I have always had exceptional service here.The staff is kind and courteous. The wait has never been long. There is usually an open teller when I walk in or drive up. I dont always agree wih the company policies since NBT took over, but it is an adequate bank, and the people are great. Especially Brian, who always seems to be smiling.

Tony Dannibale, NBT Bank, 1125, State RTE 222, Cortland, NYAVP, Retail Market Manager, was a true pleasure to work with and went above and beyond in helping me during the covid lockdown. I would highly recommend his branch to anyone that is looking for a personal contact that will get the job done!

Ive had more than one bad experience at this location, however I work in sales so I understand how this type of work can be.. that being said it takes an awful lot for me to complain. I feel the staff here is completely unhelpful and they lack basic customer service skills. I had an issue with cashing a check and was told there was nothing they could do.. since this is my least favorite location I took my check went to the main St location and was more than pleased with the effort the staff there took in resolving my issue. They were able to solve a majority of my problem and actually seemed like they cared about the problem.
