They have a sign on the door that you must wear mask, thats ok with me. What’s not ok is that only 1 staff member was wearing a mask (the gentleman with the braids) and the people preparing food(an older guy and a younger guy) where mocking people with disabilities. I would come here frequently during the week but will NO longer do so.
This was my first time here n it wont be my last. I loved the idea that it was a bagel store and a deli all in one. They sold both breakfast food and lunch. I had breakfast and the bagels were great!! I highly recommend this place!!
Lots of options including fresh avocado. The only problem is if you want to get drinks from the cooler it may be confusing if you should stand near the counter or go sit down until you have paid. I wish they would just let you pay for everything and then go sit down and wait.
What a great place! I ordered a chicken salad hero and i LOVED it. Chicken salad tasted so fresh and they piled it on. Hero bread was soft and fresh also. Bacon was cooked to perfection. My boyfriend got a turkey melt and he said it was fantastic. He can be very picky... so a fantastic rating from him goes a long way in our book! 5 Stars from me for Google AND door dash! Thanks guys!
09/16/21: Our first time there…Delicious egg sandwiches, the “homemade muffins”are amazing & I’m really picky, the staff is friendly & the store is very clean👍…Lots of variety & the hot foods in the counter also look great…we will definitely be going back👍

Ordered breakfast sandwiches from here and they were so good! Patrick was super sweet and provided the best customer service. I’m not a morning person and he definitely changed my attitude around 😊 Food came out quickly. very affordable and best of all delicious

One of the Best bagel & deli places around. The food is always fresh and delicious. Everytime I walk in they remember my name and my order. The bagels are some of the best on Long Island. With a friendly staff who treat you like they have known you all of there lives. When i stop there in the morning, my food is ready so quick so that I can get back on the road again. So if your in the area and in the mood for a bagel or Delicious Deli sandwich or wrap, stop in you wont be disappointed
Bagels tasted like they were from the supermarket. Ordered 2 bacon egg and cheeses for 20$ and they forgot the bacon

It was my first time here as I was just passing by. Bagels were fresh and soft, but not too soft. A decent amount of cream cheese but a little light on the sliced lox. The lox were delicious though. Coffee was very good as well. Friendly and quick service.
Food was great, service needs work. Asked for toasted bagel with butter, bagel was hardly toasted. Ice tea medium with lemon came large no lemon. I found they are trying to be efficient and give fast service but lacking on customer care. Felt like factory in and out no personalization. Should go back to the old way.

Delicious egg sandwiches and home fries! If you go for breakfast on the weekends, get there as early as you can because it gets pretty crowded, though the staff does their best to keep the wait time to a minimum. Only issue I have is that the last two times I have been here, my order has been gotten slightly wrong. Still recommend.

I have been here several times. Bagels are very good, service is very good, people are very nice. Just not a fan of places where you make your own coffee. Too many times coffee has run out, no mllk and they are busy behind the counter. This isnt the only place like this, so i go where they make the coffee and keep it hot and ready. UPDATE been back several times with hubby. We order two eggs over easy with a toasted buttered roll and an untested sesame bagel.ON THE SIDE. Always comes as sandwiches. Guess you gotta day platter instead of on the side. Bagels are very good.
I stopped in one morning at 5 AM and ordered 3 eggs on a roll over medium with sausage butter and cheese. It was one of the best egg sandwiches I ever had and Im 49 years old. It was perfect!This will be my go to spot whenever I am in town!!!!!!!
Food is good, but 100% of the time Ive been there for half or dozen whole wheat bagels they dont have enough. Today I called in for a dozen bagels at 6:30am. I get there, they dont have it -they are in the oven they tell me. I just dont understand how they dont have bagels at 6am. You want variety? Not this place

