A very slow service. I dont know what happened to the service but its not very good. On July 13 (2022) I sent a document to Cali Colombia and they told me that it would arrive in 3-5 business days. The document arrived on July 22 (2022), that is, more than the time they told me. I will not use this service again.

They are scoundrels they canceled a confirmed flight in sao paulo brazil I have a year and a half I cannot use the boucher they do not answer the call in the call center I have until December 31 to use very apart from the tightness in which they put me when canceling the extra expense that I had to do ... formy that go bankrupt by thieves !!.
After the pandemic there was a change of administration, it has been terrible, the customer service very bad. For more than four years I have been sending parcels but honestly I already consider not sending in this place again. They asked me if I was sending prohibited articles and I answered that they did not open and check everything it contained in the same way, and told the person who checked the box to look for any appliances; It is ridiculous I pack the box also if any of these items goes inside the box in the Colombian customs they retain it. This they did not do with the people who passed before me. In addition, the weight of your scale exceeds the original weight of the boxes
I have the habit of sending through this office, but I am looking for another that offers me better service and price, since I have compared and the value is quite high. Unfortunately, companies play with the loyalty of their clients, and enter into an abuse price. In addition to this, on the door of the office they have a notice of only the entry of two people, when I arrive, I see this irresponsibility of finding five people inside. The protocols apply only for clients not for the establishment. That is why I invite everyone to look at other offices or companies. My television arrived in Colombia completely splintered the screen and claim that it is second as if it had not cost anything. The worst service, they said it was sure that it was expensive because it arrived in 2 days, I sent important documents, and they disappeared without giving any reason at all and without answering for anything, I assure you do not send for this company, the service is very bad, and if something is lost they do not respond, they do not answer. Before, people complained about Ivan because of bad service but at least he came and attended me and was very kind now the information on the internet is not correct, I travel 2 hours because he said it was open until 5 and when he arrived he said that they closed at 4 they did not attend to me any more, apart from that I carried a very large box and I had to load it and return with it to another site ... It is my first time that I send to Colombia through Avianca and I really do not recommend it. It bothers me that the staff of this company do not inform you about what can be sent or not from the beginning ... I was sending some fragrances for my relatives along with other items and the person who attended me only informs me until the end of everything the process that AVIANCA is the only company that does not allow sending splash ...Unfortunately I do not recommend it at all ...
They have closed long before the usual time, they have deteriorated the service, I have called several times and they do not answer and the worst ... the website has been bad for several days and I have not been able to find out where the box that I send ... whats up guys improve service again please. 2022-02-07Worst air line ever, I bought a ticket for my mother, but due to the pandemic she couldnt travel, and we try to extend the date of travel, but the airline said that they were not responsible for her not being able to travel. They deny our request for refund, basically they stole our money!! $1,000 dollars ticket!

2020-09-15Very helpfull. The staff was helpfull amd took the time to amswer my questions. First time as an Adult I was sending some items to Colombia. There is a soecial going on 10lbs for 28 dollars 8 days time. They can ship to their locale or deliver to the house. Credit and debit cards welcomed. And a detailed receipt is given at the end. Please make sure you have in detail what you are sending. And a total cost of items sent.●●●●● UPDATE 14SEP2020 ●●●●●Our package arrived 1 day early. It was delivered to the house. No issues. I am so happy, and I will be returning soon. Thank you to all involved.

2015-09-11They steal from you even thought you pay for insurance on the merchandise. I would not suggest you going to avianca express. They use their name to steal from you. You expect to trust them as a well known company. At the end is your fault because they did not find any alterations in the package.. how are you going to find any alterations if its their people who does all the process. I waited to do this review to see if the insurance will work but no... they steal from you from the time you enter their door.
