The company is so unprofessional and horrible with time management that they need to shut down ASAP if they dont hire completely new staff. When I called to complain their receptionist was very dismissive and also had an attitude. save your money and NEVER USE THIS DISGUSTING UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS. And they fall in love with the minors of the home, they are FRECO!!!!!!

I have been shipping with them for more than 14 years, but since last year they are giving a terrible service, they tell you an estimated delivery date and they are taking up to more than a month to deliver ... also when you call to ask both in the USA and the DR. Secretaries are quite pedantic.

This company charged my mother 80 dollars ¹ she sent two packages of food. They were for two different people but it was easier for them to leave the two packages in the same house. And one of the packages arrived open, when I asked my mother for the receipt to call to ask why they did not make the delivery where they came to see what was done I realized that on the receipt they wrote that she had only given him 50 dollars for the two bulk. It was obvious that they did it to steal the rest of the money .. The service to collect the merchandise is excellent, but when they deliver they steal you, they loot the boxes and the tanks taking all of them. 2021-07-31While the scheduling team was really responsive and attentive the crew in charge of picking of the shipment was a total disappointment. Unfortunately, seems that they dont know how to read a map or follow the given directions as a result I was insulted multiple times over the phone. I called to cancel the pick up once they were here already as I dont stand for such a poor behavior. Change your crew or train them on how to use google maps, waze or any other type of driving guidance. Que pena que esto pasara. Espero que puedan ayudar a mejor la actitud de su equipo de carga.

2021-02-01A friend recommend this company I send 3 box to the Dominican Republic with food and used clothes.They stole a bunch plus I think the box was dropped from a 10th floor must be.the tomatoes sauce can (small one ) burst. A garden statue complete destroyed.And the other 2 boxes missing the think will have it by Monday (5 days difference) if anything else is missing from this box I will file a claim. Done with this company. Bad company.

When we called the business to complain about the way the driver spoke to us, the woman on the phone acted as if she didnt care at all and resolved nothing. Garbage service DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE there are so many other better delivery services to use in NYC and these people act like they can get away with this level of disrespect.

2020-09-09If I could give it a 0 star I would, we sent a box to my parents and they stole half of the stuff we sent, this used to be a great company, my whole family had been sending items with them for years until now. This terrible, God only knows with the sacrifices that we make a box to send to our loved ones only for someone else to take what does not belong to them😢.!Definately do not recommend this company.
