This was a great experience for me and my people. I recently celebrated my 24th here and I would happily suggest this bowling alley to anyone. The staff was friendly and everything was priced fairly. 5-star experience
Was a great night out giving the city feel without the travel! 5$ shots, good drinks, great music/ Dj, chill atmosphere, excellent service, clean venue, friendly and helpful staff, and obviously there was bowling fun had by all! Can’t wait to go back soon :)
This place is so amazing… they accommodated me and my friend drink 100% ! The management was on hand when it came to our drink and making sure that we was satisfied! I would recommend this place to anybody
I grew up at these lanes. Took my first bowling lesson there, joined my first PBA Sanctioned league here, bowled there throughout highschool as a member of the varsity team and all I have to say is it hurts to see how this place has gone downhill since the change in management. The lanes are not maintained at all, the equipment is outdated, the building itself looks as if it was hit by a tornado. I came back to town for my grandfathers funeral and decided to roll a few games with my uncle and my cousins in his honor (he also was a competitive bowler who used to frequent here with the prior management) and I have to say it was very heartbreaking seeing how much of a disaster this place has become. Our lane broke down 3 times throughout 2 games and the ball return stopped immediately after the game ended (prior to returning my cousins $250 ball from his 10th frame shot) the staff is incompetent and lack basic knowledge on how to run this place. If I could rate this place in the negatives that is where my rating would be; however a 1 star will have to suffice. DO NOT GO HERE! Even just for the casual bowler this place is not worth wasting your money.
I posted a review previously and the establishment was kind enough to allow me to reach out to them to discuss some concerns about drinks & pricing. The bowling alley isnt really my vibe personally but the DJ was great and the customer service after the fact was amazing as well.
Bowl 360 is cool but wit all do respect the DJ carries the whole place because other then the music and wings It wasnt worth 30$ so its giving money hungry just a little. If im not bowling but there to enjoy drinks and the music i still gotta pay a cover to be inside a1945 themed bowling alley.. TBH i came to Baldwin bowl to celebrate my cousins bday and i didnt care to bowl but felt like i had to cuz i dont got 30$ to waste lol but honestly BOWL360 Queens does the same exact thing Thursdays and Fridays, Live DJ, good food and vibes, shoot pool!, games, modern welcoming ambiance and theres No Cover charge period and like 12$ a game/person long as u get there b4 12. They will not let u in after 12:30 being that they close 2 … IJS if yall want a genuine good time where community is the bigger picture then how much money they can pull out ya pocket Try out BOWL360💫
I loved the experience and the food here. Most of all, one of the associates by the name of Tavian made our time worthwhile. He is a gentleman and accommodated us for the inoperable machine at one of the lanes. That is great customer service.
The spot is extra lit good music. Bathrooms was disgusting and thats an understatement. It definitely is a covid source no doubt. The bathroom has both toliets over flowing tissue all over the floors. It was super nasty thats the only reason I would give it a bad review. The food was good a little pricey if u ask me but food portions was very large and can feed a group. But back 2 the bathroom tho... I didnt even use it, I couldnt do it. I really tried but the bathroom was nasty af
The drinks were horrible. The womens bathroom only had one stall working bc the other one was locked from the inside. They should give a better rate if u have 15 ppl or more. The staff was very helpful and nice.

Jasmine and angel are the nicest people ever! Assisted my school team and was always polite the whole season!! Great food too:-) always paid attention to when the lanes broke down immediately! Cant wait to see them next year!:-)
This was the worst bowling alley I’ve ever seen so ghetto we were the only people in the place and the front desk wouldn’t get off her cell phone with a personal call to give us a lame, every ball in the place was cracked and they played the same music over and over again. Bring plenty of money $3.50 for a can of pepsi! Ridiculous
Family and friends had a blast tonight. Tavion was a one man army...making certain that our crew was set and attended to. Cant wait to return.
We rented the entire bowling alley for a school outing. Brenda was very helpful and made the booking process very smooth. The students had a fabulous time and look forward to going back. The staff was friendly and available for anything that was needed. I would definitely rent the facility again in the future!
$30 just to get in. If you dont have cash then lucky for you theres an ATM. Airport security so it doesnt even feel like a bowling alley. Didnt bother going past that, it felt like I was getting ripped off...
This place is really sketchy. When you call the front desk they are very ghetto and not helpful whatsoever. I called to get times and prices and it definitely didn’t match what their automated system says. They need to get it together.

