Nice people that need more space or a better location. I did my photo inspection there for my insurance, everything went well besides the waiting, parking and maneuvering around. I definitely thought I was going to get hit between the tow trucks and regular customers. Otherwise, the guys were super cool. They also do great body work. Ill take a picture once I get my infinity done.
Just got massage that I have to return the boot at the location otherwise I’ll get charged for$500.??? You guys put tickets on big raining day I can barely read. You said I agree with a link yes I’m not even read it just need pay and go . I was by myself at night with big rain. I was break down and cry because because it was cold and can’t took the boot out( I not even know they thing called boot until now! ) after try to unlock several times back and forth in the car because it’s cold and wet . I finally took that lock out and put it on the location that was lock. Why the guys have me on the phone not telling to keep and return??? This is my first time and I never in this situation before!
Charley dose not know anything, very unprofessional and if your car is towed in the afternoon forget about tryna get it the same day you will have to get it the following day.. And also they don’t know exactly where your car is it could be in far rock away or some where in Brooklyn!! Like why exactly isn’t there a computer in front of them saying exactly where the owners car was towed to highly unprofessional for the representative “ Charley “ to keep telling me he doesn’t know anything!!!
My driveway was blocked, I called B&M the lady that I spoke with assured me that a truck would be sent up to this day no one was sent and no one called with an explanation when I called I got voicemail only.
Very quick service! Called today @ 7:42a to have a car towed that was blocking my driveway. The dispatcher was very professional and helpful. A truck showed up a little after 8a and the driver was done in less than 5 mins. Thank you!

This company needs to be shut down , they illegally towed my car off my property 3 times, messed up my tire sensors and the bottom part of my car now it’s dragging ! They also frisked my car looking for anything valuable ! Not to be funny but there’s workers there that smoke dope !!
How I call to locate my commercial truck and ppl at this company are highly unprofessional. No one knows nothing and there isn’t a network that they can look up things. They ask you for your car vin and then place you on 10 mins hold just to tell u they can’t locate the charges. Scam to the 100%. Shaking my head. No to mention it’s on the other side of where I live in Brooklyn.
Truly respect and appreciate the owner Eddie. Ive used their services several times and I was always given an exceptional service. I had my car towed through my insurance company Geico. Eddie personally came to jump start my car within minutes of request being made. Service was so great I used them again to get my car towed at my own expense. They have very reasonable prices, superb service and best of all theyre trustworthy. Thanks again to you and your staff, Eddie!
I got stuck in the snow by the boardwalk at Beach 36th. I looked them up on Google, called them and they got to me in 30 minutes. Driver took a pic, sent it to his office and they quoted me $400!!! I needed to get to work ASAP so I had no choice but to charge it. It took 5 minutes to attach a winch to my car and 60 seconds to get me out. Really!? $400!? I cant help but feel pillaged. Another horror story to spread about towing companies.
I understand its a business and I was parked illegally. Though my car was towed and the sign clearly says $125 for towing with taxes and fees. I called and the lady on the phone told me total is $136. Got there to pick up my vehicle and they tried to upcharge me $250 because I was blocking a driveway. ***Luckily I vehemently denied doing so and looked up NYC towing laws and companys cant charge more than $125 a tow and 3 days of storage.***
The driver Eddie was awesome!!! He truly represents b & m with his professionalism. He towed my car at my request not because it was in the parking lot too long thank goodness! He was very polite and made me comfortable knowing where my car was going!
Parked my car on the private block area. Got towed. Got my car back, without any problems, car was at the lot 3 days because of the weekends. Got my car back, without any damages. Just had to pay $200. My mistake, had to pay.
I got a boot from this company for being illegally parked, (NO ISSUE WITH THAT BECAUSE I ILLEGALLY PARKED) I call to get it removed i have no issue paying them . They tell me they’re on the way. An hour later I call again, they say the guy forgot the key and had to come back so they say 40 mins, I Understood. Then another hour and 30 mins later I call again and they say its gonna take the person about an hour ! Its like they want you to waste time so they can make you have it another day and pay more.
My car wouldnt start when the temperature dropped to 15 degrees. My car insurance roadside assistance first assigned me to another provider and they didnt show up so then they assigned this company. B&M showed up and Ed was very friendly and professional. He got my car going right away and even cleaned up the battery.
B & M was sent by my roadside assistance through my insurance company. It was towards the end of the work day when Eddie came. I was stressed that my car wouldnt get to the mechanic before closing time at 4:30. Eddie reassured me not to worry. He even called me when he got to the mechanic with ten minutes to spare so I could be calm! Not used to such great customer service from a towing company!
Came onto private property with out a contract with management booted cars and refused to remove the boots. Charlie has a horrible attitude and very rude. Took calling police and property managers to get involved for them to remove the illegal booting.
Owner is a super nice guy!!! He knows Im a single father of a special needs child so he went the extra mile fixing things on my car that needed to be done that I couldnt afford to do at the moment. He did this at his own expense. He really was a blessing in my life!!! Thanks B&M Towing.
Called geico they said about a 55 min wait.. b&m arrived way before that much appreciated.. came and notice it was a battery issue on my 2018 accord boosted it for me.. time for a battery change. thank you b&m!
I guess people would be upset if they got their car towed but thats not really the fault of the tow company is it? In Rockaway, down for the days are always parking illegally, blocking driveways, in private parking lots, etc. B&M has ALWAYS been there to handle the people that have no respect for private property. Thankful to have a local company thats always there to help when needed. I cant count the times Ive been unable to go to work because some idiot surfer thought going to the beach is more important than someones entry/exit to their driveway.
The gentlemen was soo nice he came and got my key out my car in seconds. Gave me a jump all in less then 20 mins. GREAT SERVICE !
Last night my aunt parked her rented car and got towed by this company. No damage to the car whatsoever. We called up and explained that she is from overseas and there were no clear signs for her to know this was not a free parking spot. The company understood and were very accommodating with the payment and helped her out. Thank you.

