They moved our 2 bedroom apartment, and my boyfriends toolbox from his parents house. And they moved it all to our new house. They were absolutely wonderful guys, they took excellent care of all of our belongings. They always answered my phone calls or were quick to call back. They even reassembled our furniture after the move.

This company is going to be reported to the BBB! I was refusing to pay over 400 dollars for someone to move my 3 appliances and one dresser, so I stumbled upon B&F. I will never ever ever again be using the and I recommend you skip over this company when searching for movers! Upon arrival to my house they were completely impersonal and showed up all in sweats and the woman in a tank top and sweat pants that looked like they havent been washed in a week. If I didnt see the truck they pulled up in I would have saw them and locked all my doors! one gentleman reeked of alcohol and seemed as though he had still been drunk from the night before. when they began to unhook my washer they saw that they would have to snap a screw because it had rusted(I was fine with that). What I was NOT FINE WITH was that when snapping the one screw they also broke a clamp to my pedestal that my washer sits on. and also another one to my dryer. and also loosing all the screws to my dryer pedestal! Now understanding that newer fridges are bigger and bulkier, they had to remove the doors, ok right? WRONG! Ion Upon getting these in the new house, my Washer that has vibration reduction tech now rattles like a70s washer (its a2013 Samsung! ) and my fridge DOES NOT CLOSE! And the door drops when itsopened! When I called to speak to the owner about my issues I had he seriously had nerve to argue in favor of his drunken worker and said it was my fault. Everything wrong was my fault? NO! YOU ARE MOVING A CUSTOMERS EXPENSIVE ITEMS! His exact words were youre lucky because I could be a real jerk and refund you your 30 cents per pound for the clamps and screws and you get 40 cents back. And as for the one smelling like alcohol, i cant control what my employees do outside work. um yes you can! they are moving other peoples valuables! So in my opinion spend the extra buck and go with professionals! The kicker? THEY ARE NOT INSURED!

I can’t comment their moving skills, but I can share that they’re incapable of keeping an appointment to give an estimate. 3 appointments this week (!), 3 no-shows, no phone calls. So unprofessional. Business must be good to care so little about customer acquisition, but I’m not sure how.

My aunt has called this place several times and they tell her they are going to call her back and they never call back. I am just trying to find out about my mothers unit. As she past away in April. I would like to get my mothers belongings.

Will never use them again! If you do not have everything on the list of things to move, they will not move it! The owner is inconsiderate. He was walking thru my place cursing and using the N word. I will NEVER recommend them to move anyone!
