I went to this store a few days after my bday to treat myself to something special. It was a few minutes before closing and I couldn’t make up my mind. Nonetheless, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Angelica was a consummate professional and went out of her way to help me make the perfect selection. She also helped me secure a bag from another location that was no longer in stock. Thanks again Angelica. Your service was exceptional and I look forward to shopping with you in the future.

I bought a pair of shoes at this shop on 2nd October 2021. I was shown with only one side of shoes which was ok but was not shown with the one that was broken. I am from Thailand so was offered with defect product without identified and notified. I understood that this is outlet but Balenciaga needs to protect the brand at least. I hope my problem will get solved.

I came in looking to buy a pair of tracks. At the time, it wasn’t available. Yarley took the time to note down my number and keep me updated. She provided beyond great customer service. She assured me when the tracks were back in stock, (didn’t forget about me) and I was able to get them 2 weeks later. I am happy with her service, and she is recommended to all customers!! 🤩

My husband and I stopped by the store this past Monday as I had been wanting to purchase a bag from the store. I can truly say I rather drive 2+ hours to another store than ever purchase from this one. The stereotyping and blatant disrespect we faced from one saleswoman in particular will make me never purchase from this store. My husband and I had been running errands all day and were in very casual clothing, ie; sweatpants. When we entered the store I walked right over to where the handbag I wanted was and began to examine the bag, making sure this is the one I wanted.From across the sales floor a saleswoman comes and tries to act inconspicuous and she watched my husband and I fiercely. Pretending to be looking at different fixtures, acting distracted, all while intentionally making eye contact multiple times with us. Mind you she never greeted us, asked if we needed help, offered her name, nothing. We knew we were being watched. We both ignored it and I continued to look at the bag and compare colors. The saleswoman comes to the table the bags are on, slams her hands on the table and just stares at me and my husband. In complete silence, not one word said. Not only making both of us feel incredibly uncomfortable but also infuriated. I had wanted a pleasant shopping experience after a busy day but here we were being stalked and intimidated. I finally looked her in her face and she proceeds to finally ask me if I’m doing okay. I tell her she has made me incredibly uncomfortable as she has stood over us on our shoulders the entire time we had been in the store. After telling her this she offers absolutely NO apology, NO further assistance or any kind of explanation. She just walks away in silence.I was ready to purchase this bag but was instead treated maliciously based on my outfit of choice. A woman came in after me in a designer outfit with a Gucci Dionysus crossbody bag and no one stood over her or suspected she was going to steal from the store. It also begs the question of whether we were being stalked due to my husband being a Brown Hispanic man and us both being in “lazy” clothes. My experience in this store is absolutely awful the staff here need intensive training on ethics and discrimination. I highly recommend anyone who wants to buy from this store to not do so as you probably will only get your level of customer service based on your choice of clothing.

My favorite sales lady Jenna is a very helpful and caring sales person! She is always very knowledgeable and has great customer service! If you are interested in any Balenciaga item, I highly recommend Jenna! She is the best!

The wait times outside are unnecessary. Masks are required indoors anyway, it looks like they have enough staff - why do shoppers need to wait outside for 45+ minutes? If you’re unsure on what to buy, don’t waste your time here because you probably won’t find anything anyway.

This has nothing to do with the brand however the store itself. Yesterday, I went and found the service to be accommodating. They didn’t go above they didn’t go below it was just a minimal. As someone who used to work retail many moons ago, if I didn’t check my itemThe sales person would’ve sold me some thing I did not request. The main thing is someone of color like myself I did not feel comfortable. Every move I made so did the sales person to scan the store so that I don’t shop lift.With the understanding that people in this time MIGHT shoplift, boost, whatever you wanna call it, I’m not the one. I’m a woman of age and for me to feel uncomfortable like that took me back to the early 90s. There was not only to security guards that look like former police officers. There was also the male sales person was trying to make a sale at the same time scan the room.I’m not sure if this is what the brand is looking for, young people to spend their money on a company who doesn’t trust them. I’m just one person. That’s my opinion I felt uncomfortable therefore you’ve lost me Balenciaga as a client. It’s just a drop in the bucket for the company to not have me as a customer. And it’s cool ....
