Been waiting for my delivery since Monday nobody has called me yet . I keep calling the store and nobody is answering. I have not recieve my stuff yet i paid in full

I purchased furniture on August 26, 2017 I was told that the furniture would be delivered on Wednesday August 30 by 6pm. I did not receive a phone call confirming delivery en route by 5:45pm. So I called the store and the representative told me he would call me back in 10 minutes. 30 minutes passed and I called back. The same guy stated he didnt call me back because he could not get in contact with the delivery driver. I asked, around what time I could expect them to deliver the furniture. He attempted to reassure me by, sharing the delivery load and number of items which left the store at 4pm. Also stating that he knew that a table and 4 chairs were on the truck. By this time it was 6:15pm. I continued to wait , at 7:30pm I called the store back, but received no answer. As of August 31, my furniture has not been delivered. I gave one star, because exceptional customer service is most important to me. I paid for the item in FULL same day, therefore their should be no issue. If it was an issue or a delay, someone should have contacted me prior to my initial call and informed me.

I bought a dining table with 4 chairs and a coffee table.. the delivery was fast and smooth.. the guy that came in set it up perfectly.. thank you for the great service and the great price

WARNING!!! DO NOT PAY IN FULL. HE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND PROMISE DELIVERY AND TAKE WEEKS TO DELIVERY. HE SEEMS TO BE A NICE GUY BUT ONCE HE GETS YOUR MONEY. YOU WILL HAVE TO GO TO THE STREET ON HIM TO GET YOUR FURNITURE. NOT GOOD BUSINESS ETHICS AT ALL. IF YOU NEVER LISTEN TO ANY REVIEWS LISTEN TO THIS ONE . Do not go shopping in this place. They are scammers and liars, I tell them x experience. They took me one piece of furniture x another and I did not hear from them again despite the fact that I reported them with calls and personally. My wife and I had a bad experience with them.

I regret buying in this furniture store, that Arab is not professional, at first when he wants to sell he is very kind but then everything changes, he is a man who does not have a word, does not have professional ethics, I bought him a room set and a mattress, The mattress did not send it to me as I wanted, so I called him many times and it was a struggle to change it, then again he sent me another one that was not the one we had agreed on and when I called him to complain he blocked the number, I regret having so much entered that furniture store please Do not fall or believe in this irresponsible man today I called him and he spoke to me in a very ugly and respectful way I regret having bought this animal.