This company will literally watch you run in the store to tow your car. I went to B& M towing company and they fused to give me my car back because they said my additude was nasty. I agreed to give them the 140.00 dollars they requested but they didn’t want to give my car back. The guy name Brian cursed me and my husband out and told us to come back tomorrow to get our car. I had to call the cops in order to retrieve my vechile. They refused to accept cash, meanwhile their sign says they accept visa or master card , oh and their ATM fee is $595.00. This place is the worst company I ever dealt with.

3/2/2018 , my car was stock in a flood at the right place, the right time. God sent this helper to my rescue. His name is Eddy. i never got into a situation like this, so did not know who to call what to do. waiting... waiting, finally, as i was manage to get out of the car God touch his heart and come to my rescue. i highly recommended him and if i ever see any car blanking emergency light i will assume towing service is needed , i will stop my car just to give his card information.

They really charged me $328 for my car that sat there for a few hours after being towed for blocking a driveway. Obviously it’s my fault but that fee is way too hefty and I found out recently that I could sue for them having charged such an unreasonable price.
They did a great job fixing my parking lot .Alot of people park anywhere like fire lanes and in handicap spots with no permits or walk off and dont take there vehicles for hours...They come and Maintain the lot while Im Concentrating on my business. THANKS B&M
Don’t use them!!! They are scams illegally tow people vehicle and ask for $ to unhook it. They spy people in the flushing stop and shop parking lot. When question about who hired them they refused to answer. Driver ask for cash payment and doesn’t give receipt. When requested a receipt they made up the receipt without putting the date that Happen. Big scam!! If anyone have the same issue let’s come together and report this place together so we can get this place to close!!!!!

Secretary was very rude and nasty when I called there today! I called to speak about a boot that was put on my car last month and at the beginning she told me that I had the wrong number until I named the tow company. Im telling her that im making a complaint because there were other cars in my area with the same boot on and im the only one that paid that night. A young lady was let go for free because she was making a scene crying hysterically. She laughed and said We would never do that! Im like well evidently yall did that night. Then when I continued to explain the situation she refuse to help me, then she says I cant help you, the guy cant either because hes under me Im like so there is someone over you then, can I please get a manager or supervisors number and she flat out tells me No! I can not do that! Im like really there is chain of command , if you cant help me someone else can. She refused to even inform when they would be in for me to call back. She could have taken my number and said someone will get back to you. Many ways this situation could have been handled and she didnt do it well. Very unprofessional, no good on my end!Much more to explain, hoping someone head of the company can help me understand how the company works

Absolute scam artists! If they illegally towed your car and you have receipts you were legally in one of the stores in the shopping center Id suggest filing a suit, get this place shut down!

