To experience such traumatic feelings after trying to get a vehicle back was disappointing to it lightly. Not only was I belittled and berated but I was also called a liar. The car was towed was in great condition, with videos to back that. But when I arriving the next morning, driving over an hour from my home only to be halted for over four hours and told to drive around town to find WiFi that was later confirmed to be available. The owner was so rude and combative I wouldn’t have thought this was an establishment serving the public. I wouldn’t recommend this towing service to anyone especially black people because the other customers that were Caucasian ended up leaving within minutes.
Truly I am uncomfortable with the service we received today at this towing company.After spending four hours to release the Audi they towed, we looked at the vehicle and its wheel was punctured with a nail and gradually leaking pressure. There was a crack on the window and marks in the back of the car. It looks as if it was taken for a joy ride gone bad. But when respectfully approached about the situation, the owner began to curse at us while the mechanics fixed the wheel for no charge. We have videos of the car right before it was towed without any damages but we were still looked at as if we were lying. Meanwhile two men came and left within 15 minutes. I dont want to say it was because we were black but we didnt raise our voices at all and were treated so poorly.I wish it wasnt like that but please beware, if youre in the area try to get to a safer more accommodating place.Also the mechanics were really nice so this isnt about them just the hostility recieved from the owner.Comment to reply:Being that I am not the owner of the suspended license, I am confused why you are justifying cursing at me with the reason for the towing. I was nothing but respectful and I am sharing my experience.
I have used this company now two times in the past two weeks and both times they were polite, helpful, and punctual. It was easy to call for assistance and the truck arrived shortly after the call was made. Everyone was great to work with. I would definitely use them again.
Coming home from vacation, we were on the road for several hours with two young kids and our new car broke down at 3 a.m.... Blaine was quick to come and help. He gave us a ride to a hotel and got us a good rate for the night with a late check out. They got the new alternator and fixed the car by noon even came back to pick us up from the hotel to get our car to get us back on the road. Couldnt have asked for better customer service! Keep up the great work guys!
I dont know where the great price reviews are from! Friend of the owners maybe? $270 dollars for a quarter mile tow around noon. Word of advice, go to Daves towing in Elmira Heights. Daves went much farther out of theyre way, and only charged $90 on my last tow for the EXACT SAME SERVICE! Youll wish youd listened to me.......
Two hundred dollars for a tow out of a foot deep ditch? Guy broke my mudflap off in the process, too. The office is really gross on the inside, not clean at all. Three huge dogs bombarded me as soon as I walked in and they would not stop barking the entire time I was there. They have two gold fish in a tiny glass fish bowl that was also pretty neglected and not even big enough for a potted plant, let alone living fish. Only giving it two stars because the guy let me pay a few days later. Apparently, they expect people to just have two hundred dollars available at all times.
I had a dead battery and didnt get it running. I went out and bought a battery charger and was able to get it up and running . And was changed 81 dollars. So would not recommend them.
Me and my wife and our pops had to go check on the condition on a car we let a so called friend Barrow long short car was wrecked but the only good thing was b&w towing the women behind the counter with blue hair was so nice and helpful Im so very glad she works there.
We had a tree fall down in our parking lot on Labor Day at work and hit three vehicles. The crew responded immediately with a crane to pick it off the cars. They even swept the parking lot when they were done. They went above and beyond and were super friendly.
Was very fast friendly they are right off interstates 86/17 an 99 do have 24 hour road service but went to there place to get tire fixed. Very good seevice
What is the normal hook up fee after an accident? Word of mouth says your prices seem to be over charging to be towed from corning to painted post. Unsure if it is a mistake or is society that hard up really sad

I would not recommend a dead person call these guys. They towed my truck off the highway. Never communicated with me and the person they did communicate with legally had nothing to do with the truck and when i did find out any thing was when it was spotted at pick apart in horse heads destroyed.
Horrible servive! Said one thing and ended up doing otherwise! When asked to speak to someone they always had a run around very bad service and have the nurves to call and insult and threaten saying he will call the state and what not! Horrible personality and thinks things have to go there way! Very bad and over charged for my truck services.

2022-05-20B&W took care of me. Clutch went out on a Sunday afternoon 300 miles from home. The service was very friendly and fast, and the pricing was very fair for the work they did and the timeframe they did it in.

2022-02-05Do not use this company for repairing your vehicle. They do not know how to diagnose or repair vehicles. Charged over $700 to replace fuel pump. Vehicle would not start and idle correctly after repair and had to take to another repair garage just to find out they pinched the return fuel line between the tank strap and frame. Called them up to explain what the other garage found and did to repair the problem and was told basically to deal with it, we could not have done that. I have video evidence of the pinched fuel line and I know they do not just work themselves into that position and cause the problems.Total B.S.

2021-09-30The gentleman who came to my aide was quick, professional, and very friendly. Used this service a few times, I feel the less they are used the better, for automotive and financial reasons lol. If it doesnt break thats a good thing, am I right? It is also always a win in my book being 24hrs plus the commercial truck services, being a fellow class A driver myself thats nice to see. 10/10 recommend. For those complaining about cost, dont buy a vehicle if you cant afford to keep maintenance on it, or better your insurance with emergency roadside assistance if you can. I feel their prices are fair for a company providing a service for vehicles, its not cheap to do so. Want cheap service i suppose go look for it else where.

2021-10-24Got stranded from busted cooling line on my truck, first guy came but couldnt do much for me.... And said that i needed towing to the shop... So then someone came back again and told me theyre gonna help me out as promises. Giving them the 5 stars for that line bypass. God bless you all!

2021-07-23The owners were very unprofessional and rude. The owner first instructed me that the process i was using to tow my vehicle from there property was illegal, which raised a concern. After researching the laws and guidelines of towing I discovered that what I was doing was in fact legal. His advice wasted my time and cost me more money. You would think that owning a towing business he would be knowledgeable of the laws that pertain to towing. His wife was also very unprofessional. At one point she told us that their policies superceeded law. Really, maybe in your world but come on lady use your head your the owner of a business. Be professional ande courtesy towards your customers.

2020-12-27They arrived quickly to and the dispatcher was friendly, I locked my keys in my car during a business trip. It cost $70.20 to unlock which is very expensive in my eyes just to unlock my door ( they were less than 20 mins away from my hotel ), i can say they are 24hr so thats the upside. If it wasnt for the price I would have given 5 out of 5.

2020-05-05I locked my keys in my car and called my insurance company, Erie, who in turn called B&W. I expected a long wait but Kristen was there in about a half hour in her own vehicle, since her drivers were all busy, and opened my car for me. She was friendly and provided GREAT customer service!!! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great experience in a time of need!!
