Hosted our daughter’s graduation party with B-Rad’s and can’t say enough about how happy everyone was with the celebration! Staff was very friendly, food was delicious and the catering team worked great with the venue. Special shout-out to the event manager, Cara, for helping make our day extra special!
Recently ordered food from B-rads. Everything was delicious. The Buffalo chicken chowder is excellent. The fruit and cheese platter, aka charcuterie, had a wonderful variety of both fruit, cheese and a nice piece of honeycomb. Very responsive and professional staff. They will be my go to caterer.
Super easy ordering process. We ordered the Thanksgiving dinner for 8 and it was the perfect amount and we still had leftovers. Potatoes were perfect....gravy was smooth and not too salty. My only complaint if you even would call it that, my husband mentioned that we were supposed to get dark meat and we really didnt have any. He is not a fan of turkey really so we had a small ham for him. Other than that, we enjoyed everything. I would do this again next year if available and maybe request dark meat.
I cannot stress enough how AMAZING B-rads Catering is! They are my go to for all of my catering needs (& let me tell you, personally & professional I use catering A LOT). Every single item I have ever had is incredible. Always unique & tasty, my guests are always in awe! I put my full trust in B-rads, always asking for them to create my menu for me. I am shocked every time by the fabulous options, value, & taste. Do yourself a favor & use B-rads for your next event, you will NOT be disappointed!
First off I have to say how absolutely AMAZING the food was. Every single person at the party was complimenting every dish, and these are guests who know food. B-Rads exceeded my expectations. I couldnt be happier with the food, the delivery everything. I am so beyond pleased with every single thing from the first email to the taste of our food. Everything could not have been more perfect. B-Rads will be our go to from now on and Im sure a lot of the guests will be reaching out as well.I appreciate everything you did to help make Maxs 2nd Birthday perfect. Great experience working with Brad and his team at B-rads! Incredible selections of great items that everyone really enjoyed. Our event was a big success thanks to B-rads!!Thanksgiving Dinner was just like Grandma makes it this year with B-Rads! We enjoyed a delicious feast this year and are looking forward to the next holiday that we can include B-Rads on our menu!
B-Rads was amazing! From the ordering to the service. Plenty of food to go around for my backyard picnic catering order. The BBQ chicken, pulled pork, corn on the cob, potato salad and appetizer platters were so very good. High quality food and perfect delivery! Would recommend to others. Fast and friendly service and prices were so very reasonable.
I ordered for the first time from B-Rads for a office birthday party and it was awesome. Everyone raved about how delicious it was. The delivery people were great, I usually struggle or have to get volunteers to help me set up the room, but these guys came right in and put the food on the table. I will definitely order from them again!!! Thanks B-Rads and when you have a chance I still have your utensils!
I knew B-Rads from its early days in Troy, when you had to share a sandwich because it was simply too much for one. This entire catering process was flawless, with lots of both responsive and proactive communication, and delivery/clean up just as promised.This was for a writers conference, and attendees commented on the high quality of the coffee service and of their lunches, across the spectrum of wrap/sandwich types.We were able to order exact numbers of about 8 different types of fillings, and specify number of gluten free for each. We got exactly what we asked for. Could not have been happier with any aspect of the service or the food/coffees.
Ordered their Superbowl package, I knew it was going to be good food but everyone at my party commented how great it all the food was. Staff was extremely helpful and we had more than enough food for what the website said it would feed. I strongly recommend any catering you need to go through b-rads.
B-rads catered lunch at Christmas and last week for the 400 Employees at The DePaula Auto Group. The food was delicious, the service spectacular, and they followed COVID protocol to the letter.
The food is excellent and the staff is amazing, highly recommended. We recently worked with them to distribute the Equinox Thanksgiving dinners from their facility, the meals were amazing and we were proud to serve these to the community. Thank you B-Rads.
We used B-rads for our catering service for our wedding, and we loved working with them! Brad was always available and has such a good sense for what foods will be most interesting and delicious to guests. Very grateful for him and his help on our wedding day!
We had B-Rad’s cater our wedding this weekend. They were punctual, quick, the food was amazing, their service and set up were terrific. And Cara and Brad were awesome through this whole process, very attentive, communicative and friendly. Would definitely recommend!
I had a Reuben. Lovely atmosphere and excellent wait staff. The Reuben was good, but they used big, thick cut bistro style pieces of rye bread, and it was just too much bread. I upgraded to the green bean fries which I really recommend, they were delicious. Its a bit of an expensive lunch, but its the type of place that will bring you your food and bus your table for you, so that makes up for it. Im going to go back for their breakfast buffet, if thats good enough Ill up my rating to excellent.
We had B-Rads Bistro and their food trailer cater our sons Grad Party. Great food, good food item selection in terns of the available packages that you don’t see elsewhere and, they were very easy to work with. So much less stress the day of the event and all our guests were amazed at the food! Worth the money!
B-rads Bistro & Catering has just recently moved into the building I work at, at 677 Broadway Albany, NY. The food is of great QUALITY and so many homemade breakfast specials, muffins, and more, not to mention the many homemade soups and luncheon specials to choose from. Also, a great place to stop and grab a great cup of coffee, with many flavors of creamer to choose from. The owner, Brad, has also brought with him, his PROFESSIONAL, PERSONABLE and FRIENDLY attitude, and welcoming atmosphere, that has only enhanced this take-out cafe. Its definitely awesome all the way around; check it out for sure!!! I love it!
They catered my wedding and everything was amazing. It went so smooth, I didnt even know he was there cooking and setting up. His team was so kind and helpful all night, I could not have asked for more from a caterer. I would not think twice about hiring them again! They were so great and all my guests raved about the food!!
Our family has used Brad as a caterer for years and have always been completely satisfied with the food and service. When you hire Brad and his lovely staff, you do not have to worry about a thing. They supply all plates, napkins, condiments, and silverware. Would not even consider another company for any event that may require catering in the future.
The love for food is obvious in every order! Brad and his staff are hard working professionals who strive for perfection in all that they do! They make the difference between good and great! If you have an idea, he will work with you! Having a party? Hands down best garbage bread- ever, anywhere!
The food is amazing, never a bad meal. Soups are fantastic, have brunch there numerous times. Service can be rough though.They get really busy for lunch and Ive gotten nothing but the daily soup and even called ahead, they said 15mins, it took 40. I paid when. I got there, and eventually the person taking orders came back to me to check what I ordered do they could make it.I love this place and recommend it, but its hard when you wanna take people there for lunch but you have limited time. Dont know if they need a better tracking system. It really pains me to write this, I wanna give all the stars cause the good is so good.
Weve been searching for quality breakfast spots for years and somehow weve never eaten here. Just read the menu online and your mouth will water.So many creative creations from the Whacked Stack tower of french toast, pancakes and waffles, to the southern style eggs Benedict (chicken and waffles fushion awesomeness) to the Im Irish -- you cant go wrong. And that was just our first visit.The waitress helped me out -- let me know how big the portions were and asked how hungry I was before she made her recommendations.Saturday and Sundays are their Hangover Brunch from 10a-2p... how can you go wrong with that?Its off the beaten path, but well worth the venture to Troy. Just another reason that city is a dark horse for food and entertainment in the area.B-rads gets my vote and at the moment. Its the top dog on our list of breakfast spots.

