Great food - and so many types of food! Great bagels, salads, pizza, sushi, cakes and cookies and more. Particularly notable is their gluten free pizza, which they made carefully and which my kid with celiac really enjoyed! They also have good coffee, both hot and cold lattes. Highly recommend for anyone looking for casual Kosher food on the upper East side. Recommend!

This was quite possibly the worst bagel I’ve ever had. It tasted like a stale roll. Hard on the outside and literally nothing on the inside. Essa bagel is the way to go if you want an amazing NY bagel…

Best pumpernickel bagels on the planet.Order early or they are gonna run out!Please dont order on Tuesday.That is my day to order!Last week ordered 12 at 7am.They only had 10.
Food was good (falafel, pizza, knish) so bumped score up to 2 stars, but check out was terrible! Be careful of the charges. Was charged for a pizza option (type of crust) that was not even listed on the menu. They insisted that the charge was correct, even after I brought a menu to them to show them what they made me, which is also the only personal size pizza option they offer on the menu (besides gluten free). I asked them to please show me the pizza option on the menu that they were charging for , but they could not, because that type of crust was not even listed as an option! To add insult to injury, the cashier stopped at least 3 times while he was working with me on this. In the end I just left. It was clear there was no interest on their part in resolving this. It was a really disappointing and frustrating experience.

Bagels arent really fresh at all.. tried and had it many times and you literally have bite super hard just to take a bite of the bagels.. lots of varieties though... coffee only good when the big guy at the register makes it.
Do NOT use the APP to order. Either they closed and you will not get your food, although you have been charged for it. Received my food 24hrs late.Have 2 stars, because would be unfair to give 1.Good bagels. Nice food. Management or service is not on par with qualify of food.
So lucky to have this Kosher bagel shop (thats just a little of what they have) so close by. Great to be able to get egg and cheese knowing its been no where near bacon:)
I ordered a 10 pizza pie that was paper thin you couldnt even hold it in your hands without it falling apart. My special cinnamon walnut raisin cream cheese french toast bagel was terrible. The cream cheese was sour and had like 3 raisins mixed in.
Great restaurant! My go to place. Very good breakfast menu, pizza for kids is served as well. The stuff is very friendly. Also sushi is being served. I recommend this place!
Unfortunately employees allow customers in without facemasks. There were two guys in front of me who did not have any face covering and one coughed at the counter. Needless to say I walked out without ordering food that could have been covid-19 contaminated. It might be a very long time before I go back if at all.

2022-07-04Been coming to this place for a long time and have seen quality getting worse. I got a bagel today that had almost no cream cheese on it - and paid $6. Won’t be coming back unfortunately.

2021-11-18Ok bagel place. Typical nyc deli. I’ve gotten bagels from more places in nyc and BK than I’d like to admit. It’s always the same order whole wheat everything scooped. Toasted dark scallion cream cheese. Wasn’t really scooped and wasn’t really toasted. If you like cream cheese on uncooked bread I’m sure it would be like 4 or 5*.

2022-02-20I recently moved into the neighborhood and this bagel store is literally right next to where I live so I decided to give it a try.I was honestly at first surprised that it was almost $6 for a toasted everything bagel with scallion cream cheese (I found that at first to be overpriced), but then when I got home and opened up the tin foil wrapped bagel I was very surprised to see how big it was.Along with this, I was given a plentiful amount of scallion cream cheese.I was more than pleased to see that I was getting more than what I paid for and the bagel and cream cheese were very good.They also work very fast in there and you barely have to wait for your order.Overall I am very happy to have this bagel place so close to me.

2022-06-26Dont know what happened to this place; it was amazing years ago. Recent visits - 1st time, we threw the food out after 2 bites. The 2nd chance; bought a mix just to test. Bagels taste & feel 3 days old. Bialy is more like a stale roll. I guess a bagel store that sells sushi, pizza & all sorts of stuff isnt really a bagel place anymore.

2020-06-18Disappointing experienceJust got a couple of bagels from this place. 1 with butter and jelly, 1 with cream cheese. The first one was missing jelly altogether (allegedly, they didn’t hear me ask for that), and the amount of cream cheese on the other one was barely visible - see the pic for yourself. Com’on! If you charge $3.50 for a bagel with cream cheese, please make sure to include the latter in a decent volume. Otherwise, it feels like being robbed on food.Won’t be back. Definitely don’t recommend this place.

2021-12-17Had a nice experience here, as usual. We dont come to Manhattan often but my kids love this small and cozy place.Found out they make calzones - from scratch, with any custom filling of your choice. Very much recommend