They formed it into a club. Bottle Service at the bowling alley!? I like it, Just too expensive though and the bowling equipment is too old and doesnt work properly. Fill the beer to the top of the cup please!
The customer service has gotten horrible , im not sure if its under new management but its no good. Still love the environment and food , one of my go to places when I want to release stress.
I’m trying to understand how your security is checking everyone at the door but does nothing when customers are being harassed and assaulted. My family who is a young black lady was assaulted by a drunk man at an event there and security did nothing. Lawyers will be contacted due to the lack of concern by the white manager that didn’t even speak to them after the incident happened or even compensate them for their troubles. You all should ashamed of yourself and need to learn what true customer service looks like.
We had a very poor experience in this location and was difficult to enjoy the ambient while the lane had issues such as the rack getting stuck every five minutes the balls were jam in the back. The floor was wet due to a spilled of soda. Poor Maintance in the floor in general and lack of staff.
I returned to my old spot to find it under new management. Poor service, lady on her cell and not there ( she actually stepped out) while score board and pins malfunctioning. Why she put us in this broke down lane when we were the only ones there is beyond me. We paid for three games and got 1and a half! Game over flashing halfway into the second game. Its dark with grandad furniture and beat up balls. The entrance was covered with snow and black ice. Dont come to this decrypted dingy place

The web page shows an energetic spot for bowling, with party options, American food & lots of TVS, plus a lounge. The location was highly recommend by my sister, especially the music selection. I cant Waite!, it sounds like a great place to create fun memories with the family. Perfect timing, my baby girl turning 25 years young this month :)
On Monday the 22nd I hosted a PAL bowling event and I most say it was a great night, the kids had alot of fun. Brenda the event coordinator was excellent. She was professional and easy to deal with. Her main goal was to make sure the kids had a great time. I can’t forget about Jasmine, that was working that night. She was wonderful and very accommodating with whatever I needed. I will definitely continue to use Ultra Lanes for any upcoming bowling events
I had the opportunity to be a guest at this bowling Alley for a fund raiser and I loved the hospitality. Later I booked a party for myself, and also for my sons birthday. I had a wonderful time every time I booked a bowling night out. I love the food menu and also the drinks.
I took my son and nephew here and had a blast! Great atmosphere, and arcade. I did ask the lady to switch the music to something more kid friendly and she refused, plus gave me a nasty attitude. I also asked for bumpers on the lane and instead she rolled her eyes at me, I believe her name was Monica. Great experience all in all but friendlier staff is needed!! Also the food was amazing!
Barely got to play one game! had to switch lanes due to a leak on the floor that was an obvious safety issue. We had to switch to a different lane, the computer had problems and I had to keep going up to the front to fix it which took forever and it never got fixed. We got so frustrated we decide to leave. Both men and women’s Bathrooms were disgusting. I had to request a refund of some kind cause I bought unlimited bowling for 2 people, it costed $60, they only gave me back $30. I barely bowled but I was so fed up with it I just wanted to go home. Not worth the price! I’ve never had so many problems at a bowling alley before.
Its a cool spot. Fun to spend free time. But not fancy. So not ideal for a party or big celebration.
Its a really great place! We celebrated my sisters birthday and we were the last customers of the night. The staff members are so kind and so patient, even though it was late at night. I highly recommend this bowling alley!

Had our daughters 8th birthday party at Baldwin Bowling 10/30/21. We had the place to ourselves and the Kids had a blast!3 stars for the venue (could use some updating)5 stars for the service (Monica and Brenda were awesome)Our original party venue was canceled due to the rain. So We had to find a place for the party last minute. I called Brenda late on Thursday and she said no problem- she coordinated everything for the party on 2 days notice. When we arrived, everything was set up for my daughter- Monica was so attentive and took care of all our needs!The adults and kids had so much fun, we will be planning more weekend get togethers here!
Terrible place rude staff and poor service. Went for my cousin birthday and the lanes kept breaking down and they never fixed it we basically paid and barely bowled.

UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE OF BUSINESSMy family and I planned a birthday party for my daughter 4th birthday. I paid online 2 weeks prior to the date. On Saturday before my daughter birthday I been calling all day because I had questions and wanted to add more stuff to my package Nobody answer the phone all day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! On the day of my daughter birthday we went at 12pm which online it says they are open. The building look run down , not a soul in sight . No lights nothing empty. 12:45pm still nobody showed up . Our party was booked for 1pm . At this point I had all my family waiting outside still nobody came to open up the business. We left and had to book another birthday party package at maple lanes which they help out a lot . After the party ended at maple lanes we went back to Baldwin bowling place they still not open At 5pm!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ghetto and unprofessional black . Don’t support this business!!!!!!!!!!!! Took our money and didn’t even show up for work.
Took my princess for a day of fun for her spring break. Food was very good. She had a blast.
Went to this bowling alley for my cousin bday party. First the parking lot just people hanging out doesnt feel that safe .Also I noticed that the anont off people looked and felt over packed its more like a little teenager club!! My clothes smelt like marijuana about time I left . And if u ACTUALLY want to play pool I advice u go there EXTREMELY early or to another pool hall. I also am very concerned being that my daughter who was going here on Thursday was being charged $25 dollors just to get in not to play !!! Just to get in . I wasnt charged that night also the bar never asked any off the people that I stood there for 35 min waiting for I.D AT ALL AND SOME IN THERE I PERSONALLY KNOW WERE UNDER 21,and drive !!!! Very bad
Its always good time. The food is good, drinks are good. Music is a vibe..but trust and believe you will be spending a lot of money. Its very pricey. You will however have a good time. Ill definitely go back, but Ill be financially wiser. They have parking in the back, just turn right after the light, and another right and youre there. Thats where the entrance is, so its ideal.
Thank you Brenda and her team for providing us with a great birthday party for our son this past weekend. Everything was sanitized, all guests had their temperature taken. Proper precautious were taken so we can all have a great time. Food was great as well as the drinks. All within reasonable price. Staffs were professionals and always serving with a Smile. Giants TV screens were awesome as we were able to watch the football games. The music atmosphere set the tone to enjoy the afternoon. Will come back again.