Tried a few selections off his food cart and i liked everything. Was clean with gloves and a face mask for those worried. Appreciate he is open during the pandemic. I posted up pictures of the Turkey bacon flat bread. I had to get it 2 days in a row
Marion Scesny had them cater a dinner at our Senior Apts on July 18th. Every thing was delicious. The mac and cheese is so good. The corn bread is so moist and delicious, Everyone loved it all Good job B-rads and thank you for your help.
Terrible experience with this place. My boyfriend and I placed a take out order and were told it would be ready in 15 minutes. We get there on time and pay and are told after we pay that they were out of the crab cakes we both ordered. While we were in route they apparently sold the crab cakes to other customers because while we were there we saw crab cakes being served. So we change our order and wait another 25 minutes for our food. They offered no discount or anything for the inconvenience. Brad himself claims he didnt see the ticket. I understand mistakes happen but how a restaurant resolves mistakes speaks volumes to their character and they did nothing. We just waited wayyyy longer than we intended to and got a feeble apology and excuses. We will not be going back.
We recieved excellent food and convenient service for two recent holiday events. We used B-rads delivery service for one event and pick up for the other, both worked out great!
B-rads saved the day. After a last minute decision to have an office Christmas party, I was scrambling. Brad and his team took my budget and put together a menu and brought everything together so nicely!
We went at 1:00, ate inside. Best damn pesto Ive ever had (even better than my own, if thats possible). Ditto for the boursin sauce! Al three meals were delicious.
We ended up here after we were told at another breakfast place that itd be an hour and a half wait for brunch. The food was awesome, the portions are huge and the prices are very reasonable. Id definitely check it out again!
Had coffee there last week and I noticed the floor behind the counters along the stoves was filthy!Stand at the front by the window and look at the floor where the chefs are standing, its FILTHY!!!Im glad I didnt order any food! How on earth can a filthy place like that stay in business!Why isnt the department of health looking into this?!And that loud music had my ears ringing! Ill NEVER go there again!!!

