Dr. John Wrann and his assistant Ryan were great and had nice bed side manner. The biller Patricia was also very helpful and patient answering my questions about my new health insurance. Highly recommend!
My hygienist was Jessica! A++! Friendly, thorough, informative and I received a great cleaning and beautifully clear xrays!! She had a wonderful calming affect too… overall- EXCELLENT
Every time I come to the office the staff is wonderful and kind. They go out of their way to help people who have fears, because their goal is to make your experience a good one. I have to say that after a root canal and deep cleaning, they know what they are doing.

Everyone at Babylon Dental Care is wonderful. Dr. Wrann is the absolute best.I was having some tough dental work done and he talked me through everything and what I should expect. He kept asking me if I was ok and if I needed a break to just let him know. Then, he texted me a few days later, seeing how I was feeling and if I needed anything! That is above and beyond customer care. From Dr Wrann to the office staff, everyone is just a pleasure!

Havent been to dentist in a while and knew I needed work most likely but hate dentist and kept putting it off this was my first time. I was very happy with my first visit the girl that did my cleaning was friendly and professional the doctor explained everything and made me feel very comfortable about work I needed to have done will absolutely be back and recommend.

Ive been to several dentist offices, but none hold a candle to Babylon Dental Care! They run a very professional office with all of the latest technology, and I have never had to wait for an appointment. The hygienists are gentle and communicative, and note areas of sensitivity to make cleanings painless and pleasant! I highly recommend if you are looking for a new dentist!
Best dental experience! Not a fan of going to the dentist but everyone, from Jillian that greeted me, to the Hygienist, Nicole and another Nicole who checked me out and Dr Zerbo were amazing! They all made me feel welcome and calm. The whole family will be going to them from now on!

Came for an emergency tooth ache. I forgot the doctor who saw me but he and his assistant were the best, caring people ever. They made me so comfortable. I don’t regret going there at all! The staff is also amazing as well. Very clean & neat. The day they accept my insurance will be the day i switch over no questions asked!! :)

The doctors and staff at Babylon Dental Care have exceeded all my expectations. They are professional, efficient, friendly and caring. I have had some terrible dental experiences in the past and none of the previous dentists Ive had even come close to the level of care I received at Babylon Dental Care. I was treated respectfully from the moment I walked through the door. I was greeted promptly and taken in at my scheduled time. Everything was fully explained to me and I was asked continually if I was comfortable. Pain management was a top priority. The crowns I received fit perfectly and were very comfortable. The price was affordable, too. The facility is comfortable, clean and very well managed. I am very happy I found Babylon Dental Care.
Always the best experience at this practice . Today Dr. Golosaw me with almost no notice . He was wonderful as were the assistants . Everything is immaculate and everything that they do is explained so that you know you are in the best hands.
I usually am seen in the patchogue location and am more than happy with the doctors I see in that office. However, I was in Nassau and I needed to make an emergency appointment on the morning I was leaving for my best friend’s bachelorette party weekend and the West Babylon office was my closest option. My cheek was the size of a grapefruit, I was in excruciating pain and just a mess altogether! Dr. Sylvia was more than what I could’ve asked for in the condition I was in. She was kind, understanding and overall wonderful. She informed me on what was going on (even wiped my tears a bit) and sent me where I needed to be. Even made me laugh multiple times! Couldn’t be more grateful that she was the doctor I got to see that horrible day!
First of all! As soon as you walk in the staff at the front desk were so kind. In the morning, I was greeted by Kerry . All the staff were polite, made me feel like I was a part of their work family. Especially Cici & Jessica. Those ladies were so nice, they made me feel extremely comfortable both times I visited the office. Dr. Gaynes & Dr. Knakal were very very professional and kind. Dr. Knakal performed my surgical extraction. Let me tell you guys! He did such a wonderful job, I barely felt anything. It’s day two and I have no side effects. My mouth feels great. Thank you to the entire staff once again!Oh one more thing! They are super clean in there. When you walk in you must wash your hands. I really loved that!
I had my first cleaning in a year (due to the pandemic) and Nicole was extremely gentle. She was professional, thorough and pretty fast too!! Theresa was also super helpful in scheduling me for some work that needs to be done and going over all the costs and what Id be responsible for. Overall, this is great practice and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new dental office.

