The tech was prompt and friendly. The latching mechanism on our front door broke and we were no longer able to open the door. He arrived about an hour after we spoke. After a lot of effort on his part the door was finally opened and the problem resolved. Friendly guy, honest and quality work - what else would you want???

Very very responsive,I called and their customer service responded immediately and so politely I immediately knew my lock problem was already fixed,they came on time and did an excellent job by Avon New York Locksmith.
My son lost his only key and had them come out. He received keys that fell apart and had the battery come out. When he called back and told them their technician said it wasn’t the key it had to be him or a problem with the car and it was too far to come out again. When we called they didn’t return his call and when I called their service for help I was disconnected several times, kept on hold for over twenty minutes and twice more for over 5 to 10 minutes Totally unprofessional. When I continued to try to call back for help they just didn’t answer. He paid 300.00 for keys that keep falling apart. Ready to hire a lawyer to be honest.

Its important to call a locksmith that really knows what theyre doing, especially if youre in a hurry or youre in a tough situation. I really wanted to get into my house and I didnt want to wait for some amateur that didnt know what they were doing. This company was great! They got my door open quickly and easily.

2022-03-19I lost my car keys and couldn’t move my car for two weeks. I finally got around to getting new keys and this Avon New York Locksmith company came out the within a few hours and even charged less than the other company’s. The best news is the keys that are the original ones and not after market. Great job guys!!