It was alright. The lane we bowled in malfunctioned quite a few times.But the young lady working was very nice and accommodating.Overall I had a great time.
Went on a Sunday afternoon with 4 kids and three adults it was 250$ for the 6 of us we were forced to purchase the two hour unlimited package because it’s the only way to reserve a lane in advance....there was no adult to be found only two teenagers running the counter and kitchen very disappointed in the management there we most definitely will not be going back and will recommend that no one go there either! It’s a total ripoff and irresponsible to leave kids running a place like that !
If you want the most hood place to bowl go there or Rockaway bowling......anytime you have to get hand searched by security leave..
It was a mixed experience. If your not a minority, youre already having an awkward time. The atm In the front doesnt work. Its not a bad spot just definitely got its hiccups. I enjoyed myself so its all good.
So while my friends and I were visiting queens last week so we just decided to hit the nearest thing to do and that was to head to Baldwin alleys. So we decided to make a reservation just in case and luckily the same person who answered was also the person who attended us. I think her name was Amani but she was sweet and very helpful in giving us information and getting us set. She didn’t rush us, she was laughing with us while my other friend was saying jokes, and even one of sisters wanted to pull her out behind the counter since she seemed pretty fun lol. Everything was cool, one complain is just the food was a bit overpriced. Great fries tho. I suggest you go in a group, have fun, and hopefully you encounter good service because coming from another state (Delaware) you sometimes hope to feel welcomed and comfortable.
We had good fun and is good value for money but the center feels very outdated and could use with an update. I also feel like they could put more of an effort in with covid precautions. Face masks are enforced but how they cleaned the shoes wasn’t good (just 1 spray on the inside of the shoe) and I didn’t see them cleaning any balls after use

Wonderful local bowling alley that I feel comfortable going to! The people who work there are great and usually with a chill vibe! The music playing was amazing.
Got here late last Wednesday night 4/7/21. Arrived at about 9:30 (they closed at 11) but still payed the $30 package for 2 hrs with shoes. The night staff was great. The music was on point (no dj). Our lane had a little technical difficulties but shout out to Khalil for his outstanding customer service. He and the guy he was working with (sorry I forgot his name) got our lane back up and running in no time. Khalil also gave us a bowl one game get one free card for our troubles. Appreciate that!

I recently purchased a deal online with Baldwin bowling Center. Upon further review, I saw a deal that was less money but a little bit further than Baldwin. I tried to get a refund issued, but was told I couldn’t. Upset, I was determined not to do business there again! That was until I spoke to Brenda. She completely understood my frustration and offered to make it right. Brenda kept her word. Then my family had to get tested for Covid (all negative!). I reached out to Brenda and she was able to move the date to one that we can enjoy, all healthy and ready for fun! Totally worth the frustration! Thank you Brenda and Baldwin Bowling!!
I would NEVER come back to this place again. Service is everything to me. Especially when choosing a place to celebrate with family. The vibe was what I expected but the service was TERRIBLE, waited about 1hr in a half for two orders of fries to come and then another 1hr in a half for four drinks which I wound up asking for a refund. Constantly had to ask a server or manager to help me. It wasn’t until I complained verbally around other guest that the service is terrible that a manager pulled me to the side to ask what’s wrong and then replaced our drinks. Why do I have to go through all that to spend my money and celebrate with family? Personally I would never consider coming to this place again.
The music was horrible. The dj needs to be fired. There were children present and it seems like the dj looks for dirty music to play. OMG so much profanity. I would not recommend this place

