Representative was very nice to deal with, very flexible and accommodating and were not super strict with the reservation time (I was running an hour late and they didnt make a big deal of it). They also were able to change my rental vehicle on the spot (for a better vehicle at the same price) which made the experience 10x better. Will definitely consider renting from them in the future.

The car that I rented had tires that were COMPLETELY bald. I drove about 300 miles before realizing the safety concerns with the car. Very dangerous and I’m grateful I didn’t have a blowout. When I called to register my concerns, there was no accountability or willingness to address the issue.

Avis Huntington Station has the highest level of customer service. The Avis rep is extremely helpful and attentive. You receive personalized service at this location.

Do not rent from this place . They don’t give you enough information with receipts . Later they charge you for extra gas , etc . Lack of customer service and professionalism.

I needed a rental after I dropped my car off for service. I was pleasantly surprised to learn I can link and pay for my rental with my Amazon account. This Avis location is small but I got my car without issue and all the policies and terms are listed on the wall behind the counter. My car was clean and I have no complaints.

Ive rented from this Avis location several times in the past few months and it has always gone well. Tony is a good guy and very easy to deal with. He quickly does what he needs to do in order to get you into the rental and on your way. I had to change my drop off destination for one rental and he did that very quickly for me with no issues.

I took a car at the end of May 2019, for 7 days, at first we calculated an acceptable amount of approximately 360 dollars. after some time, $ 538.55 was already written off. the operator explains this by the fact that I did not deliver the car on time for fuel. I handed over the car exactly on the day indicated on the receipt. when I took a car of gasoline it was not enough, for what $ 124.20? 3 times they promised to send a letter with a decryption, but did not send. in order to find out and fix something, you need to call for a long time or go to the company office. I don’t advise anyone to rent a car, for this money you can buy a car and no longer worry that extra money will be taken from you.a couple of days after my first review, they sent me an apology letter, they said that they would understand my problem, but nothing happened. I am very upset...October 2019. It has been a long time, but my problem has not been solved. after the first comment, they wrote to me that they value their customers and want to fix everything, but nothing came after these words. so they profit from tourists from one $ 100, from another $ 200 ... they settled down successfully ...December 2019. Dear Santa, this year I behaved very well, what can I say about Avis, they still haven’t returned the money for the services that they calculated to me by mistake or on purpose. I do not know.

Over charges me and very unprofessional staff and horrible customer service. Car was very dirty and it was a half as tank of gas, which I have pictures and videos, I was still charged

Tony and Vic were a pleasure to work with. Have gone to many different rental companies over the years. This is the first time all the boxes were checked. Service was great in and out in no time. Thank you Vic and Tony
