Worst experience ever! Called to get notary service, told to come, came in for 25 minutes, still not taken cared of and cant tell me when the notary is ready for me. Screw these people!

2022-07-05In the two years I’ve lived here, this bank has very rarely had a working outdoor atm, and closes at 5 or 6. If you need cash late at nights or on the weekends sometime, consider this when choosing how to bank in this area.

2021-12-31Very poor customer service. I wanted to get money out because I lost my debit card. I was informed I needed the debit card. I went to chase cross county and they did it no problem. Please avoid this place for your own sake

2021-11-13The most slowest bank ever!!!!!! I didnt even wanna give 1 star. The tellers dont know what they are doing. I finally left after waiting online for 20 minutes n I only had 1 person in front of me.

2021-06-01We moved our business to Chase to be able to use Zelle. What a mistake. Scheduled meetings don’t happen (they want proof that we scheduled a meeting when their software for scheduling is not working) Then when we have a meeting, the person we are supposed to meet is on vacation. Save yourself the frustration. Bank elsewhere.

2019-11-23Probably the worst chase bank I’ve been to. Wait time is way to long. Outside, ATM machine always has issues. In my opinion this bank is poorly managed. I suggest using a different chase for financial assistance. For cash withdrawal, atm may work or may not.

2020-06-05My account was randomly closed with no explanation provided. I was not overdrawn, I was never late on any payments, and have received no correspondence to date. No one has been able to explain what happened. I am quite upset at this unprofessional conduct and intend to bank elsewhere in the future.
