They have great customer service, and the food was delicious! We had a luncheon buffet for about 30 people after my dads funeral on 5/20/17. Tthe room was very nice for a small gathering. Thank you RizzosOn 11/26/2020, We ordered our takeout Thanksgiving Dinner for 2. The food was delicious and the portions were plentiful. Thank you Rizzo’s for being open on this holiday and taking care of your customers during this pandemic.
We had my mothers funeral breakfast here today. It was beautiful, the room, the linens & centerpieces, the staff!! I couldnt praise them more! We were over our count & they accommodated us quickly & efficiently with extra tables & chairs. The Chef out did himself with making extra food for the extra people that came. The food was excellent , Highly recommend!
Hello.Stay away from this place!!!!!!This used to be a great place, but it has gone down hill since I do not know where these 3, 4 and 5 star ratings are coming from. So here is the total truth. I have been to this place on 3 separate occasions with in the past couple of years. The most recent was this weekend. 6/20/2021. Every time the food was way less than desirable. No one could chew the roast beef, the beef was solid tendon. The pork chops well forget those! I think that they may have been left over from a previous party. The baked ziti and baked potatoes were gross also. I would be embarrassed to serve any of this food to my dogs. The bartender Ricco his drinks are a joke. 6 dollars for mixed drinks that stunk. He didnt any have ginger ale so he mixed coke and sprite to try and make ginger ale, after I asked for another mixer. He just went on and did his own thing anyway. I almost forgot about the hair in my ice cream. Bottom line, save your money and go else where. You will be happier with the food at Burger King. This is the total truth.
We decided to have Easter Brunch at Banchettis yesterday. There were 8 adults and 2 children. What a huge disappointment. The eggs benedict tasted like they were made a week prior. The eggs were hard, cold and you couldnt cut the muffin with a knife. The waffles and pancakes were so hard they were uneatable. Coffee served at the table was lukewarm. Only one person trying to serve the shrimp scampi area. We had to keep requesting that the dessert table be restocked. I dont know what kind of dressing was served on the Caesar salad but I couldnt eat it. On a positive note the spareribs were very good as well as the roast beef and potatoes. For the price they charged, we would have expected more. Sorry but we wont be returning for any other functions.
My cousin ordered and picked up take out Thanksgiving dinner for 6 (we were 4). Kudos to Mike Rizzos chef! The whole dinner was fabulous: the turkey was sliced perfectly, not too thick or too thin and moist and tasty. Mashed potatoes were smooth and sweet potatoes were perfect - not too sweet with brown sugar, a hint of coconut and crushed nuts sprinkled on them. Broccoli casserole was tender and tasty; stuffing was fine, not under or over seasoned, gravy was plentiful and lightly flavored. Salad was generously provided as well as pumpkin and apple pie for each person. It was so nice to have no preparation and minimal clean up and just enjoy eachothers company. I highly recommend Rizzos Banchetti turkey dinner. Delicious!
We booked this venue for our wedding. The event manager and assistant manager were very friendly and helpful. Any time I had a question they would reply back pretty quickly. Although, if you call the facility, a woman answers the phone, who is very friendly, but she gave me the wrong information a few times and caused some confusion. The day of I was afraid to let the staff decorate for me but they did an amazing job. They placed everything perfectly and I couldnt have done it better myself. Thank you so much for that, it was such a nice relief. Really the only complaint that I had was that the serving manager was a little cranky during the wedding. The bartenders were absolutely amazing. Rico always came and found me to fill up my drink, he was by far the best bartender Ive ever come across! Thank you Rico! Really all of the staff was very efficient and even had the decorations packed away nicely for me the next day.The food was awesome and exceeded my expectations. The prices were affordable and included a lot of food.I would highly recommend this venue for any event.
I have been going to banchettis groovin in the grove for years with several groups of friends. Bands are great!!! However, changes due to covid have been nightmare. Reservations screwed up consistently and lines to pay cover charge long. People coming in back entrance no reservation no cover sitting wherever they want. Things are open 100%. No reason for the messed up reservation seating process. Many of my friends have stopped going. They need to return to old way of sitting!!!!!!!
