It was very unpleasant experience. I received a different product, the delivery was much longer, than promised. Very poor communication. I would never buy anything from this seller.
DO NOT TRUST THOSE GUYS !all the meet I ordered came very late , damaged and smells horrible.. Passover was a nightmare. Me and all of my family eat vegetables and herbs. Do not do that mistake !!!

Aviglatt is just the perfect website for kosher food! Its warm and friendly, but the food selection is also of the best quality, with lots of options to choose between for all family members. I made a pretty big purchase for Rosh Hashana (fish, meat, challah etc..) and it arrived quickly.

Don’t EVER deal with this place ! They are NOT kosher . They destroyed me and my family’s Passover . everything came broken damage all meat and cheese together . there is no customer service nobody wants to be responsible .

2022-01-26If I could post zero stars I would. The frozen food was freezer burned and tasted like it sat in a freezer for years. I paid $66.95 to ship. I ordered an item that was out of stock and did not get credited for the item. I sent an email requesting a refund we will see how that goes. Get your Kosher goods elsewhere!!!

2022-03-17Since finding Kosher for Passover in Northeast Wisconsin is near impossible Avi-Glatt comes to our rescue. Their shipping charges are absolutely nothing with a $100 or more order. We sit a the computer and put an order together then wait for the delivery.

2021-03-23TERRIBLE company to deal with! Website said no shipments rill the first of march. placed the order on the 14th with overnight shipping and paid $66.95 to ship it. went to check the status and before I logged in now it says any orders placed after the 12th will not arrive in time for passover. I called. got transfered to on line support. she answered and said call back between 8 and 4 tomorrow. I said ok i will just arbitrate with the credit card company. she asked my order number and said it shipped but if you are going to arbitrate we will have ups return it to us. I replied with if it shows up in time i will not arbitrate. she then told me they didnt have to items and i replied with great communication, maybe if you emailed I would have substituted. we didnt charge you for those items so no big deal. the WORST attitude a support person could have. Used them every year but this is it!

2021-05-11Looking for a particular heavy duty oven cleaner this place had listed on the web. Asked on entering and staffer went right to a box of them for me. Great price so got two (oven disaster).

2020-05-14I will never do business with this company again! I ordered 4 products and only received 3. When I contacted the company I was told that they were out of stock on the missing item (which btw, is still not reflected on their website!). However, they never contacted me beforehand to give me the opportunity to cancel or change the order due to the missing item, never sent an updated receipt, and still charged me the same amount in shipping. When I expressed this to someone in charge, all she did was argue with me and refused to compensate me at all. I took a leap of faith and tried to support a small business outside of using Amazon. What a mistake!

2021-06-21Very expensive and not worth it. I ordered meat for close to 400$. Some of it came spoiled, when I contacted the store they didn’t care. No refund, no apology, nothing.

2019-05-01We ordered Streits Spelt Matza (through Walmart) for the Passover holiday. They came when promised and we received several email updates as to delivery. The individual boxes of matzos were packaged so well in layers of big (fun) bubble wrap. The matzos tasted so fresh as though they were just baked. We definitely got a fresh batch.

2016-05-25They dont use dry ice when shipping and they dont pack it well enough to stay cold for 24 hours. I just spent $60 to over-night my shipment and the meat arrived at my house room temperature. Very disappointed!!

2019-04-08Unreal. I Order 200$ of food for delivery and they tell me 30 minutes and it ends up taking 2 and a half hours to deliver food that you dont even prepare before ,made me miss work because of their lies and stupidity. Dont order from this place,the service is horrible!!!