I had zoom whitening done today with Maggie. The whole experience was great. Maggie is so attentive and friendly. She made sure I was comfortable, warm & doing well throughout the whole time. Maggie was clear and explained all the steps to me before we started & went over my at home instructions. My Babylon Dental staff always makes me feel welcome and ensures I don’t dread the dentist anymore!
Dr. Wrann and Erica are amazing. I am a very anxious dental patient and they made sure to put my comfort first. They were both patient and understanding and never made me feel rushed. I have never had a more comfortable dental experience and will never go anywhere else.
All of the staff here make me feel so comfortable and cozy. They are beyond professional and thorough. It’s nice that they answer the phone friendly as many places who don’t do that turn people off. Keep that up!I’ve been getting cleanings/crowns here for years and my teeth look and feel great. I don’t like having to get a crown done but it’s kind of fun because I go on the gas and transport to another realm. I wish I could pay for just that service alone sometimes as it could be therapeutic for people who need to take the edge off. Anyway, Paige was the best hygienist because she was fast/to the point while also being personable. They are all good but I think she was a notch better in every area.
As an anesthesiologist, I will say that I am incredibly impressed with the procedural skills of Dr. Bolo, he is a great asset to the practice!

I came in to freshen up bonding on my front teeth and was amazed at the results. Dr Wrann went above and beyond in giving me a beautiful smile! My teeth never looked so good! I am so appreciative for the care and effort to help me look my best. His assistant, Erika, was also so kind and supportive. I am truly grateful for them both!

Kerry is hands down one of the best dental hygienists. Shes careful, and works till the end to make sure your experience is as comfortable as possible. She also doesnt sugar coat anything and tells you how it is. Highly recommend

I have suffered from a hurting tooth for about 6 years now due to a previous dentist doing faulty work and Babylon dental has officially had me in complete comfort for about a week now! This is the first time in years that I can chew on the left side of my mouth. Many other dentists have tried to correct this tooth and Babylon Dental was the only office who actually did the work. THANK YOU!!!!! (Also, avoid Bonnie Helfner in Commack... just go straight to Babylon, haha)
Very welcoming atmosphere. Jackie made my 1st dental experience in over 6 years overwhelmingly enjoyable. The crew is extremely knowledgeable and they are using the most advanced technology to date. Me my wife and kids are extremely pleased with babylon dental cares level of professionalism. There commitment to excellence is astonishing. Great staff, really try to help you. Doctor was straight to the point and tried to help me with my broken tooth and exposed nerve. I called back 2 days later that the medication was not effective in killing the pain suggesting something else, doctor refused anything else stating he sent over the strongest thing he could. Coming from someone who has worked for northwell in pharmacy for over 15 years, it was not the strongest and most effective means for severe pain, I really appreciate the staff trying for me but only wish the MD would be more understanding as I am not someone who would ask for relief when there is none.. coming from a person with a professional healthcare background, same as the dentist. Might have been the pain making me write this review, do not get me wrong my first impression of this practice was great and will go back.
I love everyone at BDC. In every department, I’ve felt so comfortable in every respect! From Dr. John Baker and staff, Dr. Harold Gaynes especially Lanae and Dr. Mark Knakal and staff. This was a wonderful appointment. Page was terrific from the moment I arrived. She helped me feel comfortable and kept me informed every step of the way. Tiny details of what was coming next, and reassuring me that I was doing a great job. Letting me know what each part of the deep cleaning was and how it would help me have healthy teeth going forward.she was so sweet and personable. I just want to say that Page was top notch in my book and I would recommend her to everyone!!
I will start off by saying that my experience at Babylon Dental Care was like no other. I called them in a panic and pain. They were very accommodating and were able to fit me in the NEXT DAY! I was greeted when walking in with a smile, which is always nice. I wasnt in the best of moods because of the problem with my tooth, but all of the staff made me feel like everything was going to be alright. I was eventually referred to a surgeon but will finish with saying that I will be switching to Babylon DC going forward. Thanks!!

All positive, from the receptionist - Maria, to Dr. Peck & finally to Dixie, who really spends time with you regarding your treatment plan in conjunction with your payment plan. If more dental teams were like this, people wouldnt be afraid/ hate going to the dentist!

I was at Babylon Dental yesterday for a cleaning and would like to recognize how great my hygienist Jaclyn Cooper was. I am someone who is terrified of going to the dentist and from the moment I sat down, Jaclyn went above and beyond to make sure I was as comfortable as can be. She was extremely personable, caring and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her for your next visit!
Babylon Dental Care does a very good job at what they do. In my past three visits, the front desk person upon arrival was very nice, they called me in right on time (I barely had to wait at all), and the cleaning service & X-Rays from Keri was excellent as usual. She is professional, yet very friendly, and is great at her job. The place is spotless and offers state of the art dentistry. I highly recommend this dental facility to others.

