I had 3 cues tipped, I had purchased and brought 2 to Jerry and purchased one through him. He tipped my Predator Revo shaft, which saved me a lot of time sending it to a certified professional. He tipped my spare Lucasi custom shaft and breaking shaft as well. Additionally, He conditioned the Lucasi and the break shafts.I should have taken a before and after picture of the Lucasi shaft, full of chalk, and had zero glide. After the conditioning, the feel of both shafts is amazing, looks brand new. I am very satisfied with the work Jerry did. He is a very nice guy, does very good work and has vast knowledge on cue work. Best cue smith around Dutchess county!

Jerry did a great job cleaning and polishing my pool balls they look better than new he also reshaped the tip on my cue love the way it tuned out the man also used steam to pop out a few dents I had on my cue stick shaft. What I really liked he was super friendly and very knowledgeable about my shaft on my cue stick he told me my old cue it’s rare and it’s worth more than I paid for it. I highly recommend jerry to do all you cue work he did me a great service today and very reasonable prices. Thank you brother

Awesome service and fantastic work. I was going out to dinner and I dropped my cue off to Jerry to get a new tip we had ordered ahead of time installed. They have several tips in stock and I wanted a specific one which was no problem ordering. By the time I finished dinner my new tip was on and my cues shaft was all cleaned up and smooth as silk ready to head home and shoot some practice games.Bottom line, whether you need an existing cue worked on , need to order something new, or just have some questions on what they recommend they give you their honest opinion and treat your cue as it is their own.They even showed me a new product they were using to fill in knicks and dents on the shaft that made it feel like they never existed.A+++ Dont wait for the playoffs or events to have a quick job done on your cue. Get it to B&B and have it done right so you dont have to try and shoot with a new tip or different feel in a playoff situation.

I have known Jerry Cherchia for a number of years now. I first met him when playing pool in the American Poolplayers Association when he was a division representative. I found him to be a cordial, honest gentleman who resolved conflicts between teams in an honest, fair and straightforward manner.I remember when he began B&B Cue works a few years ago, but never until recently had need of his services. I was taking care of my cue needs myself with the aid of a Willard Cue Tipping machine. My results were acceptable but not spectacular.Two months ago, I noticed a posting on Facebook showing a picture of a leather wrap that Jerry did. It was gorgeous alligator skin which matched the cue perfectly. I was impressed, and I inquired as to the cost. He responded with what I thought was a very reasonable charge. We were both busy with the Christmas season, but agreed to get back in touch in the new year.I have always liked the feel of leather wraps and have three cues with leather wraps. My favorite cue, however, had an Irish linen wrap.I visited Jerry’s shop yesterday. He showed me samples of wraps of various leathers and colors. I decided on a plain black wrap which matched my cue nicely.I also brought in my two shafts for the cue. I had been using Moori medium tips for years but recently the tips had been delayering frequently. Jerry informed me that Moori tips were being counterfeited and that I probably got a bad batch. He recommended a Precision tip which would be comparable to the Moori. We agreed on a deal including rewrapping the cue and retipping the two shafts. That was at about 3:00 pm yesterday afternoon. He called me last night saying my cue and shafts were ready.I picked up my cue today. It is absolutely beautiful. The seam for the wrap is virtually invisible. He also polished the butt and it has not looked this good in years. My refurbished shafts looked and felt great. The nicks in the ferrels were smoothed out; the shafts which were discolored with chalk dust were cleaned and polished. Amazing work at a great price. I couldnt be happier with my break and shooting cue. Both were re-tipped and shafts were cleaned. They perform and feel like brand new. Would highly recommend anyone to utilize B&B for the same. Jerry was nothing but professional when inquiring about the work. He was very transparent when it came to the products and recommendations for me. Excellent work and even better results!

I appreciated being kept in the loop during each step of the way — from case color choice, to piping, lettering, design and embroidery thread right through to final construction and delivery. We both love our new cases ... I felt like a child opening a holiday gift when you brought them in! You always provide great guidance for anything pool related and this was no different. My break cue had a less than decent tip, which I wanted replaced with one that would stop sliding off the ball. After discussing what I was looking to achieve, Jerry suggested a White Diamond tip. I got the new tip and a clean shaft, tried it out and it is terrific -- contact with the cue ball was superb! Great break, no sliding. Feels like a brand new cue. Price was reasonable and the work was completed as promised. Just the way I like to do business. I need a new case and will be working with Jerry to design and build one from one of his vendors. I highly recommend B&B Cue Works for all of your pool needs. Theyll be my go-to for all of my pool needs.

I got a G10 tip put on and it has exceeded my expectations in every way. I was educated fully on the pros and cons of the product I wanted. Jerry and Brendan are fantastic! They replaced a tip on my secondary shaft that has been in storage for years. I was never able to shoot with it because the tip was like a rock. As a bonus they cleaned up the shaft which really needed attention. Now its all Ive been shooting with. These guys are super knowledgeable and professional and if they dont know something you need right off the bat they can definitely find out for you. I would highly recommend them to anyone for their pool cue needs.