Not good, several people there not wearing the masks up over their nose or even on period. Unbelievable, I paid for a party and I was ready to leave when I saw all the people without masks. Very uncomfortable and I plan to get tested for covid 19 after this ordeal.
This is my sons second time having a birthday party here. I loved how the staff was very attentive and met everyone of my needs. Friendly and polite as well. The kids had a wonderful time. My son says he loved the size of the space and all the food he had. I would definitely recommend Baldwin Lanes for kids birthday party.
Staff is very rude and nasty!!!! miss leading It says 30 dollars for 2 hours... not 3 games... I still had an half an hour left and could not start a new game...food is over priced and nasty bartender was not there the shoe person acts like u borrowing their shoes... Its a hole in the wall plastic shower curtains to divide the lanes throw the whole bowling alley away....
First time going here. The place is decent looking. It was packed when we went. You had to wait to be called. They give you a beeper that flashes when its your turn to play. Youre allowed 2 games per session. We played 2 games and ordered food. The food was alright, nothing that makes you want to get seconds unless youre really hungry. There was a DJ present that made the atmosphere fun and carefree. Overall it was good for our date night. We had fun.
The safety procedures were carried out and every bowling lane were at social distancing. However there was no structure on checking to see if guests had reservations already. The first thing they did was ask for the fee of entrance. “Need to inquire in the future “ The food and drinks service was a disappointment!! Kept bringing half of the order and my party had to continuously ask for the other half . I wanted 20 min for a margarita that I never got..... left without it . The service needs improvement.
I celebrated my birthday on Jan 23rd here. My team & I had an amazing time. Brenda was very professional and took care of the booking for me. We can’t wait to return which is very soon.

I purchased a voucher for Baldwin Bowl 2 weeks ago for my sons 9th Birthday party through living social. I also made reservations over the phone that same day for Saturday October 3rd at 4:00pm at the Baldwin Bowl location on Grand Avenue in Baldwin. Fast forward to the day of the party my family showed up and was met by locked doors. That location was shut down temporarily. To my disbelief were all standing outside of a closed bowling alley that were suppose to be celebrating my sons Birthday, mind you all of my family traveled from far just to be there. I was beyond heated! I was told I could get my money back or go to the Massapequa location which was 30 minutes away. Left with no other real choice because my family came out, I bought an ice cream cake that melted by the time we got there, and my son was anticipating his party I decided to go to the other location. We get there and the lady who initially met with us was super nice and accommodating, the manager came in and spoke with me telling me hell give us 4 hours of play along with any food we want on the house to apologise for the inconvenience & mix up, & said if I have any problems to just tell them to call him. That was all good and dandy except the fact they had no chef to cater any food to us (which the chef didnt come in until 7) so we ordered pizza that we paid for even though pizza was included in my package that I paid for 2 weeks in advance. They cut our game off before we even got a chance to finish it an hour prior to the 4 hours promised and never honored it. Then tried to charge us $225 more because my party had 9 extra guess then I had paid for in my package in which I originally stated any extra people who shows up I will paid for. Im usually way more professionally when dealing with people but after all we endured I went off on them. When youre a business that doesnt honor your word after you mess up youre doomed for failure! Thats the last time we will ever spend money with them, they lost our business!
The DJ was so nice. We went On Saturday night but it started getting real good starting from 12. It was playing Caribbean music and black music and all the good music. It was so nice that was hookah and drinks and bowling I will definitely be going there again. It be great even for a birthday
Nice crowd, good food! I didnt want to pay $25 to watch my friends bowl, but you have to pay for entry, even if you dont bowl. So I snacked, watched the giant TV screens at the end of the alley, listened to some great music masterfully mixed by the DJ and watched my friends bowl. Luckily we were finished by the time the hookah heads showed up. I hate the smoke, the smell and how it stays in your clothes and nostrils. I probably wont return till I can bowl, and then it will be around 9 PM once the DJ starts but before the smokers show up.
Cant go wrong going here on the weekend. The DJ is always on point & so are their drinks (Long island iced tea). The wings are also good! There is usually a cover charge (20-30$ but that includes bowling & shoes) but is def worth it!
Not a bowling alley you should visit if you are an actual bowler. Went there today and paid for two hours, left after half of one game. The machines were causing an insane amount of damage to my bowling balls. Not even going to touch on how gross the actual alley is 🤢
I had my sons birthday bowling party here on 11/19/19 and we all had a blast! Especially courteous, attentive, and professional was our host and chef Paul, who took care of every need! The food and the bowling were excellent!

Its cool, but honestly there are more updated and modern places to bowl. Seems like they are in the process of remodeling now. I would wait. BUT, on Tuesdays they do have a nice bowling party that goes on. $20 unlimited bowling with Hookah being served. NICE

They are updating the bowling alley. My daughter had fun bowling. They expanded their gameroom and updated the bathrooms to hands free sinks, soaps, and hand dryer. Unfortunately, the hand dryer only blows cold air, but serves its purpose. Very friendly people. Has a snack bar and lockers. Has a lounge area near the bowling lanes. My daughter said that her bowling shoes were very comfortable. Overall, had a great experience. 😊👍
Good music they Def need some help service is wayyyyyyyy too slow ....I ordered bottle of water and I literally had to go pick it up myself after getting tired of waiting for over an hour.def need to hire staff and it would be much better
Had a great time bowling. Friendly staff .They are doing remodeling to the building (new owners I guess) but they had a few lanes closed for a DJ that could of been put in a different area and a few lanes that were broken . I understand you want to make money but if the place looks run down as soon as you enter it makes you want to leave . But we gave it a chance and had fun .Dont take me wrong it was fun for all of us .Arcade games only 3 out of like 15 work , very dark in all areas but the bathroom .Then as it got later in the evening the have bounces / security standing at both ends . That makes you feel uncomfortable yet comfortable.Pros- friendly staff , fun timesCons- dark , falling apart , and need for security 1 block from the police station makes you wonder if you want to bring kids .