We had my daughter’s bridal shower at Rizotto and I can’t say enough about Mike Rizzo, Rick, Michael and the chefs. They did everything we asked to prepare the facility post-Covid. (I am very picky!). The banquet room was beautiful, the food spectacular and the service, excellent. I would not hesitate to book another event at Rizotto again.
I attended my third function at Banchettis. For the third time I left feeling less than impressed. The facility is very nice and well laid out. However, the service (or lack of it) the quality of the overpriced food and a 18% administrative fee (not a gratuity as they make it very clear that it will not be used for that purpose) just to be able to spend our money at their establishment is enough for me NEVER to book a function of my own there. During the last visit, the bartender would literally walk away for extended period of time. This happened multiple times. We go looking for them and find them working in a different room for a different party. Wait staff was only in the room while serving food and were non-existent otherwise. The food was cold and dried out and not very appealing. My suggestion is to shop around. Buffalo has so many fine eating and meeting establishments and finding a good one should not be difficult.
The outdoor venue is amazing. The staff is super friendly, accommodating and professional. The food is fresh and abundant. You cant go wrong with an outdoor wedding here. The price is also quite reasonable. They even have a play ground, very tastefully done, for the children.
Very disappointed with the quality of Easter Brunch at Banchettis, especially for the $30 per person price. Was seated in the middle (small) banquet area. Most all the food was cold! the breakfast spread was located along the front window area. Waitress said it may be drafty there resulting in the cold servings. Excuse if you ask me... Had the carved roast beef, which was located at the entrance of the room. Cold as well. Food in center area was luke-warm . Dessert, Salad bar was good. Been there for banquets and was okay. Waitress said shed send the manager over. Never came. The 4 of us struggled paying this bill... Was not worth it! Never again
We attended this years (2019) new years eve party. What a bust. The facility was way overbooked, the staff could not keep up with the buffet. By the time our table was called there were only scraps left and the food was definately not worth what we paid for. You were supposed to be able to eat at any of the food stations but by the time we got through the line, the food was being taken down. Music didnt start untill 10PM. It was just an over all let down especially for the price we paid.
Sadly weve been there a few times for family functions. Ive never enjoyed it. Food was blah. We had brunch the latest time. The eggs were running. The omelets looked burnt even though they were made to order. The person manning the hit station was unpleasant and rude. They ran out of waffles and when asked about it it was a curt, short response, not apoplectic, almost accusing of us about asking about it. I could have played hockey with the pancakes, they syrup had been out so long it tasted like burnt sugar. A member of our party tried a scene and she almost lost a tooth biting into it. Nothing really redeeming about the place sorry to day as members of my family really like the place.
We had our wedding booked in the grove, initially for July 17th, but because of covid that couldnt happen. We rescheduled for next July but after much debate decided to do a backyard ceremony instead 2 weeks ago. We had contacted Banchettis many times and after many games of phone tag finally went over to talk about getting at least part of our deposit back. The contract we have is for 150 people minimum, which obviously isnt safe or allowed, Banchettis has spend $0 on us, have spent 0 time on our wedding, and have plenty of time to rebook the date. Due to the pandemic we were hoping for at least part of our deposit back but they have refused. They gave us a gift card for part of the deposit to use there and flat out kept the rest, but as an RN I dont feel it is safe to repeatedly visit the restaurant and risk exposing their staff and other guests. Many companies have been understanding and given refunds but beware before booking anything here, they are absolutely not willing to give anything back or even discuss it. Dont risk your wedding or event here!!!
We rented out a banquet room for a memorial lunch buffet. The wait staff was attentive and removed dirty dishes from the tables promptly. The cold cut sandwiches and rolls were very good. The baked ziti and meatballs were also delicious. My only complaint is the chocolate cake squares for dessert. Hardly anyone ate them because they were stale and hard. Ive been coming here my whole life and on average do a good job.
