Two burritos and two sodas and some sour cream for $43.88. And the burritos were very bad. I hope this store goes under. I wouldnt give any stars but i have to to post. And what Mexican puts French fries on a burrito.
Walked in and noticed no seating, was tired wanted to eat and against better judgement I stayed. Everything was just prepared in advance. Like the other review said Chipotle and spent far too much to leave without finishing our meal. Funny how those were my exact words before even coming here. Ordered the Low Key Burrito, more like mush city. Zero texture, all mushy guacamole, rice and pulled beef I guess that was supposed to be short ribs and some onions. GF said tacos had little to no taste and the meat seemed pre cooked, had to be so, our food was out in under two mins. Hard pass.
We ordered dinner tonight from Bad Boy Burrito. My husband had the OG signature burrito and we ordered the chipotle chicken street tacos , the Quesa Birra tacos and the Carne Asada tacos. Everything was delicious and the young lady at the front counter, Angel was sweet and helpful in assisting me navigate the choices on the menu. What a great dinner. We highly recommend!
Ordered twice and have not been disappointed at all. Very quick delivery, very tasty burritos. Definitely our new spot.

Embarrassing excuse for burritos. Got the BBQ Barbacoa and it was soggy, completely unseasoned, no sign of bacon. Tasted like stale, tasteless hashbrowns wrapped in tortilla in every bite. This is my third and last time here as it’s been the same every time. Seriously just overpriced, cheap, unappetizing food.
I ordered the Pollo,Pollo and was met with enthusiastic recommendations from Angel. So kind and caring about the hospitality of my family. Food was exquisite and tender !! AMAZING
I have found my favorite Mexican restaurant! I ordered from them the first time yesterday and I was blown away! The food was AMAZING! Everything tasted super fresh and the portion sizes were large. They even delivered the food a half hour earlier than scheduled. The entire experience was great and I cant wait to eat there again. I highly recommend!!!!!!!
This spot is so dope, i just got back from my first trip to San Diego and was big time missing the quality mexican food and Bad Boy didn’t disappoint, from one local business to another from Long Beach, keep up the great work you’ve become a go to lunch spot!
First time trying this place and was disappointed. I understand Sunday evening is busy however ordered online gave me a time that it would be ready. I showed up expecting might be not exactly on-time, Im not unreasonable. They say just finishing up,, cool. 10min nothing. 15min so they are just making it. Fantastic! Mind u its a meal for 25min I ask if I should just cancel. Front desk apologizes not her fault very pleasant. Food finally comes 35min later guy hands me food and I get straws are in the bag not sorry not heres a bag of chips sorry about that. Just nothing. The food was fine....just fine idk might try again doesnt seem worth it right now
I went to bad boy burrito a few days ago cause I was craving a burrito and wanted to try out the new spot in town. I walked in and was immediately greeted by Angel and Hayley at the counter, they were very accommodating to my selections and questions. And very kind overall. Burrito came out somewhat quickly and tasted great. I’d recommend this place to a friend
This is our 2nd time ordering from Bad Boy Burrito and it’s become our new addiction! The best Mexican we’ve had in ages. Both times the food has been consistently delicious and ready in a timely manner. From the queso, to the salads, to the burritos, and birria - everything tastes extremely fresh and homemade. Not to mention the staff is always pleasant both on the phone and in person. This is the perfect new addition to the LB community!
I saw reviews saying the wait times were long so I went a little early, had no problem. We got a bunch of different things to try, and thought they were all great. In particular, all of the meats seemed to be marinated and seasoned differently; not the exact same generic seasoning on everything like at some other places. My personal favorite was the pulled pork: had some cinnamon or something under the seasoning that gave it a really nice taste. People saying the food is bland might be expecting spicy/hot - the food is definitely seasoned nicely, but nothing we ordered this round was particularly spicy. If you want heat, order something spicy or ask them for spicy. The carne asada used filet, not skirt - a nice touch - and had some nice big pieces of meat. Salsas and (red!) tortilla chips were pretty good too. Will be going back!
Honestly wasn’t what I expected. Came here as a recommendation cause a family member said the food was better than “fat boy burrito”. So we had to try it. The food reminded us of chipotle. Bland with no flavor. Unfortunately we spent 40 dollars on a meal we didn’t finish. Will not be returning

I wanted to like this place but the quality has been inconsistent and overall the food lacks flavor.
The negative review is untrue. These guys are the real deal and are seriously putting other restaurants on notice!! Make sure you try that #Mangonada uff that drink is absolutely delicious!!!
Burritos were great and I loved the enthusiasm of the 2 girls upfront whose names I believe were Angel and Hailey. I’m definitely coming back!

Great local little burrito shop, order online or in store but takes some time because everything is made fresh, I understand cost but they really nickel and dime ever add on which is why I give 4 stars vs 5 but all in all a great little shop definitely recommend

2022-05-08First time here; wife and I love going to Long Beach to walk the boardwalk. We were in the area for cinco de mayo so it was a must to have some tacos for such an amazing holiday/lunch. Tacos we’re so yummy, carne asada and birria tacos were are our favorite then shrimp tacos follow. Chicken tacos were great as well. Pina coloda was sooo good! Horchata was way to sweet;not a fan. Highly recommend this spot; check it out! Oh! The art was amazing lol definitely a picture spot.

2022-03-10I got the BBQ barbacoa, which was amazing! We also ordered the stuff churros and they were fire. I wish they made the horchata in a bigger size cause I finished mine in like 2 seconds 🤧 but overall very good!!!! I’m already craving it again!

2022-07-19We got takeout from Bad Boy Burrito last night, and were very impressed by the overall quality and taste of the food. The portion sizes were massive, too. The La Gringa burrito weighed as much as an arm, and the flavor profiles that the chef whipped together worked really well: grilled pineapple, Al Pastor, and avocado.The chips and guacamole was a large enough portion for 3-4 people easily, and the chips were actually quite good on their own. My fiancée had three different tacos, and loved them all.We’ll be back soon.

2022-04-26I actually get bad boy burrito pretty consistently and every time I get exactly what I wanted. The food is always good and filling. BBQ styled meats done perfectly. Tonight something happened using grub hub and the restaurant was quick to act and make the situation right. 5 star service with 5 star food makes bad boy an easy choice for take out or dine in. Highly recommend

2022-05-30I was a little shocked at the price, but after eating it i realized this is high quality restaurant food and quite a few steps above Moe’s/chipotle. especially chipotle, they suck. but i mean seriously, the chicken i had was so tender and quality i thought my mother was back there cooking it. been craving it since i had it. great food

2022-07-28I live in Queens, just off the edge of Brooklyn, but I damn sure travel to Long Beach often times JUST to clobber something on the Bad Boy Burrito menu. The service is A1, the cashiers greet you like youre a friend of theirs and the food is elite and theres no hour long wait for food like a lot of restaurants. No matter how crowded it is, I have my food presented to me in under 10 minutes. Cant go to LB without going to BBB.

2022-04-13The food is good but paying $25 for a burrito is insane, especially when there’s plenty of more affordable food in the area. Heck there’s a taco truck down the block and 2 Mexican restaurants a street over. It was a good burrito but can’t justify coming back at these prices.

2022-05-20I always get the shrimp tacos. They NEVER disappoint! Guacamole is good and so is their queso..but the stuffed churros.. the stuffed churros will have you question every diet you have ever been on. Get the Churros dont have regrets!!

2022-06-12Hungover and broke, built my own burrito with the adobo chicken + a few add ons. I would hug the chef if I could everything in the burrito was amazing tender well seasoned and to top it off every bite had a little of everything unlike other places where it’s 75% sour cream