The tow operator had my car in park, while trying to pull it on the flatbed. We had to scream for him to stop. Then he tried again while the Parking brake was still on.Once my car was mounted IHAD TO ADVISE HIM TO TURN MY IGNITION OFF....THIRD: they took my car to THE WRONG LOCATION!!!!!!!! Definitely found a family, I called my tow company and they told me 2 to 4 hours for them to come and get my car, then I got B & M Towing information... They drove 10 min to charge me $250 to be pulled out the sand, and they start at $120, it didn’t even need to be pulled more than 59 ft. A valuable lesson learned that they overcharge.
Completely thieves, I got out to buy at a store that has a private parking lot and they put a device called the boot and its a padlock so I cant move the vehicle.What a horrible way to ruin tourism! I was out for a walk and I was buying food, in 10 minutes of parking, that was already on.Never go to this sector of beaches, there is a company called B&M Towing that takes away your mobility and takes more than 220 dollars from you.🤷

2022-07-19This is the worst paint job I have ever had. 4 months after I got the car I was rear ended and brought it to this place based off a recommendation. After one year of having my bumper painted- it started chipping. I don’t know what kind of cheap paint they use or how they fix stuff but it is highly unacceptable. They also told me one price initially then a much higher price. I would not recommend this place to anyone who wants quality work. I didn’t even call to have it repaired because I didn’t want them touching my car again. Stay clear!!!!!

2022-02-01He started towing my car with me standing right next to him. Said he’s doing me a favor by charging 136 for a drop fee. And he’s going to charge me 250 to impound a car that’s in the wrong driveway spot. NY law states that a 125 charge is allowed if the car is towed to the impound lot and only half can be charged for a drop fee. So basically trying to scare the smaller younger guy into paying. Absolutely wouldnt recommend them. Well they did put my car down after paying so I guess they ain’t liars.

2022-06-18They run a booting operating in Queens where if you leave the lot for even 1 minute, a guy runs over and boots the car, even if you ate at a restaurant which the lot was meant for. They charge $25 for a removal fee PLUS their own fines which is more than $200. Ive filed a complaint with 311-NYC. The restaurant staff where this took place told me they have done this to customers WHILE they are still eating at the establishment. Check the other reviews, many others have had a similar experience.

2022-06-23I had been overcharged. I returned my boot to their officer, they said their officer returned my boot late. So I was responsible for their mistake. I made payment online and received the code to unlock my vehicle, one of their officer took my boot and didnt give any receipt to me. I called their office multiple times to discuss my situation, none of them willing to solve their mistakes. I strongly recommend everyone to call 311 or hire a lawyer to open a lawsuit against for their wrongdoing.

2022-05-26This company needs to be put out of business. My lawyers are filing a class action lawsuit against them. I dont understand how DCWP is allowing them to get away with this. Private property booting is $25. It is beyond me how they are getting away with charging people $223.18 for a booting fee. They are also charging double tax which is illegal. Let me break it down so we can have a better understanding. So they are charging 180 plus 8.875% in tax for the boot. Then they are charging $25 for boot removal plus 8.875% which is illegal in the state of New York to charge double tax. Both B&M and DCWP will be hearing from my lawyers.

2022-05-13B&M is involved in an extortion and booting vehicles racket in various properties throughout New York. They collect tire-boot payments via Paylock, a third party agency. Lawsuits are pending. Beware of this company, and its unethical practices. Take your business elsewhere.

2021-10-20If I could give zero stars, I would. Absolutely the worst company ever. Horrible customer service & illegally booted my car on private property. Called the cops and will be calling my lawyer to sue them for damaging my vehicle.

2022-02-15Worst tow company to call. They towed my car and when I went to get the car most of my stuff from inside the car was stolen and when I called them they blamed it on the police when police aren’t allowed to open your car unless it’s something serious. They told me “we have cameras” but didn’t want to show the footage. They wouldn’t own up to it even thought it’s clear they went inside my car damaging my door.