Food is consistently good with generous portions. Staff is really friendly and attentive. Prices however, are a bit on the expensive side. Today I got: Bacon, Egg & Cheese on a Salted Bagel ($6) and an Egg and Cheese on an Egg Everything Bagel that was toasted ($4.5). Total with .91 tax $11.87. Typically I get a Bacon, Egg and Cheese on a roll in New York City with a Large Coffee for $5. Ive also gotten a Plain Bagel with Regular Cream Cheese for $2.99. Yes, they charge $1.99 for a smear of Cream Cheese! Their Deli sandwiches average about $10 for a hero and usually include a pickel and a small side Potato Salad, or Cole Slaw. Guess thats why they added Gourmet at the end of the name. I consistently go back as they are the most reliable for quality food in the local area. I like the food and the service, but Im always grumbling about the price to myself when Im leaving. They do have Specials, but theyre not that big a deal.Anyway, theyre worth a try. Ill keep checking back to see how others review this place. Maybe the New York City prices are just spoiling me?
My company and my whole crew go to eat breakfast every day the staff that makes you feel like family and the egg sandwiches and sandwiches all feel like you made them at home unbelievable great prices love the place dont go anywhere else for breakfast .
Whats the name of this place? I dont understand. But this place is quintessential New York: fast-paced, bustling, efficient, delicious variety of products, including rice pudding & Tates chocolate chip cookies from the Hamptons (great souvenir). When we got there on Sunday morning, it was packed with people. The staff handled the line well, keeping the flow moving. When a customer returned a sandwich, one of the staff promptly dealt with it, asking who made it. They got bagels, a crazy array of breakfast sandwiches--turkey bacon, avocado, egg whites, as well as paninis, deli sandwiches, cutlets. Breakfast served all day.
Just ordered a BEC I was literally 2 mins away called it in. I get there and the sandwich is already done in less than 2 minutes? You would think that sandwich should be steaming hot right? Wrong eggs were cold and cheese wasn’t even melted. Which tells me they took a old order and threw some cheese on it. Cmon you had one job!! I will never be back!!!!
Im giving one star for this deli because they forgot my daughters PLAIN chicken cutlet and when i called to ask of i could pick it up they told me they had to charge me....theyre the ones who forgot...not ME....bad bad bussinessafter i just spent 40 bucks there!

2022-04-17First time customer and was blown away by store setup, the food selection, and the service from Patrick and the staff. Very professional and fast service. Patrick and Staff work very hard and work together very well. They take their job and performing very well customer service very seriously!!!! Great place to come!

2022-06-10First time customer, was disrespect I had my service dog in there with me and I was told I cant have him in there I said yes I can they asked for the paperwork work which I said was in my car because I placed and ordered for pick up and only ran in with the money not my bag, he said next time bring the paperwork in, I said I would but there will be NO NEXT TIME! I would of gladly went to the car and got it and came back in, then he told me again I cant have the dog in there while I was looking for the small ojs that came with my breakfast sandwichs, havent even ate the food yet and it looks good but so sad I will not be coming back because I was told 3xs I cant have my service dog when I can. 1 star because I cant give zero. My breakfast should be free for the disrespect to my service dog and I. Edit: also the bacon egg and chesses had 2 strips of bacon for that price and the stress not worth it.

2022-03-10I walk in for the first time, immediately swept with good vibes, grab myself a piña colada naked and pickup my order, everyone there was extremely chill and nice and i saw my guy John in there, the food was spot on too i couldn’t have enjoyed it more, got a panini with fries and a giant cookie

2019-01-16Im currently loving myself on a red velvet muffin from Bagel Deli. The guy who took my order for this & other NY-friendly desserts suggested I try one at a larger bakery on Main St. Thats really cool. I did. And I must say the red velvet muffin w/cream cheese dollop tastes like its from a high-end bakery in Manhattan. Cant say enough about the fast, friendly service another, busier time when we went in for egg on a hard roll. Selection here is huge, superior to most others around town.

2021-09-13Love this place. Been coming here for years, and any time I stray and try somewhere else I regret it! Best bagels and super friendly service. Everyone is super nice and they are quite fast for the volume of customers they get in the morning. Their BECs also have the perfect amount of bacon, definitely a bit more than most places give. Highly recommend!

2021-11-10Nice place! Clean. A lot to choose from. Food was good (it cant just be me,however why so much butter? Its a bagel store thing? 2 bagels with butter and 2 juices 14$ seemed a bit high.