Last week, my agency held a team building/staff appreciation party at the Baldwin location. Brenda and Meilan were extremely helpful coordinating and setting up the party for our staff. We had a great turn out and would love to host any future parties here! Thanks guys!
This place is fun, it was like $5.75 a game and $5.00 to rent shoes. They dont make you give your shoes in, I guess they dont wanna be responsible. They have beer, liquor, hookah and food. Credit and Cash accepted. It doesnt really get busy till the bar opens late night, and security comes it at that time.They also have lots of party and disco lights.

I went here and I will never be back. I paid for 5 rounds of Drinks there and its either the machine or our waitress charged on unauthorized charge over a $100 was made on my card for drinks I never purchased and never got. I called them a few times and they said they did see the charges and I should give them a call back at 5pm the guy said the lady that deal with this kind of stuff will be in at 5pm I should call back at 5pm then call back at 5pm some lady Im assuming it was her stole me to call back at 7pm the same day when I called back no one answered my call. 3 days now and no one answered me. I had to call my bank and be disputing these charges. Crazy that night the waitress was all over the place had to go to the bar twice to get my drinks because it was taking forever for her to get me my drinks when I did go to the bar it took another 15mins to get my drinks. Smdh will not be back for sure.
I used to go here as a kid years ago. I cannot believe how far downhill its gone since then! It probably only deserved one star, but I was there with my family and we had a really good time so it got a second star for that. The place looks totally ghetto as soon as you walk in the door. It was supposed to open up at 9 a.m. but we got there at 2 p.m. and it was still closed because the only guy who was working that day showed up very late to work. I was there with my two-year-old son so we were using the bumpers and the little ramp that the kids use and the 6lb bowling balls. The kid balls were misshapen to the point that you could hear them rolling bump-bump bump-bump bump-bump... all the way down the lane. Even going down the slide they couldnt roll straight. Like I said, the kids had fun, but if this were serious game I think I would have been really irritated. Lastly, the only thing I got were two games for my son who is too young to wear bowling shoes - that cost me $11.50. That seems really overpriced for a very dated bowling alley with almost no employees and even less amenities.
First I will say the energy is upbeat and it is a good time! I would recommend going there!Now for details:My family and I went there last night(Saturday night) for a birthday celebration.Place could use a renovation big time.The fries were really good!The sliders were terrible.The wings were good.The hookah we got blueberry mint flavor was good.The bartenders need to learn customer service,We got a Hennessy fishbowl, it was VERY light. (Our first drink)I asked the bartender if she could make the drink a little stronger, and she refused to add a little more liquor.With that u now that a large group of people who have no faith in the drinks so they choose not to buy more, losing more than the cost of just making the drink stronger.Also im a huge tipper and always tip at the end of the night AFTER I decide how service was, for that I didnt leave a tip!! Couldve gotten $40 in your pocket! And more drink purchases.I hope they read their google reviews so that you can learn to have better customer service.Whatever, its money saved on my end!Side note: I alone ordered an individual drink and that was much stronger than the fishbowl!
This place rocks!!!! Came here for late night bowling with a few friends. The music was on point!!! The vibe and energy was dope!! Bowling lanes are well kept. Food and drinks were tasty. Definitely would recommend this place for a night out with friends or family looking for a fun and chill place to bowl and have good time. Cant wait to go back!!!
First time visiting this bowling alley, I can say if you didnt have the young man by the name of Kalil working for you. I would have ask for a refund for the hole night. Thank you again boss for correcting the establishment mistake.
So I have read a lot of reviews here and honestly believe some of the bad ones are due to personal problems and not the business establishment itself.In all fairness this is not a new bowling alley but it is fully functional. What it may lack in your personal preference of decor is made up for with their dedication & commitment to customer service. My organization recently hosted an event (May 30th) and had 99 guests in attendance for 3 hours of bowling fun. The staff was extremely attentive. Most guests indulged in food and drink with not a single complaint. I was especially impressed by the gentleman who kept watch and cleaned up after everyone in their bowling area once food items were finished and he was consistently doing this through the entire event. Julie the main coordinator was truly a gem to deal with as was the rest of the staff.We had a great time and will actually be holding our event at Baldwin Bowl again next year.I can only say if you are thinking about using them, do it & rate your own experience. I can only speak for myself & the 99 guests who attended, our event was wonderful. Thank you Baldwin Bowl!
The African American Bar tender was awesome!! Im from the Orlando area and we have some awesome Bowling spots at Disney and all around here, but she made this place sparkle in comparison to the ones Im used to. She was a real deal bartender! Also the DJ was on Point!!! I was there Friday May 11, 2018 for a friends pre-wedding party and it was awesome. Kudos NY... 😘

