The customer service at this cleaners is ABYSMAL. I brought in a few items to be cleaned. When I eventually took the items out of the plastic, I noticed that the leather arms on my blazer was all ripped up and destroyed. When I returned to this so called business, immediately the male employee said that I must have brought it in that way. I tried to maintain my composure and calmly said, sir why would waste my hard earned money to pay for dry cleaning on an article of clothing that was already destroyed. Nonsensical. Further, at some point the cleaners should have seen the damage but they NEVER alerted me to the issue. I wasnt offered an apology, a credit, a refund of the drug cleaning- ABSOLUTELY no effort was made to keep a loyal customer. They will never get another penny of my hard earned money. Value business who value you and your patronage. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DISASTER OF A PLACE.

Went last year to have my sons pants altered for graduation. I requested the pants not to be cut because he is a small frame but tall so he could wear the suit again . They cut the pants and hemmed them and he cant wear them this year. I went back to have them altar another suit the other day and the seamstress was just disgusting as I am explaining to her what was done last year. She told me I was stupid for buying pants so big and that I should take them back. My kids were right there while she went on with her unprofessionalism. I told her that she had put elastic in the waist of the last pant and that I did not want that again. She claims she did not. Telling me to take the suit back and to get the right size. Rude and disrespectful. I asked the guy at the counter to look up my order and he did and she started speaking in her asian language cause she knew she was wrong. The guy behind the counter reeked of cigarettes as well. Neve will I go back there.

The customer service is Terrible. I came in to get 2 pair of pants tapered and measured just above my work sneakers. I was very specific in how I wanted them. After picking up the pants they were too long so I went back confused wondering how you can measure someone and still make them too long. The lady doing the measuring assumed I wanted them longer, probably because I was early 30s black man and that seems to be the trend. The problem here is the assumption. I requested they make it right which they did, but I wanted a simple discount for the future or a partial refund for the inconvenience of coming back and waiting again for pants I needed for work to be done right. They refused both and said things happened. I promised them a review and they didnt care! Bad business and bad customer service. Dont go here, you will be sadly disappointed!

They used to be the best. An absolute go to at the time, years ago. Last drop off i had after years of moving away and my pants now had 2 extra creases that comes from ironing or pressing. I didnt ask for iron or press but for dry clean, the time they could have it back was amazing, 2-3 days. But after noticing it was not dry cleaned that would be my last drop off. If youre going to iron or press dont do it in a way that creates creases and looks like an amateur did it. Friendly staff.

My Ralph Lauren yellow shirt which is new and full sleeve, was replaced by a dirty shirt and showed very slow response. If I could I would have not given it any stars. I am very upset the way the staff responded despite their mistake. Also quality of dry cleaning is absolutely horrible compared to others. Hope they would correct and improve their quality in dealing with the customer

I use to like this cleaner, but now my clothes has a funny odor whe.not attractive. I complained plenty of time. They dont clean very well like they use to.

I dropped off a work fleece to get dry cleaned. It’s now two sizes smaller! Now I have to get another work fleece!

Fast service, needed my shirt and pants done for the following day before my trip out of state and it was done promptly and clean.
