2022-07-22We thought we would have an amazing experience… we saw the rental and loved it… but before we even made an offer the agent stated “offer is not accepted by owner”And then wouldn’t answer back as to why/give an explanation at all for the miscommunication.Unprofessional and not transparent. Definitely felt like discrimination…Will file a complaint with fair housing authority.

2021-07-25I am very fortunate to be part of B Square Realty. It probably is one of the best decisions that I have ever made. B Square cares about my growth and success in real estate. Johnie and Sophie have made the pre-recordings training classes available for all and offer live training every Wednesday. It covers the real estate quick-start essential to some advanced topic like where can you find customers. From Monday to Friday, B Square has invited industry professionals to provide live training on zoom to discuss real estate laws, mortgage loans, home inspection, and much more. Once a month, Barbie (B Square founder) will have live training on commercial property and commercial property investment. Aileen and Natasha help handle the admin tasks, paperwork and keep track of things. It is a one whole completed package for success in real estate. Yet, there is no additional cost for all these.