I had a blast here. Good music, Good food, Good drink... Caribbean vibes. 🎳 bowling was so fun. $20 bucks to get it but oh so worth it. I felt like a teen again its been so long since I went bowling. Great spot to grab a group of friends or coworkers to just get out and have fun. Very respectful people. I felt so comfortable. I would definitely go there again. Every thursday is the Caribbean night so if you like African music, reggae, soca, etc. Its on they played some hiphop to but the DJ did his thing. The bowling brought out my competitive side.
Wanted to go bowling Saturday night -- called ahead and confirmed no league night, no wait. Showed up with 4 people but was told itd be an hour wait now to bowl (10pm when this happened) and $100 needed to be paid now up front to hold our spot.Ended up at Maple Lanes in RVC just up the road for half the price and a way better experience with no wait.
Had an amazing time beating my boyfriend at bowling lol! Amazing service and treatment from the workers; Kalil was a great help with showing us how to use everything.
I would like to thank the Baldwin Bowling for a spectacular night. Our church group had an awesome time.Everything was nicely organized and waiting for us, the food was great and on time!!! Recently had my 42nd birthday here. It was amazing. I worked with Brenda and decided to rent their lounge and order some appetizers. I wasnt sure what to expect but it was way beyond what I imagined. The lounge area is by the bar and lanes, the lounge was decorated with candles and balloons it made for such an intimate and fun area, if felt like it was our own little space. 40 people had a great time. They had my name flashing all night, it was hysterical. Mike and Brenda were great to work with and they definitely went out of their way. Its definitely worth it, was not expensive and we had a ton of fun.. Absolutely recommend Baldwin Bowl!
This place gets five stars for the manager whoever the manager is on Saturday may 22 2021 he deserves a promotion a raise something he definitely needs a big shout out plus more he went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time

Went for my uncles birthday. They accommodated us as soon as we got there. One of our lanes was acting up and they have us extra time because of the glitch. Would highly recommend going.
If I could give a zero I would. My family and I went there today and left after requesting a refund b/c the lanes we were given did not have a complete set of pins and would not reset. It was a complete mess. They are currently under construction and everything was dusty. All of our clothes and coats were dirty when we left (was only there about 20 minutes). I am currently washing everyones coats as I type. I wasnt happy with this place before now I am so over it. The kids no longer wanted to bowl. Such a disappointment. We left and just went to Applebees.
We love coming here because its near by and its a decent bowling alley. Cant never find a large 6lb ball which sucks and sometimes the lane glitches in one way or another. The people working there are nice and help in any way they can so we keep coming back.
I was confused as to why it was cash only at night but I honestly didnt mind, its 21 and only so after a certain time so its lit with great music and food!!
My hostess for my sons 8th Birthday party was Samantha she was an EXCELLENT hostess. She was very helpful and extremely attentive to my familys craziness God bless her heart!We all had a great time and I would go back for another family event.
Went here allot of times and the atmosphere is what a bowling alley should be! I went with a bunch of people I met and a friend and played a few exciting rounds! Whoever is ruining the experiences of others is because well they are not the type who appreciates enjoyment of other types. To enjoy this experience stay in your own lane youll be bowled over by following that simple rule trust me!

This place is currently remodeling and its not very nice to look at at the moment. Went there last night and the computers broke multiple times. I told staff and they never addressed the issue . Just decided to leave instead. The staff was VERY lackadaisical and had a general leave me alone attitude. The ball selection SUCKS. 90% of the balls are for children and the few for adults are very oddly shaped/weighted. Also the place is extremely ghetto. There are much better bowling alleys on long island you can go to . Id avoid this place
Brenda was amazing! Set up everything for our event..didnt have to do a thing but show up! Entire staff was on their A game and provided us with a fantastic experience...not a bad thing to say at all!! Cant wait til late summer for our next event at BALDWIN LANES!!
Went on a Thursday night to play a few games with my girl. They had a FULL pat-down when you enter including emptying your pockets.They charged a $20 cover and there were renovations going on while you play. We walked out when we saw there was a $20 per person cover so im not sure what the price includes.Renevations looked like it will be more of a lounge/bar atmosphere than a traditional night of bowling. The crowd in attendence didnt look like the friendliest of people either, maybe thats why they had the security guards?At least now you know what youre getting if you go there at 10pm on a thursday.
My friends and I always have such an amazing time here! They recently did renovations and the place looks beautiful. Brand new arcade, new flooring, and the music is awesome. Love it here

