I wanted to buy a quality gift, and Baccarat deserves my respect, not only for they famous worldwide brand name but also quality. I was fascinated to find out that the same Messina glasses that was a couple of years ago priced at 250 per piece I was able to buy them for 160. I am very happy!
Hand crafted glass from France that is collected by many.Come in and see the wonderful knick knacks and learn how its made. They also have jewelry.Its not cheap but you dont have to make a purchase to visit.Great wedding presents of stem glass, vases and colored glass. My favorite is a bunny I have had for several years.
Exceptional service. I could not have asked for better service. Last Sunday, I entered the store for the first time, and I was promptly pointed in the right direction for what I was seeking. Rudy was so professional and patient with my friends and me during the whole time. Unfortunately, the air-conditioned was broke, and thats why Im giving four stars.

2022-02-01Had it not been the holiday season and my urgency to buy a gift, I would have walked out without purchasing anything. Attitude of serving assistant (?)Gareth was appaling. He had no interest in assisting or suggesting an appropriate item. Rude, arrogant and indifferent. Clearly he hates his job and should not be in customer service.

2021-12-05The second I walked into this store the lady working there looked at me like I was in the wrong place. She kept talking to me like I have never tried perfume and making really rude comments about how I was attempting to test it. Then kept prying on if I was even going to buy one, I think it’s pretty obvious if I’m there I’m interested in buying. She made me feel super uncomfortable and micromanaging every move I made with an insulting comment. She shouldn’t bother working retail because she makes everyone feel uncomfortable the second they walk in. If I could give this negative stars I would.

2020-01-02As this was my first experience with the brand I think the pieces are extremely beautiful, and even more-so in person. However, the customer service at this store was terrible and did not add to the experience. Both saleswomen were extremely unprofessional and tacky. The first approached us asking if we needed assistance and when we replied just looking she said condescendingly that thats only free for today, or something tacky like that. The other sales associate was obnoxiously shouting across the store at a couple, you must be new and you need to spend at least $1,000.00. Not to mention badmouthing another co-worker who had apparently missed work. I could go on but point is the sales associates need a reality check and some cultural sophistication.

2021-12-28We had a very unpleasant experience here. No one bothered to help us after being in the store for more than 20 minutes. Approached a salesperson who apparently had an attitude when being asked to show some Christmas ornaments. Waited for another 20 minutes for this lady to bring one up, we decided to leave and the other salespersons were too busy being stuck up to notice anyone leaving.

2021-08-13Its gorgeous but extremely expensive! Beware of prices, they may increase your blood pressure - seriously! You can walk around, enjoy the beauty they sell, but dont even bother asking for a price, those prices are insane!

2019-02-20I was a bit concerned after reading the prior reviews, but had to come here for a very specific gift, and as it turned out, I had a very fine experience. I was greeted promptly and helped by two associates, who couldnt have been nicer, and the woman who assisted me (her colleague was on a call when I entered the store) was very knowledgeable about the products I was seeking. Couldnt ask for more. Everything was so lovely to look at, too!

2019-08-18Baccarat Madison Ave New York has a huge problem. The brand is represented poorly by its staff. Having recently been to The Baccarat Boutique in Milan, the shopping experience was like night and day. Sloppy customer service, Doorman in disheveled clothes, “Ambassadors” not welcoming and cold. It was a hot day and we were not offered anything to drink, “Ambassador” and manager whispering behind my back, I could hear you. While checking out “Ambassador” did not how to use the register and was very fast in jumping to conclusions to tell me my card had been declined. Embarrassing. Platinum card obviously approved when entered correctly. All this in front of the manager.I love the brand, but Madison Ave represents it poorly. Doubt I would go back in the store. I was treated as if I was a shoplifter, I was profiled. That would have never happened in Milan or elsewhere in Europe.Zero sophistication at Madison Ave Baccarat. I still have a bad taste in my mouth. We don’t spend spend our money to only buy material things. We spend our money to buy experiences as well.Baccarat Madison Ave has a lot of room for improvement.

2019-05-29HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I wanted to purchase a few items for a bridal shower and While I was looking around Joanne did nothing but watch me like a hawk and was breathing down my back like as if I was going to steal something when I asked simple questions about the things I wanted to purchase Joanne replied back in the most disrespectful tone of voice like as if she was talking to a child and tried to rush me out of the store this place has EXTREMELY poor customer service and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come and spend their money here.

2017-10-21We are blessed to have Baccarat family heirlooms and I continued the tradition, however as a Frenchman you expect Brand Services to the highest extend when you invest in old brand (that are expected to carry the eternal quality of the brand). Seeking advice in the flagship store and asking for council on how to replace/fix/sand a broken crystal top of a little carafe and chipped tumbler.... and ending up with here is the phone number of a guy that might help you (or buy a new one and f...k off) resulted in me: feeling robbed of that immemorial image of luxury, sharing the negative experience with others about hurt we felt. And deciding to never EVER buy another Baccarat item. SAINT Louis welcome us warmly: it is what is expected of Luxury: impeccable service.
