Excellent service all the way around. Food was delicious. Happy to find this local place for nights out with my wife. Will definitely be back. I had the sesame crusted tuna, it was terrific. Get the skillet cookie for dessert, you won’t be disappointed.

Food and service were great! Also want to mention this place is super clean which is so important for me. Not because of covid but because its a restaurant and so many restaurants seem to lack in the details. We will definitely return.
We tried this local eatery and were pleasantly surprised on the amazing food and drinks. The staff was very attentive and courteous. We started with the pear salad followed by the braised short ribs and truffle fries. My children enjoy a skirt steak with broccolini. It all came out perfect. I would highly recommend this fantastic eatery
Perhaps a take out is never the same as the experience of dining at the restaurant. I ordered a skirt steak dish and the crispy eggplant tower. Both dishes were just ok not as great as I had hoped or read. for $70 takeout I would have expected better. ohh well
Fantastic! The food, the drinks and the ambiance were all excellent. The service was superb and they played good music . Greet neighborhood gem.Definitely going to be a regular.

Such a great place! From our main course(whiskey shrimp, yum!) To the skillet cookie, everything was delicious! Matt, our waiter, was attentive and friendly. We definitely will be back, and will recommend to friends and family!
I had an 8:15 reservation for a high top table. My wife an I arrived promptly and our table was being cleaned and made ready. Another customer came in, shook hands with the owner and was given our table. We were left standing there with out as much as a nod from the hostess. We left and received a call 45 minutes later that out table was ready.We were not able to sample the food, but I would avoid this over pretentious, classless establishment at all costs.
Food and presentation was excellent. I had the veal chop, it was cooked to perfection and very enjoyable. Waiter matt was very attentive and accommodating. Definitely a restaurant to frequent. I give them 5 stars.
My Husband and I had a great Dinner at Avenue restaurant . The place is very Modern and makes you feel good place . The staff is very very good, attentive . The food is delicious, great menu , a lot to choose, great desert verity .I am looking forward to going soon .
This has been a local go to for us. Through three iterations of restaurants at this site, over the years, I think this is the best of the bunch. Updates decor and color scheme makes it a more inviting environment and the food is very good.
I have had the pleasure of eating at Bellmores newest restaurant 3 times now. Each visit has been exceptional. The restaurant is properly staffed with friendly and knowledgeable waiters, and bartenders. The Cocktails are delicious and unique.The Appetizers are excellent as well, Tuna Avocado, Buffalo Cauliflower, and Calamari are winners for sure!My personal favorite entrée is the Sesame Crusted Tuna, which is always served perfect!!The prices are in line with other restaurants in this class, The atmosphere is very inviting regardless if youre sitting at the bar or at a table.Highly Recommended!!Shop Local, Shop the Bellmores, Shop the Best!!
Great menu, great atmosphere, great service...a home run by all accounts. Had the charcuterie board, duck confit tacos, and savory pizza- all were delicious. Cant wait to try everything on the menu. Love having a place like this in town...its a cut above.
Wanted to go here for date night with my husband, so excited when it opened and it was awesome. Drinks and food were amazing, but the service was even better our waitress was so kind! Loved her!!

Many restaurants have lived at this space in Bellmore but this is BY FAR the best. I recommend the Gentleman Drink as a cocktail - a sweeter cinnamon based old fashion. Service was 10/10. Such a great experience.

The restaurant is new.Its like a classy /Sports Bar,Bistro.Chandelers with T.V.s over the bar.Food is excellent and moderately priced.Menu is so different and unique from other places.Wait staff are very attentive and informative. This is a must try .Go you will not regret it.

First time there and was very impressed. Heard terrible things about the previous restaurant in this spot, but this one is definitely worth visiting and the food was excellent as was the atmosphere.

2021-11-21Very classy hip place to dine. Went on a Friday night and we were lucky enough to get a table because it looked packed. They do take reservations ahead of time. They also have a cute little bar.They had a live DJ which was different but the crowd in there was deff enjoying it. I could’ve been happy with it or without it. We only had drinks. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.Will be back one day to try out their food.

2022-02-17Avenue is a beautiful, new restaurant in Bellmore town. We love to sit at the bar and order one of their specialty martinis with a few appetizers. The pomegranate martini and the raspberry & coconut martinis are delicious and beautiful as well. So far weve had the shrimp tacos, wings and crab cakes. We enjoyed them all. Its a great little place close to home.

2022-04-24What could have turned out to be an awful experience was turned around by an excellent manager, bartender, and waitress whose name is Melissa. great evening great service good food well be back. Eggplant Tower was really good as was fresh stuffed Bluecheese Olives and the Cosmos too

2021-03-25Weve been anticipating Avenues opening!Yesterday was their soft opening for regular customers, and we went right around opening time, had the pleasure of being their first customers after their F&F soft opening.Everything was amazing, service, drinks, appetizers, mains, dessert!We had the buffalo cauliflower, duck tacos and calamari for apps, followed by the pan seared scallops, margherita flatbread, and whiskey shrimp. We ended with the cheesecake and cookie (peanut butter chocolate chip cookie w/ice cream in a warm skillet). Drinks-we had margaritas: mango habanero, strawberry jalapeno, grilled pineapple and a mule: El Diablo something! With dessert we had scotch.Ambiance was great, there were some updates from the old Top Hat that used to be there, and some color changes (mood lighting in the walls w/the scotch and other bottles were an inviting blue).Jessy(ie)? took care of us and we spoke with Ron & Pete a bit (who own the new spot). Ricardo was managing the dining room.Everything was cooked perfectly and brought out at the right time. Figured Id really give it the test with scallops. They were perfect. Cooked perfectly and very flavorful. The risotto they were served over also perfectly cooked. The same for the other entrees. Desserts, well, they were very good, but that cookie!!!!Their menu is great overall, I think everyone can find something, from small plates and salads, to entrees.Our daughter (almost 11) loved it.Were looking forward to going back, will be our new regular spot in town.

2021-05-27The food at the Avenue is amazing! The beet salad! The bacon wrapped gorgonzola stuffed dates! The buttermilk fried chicken sandwich and the bacon burger! All delicious! Cant wait to go back! The chef phenomenal! The whole staff is terrific. They were so quick to help us when my daughter was having an issue.

2022-04-02Made a reservation.Arrived.The noise level was off the charts (and there was no band), it was just plain deafening loud!We didnt stay because the hostess had trouble communicating with us over the mind numbingly loud noise.Just want to make sure I said it was noisy.Guys... Im sure there is an OSHA violation here!
