than William C Rott, who also quoted me 30 weeks out (after trying to nail them down for a month because they clearly didnt care about a small job). AVA quoted me on Monday and was here on Thursday. Most importantly, the work was excellent and the repair looks beautiful (fascia strips blew off in a storm). Would recommend AVA to everyone!

2022-06-29AVA did a complete tear-off of my roof, to include laying all new decking. They were professional, fast, and the roof looks great.The only problem is that the crew decided to not reconnect the exhaust vent to my heater, instead totally covering it.Thankfully, we didnt need to use the heater much, as winter was nearly over. My detector went off a few times a couple of nights, but I thought it was just because its old or dirty. Now, I understand it was because my heater was cutting on and filling my attic with carbon monoxide.My HVAC guy (Adams--hes great) came out to quote me on adding central A/C, and alerted me to the issue. When I notified AVA, I was first told that there had never been a vent--but after I pointed it out on THEIR picture, they came out the next day and fixed it.Heres the real issue: What if I hadnt had my HVAC guy out to quote me on a central A/C install? What if it were the dead of winter? My wife and kids could have been seriously injured or killed. It seems that there should have been more done than simply correcting the mistake.I recommend that if you have AVA do work for you that you double check it, inside and out, just to be safe.

2022-03-08We had a huge 65 MPH wind storm on 3/6 in which I lost a bunch of shingles. I connected with AVA on 3/7 and the owner Anatoliy came out on to take a look at the repairs needed. The next morning (3/8) his brother Stanislav was at my door at 9am and had me all fixed up in an hour.Great team, Great service - Id recommend AVA Roofing to anyone.Thank you AVA.

2022-03-23From Start to Finish it was a pleasure working with AVA Roofing & Siding. First off I had a bunch of different companies come to my house to give me a estimate on a new roof. Anatoliy from AVA was the only one to come into the house and explain exactly what they would do when they come to do the roof. Answered all my questions that I had. Then when I approved the estimate on Friday , they called me on Monday saying they were going to be ready on Tuesday. WOW, super fast on the turnaround.They said they would be at my house 745am and they were right on time. They tore the new roof off and put the new one on in 1 day! Then the next few days they installed the soffits and gutters. By far I was blown away about how accurate they were on timeframes and how fast they got everything done. Any questions I had during the roofing process they also answered very quickly. Not to mention everything looks great! Great company to work with and so easy from start to finish.

2022-08-05Roof over porch was leaking internally. All other companies would not even come inspect/quote due to small size. Adam came and looked at the issue quickly and Sergey came out within 2 days and fixed the issue in one afternoon. Even replaced a gutter that was causing some of the issue. Great work and even better response time!

2018-05-17Hire AVA Roofing, they did any AMAZING job on our roof. They will be our roofers from this point forward. Ask for Vitaliy (Va-tell-ee), he is co-owner, respectful, and highly concerned with customer stratification.I received four quotes from local roofing vendors in the Niagara Buffalo area and AVA came out on top as best value. The estimate was free, quick and in my email prior to AVA leaving my driveway. Their communication was clear and I always received a rapid response to my inquiries either through email, phone or text message.I had a special situation with my roof as different sections were different ages. So this job wasnt a total roof install. The large section they did replace had to be completely removed, including a base layer ofcedar shakes... which is extremely messy. All work was preformed in one day! Tear off, new OSB, the install and cleanup. The yard actually looks better after they left, zero debris, raked, it just looks great. They even did an extra 2 rounds around the house with industrial magnets to try and get all the nails from tear off because we have small kids and a pair of dogs.Vataliy came in with a large crew at 8am and were finished by just after 6pm. Vataliy was also very strict with his crew in all matters of respect to the homeowner. Not gutter talk or foul language allowed, always be mindful of the homeowners kids, animals and property. There was even a situation were they were dumping a large load of tear off into their dumpster and my kids would have been downwind of the dust. They shut down their machine, cleared the kids to a safer watching position and then resumed their work. Just great guys.One last testament to their quality of work. The day after they installed my roof, we had a terrible wind storm. I was cretin that since the job was just completed the day before, the tar didnt have enough time to set and I would be losing shingles. Didnt happen. Trees fell up and down the neighborhood, we lost power for a while, my law swing was tossed into the field, we are still missing a small kids wading pool but we didnt lose one shingle. Solid as a rock.Hire these guys! Great quality materials, excellent workmanship, high level professionalism, respectful and a great price. We all got gutters, happy with those also.Thanks,