I went there for the first time with friends on Thursday evening. It was pretty busy and kept filling in all evening. They had beer and wine and really good sandwiches. The atmosphere was very relaxed and comfortable. The music was only 2 people but they sounded like many more and were very good. I recommend this as a good place to enjoy a summer evening.
My Family and I had Easter Brunch there and it was Great!! We had a large group (26) and were seated immediately, now with such a large group we would have liked to have been at 1 long table but I understand 3 round tables. But the service was amazing (1 waitress) Becca kept our drinks full and the table cleared and I know she had other tables too. I know they split tips but we added $60.00 more because of her hard work. My family will definitely be coming back. A few things that Ive seen at other places that would have been nice, cold pastas, potato salad, breads, real butter not packets, beef au jus, kimmelweck rolls, Placek its Easter after all.
We had our wedding ceremony and reception here, outside at The Grove, and Banchettis was a pleasure to work with. Every step of the way in the planning process Tammy and Andy (banquet managers) were quick to answer my questions, they were patient, they were accommodating to our many non-traditional requests, and they are definitely good at what they do. We got so many compliments on the food and the venue. Compared to a lot of other places we looked at, the prices were pretty good also. I would definitely recommend this place for weddings and other events!
Had our wedding there. The aesthetics were nice. However --My wife had to set up our own tables.-No lights were hung or turned on as promised.-Bride and Groom walked through food line first - food was cold.-Bartender left unannounced- had to serve our own drinks .-Could hardly ever find anyone to help or answer questions (had numerous family members walk thru the parking lot to the building to find someone ).-After asking 3 times for to-go containers for our guests (they were never brought) - my wife had to go into the kitchen to get them herself.-Was charged $400 for late night pizza (4 pies) + tax + 18% service fee, total of $543. the average (restaurant) cost of a pie is approximately $16. Absolutely insane. Not to mention the pizza was terrible but thats just personal opinion.Called 4 times and spoke to 4 different people to voice our dissatisfaction to be told that they would offer us a 100 dollar brunch coupon so we could come back and eat again. What an insult.I hope and assume that not everyones experience was as disappointing as ours but I would never recommend doing business with Mike or supporting any his restaurants going forward. Dealing with them , especially after the fact, has put a permanent stain on what should otherwise have been a great night. I will say however that our guests had a great time - the fact is that for what we were promised after paying $8,300 in full was simply not delivered, and no sincere attempt at indemnification was offered.say NO to Banchettis.
I will say food ok. But to have 3pm reservation and to be seated at 4 was not acceptable. Stood inline for an hour and a quarter holding my five year old to hear the greater tell everyone it be just afew minutes of a wait. They had no more ham by the time we got to eat. And the deserts were picked over by the time we are dinner. Like I said some of food was good most was on the cold side. Its a same we had high hopes for a fancy Banhettis thanks giving dinner. Back to there competition next year
Came here for Sunday brunch. Im not going to say it was bad but, Im not going to say it was great. Much to choose from on the buffet. The bacon was barely cooked, the roast beef was too rare. There was no taste to the potatoes. The mini waffles were very good. The fruit station was the best, I could have made a meal out of that alone. We were in a private room & had one server. She was very attentive & worked her bum off. Would I race back here? No. I orignially gave it three stars for one reason; the cost of their mamosa is exceptionally reasonable! However, I knocked it down to one star. The one star is for the mamosa. It turned out that a few in our party developed symptoms consistent with food poisoning or possibly norovirus. Coincidence? Maybe? But, never going back!
Went for Sunday brunch with family and was ever dissatisfied It’s nice place but the omelette maker attitude was the worse. And when he put new boneless nuggets out for people to eat, he put the cover on the floor while he put new nuggets out and then put the top back on the nuggets. UNSANITARY!! Ant none of the food at labels but it did let people know that there was seafood table. ONLY label seen. Out waitress was very nice. But overall I wouldn’t go back or refer anyone. I did let the manager know what happened with the nuggets and the attitude and he said “that the cook has been doing this long and maybe too long.” But NEVER took replaced the nuggets. WOW!! 1st and last time there. Hope this helps.