Babylon Dental Care is the absolute best! All the staff if extremely helpful and friendly. As soon as you walk in you feel welcomed. They are extremely clean, well organized. I had to cancel my appointment over the phone and was easily rescheduled for the next week. I’ve already got my brother to switch over to Babylon Dental Care and he enjoys this place aswell.
Hang in there guys this will be a long one, I will start with this, I was up for over a day with a massive cavity, I already knew from previous experience that it would likely be a root canal I called yesterday morning to get an appointment and the earliest they could get me in was 11AM when I described how I lived down the road and was in giant amounts of pain they got me in before 8AM roughly 745am which is unheard of in most Doctor offices in Long Island. I was greeted by a wonderful girl at the front desk, and I want whatever cool-aid shes drinking, she has a great attitude filled with positivity and a great pleasant attitude just in general. The dentists assistants are also very compassionate and awesome as well. They all made this experience much easier the Dr. Who saw me was great too. I wish I could name drop them all but I forgot everyones name sadly. The Doctor had to do a root canal on me it was painless, quick, and easy keeping all this in mind I didnt have insurance. I will have insurance through my job in a few weeks and I will return for the crown most likely. My mother Stephanie Inselsberger has been a patient for quite a bit and has always spoke highly of the Drs and staff I see why now.
I am going to begin with the word, WOW! My first visit to Babylon Dental Care was today and I was absolutely blown away by the level of care I received. Service like this, which at the bare minimum, was impeccable, truly very difficult to find nowadays. The entire staff that I dealt with, which includes the Receptionists, Greeter, Hygienist, and Doctor were extremely courteous, professional, caring and understanding. Im sure, just by my initial experience, that this holds true for the entire staff. I have not come across a practice the likes of this one in a very long time. I am very satisfied with the level of service provided to me and would highly recommend this practice to anyone who is seeking a new or a change in their existing Dental Care Specialist.
Paige was my dental hygienist for my first appointment in quite a while. She was intelligent, informative, extremely kind, efficient and gentle. Quite possibly one of the best experiences one could have attending a dentist appointment. Everyone was friendly and professional all the way from intake to billing.

Babylon Dental Care was absolutely amazing! They squeezed me in without a formal appointment on a Saturday morning due to my bonded retainer snapping off of my teeth the night before and cutting up my mouth/gums. They did not apply the original retainer and actually gave me so much info on how the bonded retainers are NOT the best option. They alleviated my pain by filing down the sharp edges temporarily (helped a million!) & now I have another appointment to have these retainers removed and new ones made up. I am so grateful to Babylon Dental Care for squeezing me in last second (literally) so I don’t have to last a week with this mouth pain. The staff - everyone from receptionist to dentist - was absolutely wonderful. Can’t recommend enough!

My teeth are very sensitive so it is nice to know when he is preforming a procedure, he is extremely gentle. I almost wouldnt notice him doing a root canal! I am a terrible dental patient i never keep appointments or stay on schedule. I was reminded today I shouod start . I gave a call to the office and was seen because I had cracked a front tooth . The professionalism and kind manner was amazing these people handled me like I had given them all gifts . Dr Polansky is amazing for people who want a dentist that can laugh with you keep u at ease and do amazing dental work you need to make an appointment with him today even if u dont need to rush it. This is by far the best dentist practice we have ever been to, and there have been many. They take the time to explain the procedures, how much it will cost, and then not only do what they said they would do, they do it well. The staff is friendly and helpful, they phone staff is always trying to accommodate us with our appointments. They simply are the best.
Babylon Dental care is like no other! Every employee you meet is nicer than the last, starting with the receptionist. The hygenist we dealt with named Maggie was so understanding with my mother, who suffers from dementia. She was able to handle my mothers rather complicated behavior with ease and kindness. Dr. Gaines and Dr. Sorrel were very friendly and knowledgeable. We met with Jenny who was so patient and kind, along with Jackie who was my hygienist. They were all fantastic. La Nae was another gem who was super sweet. The list of the amazing employees at Babylon Dental goes on and on!Another time, when my daughter went in on an appointment that happened to be on her birthday, they had a birthday card and along with a frozen yogurt gift card waiting for her! On another occasion, my husband had a workers comp case that was quite complicated. Mary in the office handled it with ease by following up and making sure our issues were resolved. They have every specialist you could possibly need. I even switched to a PPO when my job came up for open enrollment so I could use them.The office is beautiful and so professional. Look no further, Babylon Dental is the BEST!
My sister in law and I came to this office and she hasn’t been to the dentist in YEARS, One bad experience and this girl was done going to the dentist. I finally got her to come to this one because I had walked in and asked questions ( being the pain in the butt I am ) and the front desk girl I think her name was Kathy or Katherine was just absolutely amazing. She greeted me with the biggest smile where as other office’s the front girl would be on her phone or talking to other co workers and not even acknowledge people walking in. But this lovely lady was so kind and so helpful in answering all the questionsI had. I kept apologizing for keeping her time as other patients were still walking in but she said hello to then and slid the sign in board over to them WHILE still talking to me I mean who can do all that ?! But the comfort and ease that she made me feel was so amazing that I knew this office was the one! From the front girl to the helpers in the back , everyone was so kind and helpful So 5 stars is an understatement this place deserves a 10!
The people that work here are wonderful; very friendly and welcoming! I called to make an appointment as a new patient because my filling fell out and they were able see me the next day! They made me feel very comfortable and made sure I wasnt in any pain throughout the whole procedure! Great people and great environment!