A good bowling alley. I dont know why people complain about the bathroom being old. You dont come here to take a dump. You come here to bowl and have fun. They sometimes have a DJ who is pretty good. Its a good place for parties and the staff is mostly made up of awesome people.
I had a Halloween Themed Birthday Party of my 10 year old that turned out fantastic. The Bowling Alley was decorated with balloons and tablecloths when we got there. We had 4 lanes totaling 24 people bowling in costume. The Hostess Christina was SUPER EXCELLENT. She was attentive to all the needs of the parents and the children. She even helped find lost clothing at the end of the party. I’ve had different parties over the years for my children at different places, but Baldwin Bowl was by far the most fun and Christina was the Best of the Best. Thank you for making my son’s party a great memory.
Fine lanes but what is up with the security guard doing pat downs and searches? Did something happen?The only time I go though this is at the airport, important building and urban high crime areas.Baldwin is a pretty safe neighborhood so I wonder if the lanes had sometime of criminal patrons or something.

This place needs to be renovated in the worst way. It is really not the best bowling place. The staff is friendly and accommodating. My friend had been trying to get her bowling ball ot of the lockers for the past month. The key is broken. They havent bothered to call a locksmith. If you can bowl somewhere else.. do it!
My father always said : if You want to build a company that cares, you have to start with leaders that care and just fix things when they can go wrong ; Baldwin Bowl is one of them.This past weekend my kids and I experienced an astonishing customer service, We feel welcome with a positive memory as we remembered when we used to go years ago.I’m very grateful for Charlie convinced me to come back Brenda , thank you for customer service and try to reach me.We had an amazing time with my kids, in a time we really need it.At New Year’s Eve we got hats 🎩, noisers, yummy food , glowing lights , the place was really clean.We defenitely are coming back.
This place was really well kept and fun! They have a DJ on Saturday nights. My one criticism is that they don’t have a great beer selection- just basics like Coors, Budlight, and Stella.
Yesterday me and my family were so exited because the great deal we found.So we purchased not one but 3 deals.But when we went there today, a girl with a nasty attitude complicated our time that I wanted to spend with my family.First Off: I showed her the vouchers that I printed at home and she said that she couldnt accept them because the bar codes werent clear. I told her about the voucher number that works for other groupon deals.Then she started getting a nasty attitude because I told her that we came from a far neighborhood, and it was not worth coming back.Then her sister appeared in the scene defending her sister and against me, I just told them that I was a customer and that the only reason I got the groupon deal was to share a beautiful and fun time with my wife and my three kids.After a while they accepted to get the voucher number from my phone online. I didnt get why they had to waste so much time making a decision.Second: they told me that because of the 3 deals we bought that we had to use 3 different lanes and I said that we could share just one because there were three kids and my wife and I. They said in a nasty tone that, NO you could not share it.Anyways, we started playing in just one lane because my kids wanted to play as a family and they shut off the 3 lanes until I put only 2 names in each monitor and the worst part is that nobody explained to us how to use the score board to do what they required us to do. It just didnt make any sense because we just wanted to have fun, thats all.Finally, we figured out how to use the scoreboard (Without their help or them even offering help) and after a while they allowed us to start the game.Third but not least they never gave us the popcorn that we were supposed to have with the deal.And the most confusing part was that another person literally right next to us who also bought it through groupon was told that she couldnt play today because the groupon said that she couldnt use it the day she bought it and she said that she lived far away so they let her in saying that they werent supposed to do that and they got popcorn and they were treated better than us. We told them that we also lived far but they didnt seem to care(Once again, it didnt make any sense).For the record, I heard them speaking Spanish but because I complained they refused to talk to me in Spanish.Bottom line, I was expecting to have a fun time with my family but it quickly became a stressful time for my kids. Overall: I dont think it is worth coming here and we had a stressful time there.
We had our twins 6th birthday party there this past weekend on the 21st. It was FANTASTIC!! Everything ran on time from the help of the beautiful party assistant, Taylor to the food and games!! We all loved their names running across the wall with the cosmic bowl too. The staff was attentive and Taylor couldnt of been a bigger help. Id book another party in a heartbeat if I had one to book!! I highly recommend a bowling birthday party any time of year!! Thank you, Brenda for helping me see everything through!! Place was great!!! There was no chef there that particular day...the popcorn was cold but she did offer to make fresh popcorn @least ...moreless my kid enjoyed herself as did I and thats all that matters !!

Few issues with the lane skipping turns on a multi player game. Appreciated the staff being patient correcting the missed turn. They even added time onto our 2 hrs due to the malfunctioning
Went with friends from church to have some fellowship time. Its close to where I live. About 10 couples of us had a good time together. I only scored 120.
The bowling was ok, but the prices on the food & drinks were way OVER PRICE. And food was the worst I have ever had, and it was served cold. I wouldnt go back.