I have gone to B-rads a handful of times and always have a great experience. It does tend to get busy on the weekends, but well worth the wait.

One of our favorites in Troy. Great for lunch, dinner, and brunch. We usually get the Troy club and caprese.

2016-10-15Came here after my RPI Campus Tour because I was hungry and it had great reviews. Happy with my decision, the food tasted great and prompt service. We ordered from their Saturday Hangover Brunch menu. Got soup, a BLT without tomatoes (I started eating before taking a picture because I was hungry, the one sandwich has been partially eaten) and a croissant. Everything was delicious, the soup and croissant were both served warm, which was great because its a chilly autumn day. I will definitely eat here if I return to the area and recommend it.

2021-10-23I had such a great experience with their services. I used B-rads for my caterers for my first ever networking event I threw in September. The service is perfect, the wraps were delicious, and they had opinions for folks who are vegetarians and on plant based diets. Sara was sweetheart and was very helpful and was able to answer any questions I had regarding prices, menu options, ect. I definitely will be using them again and I highly recommend them.

2021-12-27I needed my work Christmas brunch catered - simply the easiest process. The only issue was choosing what we wanted.. so many choices!! The food was absolutely delicious. Definitely will be using their catering service again. Great product, great price!!

2021-06-27B-Rads Catering did an fantastic job yesterday. The food was excellent (Lobster Rolls, Chicken & Waffles, Braised Short Rib, Pulled Pork, Caesar Salad, Burgers & Chicken on the grill, Crudite, etc.). Everything was very fresh and prepared perfectly. He also makes it stress free. Comes early. Cleans up and packs out. Extremely polished and polite staff. Other than the truck and the great food, you wouldn’t know they were there. I would highly recommend B-Rads for any event. You will not be disappointed.

2021-07-19We used B-Rad’s food truck for our son’s graduation party. Event manager, Sara, was great to communicate with and reserve the food truck. The day of the the event was seamless, Brad and his team were great and kept up with the constant flow of guests! Food was fantastic. Highly recommend!

2021-07-07We booked B-rads Catering for my birthday on July 4th. They were very responsive and helpful even though we didnt give them a lot of lead time to prepare for the event. The food was great and the portions were very hearty. Our guests really enjoyed the food - we got pierogis, sausage and peppers, baked ziti, vegetable skewers, some wraps and a dip platter. Brad also worked with us to make sure that the timing for our food pickup worked with the time our party started and we were very grateful for that. I would definitely recommend B-rads Catering in the future!

2021-05-19We used B-Rads for a catering event in Albany last Friday and it was outstanding. We have an industrial kitchen but still have some COVID red tape we are trying to navigate so we thought catering would be the best route.We found B-Rads through the 518-Foodies FB group and were extremely pleased with the results.Sara on the catering side of things was outstanding to work with and made sure we hit any concern we might have.We were able to select 3 entrees for our members to choose from and have everything individually wrapped.Price point was more than reasonable.Food was hot and delivery was on-time.