I cant remember the last time I needed dental work done. Its probably been about 15 years since I needed a cavity filled. I am petrified of needles. I have to say, I had such a great experience with Dr. Wrann. PAINLESS and very comforting. Quick and easy. Thanks SO much Dr. Wrann.

What a nice, pleasant, and thorough place! From the minute I walked in until I left I was treated very well by the entire staff. Dr. Gaines gave me options to the issue I was having instead of just going the aggressive route to make a buck like some other offices I’ve been to. Kate assisted Dr. Gaines and did all my X-rays and was so sweet in letting me know when there would be any discomfort. Overall a great experience! I will now be using this practice for all my dental needs!

I have a lot of problems with my teeth and gums and havent been to the dentist in a while since I now have a 13 month old. I went in the other day to Babylon Dental Care for a cleaning with Keri, one of the dental hygienists, and she was so nice and understanding about my situation. She made me feel so comfortable and helped me to understand how to better take care of my mouth! And she actually had me laughing a bunch of times (at the destists office!!!)! I will be going back for a treatment plan this month and I will definitely be back to have my cleaning with Keri again in the future!!! Thank you Keri for loving what you do and letting it show in your work!
This is the cleanest, coolest, friendliest, most technologically advanced dentist office I have ever been to! Besides having a great layout, incredible greeting/farewell desk, they have such nice staff and even give you a goody bag after your first visit! After my initial FREE first visit with teeth cleaning and x-rays, I promptly made an appointment to have my teeth professionally whitened with their Zoom technology. How did I like it? Lets just say youll have to wear shades around me for the next few months! And if youre a regular patient, theyll give you a 6 month whitening kit after every 6 month check-up! Ummm hello?! RUN, NOT WALK THERE RIGHT THIS INSTANT!
I love Babylon Dental Care! Im a very nervous patient (I faint with needles) so I did my research before selecting a dentist. Ive been with these guys for almost 10 years and Ive always had the best experience. Ive also had my braces done here too. I honestly love getting my teeth cleaned now because of how gentle they are. Ive fainted in the office after novicane injections and they handled the situation well and made me feel comfortable. Im sad because I had to move out of state for my job. The dentists are incredible, the hygienists are amazing and the office staff is so good they should be teaching other doctors and dentists offices how to take care of patients. The office staff sets the standard (in my opinion) for how to work with insurance companies, and how to let you know exactly what you can expect to pay out of pocket.
The office itself has easy access, the receptionist and staff are very pleasant. Terry, the dental hygienist I always see, is very nice. I am a nervous patient. She is always reassuring and together with a little help from happy gas, I remain calm. Terry tells me I am just like everyone else, not over anxious, just normal. I actually like to see her and ask her how her family is. She talks to me and that helps me relax. I can’t say enough about her. She is great!
After initially having some problems with the office and billing, Mary from Babylon Dental contacted me personally to ensure that I would never experience issues with the billing and insurance again. She went above and beyond to make sure my next experience was much better and my dental emergency was handled in a quick and professionally manner.
I had Maggie as my Hygienist and she was absolutely the best! Very personable, considerate, and informative. The staff is unbelievably friendly and welcoming -- Id definitely recommend coming here for your dental care!
I highly recommend Babylon Dental Care! My husband woke up with really bad pain due to his wisdom tooth. Many dentists were closed today, I called Babylon Dental Care and they were able to take him right away. From the time I called to the time we left their office it was an hour. No wait, very friendly and no charge! Complimentary consult for new patients. They referred us to an oral surgeon that will see him today. They gave him a little bag on his way out with a water cup and some information about their office. We will definitely be back to this office!