Heay, Im a bowler. I always liked the setup. Seeing the renovations looked liked hyped. Even better. Ive never heard of people getting their balls damaged or chipped. Thats a plus.However I have seen the lanes for uba matches extremely dirty. That was after late Friday night bowling. Its just a health concern. When bowling competitive. You dont want to injure yourself. On a sticky floor. That has nothing to do with owner ship. But an employee who decided to not do their job.Theres no reason why they have to deal with a lawsuit just because somebody doesnt want to mop the floor and keep the approaches clean and safe for competitive bowlers.Though it takes time to keep it clean. Thats tha only thing I worry about. Thank you in advance. Do what yall can to get tha lanes survivable for the uba match. The bowling lanes floors have to be as clean as everything else. I was there about 5 months ago. And all issues could have been fixed. In not sure. But happy to find out.what the update on this is. Thank you!

Under renovation. Really shouldnt be open. Food took ages to come out. Probably because only one person was left to run the register and cook. She was great but essentially everyone else seemed to be useless.
Ive made repeat visits to this place for over 20 years and it has really changed in the last few. Theyve upgraded their look and its a work in progress. This is a good place to take the kids for bowling or have a pizza party.
This place does not even deserve one star! Uneven floor and dirty all around. Even food ordering experience was bad, I ordered food and beer, food came out but not the beer. Found out later that there was no beer being served, so I had to explicitly ask for my money back. Not going here again.

Went here early afternoon. Place is decent just to get a couple games in. The place is dated though and some of the functions are outdated.
WORST EXPERIENCE ; had to constantly go up to the front desk to please put active music to keep up the fun. After my fiancé kept asking they guess Mmm since hes black we shall play Jamaican music, Unacceptable!

It’s a bowling alley ran by teenagers with pink hair .. drinks are available when the misterious bartender shows up .. he was not there when I was there on a Tuesday night so no beer for us.. because the place is ran by teenagers ... it’s a joke.. seriously not worth it.. and by the way.. they make you pay upfront so if you are not happy with your experience, too badOh yeah.. heavy metal is the kind of music they play ... such a joke :/

Highly wheelchair INACCESSIBLE!!!! Using a metal portable ramp to get down to the lanes is UNACCEPTABLE!!! Never bowling there again unless changes are made so this alley is more wheelchair friendly!

2022-01-30I had a fun night here with a few friends for my birthday. The DJ was playing good lively modern dancehall and rap music. The the drinks were a little expensive, even tho my Hennessey sour was on point! But the $30 for two hours of bowling was worth it.

2022-05-02First and last time there, definitely wouldn’t recommend this establishment to anyone I know.Been on the island for a little over a year and and I’ve been telling myself I have to go to Baldwin bowl for the reggae event on Thursdays.Long story short, didn’t make it on a Thursday but ended up going this past Friday.After a certain time, there is an automatic $30 charge that includes shoe rental and two hrs. of bowling The drinks are OVERPRICED ($18 for a mixed drink), the bowling graphics, lanes, balls are all outdated… felt like I was playing in the 1930s or something.I ordered drinks and a sandwich, the sandwich tasted pretty good…my second drink came in a smaller cup (same $18) and when I asked them about it, I was given a BS excuse as to why my second drink was in a smaller cup. (I had both cups to compare and show them).

2022-05-19Convenient location that can benefit from an update. Attentive staff and great parking behind building. Went on a Tuesday night outing with 6 friends and almost had the entire Bowling Alley to ourselves! The staff asked us what music we wanted to hear and even put the party lights on for us to set the atmosphere. Great option for after work get together with coworkers, friends or family. You can also reserve the lanes ahead of time on their website for convenience! Definitely recommend supporting this local establishment in Baldwin, NY.

Drinks were on point. The bartender is also easy on the eyes so that helps. The DJ is known for playing some bangers as well. Couldn’t recommend this place enough

2022-03-31I came here this past weekend for a birthday for one of my daughters classmates. We had an excellent time after we figured out how to put the names in. I took off a star because I think its very important for the bowling alley to have an event attend dedicated to the party and the attendant should go over the rules with the kids before the bowling begins. I know other franchise bowling alleys to that and it should be standard for safety.

2021-07-13Im not sure where the 5-star reviews come from. The place is a mediocre bowling alley. It could greatly benefit from a good deep cleaning and basic repairs. One person in our party almost tripped over the loose base of the electronic kiosk. The staff is friendly and the large TV screens are pretty nice. The place is littered with slabs of wood, old stuffed animals, unused speakers and audio equipment, amongst other junk--most of the issues could be resolved by doing a good cleaning and calling 1-800-Got-Junk.