My family went here recently for Sunday brunch for a family birthday. The location was easy to find and plenty of convienent parking. Inside, the facility was large, well organized, easy to manuver, clean, and tastefully appointed. Food was fresh, plentiful, and well made. Staff was quick, polite, and professional. We enjoyed the brunch and will likely return again.
I was there for a funeral brunch. The food was average, the service was less than average. There was orange juice, water and coffee on most tables but only one glass and a coffee cup. No one ever refilled any of the beverages. We did not have orange juice until another table gave us theirs. It was the first time I was there and Im not sure I would go back.
Honestly, The Grove at Banchetti should NOT be sold as a wedding venue if its not going to be taken care of - ESPECIALLY with the summer concert series and additional events with the bunches of people that spend time there because its not maintained. The cost went up (which happens with most venues, I get it) from when we booked and when we toured the venue at our 10 day appointment - there were 2 large, dirty white rental tents (used for the concert series) and a make-shift white tent that was literally a tarp on some poles that was packed next to the other tents - it made everything look like some redneck, backyard bash which we couldve done at our home for a literally a fraction of the cost. The hanging baskets around the gazebo, over a dozen, were ALL dead. We had to take them ALL down and my mother, MOH & grandmother actually tried to water them at the rehearsal and Saturday morning but they were beyond repair, so we kept them down. The patio furniture is a MESS. I have never seen so much clutter in my life. Its great for Groovin in the Grove, but a wedding? The furniture with cushions are dirty, have cigarette burns and tears, some were broken, everything is mismatched and theres no where to store it. Well, it could probably be stored next to the outdoor kitchen/bathrooms because there is a cluster of things out there - including coolers for beer, more dead flowers and their snowplow just chillin for everyone to see. The patio furniture is literally everywhere and covers the gorgeous patio AND gazebo - where we planned on doing all our photos. I reiterated that we were doing all our photos on-site and they said they would move things around but nothing was fixed. Friday night at our rehearsal my bridesmaids, groomsmen, parents and even our Pastor helped us to move all the patio furniture, picnic tables and take down the volleyball net to make this look a little less like a picnic and a little more elegant for our wedding.Working with this venue, Andy and Tammy were phenomenal. But I couldnt be more disappointed with the condition of this venue. I guess if youre not a detail oriented person, this place is great. But for tens of thousands of dollars? Id expect they could at least water their flowers and mow their lawn. My parents & aunt and uncle were setting up at 8 a.m. on the day of our wedding and were there for 4-5 hours trying to fix the place up. They couldnt touch the ceremony space though, because they booked another wedding that I found out about on Friday night. The staff was still decorating for my 4 p.m. ceremony when guests arrived. There are patches of dirt all over (no grass), all the plants are dead, the horseshoe pits are a mess, the dance floor & cement pads under the pavilion are never cleaned after other events and are in awful shape. Its just really disheartening to me that my parents went above and beyond for this venue and to make everything perfect and ended up spending more money & time on the maintenance of this venue than the actual venue spends to maintain its own property. Im posting this because other brides should know what theyre dealing with - many love it and thats great. But for the cost, the maintenance is inexcusable. Our wedding was incredible because of the people, but I cant say I was happy with the amount of money our parents & family spent because this venue is not worth the cost for a wedding & reception. Also - the owner did reach out to me after I publicly posted the review. Offered no apologies but offered to buy dinner for my husband and I, and the people who helped to do their property maintenance for them. But we can buy our own dinner, probably elsewhere. I was really hoping for more of a compassionate conversation with the owner and wouldve happily taken down the review but - didnt happen that way. Ive got everything documented and glad I do, but he has all our money now and thats clearly what matters to him. Staff is phenomenal, I wouldnt say so much about the owner. So overall just know what youre paying for and who youre dealing with;)
Went for Sunday brunch. It was not busy but the service was terrible- it took forever to get a waiter to take the drinks order, let alone come back with said drinks. Given the price of brunch, the variety was food was abysmal- why they charged nearly $20 for a few types of eggs, pancakes, waffles, and a few types of pasta is beyond me! There was not even a salad bar, nor was there any cooked meats (other than bacon), which the website claimed there would be! The food was terrible. The bacon was overcooked while pancakes and waffles were bland, as if theyd come out of a box mix. Most upsetting was the fact that I was ill for hours after having a meal here. Not worth it, particularly the aftermath of my meal.