It was Avery thorough exam from both Eugenia and Dr Zerbo. Eugenia did a great job with the cleaning and explaining every thing I needed to know. I am now returning to get a perio-scaling with her and I know it will be a painless and non invasive procedure. Her personality made me relax through the entire entry process a cleaning- a true professional. Dr Zerbo follow up was very reassuring and he d coded to do a filly for a broken tooth instead of a crown as a much cheaper alternative for now.The payment process was handled very well - I paid for my cleaning but knew I had insurance - I found out the insurance info and will now get the scaling and filing done get reimbursed by Babylon Dental for the cleaning and group all three procedures to be forwarded to Cigna. The billing area held off on the full discount plan until I could determine my insurance coverage - very thoughtful to Dave me money.All and all one of the best companies I have ever had business with.My mother of 88 years old had several cracked molars that were fixed by Dr Soral - she loves your company too.Hey I traveled all the way from Brooklyn to come to you and decided to select you over my current dentist who is only 3 blocks away from me.You guys are the best in all facets of your business - you should be proud!
Easily the best dental office Ive ever been to. I must note I was specifically there for the treatment of sleep apnea via an oral appliance, but my experience has been nothing but positive since day 1. Specifically, Dr. Brown, who is in charge of the sleep apnea department, is the easily the most sincere and caring medical professional Ive ever encountered. Most of the staff are friendly and appointment wait times are usually kept to a minimum thanks to the large size of their office. What really sold me on them was the little goodie basket I received after my first visit, as I dont know of many places who would have done the same. The one thing I cannot speak of is the cost of their services, as I have only had one major dental need which was covered completely by my insurance, and a host of regular office visits.
Babylon Dental Care is the most professional dental office I have ever been too and I have been to many in the past 50 years.From the reception area , to the exam, the actual dental work and to check out you. You almost feel like you are in a five star hotel. Except with anticipation and anxiety that everyone does have in a dental office. Never the lessBabylon Dental Care gives a new meaning to word professionalism and compassion that use to be a horror story. Anyone or everyone who has ever been at the dentist knows what I am speaking of.I am 63 years old male and still have the same fears (or shall I say DID have the same fears ) that I had 50 years ago.The doctors support staff are number one. The whole team knows what the other one is doing.I must say this is very and I really mean very unusual. As crazy as this may sound . It is the truth. This makes you feel so at ease, you forget where you are and why you are there. Each person does wonderful work (Chis, Brook, Bonnie, Diana, Lisa and of course Mary (sorry if I forgot someone’s name or spelt it incorrectly. I am doing it from memory)). The staff of Babylon Dental Care goes out of their way to make sure that you are treated in the proper , professional way that you are expecting . You are placed in the hands of a knowledge professional at the at that time to correct any issues that have arose other then preventative work . They know when an emergency is an emergency. Doctors Polanski, Gaynes and Zebra are outstanding. I dealt with Dr. Polanski and Chis (sorry if I got the spelling wrong). These people are a wealth of knowledge and we should all be thankful we do have access to them.As I write this review I would like just to say ‘PEOPLE ARE NOT LIKE THIS ANYMORE. However, Babylon Dental Care has gone way beyond the norm. As a new patient, I was impressed by each staff members professionalism, knowledge and friendliness. The office is impeccably clean. I was seen by Dr. Brown, as a new patient suffering from what I thought was a tooth problem. However, Dr. Brown gave me a thorough explanation as to what the problem really was, its causes, and its solutions. I left the office feeling like I was being well taken care of. I would definitely recommend this facility to friends and family.

I have the genetic glitch which makes anaesthetic wear off quickly or not work at all. It is common in people of Nordic or Scottish decent. This is the first time in my life I had pain free dental care. I had 4 cavities filled today. The doctor listened to me and used Septocaine as the anaesthetic in conjunction with nitrous . If you share my genetic problem I urge you to go to this dentist. I went into my appointment white knuckled and left with a great sense of relief and hope concerning future dental work.
Gena is the best! She takes amazing care of me every time I go. My teeth and gums are in great shaped and my experiences are always painless and easy.

I used to hate going to the dentist. But this place is great. All the staff there are friendly and professional. Wait times are short. If I had to say anything bad it would be the high cost of what I’m responsible for. I guess I need better dental insurance
I love this dentist place they are very good when you are little or just scared or nervous going to the dentist they walk you through it so you wouldn’t be afraid. They take there time to talk to you and walk you through it they are very nice and very friendly they are a little expensive but they are good I recommend to anyone when I come to a first visit they have welcome me by giving me bag and a nice gift and a nice welcome card they where very warm and friendly staff and today I went for a deep cleaning today I was a little scared but after that I Am not afraid no more thank you for helping stop being afraid of a dentist so thank you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️😊😊😊😊😊
I have been going to Dr. Peck for at least 20 years and what transpired in my last set of visits has helped me make the decision to leave and look for another dentist. I needed a bridge and a root canal, the bridge had metal on it which I asked before it was ordered not to have metal. My front side tooth is a little transparent and the metal makes the tooth look grey. I have complained and asked if anything could be done, it looks horrible. Dr. Peck promised he should be able to do something. I called and left several messages for Dr. Peck over a months time and he never called me back once. When I went in for the root canal and asked him if he ever got my messages, he advised me to just make an appointment next time because apparently he doesnt return calls. When I was told I needed a root canal, I was asked if I could pay for the procedure ahead of time and get a percentage off the total amount, I advised Heather that I couldnt pay it until I got my paycheck on that Friday. She told me that would be fine and that I could pay for it when I call to make the appointment. She wanted me to sign the form that she had reviewed the cost with me. I signed the paper and only after I signed it, she checked off the box that I was going to pay as I go which I never said. When I asked her why she would check off that box as we just spoke about paying it ahead but not until Friday she was so rude with her response that I just got up and left. When I called to make my root canal appointment I was able to pay for it ahead with a slight discount because my insurance had changed. They went over the amount my insurance would cover and gave me the amount I would need to pay. So I paid it up front and went for the procedure. The root canal went well and again I asked about my front side tooth and was told he would try to think of something to do with it. After the root canal I went to the front desk and was told I had a balance on my account of $74.22. I asked how could that be I always pay ahead, Erica told me she would speak with I am guessing the office manager or billing person and get back to me that day or the next if I did indeed owe anything. That was July 17th and I never heard back from anyone so I assumed it was resolved. I went back for my regular cleaning on August 19th and was told by Rebecca that I still owed the $74.22. When I complained that no one ever got back to me she was another one that was so rude and was very condescending. I am so done, stick a fork in me or better yet let me find a dentist that will fix my front side tooth so it doesnt look grey! Never going back.
Great Service ! The best part about it is that my 5 year old daughter Sophia Loves going there and cant wait To go back! They make her expierence there so much fun! Glad I chose them to be my family dentist.

Really awkward dental experience. People approach you and sell you services while getting an exam. From surgical services to sleep studies. I found it to be very unprofessional (personal opinion). Felt like I was at a marketplace.

Had flap surgery and a wisdom tooth removal Thursday performed by Dr knakal with just local numbing meds and have had no pain or irritation haven’t even taken Tylenol or Advil that he recommended.I was a little nervous about post surgery pain before he even started but it’s like it never even happend

2022-02-12Ive been going to babylon dental for over 15 years and not once did I ever have any doubts about switching to another dental group! Every single person in this office is extremely nice, professional and welcoming. From the receptionist in the front waiting room, to the hygienist, the dentist and the check-out receptionist, are all wonderful! Every person has always made me feel welcomed and always make it their mission to make sure I endure no anxiety and no discomfort!! And I have severe anxiety! The hygienist who took excellent care of me is named Jen. She was so wonderful and caring, that I will make the effort to have my future appointments made with her! Everyone in this office makes such a huge difference in my experience, hence the reason why Ive always gone to this group and so far I will continue to go to them!!