Needs new cooks. I have had several banquets at Banchettis over the past few years. It has steadily gone down hill. I still like it and think it has much to offer people. But this last event forgot to put out gravy and never did, and salad dressing which came out but the salad was not replenished. That is a lack of management not training the young serving staff. They were nice the staff but not knowledgeable of what people needed. The chicken picata was not like before. In the past it was pounded and thin as it should be this time it was more thick curled up in parts and it showed a lack of prep from the kitchen. Further more the sauce was not that good so it really was not the dish it was intended to be. mashed potatoes were good and baked pasta fine. Food temps were also a bit low needed to be hotter. Once again poor kitchen chefs/cooks. I envisioned cooks back there who just did not care about the product. So will I give them another chance if the occasion arises yes maybe but it but I will be more inistant on what was wrong in past and be assured they can correct it, or the deal is off. Finally the visitor office where you go in and pay bill, select menu etc is a hot mess. Get rid of the boxes etc, make it more professional and less sloppy. The entrance hallway carpets show stains that either need to be repaired cleaned or replaced. It is a pretty building but you have to keep it up or it will fall apart.I enjoy the location the menu the pricing etc but its slipping for sure so I hope MR Rizzo steps in and pulls it together it is apparent that it needs some guidance and quality control
I usually never write bad reviews, but this needs to be said. I honestly dont know where to begin. Had my wedding and reception July 2015 first appt went well. I would call them to set up appts for the taste testing and to choose what we wanted to be on our menu when I would schedule appts they never would inform the worker who needed to be notified. When I called to set up the taste testing I made an appt and confirmed it 3 times to make sure that the chef and everyone who needed to be notified be notified. Showed up at our scheduled appt time and they said they had nothing on record that we made an appt, after confirming it 3 times I was furious,so they made us reschedule it. When we made our final payment 2 weeks prior they asked if we could change the time of our ceremony since someone double booked the grove, ummmmm what! Invites were already sent! So the day of our wedding our ceremony seemed rushed and it took them 2 and a half hrs into the reception to bring out the dinner, and they came out with small bowls of food to pass around for ten ppl a table, and then the workers would give you an attitude if you asked for them to bring out more. Oh and they dont provide a place for your wedding party to get ready but that is just a side note. They give you a certificate for a free cake on your anniversary and a free dinner up to $100 there thank you for having your reception there. Thought that was nice until a yr later we went to go and use it which was a real treat, we made reservations for 5pm and they never had us down for reservations which Im not surprised and the waitress just stared at us until we approached her and said can we be seated? So a male waiter came out to take her place,he was kind and did his best with what he was given. Our soup was cold couldnt eat it it tasted at least 4 days old our salads tasted old. Then our entrees we couldnt even attempt to eat them my husbands chicken tasted like leftovers, and mine was just as bad I tried a shrimp and almost threw up, the waiter was very concerned and asked what was wrong and we told him and he said Im sorry is there anything we can do? We said know just take the voucher then we gave him a $20 tip just because he was very nice and did his best with what he was handed. He gave us our cake and it just said happy anniversary on it when it should have also said our names, but why would I expect them to get something that simple right! So we cut into our cake later that day and it was dry and very gross, not surprised. I would not recommend them for a place to have your ceremony or reception. Oh and we were told that the same food they had at the wedding they would have at the restaurant which we were lied to because once we asked the waiter he said sorry, but we dont do that. It is a beautiful place to have pictures done though.
Had my daughters Sweet 16 at Banchettis in the Rose Foyer, beautiful room, tons of natural lighting and room for all the guest to move around. We didnt want a cake so their bakery made macaroons for us the same color as our theme and so delicious. Would definitely have another event there, maybe her graduation party.