2022-07-21I had a wonderful experience at Babylon Dental Care, starting with walking through the door. Dana, the greeter was extremely kind and helpful in getting me checked in, and then a genuine goodbye when I left. This was my first dentist appointment in many years, and I had a lot of anxiety going into my first appointment. My hygienist Maggie quickly soothed that anxiety. She was so personable and knowledgeable, and walked me through every step of the process, laying out all of the options I had very clearly and without pressure, even offering little tools like stress balls, headphones, or pillows to ease the process. For someone with anxiety, all of these things help a lot, so I was so grateful for her patience and understanding. She worked with me the most during my appointment, and I truly am so grateful because, bottom line, I was scared. But she may it a great experience getting my health back on track. Dr Rann was great! Quickly getting to the point like I asked, and offering his expertise, though still seeming interested in me as a person. And on the way out my financial checkout person was wonderful (Im sorry, I forgot your name!), Helping me secure my discount plan, and schedule future appointments, all with a smile. It cant be understated how simple kindness can make a appointment, which to people with anxiety like me can be a deep fear, a great experience. Pair that with professionalism and expertise, like Babylon Dental does, and you have a winner!

2022-06-24I have been a patient of Dr Peck at Babylon Dental for more than 25 years and being dental phobic cannot say enough of the calm gentle pain free approach he and the entire staff provide. I recently started seeing Dr Knackel for treatment and I am so happy with his work as well.Erica is great as well, so knowledgeable! The entire staff are always courteous and professional and treat everyone with respect.I must give a personal shout out to Patricia and her supervisor Mary in patient accounts. Their customer service is outstanding! Patricia has the utmost patience and explains everything in detail leaving no question unanswered. Over the years I have referred many friends and family to Babylon Dental and would never consider going anywhere else. I am a Registered Nurse and so appreciate them for maintaining a modern immaculate facility that is Covid compliant as well. Thank you again!

2022-04-27Been coming here for almost 20 years, back when they were on Route 109. Today was a hygiene visit and Melanie was her usual efficient, professional and friendly self. Not rushed and paying attention to detail. Let’s face it, few of us look forward to going to the dentist but the Babylon Dental team make the visit as pleasant as possible. 5/5!

2022-06-25Highly recommend this facility for all your dental needs - from sleep apnea appliances to dental needs and even the zoom teeth whitening- the dentists and staff are so friendly and knowledgeable!! I came in for an adjustment on my mouth guard and inquired about the teeth whitening program and they juggled their schedule and squeezed me in right then and there to have it done!!! My teeth look amazing! I’m recommending this to all my friends!!!Thank you Babylon Dental for a wonderful customer service experience!!

2022-06-03Honest Dentists ! my child has not had one cavity since going here. The whole staff is wonderful with kids also they do not turn away special needs kids. They have patience and kindness that is rare. They go out of there way to make your child feel happy at the dentist. Its hard to find a honest dentist very grateful.

2022-02-11I recently moved down to Georgia this past year. Before I moved, I have been going to Babylon Dental Care for over 10 years and they always go above and beyond. The staff is so friendly, welcoming and accommodating. They also always explain what work they will be doing in great detail so you are well informed. In general, I am skeptical about dentists since my first dentist was money hungry and did a lot of unnecessary work on my teeth. I never felt uncomfortable or pressured to do anything at BDC. The work they have done on my teeth have lasted years unlike the work done by my previous dentist.I recently did an initial visit with a dentist in GA. During the visit, they told me I needed to do +$650 of work. I have gastric issues, so I figured it could be possible, but something didnt feel right. I literally traveled all the way to NY from GA to get the necessary work done because I wanted it to be done by someone I trusted. When Dr. Gaynes reviewed my xrays and my teeth and told me that my teeth were fine and that I didnt need to do any work. He showed me my xrays and described my teeth in detail and explained what the other dentist may have been thinking. He also told me that he knows someone that can recommend dentists in my area and said that he would try and get a list by the end of the week. Im not in a rush to find a dentist, but I truly appreciated their urgency in helping me find someone close to me. I was also able to schedule an appointment with the hygienist (Maggie) on the same day and she did a great job with my teeth. Honestly, I feel that BDC really cares about their patients, and will do anything to accommodate and make them feel comfortable. They really go above and beyond and I feel comfort knowing I can always go back to them.

2022-05-23Book an appointment for my mom to have a teeth cleaning. They refuse to do a teeth cleaning. They’ stated my mom need led to have a deep cleaning first.Of course the cost for deep cleaning is around $1000. So my mom never got the service that she payed for your.Taking advantage of senior citizens . That is serious. They use a lot of salesman pressure tactics, in an attempt toget your mom to sign up for deep Cleaning.