Quite possibly the worst experience we have ever had dining out! Not only were we completely ignored by our waitress and literally served by the hostess the waitress never even came to introduce themselves. The food didnt even seem authentic it seemed as though they pulled it out of a freezer and ran it thru the microwave! My meal was supposed to come with mashed potatoes and the cook took it upon himself to serve me a baked potato with the assumption that I wanted one... WRONG! It is not my problem they ran out of mashed potatoes why even offer it on the menu if midway thru the dinner hours (6 PM) you are going to run out? My question is if they have enough potato to serve me a baked one why would you not have enough to mash some up?
I just went to Mothers Day Brunch with my family. This is the 1st year that we went to Banchettis for brunch. We usually went somewhere else but decided to try it since I have had lunch & dinner there before & enjoyed it.This was probably the worst brunch I have ever gone to. Poor selections to start with, the orange juice wasnt even real. (Something like sunny D). Roast beef was dry, eggs Benedict dry & hard, potatoes also very dry & no favor, shrimp scampi was just rice without shrimp, some sort of crab pasta with nothing but dried out pasta (no trace of crab meat),even the fresh fruit wasnt ripe, melon was hard.Service was very slow & minimal to justify an included $17 & change tip. (I am almost always a very good tipper ) bill was $121.42 for 4 people. In previous years we have gone to the Marriott or Samuels Grande Manor & they were excellent. I expected nothing less from Banchettis but certainly got a whole lot less.It was a big disappointed on an otherwise wonderful day.
My boyfriends sister had her 25th wedding anniversary there and redid her wedding vows. She had a special Meal made for me the chicken was beyond right out you couldnt even swallow it Im allergic to Pepper they put pepper on everything Im allergic to zucchini they were proud that they put it on my plate when I handed the played back to the Head server she looked at me like she was mad at me oh yes in the potatoes had pepper on them also which I like I said Im allergic to. My boyfriends sister paid $100 for that plate of food and I dont think she would have fed it to her beautiful pitbull dog. Then they sent out another plate of dried out roast beef look like shoe leather same zucchini and same potatoes that had pepper all over it. The head server said to me before she even brought my plate what my allergies were and the chef or cook whatever he calls himself made sure that he put pepper on my food. So I feel you banchettis oh my boyfriends sister Carolyn a refund of $500 for what you did to me I did not eat anything this is not the first time this has happened at this place. Sorry for the bad review but it has been a nightmare in my mind since that night
Employees don’t know how to count chairs or people, something you’d expect a kindergartener to do. Only offers overpriced subpar food. I expect more from a place that costs a ridiculous amount of money, I’d expect more from a Burger King. I would give this place zero stars if I could. Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy.
I RESENTLY BROUGHT A SAUGAGE BREAD FROM THEM AN IT WAS FULL OF RAW DOUGH DUE TO ME TRYING SOMETHING NEW I ATE A MASSIVE AMOUNT OF IT THINKING HEY ITS JUST A BAD FIRST TIME CHOICE THEN A COWORKER SAID THIS IS NOT SUPPOSED TO BE LIKE THIS AN WE LOOKED AN LORD BEHOLD ITS RAW! CALLED THEM TO ADVISE AN THET STATED WELL WE CAN GIVE YOU A NEW ONE IVE THROWN UP TWICE AND IM IN FEAR OF BECOMING SICK WHAT WILL THEY DO IF I GET FOOD POISONING OR WORSE IM DISGUSTED AN OUT RIGHT IN RAGED THAT THEY DIDNT EXTEND ANY OPTIONS FOR THEIR EMPLOYEE NOT DOING WHAT THEY ARE HIRED TO DO THE CURRECT WAY AND GIN MY EYES GAVE A SIMPLE O WELL TO THE PROBLEM PLEASE BE CAREFUL.

2022-07-09This review is for the summer concert series they have in the Grove. Its a nice setup with chairs and tables, covered by tents, and grill food available. There also are drinks but its a cash bar only (credit cards ok for food) and not advertised that way, so bring cash. There are indoor bathrooms but the stalls dont lock which made it amusing to watch drunkies walk in on people. It was well lit, sound system was a little fuzzy on vocals, but overall it was a fun night. I advise not paying for the VIP seats though as they were off to the side without a view and also not covered by a tent.Side note about the actual banquet center- last party my family hosted there, they threw out the extra food and cake we brought without asking. That wasnt their decision and we lost what we paid for. Ask in the beginning to keep the leftovers.

2022-04-18W had Easter Dinner there. It was delicious! The staff was all friendly and accomadating. They were all working hard to appease everyone and they were short staffed too. Great job Banchetti staff!👌

2022-04-17Easter dinner buffet, what an unorganized nightmare. Took over an hour just to check in and be “seated” at a table that wasn’t even ours. Food was cold and down to scraps by the time we were able to get a plate. Not to mention you had to nearly fight someone to get water because they couldn’t keep up with the demand? Nowhere was it told that there was no free soda. Don’t get me wrong the food was great but I will not ever come back or recommend friends or family to an event like this again.

2022-05-22I recently attended a funeral breakfast and was very disappointed with Banchettis. The silverware was mismatched and in deplorable condition, the plates at the buffet were wet and about 50% were dirty. The food was barely eatable. Even the rolls were stale. The sole waitress could not keep up with servicing the room which left many guests to go without. I have attended many, many events at Banchetti s over the years and cannot believe how their standards have slipped. The Pandemic has left businesses understaffed but standards dont have to change also. I am not sure Id return.

2022-05-09Desserts were very good. Brunch was a bit chaotic and a little loud (exposed metal roof, tile floor and no soundproofing in the quite full banquet hall). Servers really hustled and were attentive and friendly. Food was - not to my liking - but there was a lot to choose from. A la carte adult beverages were, to my mind, expensive. Final bill needed to be adjusted to reflect the cash deposit paid in advance. As a guest of a party, I thought it was OK - just. In fairness, holiday brunch buffets are not the best way to judge any facility, so with that in mind, the experience was adequate for what it was. Your milage will certainly vary.

2022-04-18Wow Easter buffet an experience I’ll never forget...not in a good way though...service was awful...made you pay up front probably because they know people would of walked out and now they got you...warm pop from Dixie cups that you had to pay for for some reason?? Why wouldn’t this be included in the bill?? Food was ice cold and disgusting...had to fight to get any extra food it seemed like...went down to the other buffet area because they had no bread...I felt bad for the servers because they were hustling and short staffed while the owner is probably in the back counting all the money...do yourself a favor and don’t ever step foot in this establishment I know I won’t !!!!

2022-05-08Mothers day brunch, well I am completely embarrassed I took my mom there. Everything was completely cold I was disgusted I cant imagine what my mom thought but she was as kind as can be because thats my mom. She cannot walk well and we asked to be up closer so she didnt have far to go so they seated us about as far as can be. Had to go home and eat again because that was not appetizing I thought for that amout of money it was going to be amazing, quite the opposite

2022-04-18Horrible experience.... i have never been to a buffet where I had to wait till I got home to have a drink of water.... I sat 2 hours with no beverage... I mean nothing... dry overcooked food, if you were lucky enough to get some. Was told I COULD have coffee if we paid for it... I guess $40 covers no beverages not even water oh wait except the table behind us who finally got water and 2 inch tall plastic Dixie cups in a stack put on their table as they were leaving... had to listen to people yelling they want their money back... no desserts left... that’s ok, had that at home too!!!

2022-04-17The Easter brunch buffet was a complete waste of money. It was chaos when we walked in. There was no organization for getting checked in. Then you had to pay upfront only to then wait for someone to seat you. It was chaotic. After finally being sat, we went to the buffet. Most pans were empty or cold scraps. The replenishments werent hot at all. We had to fend for ourselves to clear the table and get refills on water and coffee. I dont blame the servers. They were hustling and it was obvious they were being over worked. In the end I can compromise service for good food. That was not the case. I will never do this again. Ive been to other brunch buffets. This establishment is not managed well enough.
